The wireless communication module 133 is electrically connected with the control motherboard 131 and the detection power supply module 132, and the wireless communication module 133 is used for detecting data transmission.
In this embodiment, the wireless communication module 133 supports TCP, MQTT, NTRIP communication protocol, the wireless communication module 133 is built-in 16-32G for storage, the storage format supports RTCM and NEMA-0813, the data update rate is 1Hz, 2Hz, 5Hz and 10Hz, the wireless communication module 133 can realize uploading and remote interactive communication of detection data, and a stable wireless communication internet surfing mode is provided, meanwhile, the wireless communication module 133 can be provided with a detection cloud platform to realize remote monitoring and management of field dust, and the wireless communication module is widely applied to field dust detection in industries such as steelmaking, power generation, petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, building material processing, coal mining and mining, cement, packaging, environmental protection, dust removing equipment and the like.
In this embodiment, the side wall of the front panel 111 is provided with an alarm portion 12, the alarm portion 12 is electrically connected with the control main board 131 and the detection power supply module 132, the alarm portion 12 is specifically a buzzer or a flash lamp, the control main board 131 sets an alarm value of dust concentration, if the alarm value is higher than the set concentration, the actual dust concentration is higher, in this case, the alarm portion 12 will operate, and people can receive the alarm information.

In this embodiment, the inner hinge rod 243, the outer hinge rod 244 and the hinge push rod 245 are rectangular rods or round rods, the outer hinge rod 244 is rotatably connected with the fixed bearing seat 25 through a bearing or a rotating shaft, one end of the inner hinge rod 243 is hinged with the hinge push rod 245, and the other end is fixedly connected with the driven gear 242.
During installation, in order to adapt to different installation environments, when the auxiliary clamping seat 23 fixedly clamps the detection main body 1 at the corresponding detection position, the auxiliary fixing piece 21 is rotated, the auxiliary fixing piece 21 drives the fixed transmission piece 22 to slide along the fixed bearing seat 25, and when the auxiliary fixing piece 21 slides, the driving linkage rack 241 drives the driven gear 242 to swing, so that the driven gear 242 sequentially drives the inner hinging rod 243, the outer hinging rod 244 and the hinging push rod 245 to swing, and the auxiliary clamping seat 23 is clamped and fixed at the position to be installed.
On the other hand, the application also provides a use method of the high-precision industrial dust detector based on the high-precision industrial dust detector, which comprises the following steps:

step S30, the detection adjusting member 341 drives the adjustment swinging seat 342 to rotate, so that the adjustment swinging seat 342 drives the adjustment pushing seat 343 to rotate, the adjustment swinging seat 342 further drives the gear link 355 to perform circumferential swinging, the gear link 355 drives the second gear 352 to perform circumferential movement around the first gear 351 and simultaneously drives the third gear 353 to rotate, the third gear 353 drives the rotation swinging arm 354 and the rotation detection head 362 to perform circumferential swinging when rotating, the dust concentration is detected, and the dust sensors and dust detection rods built in the swinging detection head 361 and the rotation detection head 362 transmit collected data to the control motherboard 131;
in step S40, when the detection position needs to be adjusted, the adjusting screw sleeve 142 is manually rotated, and the adjusting screw sleeve 142 drives the connecting screw 141 to move up and down, so that the connecting screw 141 drives the detecting mechanism connecting seat 144 and the detecting bearing seat 31 to move up and down, and the detection position of the adjustable detecting portion 36 is adjusted.
In summary, the present application provides a high-precision industrial dust detector and a use method thereof, and in the embodiment of the present application, the detection adjusting assembly 34 is provided, and the detection adjusting assembly 34 can flexibly adjust the position of the adjustable detection portion 36, so as to meet the dust requirements at different positions, avoid the problem of overlarge single-point detection error, and ensure the detection precision of the adjustable detection portion 36.
The embodiment of the application is provided with the detection mechanism connecting part 14, and the detection mechanism connecting part 14 can flexibly adjust the detection position of the adjustable detection part 36, thereby meeting the detection requirements under different environments and ensuring the stability of the operation of the adjustable detection part 36.

and the rotation adjusting part (35) is fixedly connected with the adjusting swing seat (342), and the rotation adjusting part (35) is used for adjusting the position of the adjustable detecting part (36) and assisting the adjustable detecting part (36) to detect dust.
