Abstract
The invention discloses a discrimination system for illegal occupation of an emergency lane of a highway, which comprises a detection section, an upstream collector, a downstream collector, a memory, a central processing unit and a downstream information display screen. The central processing unit can calculate the travel speed of the vehicle passing through the detection road section and the sequencing variation of the entering and exiting of the detection road section under the condition that the detection road section is in the creep according to the acquisition information of the acquisition unit in the memory.
