Background
Metal arcuate panels are commonly used in some construction industries, such as suspended ceilings on ceilings, high-rise metal curtain walls, and the like. The metal arc plates are usually manufactured by a bending machine, the principle is that the metal plates enter between two rollers and are bent and formed through a guide mechanism, but the bending mechanism needs to apply enough deformation force to the metal plates, the rotating speed of the bending machine is slow, the forming efficiency is low, the shape of the arc plates is limited by the metal fatigue strength of the guide mechanism on the bending machine, if the guide mechanism is slightly deformed or displaced, the arc plate materials are scrapped, and a batch of materials are formed, then problems are found and waste is caused because the continuity of the bending machine is strong; meanwhile, when the bending machine bends the plate, the bending degree is single, and the plates with different bending degrees cannot be produced; meanwhile, when the current metal plate bending machine continuously produces, the rotating roller is required to work all the time, so that the production cost is increased.

the pressing part comprises a pressing roller, a lower molding die, an upper molding die guide rod guide groove and gears, wherein the transmission part is connected with one end of the pressing roller, the axes of the pressing roller and the connecting rod are parallel, the lower molding die is fixed on the upper end face of the tool base, the upper molding die is installed on two sides of the tool base, the side face of the upper molding die is connected with the upper molding die guide rod in an arc shape, the inner arc face of the upper molding die guide rod faces the pressing roller, the upper molding die guide rod is movably inserted into the tool base through the upper molding die guide rod guide groove in a shape fit with the upper molding die guide rod, two gears are rotatably installed in the tool base, racks are arranged on the upper molding die guide rod, the racks are meshed with the gears, and a cavity is formed between the top of the lower molding die and the inner sides of the upper molding die and the pressing roller;
the material returning part comprises a material returning rod movable groove, a material returning rod and a material returning rod resetting mechanism, wherein the material returning rod movable groove is positioned in the tool base, the material returning rod movable groove is arranged in the middle of the guide rod guide groove of the upper die, the material returning rod is vertically arranged in the material returning rod movable groove, racks are arranged on two sides of the material returning rod, the racks are meshed with gears on two sides of the material returning rod, the upper part of the material returning rod penetrates through the upper die, and the material returning rod resetting mechanism is arranged below the material returning rod; when the material returning part returns the material gradually upwards, the upper forming die is gradually unfolded; when the material returning part returns the material gradually downwards, the upper molding die is gradually closed.
Preferably, the machine body comprises a tool base and a back plate, wherein the tool base and the back plate are integrally L-shaped, the back plate is hollow, and a connecting rod guide rail is vertically reserved on the end surface of the back plate facing the tool base; the transmission part comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a telescopic rod, the hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the top of the back plate, the telescopic rod on the hydraulic cylinder is positioned inside the back plate, the bottom of the telescopic rod is transversely connected with a connecting rod, the connecting rod penetrates through the back plate through a connecting rod guide rail and moves up and down at the back plate through the telescopic rod, and the connecting rod is connected with one end of the compression roller.
Preferably, when the two upper molding dies are in a pressed state, a gap is left at the upper part, and the width of the gap is not less than 5cm.
Preferably, the whole of the forming lower die, the forming upper die and the forming upper die guide rod and the tooling base form a disassembly structure; the compression roller and the connecting rod form a disassembly structure.
Preferably, the return rod reset mechanism is a spring fixed at the bottom of the movable groove of the return rod.

the pressing part comprises a press roller 11, a lower molding die 7, an upper molding die 8, an upper molding die guide rod 9, an upper molding die guide rod guide groove 10 and a gear 15, the transmission part is connected with one end of the press roller 11, the axes of the press roller 11 and the connecting rod 6 are parallel, the lower molding die 7 is fixed on the upper end surface of the tool base 1, the upper molding die 8 is installed on two sides of the tool base 1, the side surface of the upper molding die 8 is connected with an arc-shaped upper molding die guide rod 9, the inner arc of the upper molding die guide rod 9 faces the press roller 11, the upper molding die guide rod 9 is movably inserted into the tool base 1 through the upper molding die guide rod guide groove 10 which is matched with the upper molding die guide rod, two gears 15 are rotatably installed in the tool base 1, racks are arranged on the upper molding die guide rod 9 and are meshed with the gears 15, and a cavity is formed between the top of the lower molding die 7 and the inner sides of the two upper molding dies 8 and the press roller 11;

The specific working principle of the embodiment is as follows: after the plate is pushed onto the lower forming die 7 by the feeding mechanism, the pressing part drives the pressing roller 11 to press downwards, the bottom of the plate enters into the upper cavity of the lower forming die 7, two sides of the plate are bent, meanwhile, the plate downwards presses the material returning rod 13, after the material returning rod 13 gradually enters into the material returning rod movable groove 12, racks and gears 15 on two sides of the material returning rod 13 are meshed, the gears 15 rotate, the upper forming die guide rod 9 is driven to move upwards when the gears 15 rotate, the upper forming die 8 is further pushed to approach the two sides of the plate, the two ends of the metal plate continue to bend under the guide acting force of the inner cambered surface of the upper forming die 8, after the bending is set to the bottom, the pressing part drives the pressing roller 11 to reset, the material returning rod 13 moves upwards under the action of the material returning rod reset mechanism 14, the material returning rod 13 is folded into the material returning rod movable groove 12, the upper forming die 8 is serviced, and the next metal plate pressing step is continued.
According to the central control platform, the pressing degree of the transmission part is adjusted, the bending degree of the metal plate is changed, and the metal plates with different bending degrees are produced.
As the preferred embodiment, the machine body comprises a tool base 1 and a back plate 2, wherein the tool base 1 and the back plate 2 are integrally L-shaped, the back plate 2 is hollow, and a connecting rod guide rail 5 is vertically reserved on the end surface of the back plate 2 facing the tool base 1; the drive portion includes pneumatic cylinder 3 and telescopic link 4, and the top at backplate 2 is installed to pneumatic cylinder 3, and telescopic link 4 on the pneumatic cylinder 3 is located backplate 2 inside, and the bottom of telescopic link 4 transversely has connecting rod 6, and connecting rod 6 runs through backplate 2 through connecting rod guide rail 5 and reciprocates in backplate 2 department through telescopic link 4, and the one end of compression roller 11 is connected to connecting rod 6.
In the above embodiment, the telescopic rod 4 on the hydraulic cylinder 3 is pressed down to drive the connecting rod 6 to be pressed down, and the connecting rod 6 moves in the guide rail of the connecting rod guide rail 5 to drive the press roller 11 to move up and down.
As the above embodiment, it is preferable that the two molding upper dies 8 leave a gap in the upper portion in the pressed state, and the width of the gap is not less than 5cm.
In the above embodiment, the pressing tool of the present invention may also produce a barrel-shaped arc plate, and the barrel-shaped arc plate is pressed by the forming upper die 8 and the forming lower die 7, and the forming upper die 8 and the forming lower die 7 form a cavity, and a gap is reserved at the upper portion, so that welding at the junction is facilitated.
When the invention is used for continuously producing the pressed arc plate, the length of the arc plate is required to be determined according to the upper forming die 8, the lower forming die 7 and the press roller 11, and the arc plate is required to be ensured not to be wrapped on the press roller 11 after being pressed, so that the material returning of the material returning mechanism is influenced.
As preferable in the above embodiment, the whole of the molding lower die 7, the molding upper die 8 and the molding upper die guide bar 9 form a disassembly structure with the tool base 1; the pressing roller 11 and the connecting rod 6 form a disassembling structure.
In the above embodiment, the dimensions of the lower molding die 7, the upper molding die 8 and the press roller 11 can be changed in a detachable manner, so that the dimensions of the pressing cavity can be changed, the diversity of the pressing dimensions of the arc plate can be increased, and meanwhile, the maintenance is convenient.
Preferably, the return mechanism 14 is a spring fixed to the bottom of the movable slot 12.
