during operation, when the vehicle appears overspeed or other illegal activities, analysis module sends the illegal activity of vehicle to the urgent contact department of relevance, and simultaneously, under the normal conditions, the urgent contact that the car owner set up should be the close personnel of relation, directly send the illegal activity of vehicle to urgent contact department, can advise or train the attention to the navigating mate through close personnel, improve the advising effect to the navigating mate, reduce the possibility that the traffic illegal activity appears once more in the future in the navigating mate, and simultaneously, when the visibility of road is low and the group fog appears, analysis module can directly send warning information to the cell-phone of car owner, further remind the car owner, guarantee to remind the effect, prevent that the car owner from neglecting the warning information that analysis module sent to on-vehicle end.
The specific working process is as follows:
when the system works, the traffic state of a road is shot by the fixed traffic monitoring cameras arranged at all positions of the road, and then the video shot by the traffic monitoring cameras is analyzed by the analysis module, so that the visibility information and the meteorological state on the road can be obtained, and early warning is timely carried out on vehicles on the road; because the installation positions of the traffic monitoring cameras are fixed, on the same road, the area between two adjacent traffic monitoring cameras cannot monitor the passing state of the road and the meteorological state on the road, the vehicle passing process is shot through a vehicle traveling data recorder installed on a vehicle, then the video shot by the vehicle traveling data recorder is analyzed by an analysis module, the passing state of the road between the two adjacent traffic monitoring cameras on the road and the meteorological state on the road can be obtained, so that the analysis module can timely send the visibility and the meteorological state at different positions on the road to the vehicle-mounted end of the vehicle traveling on the road, and a driver is reminded and warned; the method comprises the steps that the video uploaded by a driving recorder is analyzed to obtain the actual driving speed of a vehicle on a road, after the actual driving speed of the vehicle exceeds the speed limit standard of the road, an analysis module sends a warning signal to a vehicle-mounted end to enable a driver to slow down and walk, and meanwhile overspeed information is synchronized to a traffic police department to enable the driver to be punished; analyzing vehicle position information uploaded by a driving recorder through an analysis module to obtain an actual vehicle distance between vehicles on a road, then calculating according to the actual vehicle distance, the actual driving speed of the vehicles, visibility data and a driver reaction speed value under a conventional condition to obtain a safe vehicle distance which needs to be met and does not collide between the vehicles when the vehicles are emergently braked, then comparing the actual vehicle distance with the safe vehicle distance through the analysis module, sending a deceleration prompt to a vehicle behind in the driving direction by the analysis module for the vehicle which does not meet the safe vehicle distance, and increasing the actual vehicle distance between the vehicles through the deceleration of the vehicle behind until the actual vehicle distance is larger than or equal to the safe vehicle distance; analyzing videos shot by a vehicle event data recorder to obtain the actual driving speeds of other vehicles driving on the road, then comparing the actual driving speeds of the other vehicles with the speed limit standard of the road, and sending the license plate number of the overspeed vehicle to a traffic police department when the other vehicles are found to be overspeed; when the vehicle is overspeed or other illegal behaviors, the analysis module sends the illegal behaviors of the vehicle to the associated emergency contact position, and meanwhile, when the visibility of the road is low and the fog appears, the analysis module can directly send the reminding information to the mobile phone of the vehicle owner.

The intelligent detection system for road traffic safety according to claim 1, characterized in that: the monitoring device comprises a vehicle event data recorder; the automobile data recorder is correlated with the license plate number of the vehicle; the automobile data recorder uploads a video shot in the driving process of the vehicle to a server end through a network; the server side analyzes the video shot by the automobile data recorder to obtain the meteorological state of the road near the vehicle, such as the cloud; the analysis module comprehensively analyzes the video shot by the traffic monitoring camera and the video shot by the automobile data recorder to determine the visibility and meteorological states of different positions of the road; the automobile data recorder uploads the shot video through the network, and the vehicle position information is synchronously uploaded to the server side; the analysis module comprehensively analyzes the vehicle position information and visibility and meteorological states of different positions of a road to obtain the road state of the position where the vehicle is located; and after the analysis module obtains the road state of the position of the vehicle, the road state is sent to the vehicle-mounted end and displayed on a central control screen of the vehicle.

The intelligent detection system for road traffic safety according to claim 2, characterized in that: the analysis module analyzes videos uploaded by the same automobile data recorder at random intervals, and the running speed of the vehicle is obtained through analysis of videos shot by the automobile data recorder; after the analysis module obtains the driving speed of the vehicle, the driving speed is compared with the road speed limit standard to obtain a comparison result; if the comparison result shows that the vehicle does not overspeed, the analysis module does not act; if the comparison result shows that the vehicle is overspeed, the analysis module sends a warning signal to the vehicle-mounted end to remind the driver of slowing down; after the comparison result shows that the vehicle is overspeed, the analysis module synchronizes the overspeed information of the vehicle to a traffic police department; the analysis module analyzes videos shot by the automobile data recorder and the traffic monitoring camera to obtain low visibility of road traffic and fog on the road, and compares and analyzes the vehicle running speed in the area with low visibility of the road and fog with the recommended running speed; and when the analysis module judges that the actual running speed of the vehicle is greater than the recommended running speed, the analysis module sends a warning signal to the vehicle-mounted end to remind a driver of decelerating.
