Fig. 2 is a software architecture block diagram of a terminal device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, taking an Android system with a layered architecture as an example, a software structure of the terminal device 100 is illustrated. The layered architecture divides the software into several layers, each with distinct roles and branches. The layers communicate with each other through a software interface. In some embodiments, the Android system is divided into four layers, namely an application layer, an application framework layer, a system layer and a kernel layer from top to bottom.
1. Application layer
The application layer may include a series of application packages. In the embodiment of the application, the application layer at least comprises program packages of system applications and third party applications. The packages of system applications may include notification management software development kits (software development kit, SDK), among others.
2. Application framework layer
The application framework layer provides an application programming interface (application programming interface, API) and programming framework for application programs of the application layer. The application framework layer includes a number of predefined functions. As shown in FIG. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, the application framework layer may include a window manager, a resource manager, a notification manager, and the like.
The window manager is used for managing window programs. The window manager can acquire the size of the display screen, judge whether a status bar exists, lock the screen, intercept the screen and the like.
The resource manager provides various resources for the application program, such as localization strings, icons, pictures, layout files, video files, and the like.
The notification manager allows the application to display notification information in a status bar, can be used to communicate notification type messages, can automatically disappear after a short dwell, and does not require user interaction. Such as notification manager is used to inform that the download is complete, message alerts, etc. The notification manager may also be a notification in the form of a chart or scroll bar text that appears on the system top status bar, such as a notification of a background running application, or a notification that appears on the screen in the form of a dialog window. For example, a text message is prompted in a status bar, a prompt tone is emitted, the terminal equipment vibrates, and an indicator light blinks.
In the embodiment of the application, the notification message displayed after being identified by the terminal equipment can display the notification content on the status bar or the drop-down interface thereof based on the notification manager.
3. System layer
The C/C++ library can be used by different components in the Android system and provides services for developers through the application framework. In the embodiment of the application, the C/C++ program library at least comprises program codes corresponding to a pre-trained network model and is used for being called by a notification manager to realize the identification of the type and the grade of the notified content.
Android Runtime (Android run) includes a core library and virtual machines. Android run time is responsible for scheduling and management of the Android system. The core library consists of two parts: one part is a function which needs to be called by java language, and the other part is a core library of android. The application layer and the application framework layer run in virtual machines. The virtual machine executes java files of the application layer and the application framework layer as binary files. The virtual machine is used for executing the functions of object life cycle management, stack management, thread management, security and exception management, garbage collection and the like.
4. Kernel layer
The kernel layer is a layer between hardware and software. The kernel layer at least contains drive codes such as display drive and memory drive. In the embodiment of the application, the display driver can display the notification content to be displayed on the screen of the terminal equipment based on the notification content which is identified by the pre-trained classification model.
In some possible implementation manners of the application, the notification messages of the system application and the third party application of the application layer can realize the call of the notification manager through the notification management SDK, further call the pre-trained classification model in the system layer to realize the identification of the notification content corresponding to the notification message, and call the display driver of the kernel layer to realize the display of the notification content on the screen of the terminal device.
With the rapid development of network and computer technologies, terminal devices have become indispensable devices in daily life, and various Applications (APP) installed in terminal devices have become tools for people's office, entertainment or friend-making. However, with the gradual enrichment of various APPs, the various APPs always push notification messages frequently for the purpose of advertising content or increasing users, which brings much trouble to users.
Currently, when a user wants to manage notification messages, the user needs to click on a setting application of the terminal device to enter a setting menu shown in a part a of fig. 3, click on a notification corresponding area to enter an interface shown in b of fig. 3, click on a batch management corresponding area to enter a batch management interface shown in c of fig. 3, and click on a notification switch corresponding to each application to select whether to allow notification messages corresponding to the application to be displayed on the terminal device in batch on the batch management interface, taking an a application as an example, if the user only opens a notification switch 301 of the a application on the interface shown in c of fig. 3 (the state of the notification switch 301 shown in c of fig. 3 may indicate that a notification has been opened, and the state of the notification switch 302 may indicate that a notification has been closed), then all messages of the a application are allowed to be notified. However, if the user only wants a part of the messages in the application a to be displayed in the notification process and another part of the messages in the application a are not needed to be displayed, clicking the corresponding area of the application a on the interface shown in fig. 3 b to enter the notification management interface shown in fig. 3 d, and selecting the message types to be displayed or not needed to be displayed one by one, wherein most of the message types are set by the application provider, the user selects the type shown in fig. 3 d, the notification content finally displayed by the terminal device is not necessarily really wanted by the user, and for the user with a large number of APPs installed in the terminal device, the message notification of each APP is required to be set according with the requirements, the process is quite tedious, and bad use experience is brought to the user.
In view of this, the present application provides a notification display method that identifies the type and grade of notification content based on the notification content and a pre-trained network model, and compares the identified type and grade of notification content with a grade corresponding to the type of notification content configured in a terminal device to determine whether the notification content is displayed. By the method provided by the application, the user can automatically complete the display or non-display of the notification without complex setting, the operation flow of the user is simplified, the intelligent level of the terminal is improved, and the user experience is optimized.
The notification display method provided by the present application will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 to 11. The application can be applied to terminal equipment such as mobile phones, tablet computers and the like, the hardware structure of the application can be shown in fig. 1, the software structure can be shown in fig. 2, and the structure and the form of the terminal equipment shown in the drawings of the embodiment of the application are all exemplary and do not form specific limitation on the terminal equipment related to the application.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a notification display method 400 according to an embodiment of the present application. The method 400 includes the steps of:
S401, at a first moment, receiving first notification content, and displaying the first notification content, wherein the notification type and the notification level of the first notification content are a first notification type and a first notification level, the first notification type and the first notification level are obtained by identifying the first notification content by using a pre-trained network model based on group user mask data, the first notification level is higher than or equal to a second notification level, and the second notification level is a notification level configured in the terminal device and corresponding to the first notification type.
S402, receiving second notification content at a second moment, and not displaying the second notification content, wherein the notification type and the notification level of the second notification content are a second notification type and a third notification level, the second notification type and the third notification level are obtained by the terminal device identifying the second notification content by using a pre-trained network model, the third notification level is lower than a fourth notification level, and the fourth notification level is configured in the terminal device and corresponds to the second notification type.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the first time and the second time are not time-sequential, but only represent the time when the terminal device receives the first notification content and the time when the terminal device receives the second notification content, where the first time and the second time may be the same time or different time, and the execution sequence of S401 and S402 is not limited.
It should be further understood that the pre-trained network model may be obtained by training the terminal device based on the group user mask data, or may be obtained by the cloud server after training the cloud server based on the group user mask data, which is not limited in the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving first notification content, terminal equipment identifies the notification type and the notification level of the first notification content as a first notification type and a first notification level based on the first notification content and a pre-trained network model, compares the first notification level corresponding to the obtained first notification type with a second notification level corresponding to the first notification type configured in the terminal equipment to obtain a comparison result that the first notification level is higher than or equal to the second notification level, and displays the first notification content; after receiving the second notification content, recognizing that the notification type and the notification level of the second notification content are the second notification type and the third notification level based on the second notification content and the pre-trained network model, comparing the third notification level corresponding to the obtained second notification type with the fourth notification level corresponding to the second notification type configured in the terminal equipment, obtaining a comparison result that the third notification level is lower than the fourth notification level, and not displaying the second notification content. According to the method provided by the application, the terminal equipment is used for identifying the received notification content by utilizing the pre-trained network model, and the terminal equipment can automatically execute the processing of displaying or not displaying the notification content by comparing the identification result with the local configuration of the terminal equipment, so that the user is not required to operate the terminal equipment to screen whether the notification content is displayed or not, the use flow of the user on the terminal equipment is simplified, and the user experience is improved.
In one possible implementation, the first notification content may be identified as corresponding to a plurality of notification types, where each notification type of the plurality of notification types corresponds to a different notification level, and if the notification level corresponding to each notification type of the plurality of notification types is higher than or equal to the notification level configured in the terminal device and corresponding to the notification type, the terminal device displays the first notification content.
In another possible implementation manner, the second notification content may be identified as corresponding to a plurality of notification types, where each notification type in the plurality of notification types corresponds to a different notification level, and if any notification type in the plurality of notification types has a notification level that is lower than a notification level configured in the terminal device and that corresponds to the notification type, the terminal device does not display the second notification content.
As a possible scenario of the present application, if the terminal device is provided with a batch management interface (e.g. c in fig. 3) for user selection and a notification management interface (e.g. d in fig. 3) for a single application, an alternative embodiment of the present application includes: the notification switch of the first application corresponding to the first notification content is in an on state, the notification class switch corresponding to the first notification content in the first application is in an on state, the notification switch of the second application corresponding to the second notification content is in an on state, and the notification class switch corresponding to the second notification content in the second application is in an on state.
It should be understood that, if the terminal device is provided with an interface as shown in b in fig. 3 and c in fig. 3, when the notification switch of the application is in an on state and the notification content of the application received by the terminal device is in an on state in the notification category switch corresponding to the application, the terminal device may make the notification content to process by using the method provided by the present application.
It should also be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the "notification category" refers to a category i, a category ii, a category iii, etc. corresponding to the notification content of the a application, which is shown in c in fig. 3, and the a application is taken as a map application, where the notification category may be walking navigation, a taxi taking order, a map offline package download, a personal message, etc. And "notification type" refers to a notification type that is identified based on the notification content and a pre-trained network model, which may be advertising marketing, traffic, entertainment, life, and so forth. The present application distinguishes between "notification category" and "notification type" merely for the purpose of distinguishing between their definitions so as to facilitate understanding of the present application, and specifically for the same application, both may be contained, or the same relationship, such as "walking navigation", "driving order" may be contained in "traffic", and "personal message" may contain "entertainment", "living", etc., and the present application does not specifically limit the relationship.
In another possible scenario, where the terminal device is only provided with a batch management interface (as indicated by c in fig. 3) that is selectable by the user, one possible implementation of the present application includes: the notification switch of the first application corresponding to the first notification content is in an on state, and the notification switch of the second application corresponding to the second notification content is in an on state.
As an alternative embodiment, the terminal device displays the first notification content, including: the terminal equipment displays first notification content in a first window of a first interface; after displaying the first notification content in the first window of the first interface, the method further comprises: displaying a shield button on the first window in response to a sliding operation of the user on the first window; and hiding the first notification content in response to a click operation of the mask button by a user.
A in fig. 5 shows an interface displayed by the terminal device after receiving the first notification content at the first time, the interface displaying the received first notification content. The first interface 501 is a notification bar interface that is pulled down from a current operation interface in response to a user sliding down or any other specified operation when the terminal device is in any operation interface. It should be understood that, when the terminal device displays the notification content, the terminal device may also display Yu Suobing interface, a status bar at the top of the system, or display on the screen in a window form, and the notification display form is not particularly limited in the present application.
As shown in a of fig. 5, the terminal device displays the first notification content in a first window 502 of the first interface 501. The terminal device may display the first notification content, and may also display an icon 503, a name 504, a time 505 from the time of receiving the first notification content to the current time, etc. of the first application corresponding to the first notification content, which are set to be capable of displaying information related to the interface.
Optionally, a clear button 510 may also be displayed in the first interface 501, and the user may clear all notification content displayed on the interface by clicking on the button one-touch.
After the terminal device displays the first notification content in the first window 501, the terminal device may display a mask button 506 (as shown in b in fig. 5) in a sliding-out area corresponding to the first window in response to a sliding operation of the user on the first window 502, and hide the first notification content in response to a clicking operation of the mask button 506 shown in b in fig. 5 by the user, and a display interface after hiding the first notification content may be shown as c in fig. 5.
In one possible implementation, after the user performs the sliding operation on the first window 502, a setting button 507 and a delete button 508 may be displayed in the sliding-out area of the first window 501, where the setting button 507 may be used to implement shortcut setting related to notification management for the first application corresponding to the first notification content, and the delete button 508 may be used to delete the content currently displayed in the first window 502 from the first interface 501. It should be appreciated that in response to the delete operation performed by the delete button 508, only the content displayed by the first window 502 is deleted from the first interface 501, and not the content is completely deleted, and the user may still enter the relevant interface of the first application to find the first notification content.
In the embodiment of the application, after the terminal device displays the first notification content in the first window, the first notification content can be hidden in response to the sliding operation of the user on the first window and the clicking operation of the shielding button exposed after the sliding. That is, if the displayed first notification content is not the content that the user wants to see, by using the method provided by the embodiment, the terminal device can respond to the operation of the user on the shielding button to hide the first notification content, so as to provide more various choices for the user.
As an optional embodiment, hiding the first notification content in response to the clicking operation of the mask button by the user includes: in response to a click operation of the mask button by a user, displaying a first list including a determination button, a cancel button, and a plurality of notification type buttons, among which the first notification type button is displayed in a marked state; displaying at least one first button as a mark state in response to a user's selection operation of the at least one first button of the plurality of notification type buttons; and hiding the first notification content in response to a click operation of the determination button by the user.
One possible implementation would be to display the interface shown in fig. 5 c directly after the user has clicked on the mask button 506 shown in fig. 5 b, while another possible implementation would be to display the first list and display the interface shown in fig. 5 c only after responding to the user's clicking on the ok button in the first list.
D in fig. 5 illustratively shows another possible display interface after the user has clicked on the mask button 506 shown in fig. 5 b. As shown in d in fig. 5, the first list 509 includes a plurality of notification type buttons, such as advertising marketing, life, traffic, entertainment, economy, and others, and if the first notification type is advertising marketing and entertainment, the "advertising marketing" button and the "entertainment" button may be displayed in a marked state as shown in d in fig. 5 before the user selects the first list 509 to remind the user terminal device of the recognition result of the notification type of the first notification content, and if the user considers that modification is required, other untagged notification type buttons in the first list 509 may be marked in a clicked manner, or the marked notification type buttons may be unmarked in a clicked manner. When the user clicks the ok button, the labeled button in the first list 509 is the first button, and the notification type corresponding to the first button may be regarded as the notification type corresponding to the first notification content understood by the user. After the user clicks the ok button shown as d in fig. 5, the terminal device displays an interface shown as c in fig. 5 in response to the operation.
It should be noted that, if the user actively selects to hide the first notification content after displaying it, the reason may be that the automatic processing result of the terminal device does not meet the own personalized requirement. Therefore, when the user selects to mask the displayed first notification content, the first list is displayed so that the user selects the notification type corresponding to the first notification content, and the marking result can be used for enriching group user mask data of the local or cloud server of the terminal equipment, improving the recognition capability of the pre-trained network model, improving the recognition accuracy of the terminal equipment to the notification content and being beneficial to improving the satisfaction degree of the user to the subsequent processing result of the terminal equipment.
As an alternative embodiment, after the second time, when the user finds that the terminal device does not display the second notification content, the terminal device may also respond to the operation by performing a subsequent operation on a mask list entry button included in the first interface, and the method includes: the terminal equipment responds to clicking operation of a button of the shielding list entry by a user, a shielding list is displayed on a second interface, and the shielding list comprises second notification content and a second notification type; displaying a cancel mask button on a second window in response to a sliding operation of the user on the second window in which the second notification content is located; and displaying second notification content in response to a click operation of the cancel mask button by the user.
Illustratively, a in fig. 6 shows a first interface 501 displayed by the terminal device at a second moment after the first moment, the interface including a button 601 for shielding the list entry therein, and in response to a click operation of the button 601 for shielding the list entry by the user, the terminal device displays a second interface 602 shown as b in fig. 6, a shielding list is displayed in the second interface 602, second notification content is displayed in a second window 603 of the shielding list, and a second notification type is identified based on the second notification content and the pre-trained network model.
Optionally, the screening list may further include fourth notification content, fifth notification content, notification levels corresponding to the notification content, and the like, which are hidden in the screening list before the day, as shown in b in fig. 6.
Alternatively, each notification content in the mask list may automatically disappear after a preset time exists in the mask list since the notification content is hidden, where the preset time may be set by a user or set by a default by a terminal device system, which is not limited in this application, where "automatically disappear after a preset time" refers to that the notification content is cleared in the mask list, and not permanently deleted, and the user may also open a corresponding application to find the notification content.
In the second interface 602 shown in b in fig. 6, the user may perform a sliding operation (left sliding or right sliding) on the second window 603, the terminal device reveals a cancel mask button 604 in a sliding-out area of the second window in response to the sliding operation of the user on the second window 603 (as shown in fig. 6 c), and displays a second notification content in the first interface 501 in response to the clicking operation of the cancel mask button 604 by the user (as shown in fig. 6 d).
In one possible implementation manner, after the user clicks the cancel mask button 604 shown in a in fig. 7, an interface shown in b in fig. 7 may be displayed, and after the user may continue to operate the interface shown in b in fig. 7, a second notification content may be displayed on the first interface, where the method specifically includes: in response to a click operation of the cancel mask button by the user, displaying a second list including a confirm button, a cancel button, and a plurality of notification type buttons in which the second notification type button is displayed in a marked state; displaying at least one second button of the plurality of notification type buttons as a mark state in response to a user's selection operation of the at least one second button; and displaying second notification content in response to a click operation of the determination button by the user.
It should be understood that the second list may be displayed in the second interface or may be displayed in another interface floating on the second interface, which is not limited by the present application. The portion of the interface that is not obscured by the second list may be transparent when the second list is displayed in another interface that floats on the second interface, and the user may still see other content displayed in the second interface that is not obscured by the second list, as shown by b in fig. 7.
In the interface shown in b in fig. 7, the user may mark the ok button, the cancel button, and the plurality of notification type buttons included in the second list 701, and the second notification type button in the second list 701 is displayed in a marked state when the user has not performed any operation on the second list 701, for example, may be a state shown by an "economy" button in the second list 701 shown in b in fig. 7. The user may click the marked button to cancel the marking, and may also click the unmarked button to be in the marked state, and after the user selects the plurality of notification type buttons, the terminal device may display the second notification content in response to the user clicking the determined button in the second list 701, and the display interface thereof may be as shown in fig. 7 c.
As an optional embodiment, after the user actively hides the displayed first notification content, the method provided by the application further includes that the terminal device responds to the operation of the user to adjust the notification level corresponding to the first notification type configured by the terminal device to be higher than the notification level of the first notification level.
For example, if the terminal device identifies that the first notification type of the first notification content is advertisement marketing based on the first notification content and the pre-trained network model, the first notification level corresponding to the first notification type is 7, but the notification level corresponding to advertisement marketing configured in the terminal device is 5, and the 7 level is higher than 5, the terminal device displays the first notification content. However, the user actively selects to hide the first notification content, which can be understood that the user wants to mask the similar content corresponding to the advertisement marketing, so that the terminal device adjusts the notification level of the advertisement marketing configured locally from level 5 to higher than level 7, and when the notification content received by the terminal device next time identifies that the notification level is the advertisement marketing and is level 7, the notification level of the advertisement marketing configured locally is already adjusted to higher than level 7, that is, the terminal device directly masks the notification content.
In the embodiment of the application, after actively hiding the displayed first notification content, the terminal equipment responds to the operation to adjust the grade of the locally configured first notification type, so that when the notification content corresponding to the first notification type exists in the follow-up, the terminal equipment can directly shield the content without the need of the user to operate again, and the user experience is optimized.
As an alternative embodiment, after displaying the second notification content that has been hidden in the mask list in response to the active operation of the user, the method further includes: and adjusting the notification level corresponding to the second notification type configured by the terminal equipment to be lower than or equal to the notification level of the third notification level.
It should be understood that, similar to the above-described operation in which the user actively masks the displayed first notification content, after displaying the second notification content hidden in the mask list in response to the user operation, the terminal device adjusts the notification level corresponding to the second notification type to a notification level lower than or equal to the third notification level based on the operation, so that the terminal device can automatically display the content to satisfy the personalized requirements of the user for the terminal device if the notification content corresponding to the second notification type is received thereafter.
It should also be appreciated that the notification type to which the second notification content corresponds may be plural. And if the notification levels of the notification types corresponding to the second notification content are lower than the notification levels configured by the terminal equipment, adjusting the notification levels corresponding to the notification types configured by the terminal equipment to be lower than or equal to the notification levels obtained based on the pre-trained network model identification.
In the following, the notification display method 800 implemented by the terminal device will be described by taking the example that the terminal device receives the third notification content as an example, and it should be understood that the third notification content is not different from the first notification content and the second notification content, and the essence of the third notification content refers to any notification content received by the terminal device.
Fig. 8 shows an implementation flow of the method 800, comprising the steps of:
s801, the terminal equipment receives third notification content.
S802, the terminal equipment recognizes that the notification type and the notification level of the third notification content are the third notification type and the fifth notification level respectively.
S803, judging the magnitude relation between the fifth notification level and a sixth notification level corresponding to the third notification type configured in the terminal device, and executing S804 if the fifth notification level is higher than or equal to the sixth notification level; if the fifth notification level is lower than the sixth notification level, S807 is executed.
S804, displaying third notification content.
Optionally, if the user performs the masking operation as described in the embodiment of fig. 5 above after displaying the third notification content, the terminal device continues to execute S805 to S806.
S805, hiding the third notification content in response to the click operation of the shielding button by the user.
S806, the notification level corresponding to the third notification type is adjusted to a notification level higher than the fifth notification level.
S807, the third notification content is not displayed.
Alternatively, if the user performs the unmasking operation described in the above embodiment of fig. 6 after displaying the third notification content, the terminal device continues to perform S808 to S809.
S808, in response to a click operation of the cancel mask button by the user, third notification content is displayed.
S809, adjusting the notification level corresponding to the third notification type to a notification level lower than or equal to the fifth notification level.
As an alternative embodiment, the notification level configured by the terminal device and corresponding to the notification type may be manually adjusted by the user through the notification mask parameter setting interface, in addition to the adaptive adjustment by the terminal device based on the masking/unmasking operation of the displayed/non-displayed notification content by the user.
For example, after the user may enter the setting interface shown in fig. 9 a through the setting application, by clicking on the corresponding area of "notification", the user may also enter the interface shown in fig. 9 b, where the interface includes a "notification mask parameter setting" option, and the user may enter the notification mask parameter setting interface shown in fig. 9 c by clicking on the area corresponding to the option, where the notification mask parameter setting interface may include a first notification type, a second notification type, a third notification type, a fourth notification type, … …, an mth notification type, and a sliding button corresponding thereto, and the user may operate the sliding button on the interface, where M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1, and represents that the terminal device is configured with a notification level corresponding to each of the M notification types.
In one possible implementation, before displaying the first notification content, the terminal device configures the notification level of the first notification type to be the second notification level in response to a sliding operation of the first sliding button 901 corresponding to the first notification type by the user in the notification mask parameter setting interface.
In another possible implementation manner, before displaying the first notification content, the terminal device may default all notification levels of the notification types to be medium, and in the process of using the terminal device by the user, the adaptive adjustment button 902 shown in c in fig. 9 is set to be in an on state, that is, after the user actively masks or unmaskes the notification content, the notification mask parameters configured in the terminal device are automatically adjusted in the manner described above.
As an optional embodiment, the pre-trained network model is obtained by training a terminal device or obtained from a cloud server.
In one possible implementation, the pre-trained network model is trained by the terminal device based on group user mask data, which may be shared by multiple terminal devices in real time or obtained from an open source database, as the application is not limited in this regard.
When the terminal equipment trains based on group user shielding data to obtain the pre-trained network model, the data of the terminal equipment can occupy a larger proportion, and the data shared by other terminal equipment occupy a smaller proportion, so that the pre-trained network model is more in line with the user of the terminal equipment, and better use experience is provided for the user.
In another possible implementation, the pre-trained network model may be configured at the factory of the terminal device.
In yet another possible implementation manner, the pre-trained network model is obtained from the cloud server after the cloud server is trained.
In the above embodiment, the notification type, the first notification content, the shielding indication information corresponding to the at least one first button of the selected mark in the process of shielding the displayed first notification content, and the notification type, the second notification content, and the shielding cancellation indication information corresponding to the at least one second button of the selected mark in the process of canceling the shielding of the hidden second notification content may be uploaded to the cloud server, so as to train and optimize the group user shielding data through the cloud server. The shielding indication information is used for indicating that the user performs shielding operation on the first notification content, and the unmasking indication information is used for indicating that the user performs unmasking operation on the second notification content.
The notification display method provided by the embodiment of the application is explained below from the interaction angle of the terminal equipment and the cloud server. Fig. 10 shows a schematic flow chart of a notification display method 1000 provided by the present application. The method 1000 comprises the steps of:
s1001, training a network model by a cloud server based on group user shielding data to obtain a pre-trained network model; the group user shielding data comprises a plurality of notification contents of a plurality of users, a plurality of notification types respectively corresponding to the plurality of notification contents, and shielding proportions of each notification type in the plurality of users.
It should be appreciated that the group user mask data may be from a user under test, or any other possible source of data, at the beginning of training the network model, as the application is not limited in this regard.
In one possible implementation, before training the network model, semantic feature extraction may be performed on a plurality of notification contents of a plurality of users through a semantic recognition algorithm, so as to obtain notification text vectors of the plurality of notification contents.
Alternatively, the semantic recognition algorithm may be a term frequency-inverse document frequency index (TF-IDF) algorithm, TF representing the number of times each term appears in the current document, IDF representing the inverse document frequency the value is equal to log (total number of documents/(number of documents containing the term+1)), and TF-IDF value of one term is equal to the product of TF value and IDF value, where log refers to a logarithmic operation. The algorithm can be used for evaluating the importance degree of a word in a document set or corpus, and the word in a plurality of notification contents can be processed by any existing open source worker Processing is performed with (e.g., chinese word segmentation in crust, etc.). Semantic feature vectors corresponding to the notification contents can be obtained through a TF-IDF algorithm, and for example, the semantic feature vector of one notification content can be expressed as a set of TF-IDF values of a plurality of segmentation words in the content document, such as:where n is the number of tokens in the document.
Alternatively, the network model may be a classification model, specifically, a naive bayes classifier, various naive bayes classifiers contained in other open-source machine learning libraries (such as Scikit-learn), bayes, logistic regression, decision trees, support vector machines (support vector machine, SVM), or any other neural network model that may be implemented, which is not limited by the present application.
For example, when the network model is a naive bayes classifier, the trained network model may make predictions about whether a certain notification content is of a certain notification type based on a naive bayes algorithm. It should be appreciated that the cloud server may define keywords for the notification category, e.g., keywords for the advertising marketing category may be promotions, discounts, acquisitions, subsidies, and the like. If a notification content is required to be predicted as to whether it is advertising, the probability of occurrence of the advertising marketing keyword in the notification content is calculated as Then, the proportion of the notification type of the statistical advertisement marketing, which is shielded in group users (the users corresponding to the group user shielding data currently stored by the cloud server), is ∈>And the probability of advertisement marketing that this notification type keyword appears in all notification content of group users (refer to multiple notification content in group user mask data currently stored by the cloud server)>Finally, the probability of advertising marketing is +.>And if the probability is larger than a preset value, outputting a notification type of the notification content as a result of advertisement marketing.
In one possible implementation manner, the semantic feature vectors corresponding to the notification contents, the notification types corresponding to the notification contents, and the mask proportion of each notification type in the notification types in the users are input into the network model for training, and the obtained pre-trained network model can be used for identifying the notification type and the notification level corresponding to the single notification content.
In another possible implementation, the network model trained by the cloud server may be a network model that includes a semantic recognition model and a classification model. Training a network model by taking a plurality of notification contents, a plurality of notification types respectively corresponding to the plurality of notification contents and notification levels respectively corresponding to the plurality of notification types as a training set of the network model, wherein a pre-trained network model obtained by training the network model can identify the notification type and the notification level corresponding to the notification contents through the notification contents, and the notification type and the notification level can be output in a vector form, for example: One notification content may correspond to a plurality of notification types and notification levels.
The notification levels corresponding to the notification types are obtained by converting the mask proportion of each notification type in the notification types in the users according to the size of the notification types, for example, when the mask proportion is defined to be 30% -40%, the notification level is 7.
It should be appreciated that the partial training set may be used as a verification set to verify the recognition success rate of the network model after training for a certain period of time or a preset period, and the network model with the recognition success rate greater than or equal to the preset threshold is used as the pre-trained network model.
S1002, the cloud server sends a pre-trained network model to the first terminal device and the second terminal device, and correspondingly, the first terminal device and the second terminal device receive the pre-trained network model.
In one possible implementation manner, the cloud server sends the pre-trained network model to the terminal device by including the pre-trained network model in system update data based on a system update request of the terminal device.
In another possible implementation, the cloud server actively sends the pre-trained network model to the terminal device in a manner of parameter update (either silence update or update based on user consent).
It should be understood that, no matter what way the cloud server sends the pre-trained network model to the terminal device, the terminal device has the capability of implementing the notification display method described in the present application when receiving the pre-trained network model for the first time, completing the system upgrade or parameter update.
Optionally, after the system upgrade or parameter update is completed, the terminal device may display an interface 1101 as shown in fig. 11, where the interface 1101 includes a protocol text, a discard button, and a participation button of the notification experience improvement plan corresponding to the notification display method of the present application, so that the user selects whether to participate in the notification experience improvement plan, if the user clicks "participate", the user agrees to implement the corresponding function (including adaptively adjusting the notification mask parameter by the terminal device and uploading the relevant information after actively masking/unmasking the user to the cloud server as described in the above embodiment), and if the user clicks "discard", the terminal device cannot use the function corresponding to the notification display method provided by the present application.
S1003, the first terminal equipment receives the first notification content, and the pre-trained network model from the cloud server identifies that the notification type and the notification level of the first notification content are the first notification type and the first notification level.
S1004, the first terminal equipment judges the size relation between the first notification level and a second notification level of a first notification type configured locally; in the case where it is determined that the first notification level is higher than or equal to the second notification level of the locally configured first notification type, S1005 is executed; otherwise, the first terminal device does not display the first notification content.
S1005, the first terminal device displays the first notification content.
S1006, the first terminal equipment responds to the user shielding operation to hide the first notification content, and obtains the notification type, the first notification content and shielding indication information corresponding to at least one first button of the mark selected by the user when the shielding operation is performed.
S1007, the first terminal device adjusts the notification level corresponding to the first notification type to a notification level higher than the first notification level.
The specific process of the processing of the first notification content by the first terminal device based on the first notification content, the pre-trained network model and the notification mask parameter configured by the terminal device is described in detail above in connection with fig. 5, and is not repeated.
S1008, the first terminal device sends the notification type, the first notification content and the shielding indication information corresponding to at least one first button to the cloud server, and correspondingly, the cloud server receives the information.
It should be understood that, after the user actively masks the first notification content, the notification type corresponding to the at least one first button marked by the first notification content, and the mask indication information may be uploaded to the cloud server to retrain the network model.
For example, the data uploaded to the cloud server by the first terminal device may include the contents as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
S1009, the second terminal device receives the second notification content, and the pre-trained network model from the cloud server identifies that the notification type and the notification level of the second notification content are the notification type and the third notification level.
S1010, the second terminal equipment judges the size relation between the first notification level and a third notification level of a second notification type configured locally; in the case where it is determined that the third notification level is lower than the second notification level of the first notification type of the local configuration, S1011 is performed; otherwise, the second terminal device displays the second notification content.
S1011, the second terminal device does not display the second notification content.
S1012, the second terminal equipment responds to the shielding operation of the user to display second notification content, and acquires the notification type, the second notification content and the shielding cancellation indication information corresponding to at least one second button of the mark selected by the user when the shielding operation is performed.
S1013, the second terminal device adjusts the notification level corresponding to the second notification type to be lower than or equal to the notification level of the third notification level.
The specific process of the second terminal device processing the second notification content based on the second notification content, the pre-trained network model, and the notification mask parameter configured by the terminal device is described in detail above in connection with fig. 6, and will not be described again.
And S1014, the second terminal equipment sends the notification type, the second notification content and the unshielded indication information corresponding to the at least one second button to the cloud server, and correspondingly, the cloud server receives the information.
It should be understood that, S1003 to S1008 executed by the first terminal device and S1009 to S1014 executed by the second terminal device may be executed by the same terminal device, and the sequence of executing each step is not limited in the present application.
It should also be understood that the cloud server may interact with a plurality of terminal devices, and the terminal devices shown in fig. 10 are only examples and do not constitute a limitation on the number of terminal devices that interact with the cloud server.
S1015, the cloud server updates group user shielding data based on the received data from the plurality of terminal devices.
S1016, the cloud server retrains the network model or the pre-trained network model based on the updated group user shielding data to obtain a retrained network model.
The cloud server can update the group user shielding data according to the information which is uploaded by the plurality of terminal devices and shown in the table 1.
It should be understood that the cloud server may update the group user mask data stored in the cloud server once every time the cloud server receives the data uploaded by the terminal device, and the above-mentioned step S1015 may be performed after step S1013.
It should be understood that the mask indication information refers to whether the notification type corresponding to the notification content is masked, if yes, the mask ratio of the notification type in the plurality of users may be increased, and if no, the mask ratio of the notification type in the plurality of users may be decreased. The cloud server may count a masking proportion of each of the plurality of notification types among the plurality of users based on the indication information.
In one possible implementation, the cloud server retrains the network model every time the group user mask data is updated.
In another possible implementation, instead of retraining the network model every time the group user mask data is updated, the updated group user mask data is used to retrain the network model or the pre-trained network model when the mask proportion of one or more of the plurality of notification types in the plurality of users exceeds a predetermined threshold as compared to the pre-update data.
S1017, the cloud server sends the retrained network model to the first terminal device and the second terminal device, and correspondingly, the first terminal device and the second terminal device receive the retrained network model.
Optionally, the cloud server may send the retrained network model to the terminal device periodically, or send the retrained network model to the terminal device based on the request of the terminal device, which is not limited in the present application.
It should be understood that fig. 10 illustrates the interaction between the cloud server and the first terminal device and the second terminal device, but in fact, there may be a greater number of terminal devices besides the two terminal devices, and the present application does not limit the number of terminal devices.
The following describes a specific implementation of the present application in specific examples.
After the terminal device receives the pre-trained network model, the terminal device receives a piece of notification content, the recognition results of the pre-trained network model on the notification content are "advertisement marketing-6 level" and "automobile-3 level", and the terminal device configures "advertisement marketing-5 level" and "automobile-5 level", and the terminal does not display the piece of notification content because any notification level in the recognition results is lower than the configuration level of the terminal device (namely, the recognized automobile is 3 level and lower than the corresponding 5 level of the automobile configured by the terminal device). But the user recently wants to buy a car or a car information fan, when the user finds that such information is not displayed, the user enters a mask list through a mask list entry button provided by the terminal, finds the notification content, unmaskes the content, and the terminal device adjusts the level configured for the notification type of "car" to level 3 in response to the user's operation, so that after receiving notification content similar to the notification content, the terminal device will directly display. When the user performs the unmasking operation, the piece of notification content is marked as "car" only, and the piece of notification content, the unmasked content, and the information that the notification type of the marked notification content is "car" are uploaded to the cloud server. And when the shielding proportion of the notification content marked as the automobile in the cloud server in the plurality of notification contents in the group user shielding data is reduced to reach a preset threshold value, obtaining a retrained network model based on the updated group user shielding data, and sending the retrained network model to the terminal equipment. When the user identifies similar notification content based on the retrained network model, the notification level identified as 'automobile' is adjusted upwards, the user can see the proportion of the similar notification content to be increased, and the user experience is optimized.
