In the prior art, aiming at resident health management, most medical institutions are provided with health information systems, resident health information is collected and input based on the health information systems, the resident health information is retrieved manually by doctors, and the resident health information is analyzed and evaluated to further develop resident health management work.
However, the health management work of residents is manually searched and developed by doctors, which is easy to cause disorder and untimely health management, omission of the health management work and passive development of most health management work in the process of the resident's visit.
Based on the problems in resident health management work, the health management method can provide corresponding health reminding services for patients and doctors according to a health management plan and a health execution plan which are made in advance, so that the health management work can be better developed.
The method proposed by the present application will be illustrated by some specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a health management system corresponding to a health management method provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the health management system may include: the system comprises a terminal device 101, a server 102 and a network 103, wherein a patient or a doctor performs operations related to health management on the terminal device 101, the terminal device 101 sends operation data to the server 102 through the network 103, and after the server 102 performs related processing, data corresponding to a processing result is returned to the terminal device 101 through the network 103, so that the patient or the doctor can check the corresponding processing result.
It can be understood that, under the system architecture as described in fig. 1, the health management method provided by the embodiment of the present application is executed by the server 102.
Optionally, the health management system corresponding to the health management method provided in the embodiment of the present application may also include only the terminal device 101, and the patient or the doctor performs an operation related to the health management on the terminal device 101, and the terminal device 101 processes and displays the operation data, so as to be convenient for the patient or the doctor to view.
The terminal device 101 or the server 102 may include, but is not limited to, any one of a laptop, a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a smart phone, or any combination thereof, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
Of course, in addition to the above, the execution subject of the health management method provided in the embodiment of the present application may also be other types of electronic devices with processing capability, and the present application is not limited in particular herein.
In the following embodiments, the health management method provided in the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with the terminal device 101 as an execution subject.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating a health management method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S201, in response to occurrence of a patient health event, generates a health management plan for the patient according to a pre-created health knowledge base.
The patient health event may refer to a diagnosis and treatment event related to the patient, which is actively triggered by the patient, or a diagnosis and treatment event related to the patient, which is triggered by a doctor.
For example, patient A always feels a dizziness in the near day, and then goes to the hospital to request a relevant examination, which may be referred to as a patient health event. For another example, when a doctor views the historical medical record of patient a, the doctor finds that patient a needs to perform certain examinations, and patient a performs related examinations according to the doctor's recommendations, then the event may also be referred to as a patient health event.
Specifically, the terminal device 101 responds to the occurrence of a patient health event and generates a health management plan for the patient based on a pre-created health repository. Continuing with the above example of patient a, when patient a goes to the hospital to request for a relevant examination, the request event is sent to the terminal device 101, and after receiving the request event, the terminal device 101 generates a health management plan of patient a according to a pre-established health knowledge base.
The health management plan is used to indicate the patient's visit matters, which may refer to the examinations the patient should perform, and the optional visit periods, which may refer to the time periods the patient should perform the examinations.
Step S202, first reminding information is pushed to the patient and the doctor according to the health management plan.
Specifically, after a specific health management plan is formulated for the patient, the terminal device 101 may push first reminding information to the patient and the doctor according to the formulated health management plan, where the first reminding information is used to remind the patient to perform the medical treatment event within the optional medical treatment time period.
Continuing with the above example of the patient a, assuming that the current time is 8/25/2020, and the specific health management plan established by the terminal device 101 for the patient indicates that the time for the patient a to perform the next blood routine examination should be between one month and two months after the current time, when the current time is one month away, that is, 9/25/2020, the terminal device 101 will push a reminding message to the patient and the doctor, where the reminding message is used to remind the patient a to perform the blood routine examination on 9/25/2020.
Further, if the patient does not perform the relevant medical treatment items in the medical treatment period indicated by the health management plan, the terminal device 101 may further send a reminding message to the patient or the doctor, where the reminding message is used to remind the patient that the current time exceeds the medical treatment period scheduled in the health management plan, so that the patient or the doctor can decide a further medical treatment schedule according to the reminding message.
And step S203, making a health execution plan for the patient according to the selected information of the patient.
The medical information may mean that the patient determines the medical date and medical details according to the health management plan. Specifically, the patient selects corresponding clinic information according to the health management plan, the terminal device 101 formulates a health execution plan for the patient according to the clinic information selected by the patient, wherein the health execution plan comprises clinic items and a target clinic time of the patient, the health execution plan is used for instructing the patient to execute the clinic items at the target clinic time, and the clinic information comprises at least one of the following items: time of visit, department of visit, and doctor of visit.
Continuing with the above example of the patient a, if the visit information selected by the patient a is that the patient a visits the hospital for blood routine examination on 9/2/2020, the terminal device 101 may make a health execution plan for the patient according to the visit information, where the health execution plan may be, for example: at 10 am, 9/2/2020, doctor C goes to the physician for medical use for routine blood examinations.
It should be noted that the above steps S201 to S203 are continuously executed in a loop, so that a continuous health management work can be performed.
To sum up, an embodiment of the present application provides a health management method, including: responding to the occurrence of a patient health event, generating a health management plan of the patient according to a health knowledge base created in advance, pushing first reminding information to the patient and a doctor according to the health management plan, and making a health execution plan for the patient according to the diagnosis information selected by the patient, wherein the health execution plan comprises the diagnosis matters of the patient and the target diagnosis time, and is used for instructing the patient to execute the diagnosis matters at the target diagnosis time. Through the steps, the health management reminding message can be pushed to the patient and the doctor to remind the patient to make a specific health execution plan, and further health execution reminding message is pushed to the patient or the doctor before the health execution plan expires, so that the health management work can be timely, effectively and orderly carried out.
In order to ensure that the health management plan and the health execution plan of the patient are made more accurately, the health management plan and the health execution plan can be updated according to specific clinic information while the health execution plan of the patient is executed.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is another schematic flow chart of a health management method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, after step S203, the method further includes:
in step S301, diagnosis information is acquired when the patient performs the medical details according to the health execution plan.
Specifically, the diagnosis information when the patient performs the medical treatment according to the health execution plan is obtained, and the diagnosis information may refer to diagnosis information generated when the patient performs the medical treatment corresponding to the current health execution plan.
For example, when a doctor detects an abnormality in a midpregnancy delivery test for a pregnant woman, the diagnostic information acquired by the terminal device 101 is the abnormal diagnostic information detected in the current delivery test.
Step S302, updating the health management plan of the patient according to the diagnosis information.
In particular, the current health management plan of the patient may be updated based on the diagnostic information.
For example, when a doctor finds an abnormality during midgestational delivery test for a pregnant woman, and after the terminal device 101 acquires the abnormality information, the current health management plan of the patient may be updated, for example, the number of delivery tests is increased, the delivery test items are increased, and the like.
Meanwhile, after the health management plan is updated, the health execution plan can be updated at the same time.
The health management plan of the patient is updated according to the diagnosis information of the patient when the patient executes the diagnosis matters of the health execution plan, and the health execution plan of the patient is further updated, so that the health management plan and the health execution plan of the patient can be made more accurate.
Further, prior to generating a health management plan for a patient, it is preferred that a health repository be established.
Optionally, before generating the health management plan of the patient according to the pre-created health knowledge base, the method further includes:
and establishing a health knowledge base according to the current health management specification.
Specifically, the health knowledge base is established according to the current health management standard, wherein the health management standard may include a special disease management standard and a special crowd health management standard, that is, the health knowledge base may be established according to the current special disease management standard or the special crowd health management standard.
For example, a specific disease management specification may include: pregnant and delivery period health care management specifications, diabetes health care management specifications, hypertension health care management specifications and the like, and the special population health management specifications can comprise: the health care management of the old, the children, the high-risk pregnant and lying-in women, the children, the disabled, and the like.
Wherein, the health knowledge base comprises a plurality of health rules, and each health rule comprises: health special case type, matters of seeing a doctor, time identification, number of days of reminding before the fact and number of days of reminding exceeding the term.
The health project types may include: pregnant and delivery period health cases, children health cases, diabetes health cases, and the like; the time mark can be used for representing the time arrangement of the matters of treatment in a specific health project; the number of days of reminding in advance can be used for representing the number of days of sending out reminding information before the time period when the treatment event should occur; number of overdue reminders, a reminder that may be used to characterize the number of days that a particular visit has exceeded the period of time in which it should be performed.
For example, if the pregnancy health rules include: at least 1 pregnancy test in the early pregnancy period, 13 weeks before pregnancy; the midgestation period is at least 2 times of obstetric examination, namely 1 time of pregnancy in 16-20 weeks and 1 time of pregnancy in 20-28 weeks; the late pregnancy period is at least 2 times of obstetric examination, namely 1 time at 29-36 weeks of pregnancy, 1 time after 36 weeks of pregnancy and the like, and the health case type is a pregnancy and labor period health case; the time mark can be 20-28 weeks of gestation, for example; the number of days for reminding in advance can be, for example, reminding for 7 days before 20-28 weeks of gestation; the number of overdue reminding days may be, for example, 1 day after 20 to 28 weeks of gestation.
Since the patient health event may include both a patient-triggered health event and a health event related to the patient triggered by a doctor, optionally, generating a health management plan for the patient according to a pre-created health repository in response to the occurrence of the patient health event may include:
in response to a visit performed by the patient, a health management plan for the patient is generated based on a pre-created health knowledge base.
In particular, the visit operation performed by the patient may refer to a visit operation actively initiated by the patient.
Optionally, in response to the occurrence of the patient health event, generating a health management plan for the patient according to the pre-created health knowledge base may also include: in response to a clinical procedure performed by a physician, a health management plan for the patient is generated from a pre-created health knowledge base.
Specifically, generating the health management plan of the patient according to the pre-created health knowledge base may refer to generating the health management plan of the patient according to the pre-created health knowledge base in response to the diagnosis and treatment performed by the doctor.
The diagnosis and treatment operation performed by the doctor may refer to a diagnosis and treatment operation that the doctor takes according to the specific health condition of the patient.
The following example will detail how a health management plan for a patient is generated based on a pre-created health knowledge base.
Referring to fig. 4, another flow chart of a health management method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, and as shown in fig. 4, the step of generating a health management plan of a patient according to a pre-created health knowledge base includes:
step S401, inquiring a target health rule corresponding to a patient from a plurality of health rules in a health knowledge base.
Specifically, each health rule in the health knowledge base has a different health project type, so that the target health rule corresponding to the patient can be queried according to the personal health information input by the patient.
For example, assuming that the patient B is a pregnant woman, the patient B inputs the personal health information of the pregnant woman into the terminal device 101, and the terminal device 101 may query a target health rule corresponding to the patient B from a plurality of health rules in the health knowledge base.
Assume that the target health rule for patient B may include: early pregnancy, i.e. at least 1 birth test prior to 13 weeks gestation; the midgestation period is at least 2 times of obstetric examination, namely 1 time of pregnancy in 16-20 weeks and 1 time of pregnancy in 20-28 weeks; and (3) performing birth inspection for at least 2 times in the late pregnancy, namely 1 time in 29-36 weeks and 1 time after 36 weeks of pregnancy.
Step S402, determining the health management plan of the patient according to the health project type, the treatment items, the time marks, the prior reminding days and the overdue reminding days in the target health rule.
Specifically, the health management plan of the patient can be determined according to the health project type, the treatment items, the time marks, the prior reminding days and the overdue reminding days in the target health rule.
Continuing with the example of patient B above, for example, multiple health management plans may be derived based on the target health rules of patient B in combination with personal health information entered by patient B.
Assuming that the personal health information input by the patient B may include the time of the last menstruation, the terminal device 101 may calculate a plurality of health management plans according to the time of the last menstruation and the target health rule of the patient B through a specific gestational week calculation rule, for example, the plurality of health management plans may be:
(1) a prenatal examination is required from 20 days 6/2020 to 20 days 10/2020;
(2) a prenatal examination is needed from 21 days 10/2020 to 21 days 11/2020;
(3) a prenatal examination is needed from 22 days 11/2020 to 22 days 1/2021;
(4) a prenatal examination is needed from 23 months 1 to 23 months 3 and 23 months 2021;
(5) the patient is reminded in 6-13 th of 2020, and needs to perform prenatal examination once between 6-20 th of 2020 and 10-20 th of 2020.
Optionally, after the health execution plan is formulated for the patient according to the selected visit information of the patient, the method further comprises: and pushing second reminding information to the patient and the doctor according to the health execution plan.
Specifically, since the health execution plan is used for indicating the patient's scheduled visit matters that need to be executed at the target visit time, in order to ensure that the patient can visit according to the health execution plan, after the health execution plan is formulated for the patient, second reminding information can be pushed to the patient and the doctor according to the health execution plan, wherein the second reminding information is used for reminding the patient to execute the visit matters at the target visit time.
For example, assume a health execution plan is: patient B needs to go to the obstetrical clinic for a prenatal examination at 7/20 days 2020, the terminal device 101 may push a second reminding message to the patient and the doctor at 7/13 days 2020, that is, 7 days before the specific date of the prenatal examination, the message being used to remind the patient or to remind the doctor to inform the patient that a prenatal examination needs to go to the obstetrical clinic for a prenatal examination at 7/20 days 2020. The number of days to remind in advance can be set according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the application is not particularly limited.
Optionally, the second reminding message may be used to remind the patient of the event after the target visit time expires, in addition to reminding the patient of the event at the target visit time.
