A dry eye physiotherapy instrument comprises a shell (1), a rubber headband (2), a sealing cover body (3), a liquid inlet pipe (4) and a glasses frame (7); the shell (1) is connected with a rubber headband (2); the front side of the shell (1) is provided with a sealing cover body (3); the front side of the sealing cover body (3) is connected with a liquid inlet pipe (4) for adding liquid medicine into the shell (1); the rear side of the shell (1) is provided with a detachable connected mirror frame (7); the self-cleaning device is characterized by further comprising a heater (5), an atomizer (11), a rubber valve (12) and a circulating self-cleaning system; a heater (5) capable of heating the liquid medicine is arranged in the sealing cover body (3); an atomizer (11) for atomizing the liquid medicine is arranged at the bottom of the atomizing cavity (1001) in the shell (1); two steam reflux holes (1003) which are symmetrical left and right are arranged on the shell (1); the inner walls of the steam reflux holes (1003) are respectively provided with a rubber valve (12) for pressure relief; the shell (1) and the sealing cover body (3) are provided with a circulating self-cleaning system.
