Abstract

本发明是一种高硫重质燃料油脱硫剂及其应用,其特点在于用高锰酸钾、甲醇、乙二醇、季戊四醇、环丁砜、环己烷、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、乙醇胺、环烷酸锌、磺酸钡为原料制得的脱硫剂,该脱硫剂加到高硫重质燃料特别是高硫的奥里乳化油中可替代低硫重质燃料燃烧,在燃油锅炉工业试验结果表明,加有本发明脱硫剂的奥里乳化油,脱硫效果完全达到国家环保标准,因此本发明的技术具有重大的社会效益和经济效益。

一种高硫重质燃料油脱硫剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及重质燃料油的脱硫技术,更确切地说,是在高硫重质燃料油中加入一种脱硫剂,以降低燃料燃烧后气体中的二氧化硫排放量。
背景技术
众所周知,对于重质燃料油如锅炉燃料的重要质量要求就是含硫量要低,如国产200号重油的含硫量要求低于3%,因为高硫重质燃料油燃烧后排出的烟气中,二氧化硫量较高,会给环境带来严重污染。为了降低气体中的二氧化硫含量,有的采用尾气干法或湿法脱硫,有的需要增加庞大的脱硫设备。这些常用的方法投资大,操作复杂,需大量的人力、电力等条件,而且脱硫效果不明显,难于推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服已有技术的缺点,提出一种用于高硫重质燃料油特别是高硫乳化油的脱硫剂。
本发明的另一个目的是脱硫剂应用于高硫重质燃料油特别是应用于含高硫奥里乳化油(一种重质燃料油),以替代低硫重质燃料用于燃烧设备。
本发明的脱硫剂是一种组合物,具体组分和含量(以组分重量之和为100计):
高锰酸钾4~6%、甲醇9~11%、乙二醇9~11%、季戊四醇4~6%、环丁砜9~11%、环己烷4~6%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4~6%、乙醇胺9~11%、环烷酸锌19~21%、碘酸钡19~21%。
上述原料均是市售的化工产品。
本发明的脱硫剂的制备方法:将高锰酸钾在搅拌状态下缓慢地加入到甲醇中,搅拌10分钟后再加其它组分,继续搅拌5分钟后即可。
本发明的脱硫剂适用于高硫重质燃料油特别适用于高硫奥里乳化油。具体应用:在重质燃料中加入脱硫剂,混合均匀即可,其加入量为重质燃料油与脱硫剂的重量比为90~93∶10~7,所述的奥里乳化油是由70%左右的重质天然沥青即超重质油和30%的水以及0.3~0.5%乳化剂所构成的水包油型乳化液,本发明所用的奥里乳化油是从委内瑞拉石油公司下属的研究与开发公司同英国石油公司合作开发的牌号为奥里乳化油400号,其性能见表1。
本发明的优点:
本发明是经过大量的试验找出一种与重质燃料中集中有硫等化合物的沥青质和胶质互溶且具有极高的油溶性的复合脱硫剂,将其加到高硫重质燃料中,其物理化学性质稳定,燃点、闪点、粘度、热值与低硫重质燃料接近,可以替代低硫重油燃烧,这样就可以节省低硫重油,特别是目前国内外低硫重油甚少时显得更为重要。
本发明的脱硫剂的原料易得,可采用工业三级产品,而且生产的过程简单,致使生产成本低廉;本发明的脱硫剂应用于高硫奥里乳化油,方法简单,而且可连续自动化生产;本发明的脱硫剂加到奥里乳化油中,在4吨/日的燃油锅炉上进行工业试验,其脱硫效果完全达到国家环保标准。综上所述,本发明的脱硫剂应用于高硫重质燃料油特别是高硫奥里乳化油后可以替代低硫重质燃料油燃烧,因此具有重大的社会效益和经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实例进一步说明本发明的特点。
实例1
本实例是制备本发明的脱硫剂。
将25kg高锰酸钾在搅拌下缓慢地加到50kg甲醇中,搅拌10分钟后再将50kg乙二醇、25kg季戊醇、50kg环丁砜、25kg环己烷、25kg烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、50kg乙醇胺、100kg环烷酸锌、100kg磺酸钡,继续搅拌5分钟后即可。脱硫剂的性能见表2。
实例2
本实例是实例1脱硫剂的应用实例。
将委内瑞拉进口的高硫奥里乳化油400号与脱硫剂按93∶7重量比混合,得到混合油。
将混合油送入锅炉燃烧。测试条件:锅炉型号为WNS4-1.0-Y 4吨卧式内燃三回程燃油蒸汽锅炉,锅炉蒸汽压0.5Mpa×油压0.25~0.3Mpa,风量为1560~3120m3/h,燃油量178kg/h,排烟温度200-250℃,监测时间为72小时。测试结果见表3,表3中的数据是由中国环境监测总站按GWPB3-1999规定实测结果。
由表3数据得出的结论:采用本发明的脱硫剂,脱硫效果明显,脱硫率为80~83%,达到GWPB3-1999规定的限值标准,烟尘、林格曼黑度也达到标准。

Claims (3)

1.一种高硫重质燃料油脱硫剂,其特征在于各组分及其重量百分含量:
高锰酸钾4~6%、甲醇9~11%、乙二醇9~11%、季戊四醇4~6%、环丁砜9~11%、环己烷4~6%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4~6%、乙醇胺9~11%、环烷酸锌19~21%、碘酸钡19~21%。
2.权利要求1所述的脱硫剂的制备方法为:将高锰酸钾在搅拌状态下缓慢地加入到甲醇中,搅拌10分钟后再加其它组分,继续搅拌5分钟后即可。
3.权利要求1所述的脱硫剂的应用:将高硫重质燃料与脱硫剂以90~93:10~7重量比混合均匀即可。
