Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, by providing the fourth protrusion 224 and the first groove 42, the first groove 42 is inserted when the movable claw 22 approaches the fixed claw 21 to guide the fingertip of the movable claw 22 when the vertical rod 221 moves upward, and simultaneously, the first side face and the second side face are ensured to be opposite, so that the reliability of positioning the wire terminal 50 by the wire terminal clamping device is further improved, wherein the tail end of the fourth protrusion 224 is provided with a rounded corner, which is beneficial to guiding the wire terminal 50 when two fingertips are clamped.
In some embodiments, the fingertips of the fixed jaw 21 and the fingertips of the movable jaw 22 are detachably provided on the fixed jaw 21 and the movable jaw 22, respectively.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, by providing the detachable fingertips, when the wire terminals 50 of different types are clamped, only the fingertips need to be replaced, and the clamping mechanism does not need to be replaced, so that the applicability of the wire terminal clamping device is improved.

Claims (8)

1. A wire terminal clamping device, comprising: a fixed frame, a movable claw (22), a fixed claw (21) and a driving device (23);
the fixed jaw (21) is fixedly arranged on the fixed frame, the movable jaw (22) is arranged on the fixed frame and can swing left and right relative to the fixed jaw (21), the opposite sides of the fingertips of the fixed jaw (21) and the fingertips of the movable jaw (22) are respectively a first side surface and a second side surface, the fingertips of the fixed jaw (21) are provided with a first protruding block (211) protruding towards the movable jaw (22) on the first side surface, the fingertips of the movable jaw (22) are provided with a second protruding block (223) protruding towards the fixed jaw (21) on the second side surface, and when the movable jaw (22) and the fixed jaw (21) are closed, the opposite sides of the first protruding block (211) and the second protruding block (223) are respectively a third side surface and a fourth side surface in a staggered manner;
the driving device (23) is arranged on the fixed frame, the driving device (23) is used for driving the movable claw (22) to swing left and right relative to the fixed claw (21) so as to loosen or clamp the wire terminal (50), and when the movable claw (22) and the fixed claw (21) are closed, the first side face, the second side face, the third side face and the fourth side face are all attached to the wire terminal (50) so as to realize the positioning of the axial direction of the wire terminal (50);
the movable claw (22) comprises a vertical rod (221) and a cross rod (222), one end of the vertical rod (221) is connected with one end of the cross rod (222) to form an L-shaped rod piece, the other end of the vertical rod (221) is a fingertip of the movable claw (22), the joint of the vertical rod (221) and the cross rod (222) is rotationally connected with the fixed frame, the other end of the cross rod (222) is connected with the driving device (23), and the driving device (23) is used for driving the cross rod (222) to swing up and down to drive the vertical rod (221) to swing left and right relative to the fixed claw (21);
the fixing frame comprises a base frame (10) and an auxiliary device, the auxiliary device is arranged on the base frame (10), when the vertical rod (221) is close to the fixed claw (21) and swings to clamp the left side and the right side of the wire terminal (50), the distance between the third side surface and the fourth side surface is larger than the dimension of the wire terminal (50) in the vertical direction, and the auxiliary device is used for enabling the vertical rod (221) to move upwards under the driving action of the driving device (23) so that the third side surface and the fourth side surface clamp the upper side and the lower side of the wire terminal (50).

The wire terminal clamping device according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary device comprises a sliding block (31), a sliding rail (32), a second fixed block (33), a limiting rod (34) and a compression assembly, the sliding rail (32) is arranged on the base frame (10) in an extending mode along the up-down direction, the sliding block (31) is in sliding connection with the sliding rail (32), the second fixed block (33) is fixedly arranged at one end, far away from the movable claw (22), of the sliding rail (32), the second fixed block (33) is connected with the sliding block (31) through the compression assembly, the compression assembly is used for providing elastic force for the sliding block (31), the limiting rod (34) is arranged on the sliding block (31), a downward projection point of the limiting rod (34) falls between two end points of the cross rod (222), the limiting rod (34) is used for abutting against the cross rod (222) when the movable claw (22) swings to the fixed claw (21), the upper position of the limiting rod (34) is adjustable, and the lower position of the limiting rod (34) is connected with the cross rod (222) in a rotating mode.

The wire terminal clamping device according to claim 2, wherein the compression assembly comprises a compression spring (35) and a first screw rod (36), one end of the first screw rod (36) is fixedly connected with one of the sliding block (31) and the second fixed block (33), the other end of the first screw rod is slidably connected with the other of the sliding block (31) and the second fixed block (33), and the compression spring (35) is sleeved on the first screw rod (36) and is located between the sliding block (31) and the second fixed block (33).
4. The wire terminal clamping device according to claim 2, wherein the stopper rod (34) is a second lead screw.

The wire terminal clamping device according to claim 1, wherein a third screw rod (41) is arranged on the fixed jaw (21), one end of the third screw rod (41) is used for propping against the movable jaw (22) so as to limit the swing limit position of the movable jaw (22) towards the fixed jaw (21), and the limit position is adjustable.

The wire terminal clamping device according to claim 1, wherein a third protruding block (212) is arranged at the tail end of the first protruding block (211), a first through hole (43) is arranged above the second protruding block (223), and the third protruding block (212) is used for guiding and inserting into the first through hole (43) when the movable claw (22) approaches the fixed claw (21).

The wire terminal clamping device according to claim 1, wherein a first groove (42) is provided below the first protruding block (211), a fourth protruding block (224) is provided at an end of the second protruding block (223), and the fourth protruding block (224) is used for being inserted into the first groove (42) when the movable claw (22) approaches the fixed claw (21) so as to guide a fingertip of the movable claw (22) when the vertical rod (221) moves upward.
8. The wire terminal clamping device according to claim 1, wherein a fingertip of the fixed jaw (21) and a fingertip of the movable jaw (22) are detachably provided on the fixed jaw (21) and the movable jaw (22), respectively.
