Background
The stamping is a press working method for obtaining a required part by applying pressure to a plate material at room temperature by using a die arranged on a press machine to separate or plastically deform the plate material.

then the first moving plate 5 and the second moving plate 6 are close to each other, and push the two sides of the U-shaped plate-shaped piece, so that the plate-shaped piece can be punched into a cylindrical piece (shown as a C diagram in fig. 5), the conversion from the plate-shaped piece to the cylindrical piece can be completed in one punching die, and the efficiency is higher.

In the embodiment, wing plates 18 are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper die holder 16, guide rods 19 are movably inserted in the wing plates 18, the guide rods 19 are fixedly arranged on the lower die holder 1, third springs 20 are sleeved on the guide rods 19, and the third springs 20 are fixedly arranged between the bottoms of the wing plates 18 and the lower die holder 1;
by inserting the guide bar 19 into the wing plate 18, the movement of the upper die holder 16 can be made smoother.
