The electronic device may optionally further comprise a communication interface for communication and data interactive transmission with an external device.

Claims (10)

receiving a lease application request sent by a mobile terminal; the renting application request is generated when a tenant scans a special renting room two-dimensional code on a first intelligent door lock of a first renting room to be rented through the mobile terminal, and the renting application request carries a first room number of the first renting room;
providing a lease application information filling window for the first lease room for the lease customer through the mobile terminal based on the lease application request, and generating corresponding order information when the lease application information filling is completed by the lease customer; the order information comprises identity information of the tenant, the first room number, a fee list required to be paid by the tenant, a lease start time and a lease end time;
Generating a cost order to be paid currently based on the order information, and pushing the order information and the cost order to the mobile terminal;
after determining that the tenant finishes the settlement of the expense order through the mobile terminal, generating first temporary unlocking information of the first intelligent door lock, and pushing the first temporary unlocking information to the mobile terminal; wherein an effective period of the first temporary unlock information is located between the lease start time and the lease end time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after pushing the first temporary unlock information to the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving unlocking information sent by the first intelligent door lock, and setting the effective period range of the unlocking information to be between the lease start time and the lease end time;
wherein, the unlocking information comprises at least one of the following information:
reading the identity card information obtained by the identity card of the tenant through the identity card reader of the first intelligent door lock;
the tenant inputs digital password information or drawn pattern password information through a touch screen of the first intelligent door lock;
And the fingerprint collector of the first intelligent door lock collects fingerprint information obtained by the fingerprints of the tenant.
3. The method of claim 1 wherein the fee order comprises a deposit for the first rental room; after pushing the first temporary unlocking information to the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
when receiving a request for issuing a return request from the tenant to initiate a return request by scanning the two-dimension code of the exclusive tenant through the mobile terminal, generating a settlement order of the first tenant, and pushing the settlement order to the mobile terminal; the request for the return of the room carries the first room number, and the settlement order comprises electricity and water fees;
after determining that the tenant finishes the settlement of the settlement order through the mobile terminal, performing invalidation processing on the first temporary unlocking information, and returning the deposit to the payment account of the tenant at the same time or after a preset time interval.

receiving a delay payment request initiated by the tenant through the mobile terminal scanning the two-dimension code of the exclusive rental house; the delay payment application request carries the first room number and the delay time length;
based on the delay payment application request, keeping the effective state of the first temporary unlocking information unchanged within the delay time; or,
pushing the delayed payment application request to a management terminal; after receiving agreement information sent by a lessor through the management terminal for the delay payment application request, keeping the effective state of the first temporary unlocking information unchanged; or after receiving refusal information sent by the lessor through the management terminal for the delayed payment application request, if the lessor does not finish settlement of the monthly lease order within the preset period, adjusting the effective state of the first temporary unlocking information to be a forbidden state until the lessor finishes settlement of the monthly lease order through the mobile terminal, and then recovering the effective state of the first temporary unlocking information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after pushing the first temporary unlock information to the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
when no person is monitored in the first taxi room by the monitor on the first intelligent door lock, the power supply in the first taxi room is disconnected;
and when the change from unmanned to someone in the first taxi room is monitored by the monitor on the first intelligent door lock, providing power for the first taxi room.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein after pushing the first temporary unlock information to the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
