Abstract
The application discloses a method, a device, equipment and a medium for acquiring unique identification information of a vehicle user, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring unique identification information of a target vehicle; acquiring historical service related information of the target vehicle according to the unique identification information of the target vehicle; and screening target historical service related information from the historical service related information according to a preset inquiry rule, and taking the target historical service related information as target user unique identification information inquired according to the unique identification information of the target vehicle. Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of parking management in parking lots, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium for obtaining unique identification information of a vehicle user.
Background
In a real environment, with the development of economy, parking lot resources are becoming more and more scarce, and the demand of parking lot management parties for actively managing vehicles is becoming more and more intense and flexible. The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method for acquiring unique identification information of a vehicle user is provided, which includes the following steps:
in step S110, unique identification information of the target vehicle is acquired;
in the embodiment of the application, the unique identification information of the target vehicle can comprise at least one of a target license plate number, a target license plate color, a target vehicle brand, a target vehicle model year, target vehicle boarding time and target parking space information, vehicle purchase insurance information, parking lot entering and exiting time and month card opening information.
As one implementation, when the target vehicle is parked using the target parking lot, the target parking lot manager may acquire target vehicle unique identification information corresponding to the target vehicle using the target parking lot.
In an embodiment of the present application, before the obtaining the unique identification information of the target vehicle, the method includes:

Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, in step S130, selecting target historical service related information from the historical service related information according to a preset query rule includes:

Therefore, in order to quickly acquire the target-user unique identification information by excluding the interference information, it is necessary to delete the target interference information from the history service-related information and acquire the target-user unique identification information based on the useful target-service-related information.

In an implementation scenario of the present application, when a target vehicle enters and exits a target parking lot, in order to help the target parking lot contact a vehicle driver or a vehicle owner without leaving a contact way, the parking management system may find out information such as a mobile phone number/mailbox/user id/WeChat opening/company tax/company name of the vehicle driver or the vehicle owner according to a related record (such as a parking fee payment record, a month card fee payment record, a purchase insurance record, and a purchase and sale vehicle information) of the target vehicle in the system, and use the information as unique identification information of the target user.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the target history service related information is used as the target user unique identification information queried according to the unique identification information of the target vehicle, the method includes:
acquiring service information related to the use of a current driving user of the target vehicle;
comparing the usage-related service information with the target history-related service information;
and when the comparison is consistent, the current driving user is used as the unique user which is inquired according to the unique identification information of the vehicle.
The service-related information may include, but is not limited to, parking fee payment records, month card fee payment records, purchase parking space information, rental parking space information, etc., adding a common vehicle, purchasing car insurance information, purchasing car information, vehicle maintenance information, and vehicle insurance information.
In the embodiment of the application, when a vehicle driver or a vehicle owner uses parking lot service or vehicle service in a parking service system of a target parking lot, service-use related information is generated, and the parking service system stores the service-use related information, and when a driving target vehicle of the vehicle driver or the vehicle owner drives into the target parking lot, the service-use related information can be directly acquired. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions.

Claims (10)
1. A method of obtaining unique identification information of a vehicle user, the method comprising:
acquiring unique identification information of a target vehicle;
acquiring historical service related information of the target vehicle according to the unique identification information of the target vehicle;
and screening target historical service related information from the historical service related information according to a preset inquiry rule, and taking the target historical service related information as target user unique identification information inquired according to the unique identification information of the target vehicle.
2. The method for obtaining unique identification information of a vehicle user according to claim 1, wherein the step of screening the historical service related information for a target from the historical service related information according to a preset query rule comprises:
judging whether target interference information which cannot be used for acquiring target user unique identification information exists in the history service related information, wherein a user corresponding to the target user unique identification information is a unique target user corresponding to the target vehicle;
if yes, deleting the target interference information from the history service related information to obtain the target history service related information.
3. The method for obtaining unique identification information of a vehicle user according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether there is target interference information that cannot be used for obtaining unique identification information of a target user in the history service related information includes:
judging whether target multi-user related information related to at least two users exists in the history service related information;
if yes, the target multi-user related information is judged to be the target interference information.

The method for obtaining unique identification information of a vehicle user according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether the target interference information which cannot be used for obtaining unique identification information of a target user exists in the history service related information comprises:
and if the history service related information does not contain target interference information which cannot be used for acquiring the unique identification information of the target user, taking the history service related information as the target history service related information.
5. The method for obtaining unique identification information of a vehicle user according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the history service related information corresponding to the target vehicle according to the unique identification information of the target vehicle comprises:
acquiring target vehicle parking service related information and target vehicle maintenance service related information corresponding to the target vehicle according to the target vehicle unique identification information;
the target vehicle parking service related information comprises, but is not limited to, target parking fee payment record information, target month card fee payment record information, target parking space purchase information, target parking space lease information and target parking space entering and exiting time information; the target vehicle maintenance service related information includes, but is not limited to, target vehicle insurance purchase information, target vehicle sales information, target vehicle repair information, and target vehicle insurance purchase information.
6. The method of acquiring vehicle user unique identification information according to claim 1, wherein after the target history service related information is used as target user unique identification information which is queried based on the unique identification information of the target vehicle, comprising:
acquiring service information related to the use of a current driving user of the target vehicle;
comparing the usage-related service information with the target history-related service information;
and when the comparison is consistent, the current driving user is used as the unique user which is inquired according to the unique identification information of the vehicle.
7. The method for acquiring unique identification information of a vehicle user according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising, before the acquiring of the unique identification information of the target vehicle:
judging whether the target vehicle uses a target parking service system or not;
if yes, acquiring unique identification information of the target vehicle through the target parking service system;
if not, the identity information of the current driving user corresponding to the target vehicle is provided.
8. An apparatus for obtaining unique identification information of a vehicle user, the apparatus comprising:
a vehicle unique identification information acquisition unit configured to acquire unique identification information of a target vehicle;
a history service related information acquiring unit configured to acquire history service related information of the target vehicle according to the unique identification information of the target vehicle;
the target user unique identification information acquisition unit is used for screening target historical service related information from the historical service related information according to a preset query rule, and taking the target historical service related information as target user unique identification information queried according to the unique identification information of the target vehicle.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, causes the processor to execute the method of acquiring vehicle user unique identification information according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the method of obtaining vehicle user unique identification information as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
