the primary filter mechanism (2) comprises a primary filter box (6), the primary filter box (6) comprises a water inlet, a semicircular box body, a rectangular box body and a base which are fixedly connected in sequence from top to bottom, a circular drain pipe (7) is sealed and fixed in a transverse round hole at the joint of the semicircular box body and the rectangular box body, two ends of the circular drain pipe (7) are respectively provided with an end cover, and a water outlet pipe is arranged on one end cover; a water collecting port (701) is arranged above the middle part of the circular drain pipe (7), the water collecting port (701) is positioned right below the water inlet, the circular drain pipe (7) is sealed and rotated with an annular mounting frame (8), and the upper end of the annular mounting frame (8) is sealed and rotated on the inner annular surface of the semicircular box body; a plurality of mounting grooves are uniformly and circumferentially arranged on the annular mounting frame (8), and filter material components (9) are arranged in the plurality of mounting grooves; the inside of the rectangular box body is provided with soaking liquid, so that the filtering material component (9) rotating to the lower part of the inside of the rectangular box body is soaked and cleaned by the soaking liquid; a rotary gear is fixed on the annular mounting frame (8) and meshed with a gear at the output end of a rotary motor, and the rotary motor is fixed on the primary filter box (6);
the filter material assembly (9) comprises a filter material box (901), wherein the filter material box (901) is filled with filter materials, and the volume of the filter materials is two thirds of that of the filter material box (901); the filter material box (901) is fixed in a mounting groove of the annular mounting frame (8), an arc surface structure at the outer end of the filter material box (901) is coplanar with the outer annular surface of the annular mounting frame (8), a plurality of liquid inlets (902) are uniformly formed in the arc surface structure, the front side surface and the rear side surface of the filter material box (901) are coplanar with the front side surface and the rear side surface of the annular mounting frame (8) respectively, and a plurality of liquid through holes (903) are uniformly formed in the rear side surface of the filter material box (901); the inner end of the filter box (901) is of a planar structure, a plurality of filtrate outlets (904) are uniformly arranged on the planar structure, and the plurality of filtrate outlets (904) are arranged opposite to the water collecting port (701); the semicircular ring (601) fixed at the front end inside the semicircular box body hermetically slides on the front side surface of the filter material box (901); a semicircular plugging ring (602) fixed at the rear end inside the semicircular box body is hermetically slid on the rear side surface of the filter material box (901), and the semicircular plugging ring (602) can be plugged on a liquid through hole (903) of the filter material box (901) moving into the semicircular box body;
the inner end of the filter material box (901) is a strip-shaped box body, the outer end of the filter material box (901) is a fan-shaped box body, a plurality of filtrate outlets (904) are arranged on the strip-shaped box body, and a plurality of liquid inlets (902) are arranged on the fan-shaped box body; the left end and the right end of the inner wall of the strip-shaped box body are respectively and rotatably connected with a material guiding inclined plate (905) which is obliquely arranged towards the direction of a filtrate outlet (904), the lower ends of the two material guiding inclined plates (905) can be blocked on the left and the right stop blocks of the inner wall of the strip-shaped box body, and when the filter material component (9) rotates below the rectangular box body, the two material guiding inclined plates (905) can rotate towards the direction of a liquid inlet (902) under the action of filter materials in the strip-shaped box body and self gravity;
the filter material assembly (9) further comprises a linkage worm (906), two ends of the linkage worm (906) are rotated on the front side surface and the rear side surface of the filter material box (901), and a gear (907) fixed at the front end of the linkage worm (906) is meshed with an outer gear ring fixed on the outer tube surface of the circular drain pipe (7); a driving sprocket (908) fixed at the front end of the linkage worm (906) is connected with two driven sprockets (909) through a chain, the two driven sprockets (909) are fixed on two rotating shafts (910), two ends of the two rotating shafts (910) are rotated on the front side surface and the rear side surface of the filter material box (901), a plurality of stirring rods are fixed on shaft bodies of the two rotating shafts (910) in the filter material box (901), and the axis of the linkage worm (906) and the axis of the two rotating shafts (910) are coplanar;
the filter material assembly (9) further comprises worm wheels (911), two ends of the linkage worm (906) are oppositely meshed with the two worm wheels (911), one end of each worm wheel (911) rotates on a support seat at the inner end of the filter material box (901) through a short shaft, eccentric positions at the other ends of the two worm wheels (911) are respectively provided with an eccentric shaft (912), the two eccentric shafts (912) slide in push-pull sliding grooves of the two push-pull sliding carriages (913), the two push-pull sliding carriages (913) slide on the front side and the rear side surfaces of the inner side of the filter material box (901), and a transverse shaft fixed at the inner end of the filter material box (901) slides in through shaft holes of the two push-pull sliding carriages (913); a cleaning brush is fixed on each of the two push-pull carriages (913), and the cleaning brush slides on the plurality of filtrate outlets (904).
