Concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain the saussurea involucrata active peptide powder. Fully mixing the prepared oyster peptide powder and the saussurea involucrata powder according to the proportion of 1:2, filtering the mixture by a 150 filter screen, concentrating under reduced pressure and spray drying to obtain the oyster peptide powder and saussurea involucrata bioactive peptide powder composition 2.
EXAMPLE 3 preparation of oyster peptide powder and yacon active peptide powder composition example 3
Firstly, selecting fresh oyster, removing shells and viscera, and cutting meat into blocks; placing oyster meat into a pot, and stewing with small fire for 30 minutes; stirring the cooked oyster meat into paste; pouring oyster mud into a filter screen with about 80 meshes, and washing with clear water to remove impurities; drying the filtered oyster mud; adding oyster peptidase into the dried oyster mud, performing enzymolysis to obtain oyster peptide, and drying again to obtain oyster peptide powder. Example 5 preparation of saussurea involucrata active peptide powder composition example 5
Firstly, taking a dried saussurea involucrata product, crushing the dried saussurea involucrata product into powder, adding a proper amount of distilled water, soaking the powder, and filtering and collecting the powder; adding a proper amount of trypsin and papain into the collected filtrate, and hydrolyzing at constant temperature; filtering the hydrolysate to remove residues and insoluble substances to obtain a saussurea involucrata active peptide-containing filtrate, concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain saussurea involucrata active peptide powder, filtering the saussurea involucrata active peptide powder by a 120 filter screen, concentrating under reduced pressure, and spray-drying to obtain the oyster peptide powder and saussurea involucrata active peptide powder composition 5.
Example 6 comparison of antioxidant Activity of peptide powders prepared by different methods
The antioxidant activity was evaluated based on DPPH radical scavenging method using the same mass of the different peptide powder compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 and the oyster peptide powder and the saussurea involucrata active peptide powder alone, and the specific comparison results are shown in the following table:

Therefore, compared with independently prepared peptide powder, the oyster peptide powder and saussurea involucrata active peptide powder compound prepared by the application has higher antioxidant activity.

Claims (9)
1. The preparation method of the oyster peptide and saussurea involucrata active peptide composition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
fully mixing oyster peptide powder and saussurea involucrata powder according to a certain proportion, filtering, concentrating and drying the mixture to obtain the oyster peptide powder and saussurea involucrata bioactive peptide powder composition.
2. The method for preparing oyster peptide powder and saussurea involucrata composition according to claim 1, wherein the ratio is 1:1-3.
3. The method for preparing the oyster peptide and saussurea involucrata composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the method for preparing the oyster peptide powder comprises the following steps:
1) Selecting fresh oyster, removing shell and viscera, and cutting meat into pieces;
2) Placing oyster meat into a pot, and cooking with small fire;
3) Stirring the cooked oyster meat into paste;
4) Pouring oyster mud into a filter screen, and washing with clear water to remove impurities;
5) Drying the filtered oyster mud;
6) Adding oyster peptidase into the dried oyster mud, performing enzymolysis to obtain oyster peptide, and drying again to obtain oyster peptide powder.
4. The method for preparing the oyster peptide and saussurea involucrata composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the method for preparing the saussurea involucrata active peptide powder is as follows:
1) Pulverizing dried herba Saussureae Involueratae into powder, adding appropriate amount of distilled water, soaking, and filtering;
2) Adding a proper amount of trypsin and papain into the collected filtrate, and carrying out enzymolysis at constant temperature;
3) Filtering the hydrolysate to remove residues and insoluble substances, and obtaining the active peptide filtrate containing the saussurea involucrata.
4) Concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain the saussurea involucrata active peptide powder.
5. The method of preparing a oyster peptide and saussurea involucrata composition according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the filtration is performed using a 50-150 mesh screen; preferably, the filtration is performed using a 100-150 mesh screen.
6. A method for preparing a oyster peptide and saussurea involucrata composition according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the concentration is atmospheric or vacuum.
7. A method of preparing an oyster peptide and saussurea involucrata composition according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the drying is spray drying or vacuum freeze drying.
8. An oyster peptide powder and saussurea involucrata active peptide composition, which is characterized by comprising oyster peptide powder and saussurea involucrata active peptide powder.
9. An oyster peptide powder and saussurea involucrata active peptide composition, characterized in that the composition is prepared by the method of claims 1-7.
