Wherein, the bottom of the fan 4 is fixedly provided with a mounting frame 401, the output end of the fan 4 is fixedly provided with a coil pipe 402, one side of the coil pipe 402 is fixedly provided with an air cavity 403, and the bottom of the air cavity 403 is equidistantly provided with an air pipe 404;

In the invention, when a user uses the device, referring to the accompanying drawings 1 and 9 in the specification, when the device works, the device has a moving function through the travelling wheel 1601, then the liquid level of the oil coating liquid in the oil storage tank 1 is detected through the liquid level sensor 9, then the connector 602 is movably connected with an external pipeline, when the liquid level in the oil storage tank 1 reaches a preset value, the sound box 8 is started to remind by the PLC 7, the oil pump 6 is controlled by the PLC 7 to drive the external oil coating liquid to enter the oil storage tank 1, and when the oil coating liquid reaches the preset value, the oil pump 6 is closed by the PLC 7, and then the electromagnetic valve 13 is opened to guide the oil coating liquid out.
Next, referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5 of the specification, the oiling liquid is led into the spraying cavity 15 through the guide pipe 1504, then the second regulating valve 1505 is regulated, then the nozzle 1506 is used for controlling the oil outlet amount, then the first regulating valve 1501 is opened for controlling the oil outlet amount of the connecting pipe 1503, then the fixed bolt 1511 is unscrewed, then the sliding sleeve 1502 is used for moving up and down on the surface of the sliding rod 1508, so that the upper roller 1507 is driven to adjust up and down, the fixed bolt 1511 is screwed for fixing, then the upper roller 1507 is assisted to rotate through the second rotating shaft 1509, then the second oiling cotton ring 1510 is assisted to rotate through the upper roller 1507, then the lower roller 1002 is driven to rotate through the motor 14, then the first oiling cotton ring 1005 is driven to comprehensively oil the plurality of tinning lines through the lower roller 1002, the speed of the external governor is controlled for controlling the speed of the motor 14, the oiling amount is controlled through controlling the speed of the lower roller 1002, thus the automatic control is achieved, the oiling liquid is finished, the oiling liquid is discharged through the positioning tank 10, and the oiling valve is led out after the oiling liquid is finished;
finally, referring to fig. 1, 6, 7 and 8, the air cavity 403 is driven by the coil pipe 402 to perform position adjustment, then natural air is driven by the fan 4 to enter the air cavity 403, then natural air is led out by the air pipe 404, so that the oiled tinned wire is quickly air-dried, the guiding rod 503 is assisted to rotate by the first rotating shaft 501, then the tin-plated wire is assisted to move by the guiding disc 502, a worker can conveniently roll up the oiled tin-plated wire by using an external rolling device, waste liquid is led into the filter box 11, the waste liquid is filtered by the filter screen 1102, and the filtered waste liquid is led out by the liquid guiding valve 1104.

Claims (13)

1. The self-priming oiling device for the tinned wire is characterized by comprising an oil storage tank (1), wherein a liquid level sensor (9) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the oil storage tank (1), an oil pump (6) is fixedly arranged on the top of the oil storage tank (1), a PLC (programmable logic controller) is fixedly arranged on one side of the oil storage tank (1), a power jack (12) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the PLC (7), and sound boxes (8) are movably arranged on two sides of the oil storage tank (1);
the oil storage device comprises an oil storage tank (1), wherein a positioning frame (3) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the oil storage tank (1), a positioning groove (10) is fixedly arranged in the positioning frame (3), a motor (14) is installed on one side of the positioning groove (10) in a penetrating mode, a lower roller (1002) is fixedly arranged at the output end of the motor (14), and a spraying cavity (15) is movably arranged at the top of the lower roller (1002);
the bottom activity of constant head tank (10) is provided with filter box (11), inside both sides of filter box (11) are all fixed mounting has supporting shoe (1101), the top activity of supporting shoe (1101) is provided with filter screen (1102), the opposite side fixed mounting of locating frame (3) has fan (4).

The tinned wire self-priming oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a cleaning pipe (105) is arranged at the top of the oil storage tank (1) in a penetrating manner, clamping blocks (102) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the cleaning pipe (105), a cover plate (104) is movably arranged at the top of the cleaning pipe (105), clamping grooves (101) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the bottom of the cover plate (104), a fixing frame (2) is fixedly arranged on two sides of the oil storage tank (1), supporting plates (103) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the bottom of the oil storage tank (1), and electromagnetic valves (13) are fixedly arranged between the supporting plates (103).

The tinned wire self-priming oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a liquid inlet pipe (601) is fixedly arranged at the input end of the oil pump (6), a connector (602) is fixedly arranged at one side of the liquid inlet pipe (601), and a liquid outlet pipe (603) is fixedly arranged at the output end of the oil pump (6).

The tinned wire self-priming oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a door body (303) is movably mounted on the surface of the positioning frame (3) through a hinge, a through hole (301) is fixedly formed in the surface of the door body (303), a door lock (302) is fixedly arranged on one side of the through hole (301), a guide plate (5) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the through hole (301), and a moving assembly (16) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the positioning frame (3).

The tinned wire self-priming oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a conduit (1504) is fixedly arranged at the top of the spraying cavity (15), second regulating valves (1505) are equidistantly arranged at the output end of the spraying cavity (15), nozzles (1506) are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the second regulating valves (1505), first regulating valves (1501) are fixedly arranged at two sides of the bottom of the spraying cavity (15), and connecting pipes (1503) are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the first regulating valves (1501).

The self-priming oiling device for tinned wires according to claim 5, wherein sliding rods (1508) are equidistantly arranged between the connecting pipes (1503), sliding sleeves (1502) are sleeved on the surfaces of the sliding rods (1508), and fixing bolts (1511) are arranged on the surfaces of the sliding sleeves (1502) in a threaded mode.

The tinned wire self-priming oiling device according to claim 6, wherein a second rotating shaft (1509) is fixedly arranged between the sliding sleeves (1502), an upper roller (1507) is fixedly arranged between the second rotating shafts (1509), and a second oiling cotton ring (1510) is sleeved on the surface of the upper roller (1507).
