Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention aims to provide a drawing method, a drawing system and a drawing product for a female full life cycle health management view covering prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and autonomous health management.
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a drawing method of a female full life cycle health management view according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the drawing method in the present invention includes:
step 1: creating a health management project standard library; the standard library comprises specific management items, and each management item has a special attribute and a stage attribute.
Specifically, after paper "women's full life cycle health management manual" filled by doctors is classified and arranged, specific management items related in the management manual are respectively stored in a general management item dictionary table, a risk management item dictionary table and a disease management item dictionary table according to three classifications of general management, risk management and disease management, wherein the items in the dictionary tables have special properties and stage properties, and a time dimension and a special dimension basis are provided for subsequent view display.
Wherein, the special department attribute refers to a specific department, for example: puberty health care department, breast health care department, pelvic floor rehabilitation health care department, stomatology department, nutrition department, dermatology department, beauty treatment department, psychology department, endocrinology department and the like. The staging attribute refers to a specific age, for example: puberty, pre-wedding, pre-pregnancy, post-partum (within 1 year after delivery), intrauterine period, and more advanced year.
Step 2: establishing a rule base; the rule base comprises a plurality of rules corresponding to the management items.
Specifically, the judgment basis of the item in step 1 is generalized, combined and generalized, abstracted into each condition object P, wherein the P object contains category attributes and calculation rules, which are judgment basis in the algorithm process, each condition object P corresponds to one piece of data, and the information is stored in a rule information table, namely, each condition P has a serial number, so as to obtain each health item.
For example: there is a health management project "overweight management" in the standard library that the doctor needs to perform on the patient when the patient meets the conditions BMI.gtoreq.24 and BMI <28. Obtaining two condition objects P1 and P2 after generalization treatment of the judgment basis, wherein the class attribute of P1 is BMI, and the calculation rule is that the weight is equal to or greater than 2 and the height is equal to or greater than 24; the class attribute of P2 is BMI, and the calculation rule is weight/height 2<28.
Also for example: a health management project of diabetes management is arranged in the standard library, and when a patient has definite diagnosis of diabetes or the fasting blood glucose of the patient is more than or equal to 7.0mmol/L or glycosylated hemoglobin is more than or equal to 6.5, a doctor needs to execute the project on the patient. Three condition objects P3, P4 and P5 are obtained after the judgment basis generalization treatment, wherein the class attribute of P3 is diagnosis, and the calculation rule accords with ICD code E14.900x001; the class attribute of P4 is a test result item, and the calculation rule is that the existence test report item GLU4 is more than or equal to 7; the class attribute of P5 is a test result item, and the calculation rule is that the existence test report item HbA1c is more than or equal to 6.5.
Step 3: creating a rule engine; the rule engine is used for carrying out rule configuration on the management items, so that each management item uniquely corresponds to one rule; the rules engine includes a conditional part LHS and a conclusion part RHS.
The purpose of this step is to perform Rule configuration for each health management item in step 1, so that each health management item uniquely corresponds to a Rule (r).
Rule r may be refined to an and or relation combination of several condition objects P. Wherein, the comparison relation between the health management project and the rule r is stored in a project rule configuration table, and the comparison relation between the rule r and the specific condition P is stored in a rule detail configuration table.
For example: the standard library is provided with a health management item overweight management, and a rule r1 is bound, wherein r1 is the combination of the condition object P1 and the condition object P2;
also for example: there is a health management item "diabetes management" in the standard library, and the binding rules r2, r2 are condition objects P3, P4 and P5 or a combination of relationships.
Step 4: patient information is acquired.
Step 5: incorporating the patient information into a patient management pool; the patient management pool includes: patient information management table.
The step is a patient management stage, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 5.1: the patient who enters the hospital to check in is brought into the patient management pool, namely, when the patient checks in, the patient identification card information is stored in the patient information management table, and when the patient who has already been brought in checks in again, the taking-in operation is not repeatedly executed. Specific visit registration includes clinic visit registration, emergency call triage, hospitalization admission registration and physical examination registration;
step 5.2: when the clinician receives the patient, the identity information of the patient is used for checking whether the patient is in the management pool or not in the patient information management table in the step 5.1, if so, the system carries out intelligent stage on the patient to judge whether the patient is in puberty or other stages, and the like. If not, the subsequent steps are not performed. The results of the intelligent stage are displayed to the clinician in real time during the diagnosis, so that the doctor is allowed to manually adjust the stage, and the data are stored in a patient stage information table after the intelligent stage or the manual stage adjustment.
Step 6: a management item corresponding to the patient is determined based on the patient information.
That is, after the stage information of the patient is obtained, the health management items corresponding to the stage information are selected in step 1 based on the stage information.
Step 7: and determining diagnosis and treatment information of the patient based on the management item corresponding to the patient.
After the one-time treatment process of the patient is finished, when medical record data are submitted, diagnosis and treatment business data of the patient are extracted in real time, wherein the diagnosis and treatment business data comprise physical sign data (height, weight, heart rate, pulse and the like), effective examination report data in 7 days, diagnosis data of the current treatment, medical history data such as past history and present medical history are stored in a patient diagnosis and treatment information table, and when the same patient has multiple treatment data, the last treatment data cover the previous treatment data so as to obtain treatment information of the corresponding patient.
Step 8: and performing rule matching based on the diagnosis and treatment information to generate a patient stage execution library.
After the step 7 is finished, the execution of the step 8 is started, the stage information of the corresponding patient is determined according to the patient stage information table obtained in the step 5.2, the stage information is matched with the stage data of the dictionary table obtained in the step 1 according to the stage information, the general management item, the risk management item and the disease management item corresponding to the stage (growth period) of the patient are determined, and meanwhile, the patient stage execution library information is added or updated according to the obtained corresponding item through rule matching, so that the information of a certain patient is obtained.
Specifically, the patient stage execution library is acquired by adopting a condition matching algorithm, the algorithm is a forward chain type reasoning algorithm, and the problems of rule matching and rule matching execution speed are solved by constructing a rule engine.
The rule engine is divided into a conditional part called Left Hand Side (LHS) and a conclusion part called Right Hand Side (RHS).
As described above, each item in the health management standard library corresponds to a rule r, the LHS is essentially a combination of a plurality of condition objects P corresponding to the rule r, when the LHS is True due to the diagnosis and treatment information of the patient, the RHS is activated, and the rule engine outputs the serial number of the item dictionary corresponding to the rule r, that is, the serial number of the dictionary of the item in the general management item dictionary table, the risk management item dictionary table, or the disease management item dictionary table.
The specific matching process is as follows with reference to fig. 2:
step a: and (3) taking out the fact from the cache working area, defining actual diagnosis and treatment index data of the patient as a fact set (fact), and storing the fact in the cache working area, wherein the fact is a data object to be processed in the algorithm process, and comprises the stage information of the patient and the diagnosis and treatment information of the patient in the step (7).
Step b: and (3) according to the stage information defined in the fact, obtaining all the item information with the stage attribute from the general management item dictionary table, the risk management item dictionary table and the disease management item dictionary table described in the step (1) to obtain complete stage standard library item information.
Step c: and c, using the project information obtained in the step b to obtain data from the project rule configuration table and the rule detail configuration table in the step 3, and constructing a pattern matcher.
Step d: taking out the fact from the cache working area again, entering a pattern matcher through a virtual root node, verifying whether the fact can enable all P conditions of the pattern matcher to be met, if P conditions are judged to be met, indicating that the fact is completely matched with a rule r corresponding to the pattern matcher, LHS (r) =true is met, activating RHS, and enabling a standard library task item corresponding to the rule r to form an agenda and adding the agenda into a target result set; if all the conditions P are not satisfied, exiting recursion, acquiring a new pattern matcher, and restarting the step c;
step e: and d, ending the whole matching process until all the stage standard library item information obtained in the step b passes through the step c.d.
And d, the task items in the target result set are target data to be captured, and after all the pattern matchers are executed, all the task items obtained from the summarized target result set are the patient stage execution library item data to be displayed.
Step 9: and extracting stage execution library data based on the patient stage execution library to form a visual chart.
Dynamically displaying health management information of female patients in each continuous stage, wherein the information is derived from the patient stage execution library obtained in the step 8, extracting stage execution library data to form a visual chart, and displaying according to a two-dimensional table mode, wherein the visual chart comprises a time dimension and a special dimension, the time dimension refers to the stage information, and the special dimension refers to the corresponding special category pointed by each health management content item:
extracting actual stage record data of a patient, cleaning and filtering to obtain a patient life cycle node set, and performing bubbling sequencing for displaying a time dimension;
acquiring a mapping relation between a stage and a specialty from the standard library described in the step 1, wherein the mapping relation is used for displaying the specialty dimension;
any stage and special department is selected, and all health management task information of three major categories of general management, risk management and disease management of patients under 2 dimensions can be displayed. The data source of these task information is the patient execution library described in step 8.
The page is marked without marking, and a doctor is guided to perfect the health management task.
