Thus, the present application is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown, but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and features disclosed herein.
In a first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the present invention provides an electrical safety monitoring system for monitoring an electrical system; the electricity consumption safety monitoring system comprises:
the system comprises a data acquisition module, a site fire extinguishing module and a control module, wherein the data acquisition module, the site fire extinguishing module and the control module are electrically connected;
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring electrical data of the power utilization system;
the on-site fire extinguishing module is used for extinguishing fire of the power utilization system when the electrical data represents that the power utilization system has a fire disaster event;
the control module is used for pushing first-level maintenance information to the target terminal according to the main body information and the electrical data of the power utilization system when the electrical data represent that the power utilization system has a fire disaster event;
the electrical data can be used for representing the actual fire event actually existing when representing the fire event existing in the power utilization system, or can be used for representing the estimated fire event existing; for example, the data acquisition module may include a camera, and the corresponding electrical data includes image data, so that according to the image data, whether the electrical system has a fire or not can be accurately judged, for example, the image data has obvious characteristics such as a flame, and the electrical system has a fire can be certainly judged, so when the data acquisition module includes the camera, the electrical data actually exists when the electrical system is represented as having a fire event; for another example, the data acquisition module may include a temperature acquisition module, where the corresponding electrical data includes temperature data, in a normal case, the greater the temperature value of the temperature data, the more likely a fire exists or the fire is more likely to be initiated, but there is not an absolute relationship between the two, and other interferences may exist, such as when the detected temperature value of the temperature data is greater than a preset temperature value of a theoretical fire occurrence, and no fire actually occurs, so according to the temperature data, only whether a fire event exists in the electrical system in a greater probability, such as the temperature value of the temperature data is greater than the preset temperature value, the fire event in the electrical system may be estimated, but not necessarily the actual fire event; in summary, the "electrical data representing that the electrical system has a fire event" defined in the present embodiment can include the two cases listed above, that is, can be interpreted by applying the corresponding cases when the specific types of the data acquisition modules are different;
The control module is used for pushing the first-level maintenance information to the target terminal according to the main body information and the electrical data of the power utilization system when the electrical data characterize that the power utilization system has a fire disaster event; therefore, as shown in fig. 1, the control module may be electrically connected to the data acquisition module to acquire the electrical data acquired by the data acquisition module, and then analyze or identify the electrical data, so as to determine whether the electrical data represents that the power utilization system has a fire disaster event;
the on-site fire extinguishing module is used for extinguishing fire of the power utilization system when the electric data represent that the power utilization system has a fire disaster event; therefore, as shown in fig. 1, the on-site fire extinguishing module can also be electrically connected with the data acquisition module so as to acquire the electrical data acquired by the data acquisition module, and then analyze or identify the electrical data so as to judge whether the electrical data represents a fire disaster event of the power utilization system; of course, in other embodiments, the on-site fire extinguishing module may not have a data analysis function, so that the on-site fire extinguishing module may be electrically connected with the control module, and when the control module analyzes or identifies that the electrical data represents that the electrical system has a fire event, the control module sends a corresponding fire extinguishing instruction to the on-site fire extinguishing module, so that the on-site fire extinguishing module receives the fire extinguishing instruction and then extinguishes the electrical system; it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the start of the on-site fire extinguishing module is defined as "when the electrical data represents that the electrical system has a fire event", and only the on-site fire extinguishing module is started after the requirement is met, and the on-site fire extinguishing module is not limited to be required to analyze or identify to obtain the condition, so "when the electrical data represents that the electrical system has a fire event, the control module in the above example analyzes or identifies that the electrical data represents that the electrical system has a fire event, a corresponding fire extinguishing instruction is sent to the on-site fire extinguishing module, so that after the on-site fire extinguishing module receives the fire extinguishing instruction, the on-site fire extinguishing module is still in the range defined by the start of the on-site fire extinguishing module;
The on-site fire extinguishing module can be any fire extinguishing mode, such as a carbon dioxide fire extinguishing device (combustion needs to meet three conditions simultaneously, namely 1, combustible material, 2 and enough oxygen, 3 and the temperature needs to reach the ignition point of the combustible material, and the carbon dioxide fire extinguishing device breaks down the second condition in the fire extinguishing process, namely the combustible material can lack enough oxygen, the physical property is that the density of the carbon dioxide is higher than that of air, the carbon dioxide is not combustible and not combustion-supporting, so the combustible material is separated from the surrounding air (oxygen) by covering the upper part of the combustible material, thereby the fire extinguishing purpose is achieved; considering that the on-site fire extinguishing module in the embodiment is used for extinguishing fire of the electricity utilization system, and water has conductivity, if the water outlet type fire extinguishing device is adopted, although fire extinguishing can be realized, related devices of the electricity utilization system are easy to damage, so that the fire extinguishing device such as a carbon dioxide fire extinguishing device is more preferable;
The power utilization system can independently refer to one electric equipment, or can refer to a distribution box for supplying power to a plurality of electric equipment, and the like;
wherein, the main information of the power utilization system refers to information indicating the identity of the power utilization system, such as equipment number, installation address and the like;
the first-level maintenance information can be sent to the target terminal in a short message mode.
Through the electricity safety monitoring system, the data acquisition module, the control module and the on-site fire extinguishing module are arranged, the data acquisition module is used for acquiring electrical data of the electricity utilization system, when the acquired electrical data represents that a fire disaster event exists in the electricity utilization system, the on-site fire extinguishing module is used for extinguishing fire of the electricity utilization system, and the control module is used for pushing primary maintenance information to the target terminal according to main body information and the electrical data of the electricity utilization system, and the primary maintenance information is used for informing maintenance personnel corresponding to the target terminal to go to the site for maintenance; and the whole monitoring process is automated, and the purposes of comprehensive, timely and whole process monitoring are realized by data acquisition before the application of the electric system, active fire extinguishment in the event and maintenance pushing after the event respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the data acquisition module comprises a temperature acquisition module, and the electrical data comprises temperature data;
If the temperature value of the temperature data is larger than the preset temperature value, the fact that the electricity utilization system has a fire disaster event is represented;
the above embodiment has mentioned that, when the data acquisition module is a temperature acquisition module, the electrical data represents that the electrical system has a fire event, that is, the electrical data represents that the electrical system has a fire event when the temperature value of the temperature data is greater than a preset temperature value; in addition, the accuracy of the direct comparison method may not be high enough, so in order to improve the estimation accuracy, the control module may also analyze the temperature data in other ways, for example, a large data and artificial intelligence method may be utilized, various sub-data in the temperature data, for example, the temperature data includes a temperature value within a period of time, then a trend of change of the temperature value within a period of time (including basically unchanged, continuous rising, continuous falling and repeated rising and falling), a maximum temperature value within a period of time and the like are included, and in combination with the temperature data corresponding to the actual fire in the historical data, more comprehensive comparison analysis is performed, so that the finally obtained analysis result has higher accuracy;
when the power utilization system is a power distribution box, the power distribution box generally comprises a micro-switch device, so that the temperature acquisition module in the embodiment can be electrically connected with the micro-switch device, and the micro-switch device has an over-temperature protection function, namely, when the temperature value of the temperature data is larger than a preset temperature value, the micro-switch device is immediately disconnected, and related devices are protected.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the on-site fire extinguishing module includes a temperature-sensing fire extinguishing module, where the temperature-sensing fire extinguishing module is configured to extinguish a fire of the power system when a temperature value of the temperature data is greater than a preset temperature value;
the above embodiment has mentioned that the on-site fire extinguishing module may have a data analysis capability, so as to be electrically connected with the data acquisition module, acquire the electrical data acquired by the data acquisition module, perform data analysis or identification on the electrical data, and then complete the corresponding fire extinguishing operation; or the on-site fire extinguishing module is electrically connected with the control module, so that a corresponding fire extinguishing device is completed according to the fire extinguishing instruction sent by the control module; in this embodiment, the data acquisition module includes a temperature acquisition module, so the on-site fire extinguishing module may be a temperature-sensing fire extinguishing module, so that the temperature-sensing fire extinguishing module may be directly electrically connected to the data acquisition module without data analysis or identification capability; the temperature sensing type fire extinguishing module automatically triggers to complete corresponding fire extinguishment only when the temperature value of the temperature data acquired by the temperature acquisition module is larger than a preset temperature value; this approach is less costly and more timely in fire suppression response than the approach mentioned in the previous embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the data acquisition module comprises a smoke acquisition module and the electrical data comprises smoke data;
if the smoke concentration of the smoke data is larger than the preset smoke concentration, the fact that a fire disaster event exists in the power utilization system is represented;
the smoke data acquired by the smoke acquisition module can accurately estimate whether a fire disaster event exists in the power utilization system or not relative to the temperature acquisition module; specifically, when the smoke concentration of the smoke data is greater than the preset smoke concentration, it can be estimated that a fire disaster exists in the power utilization system; correspondingly, the on-site fire extinguishing module can also be a smoke-sensing fire extinguishing device, so that the on-site fire extinguishing module is directly electrically connected with the data acquisition module, and when the smoke concentration of the smoke data is greater than the preset smoke concentration, the smoke-sensing fire extinguishing device is directly triggered to complete the corresponding fire extinguishing operation.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the control module is further configured to control the power supply system of the upper stage of the power utilization system to stop supplying power to the power utilization system when the electrical data indicates that the power utilization system has a fire event;
the fire disaster event of the power utilization system is serious, so that not only can the internal devices or equipment of the power utilization system be influenced, but also the upper-level power supply system for supplying power to the power utilization system can be easily influenced, and therefore, when the fire disaster event of the power utilization system occurs, the power supply of the upper-level power supply system of the power utilization system needs to be cut off; for example, if the power utilization system is a power distribution box, the corresponding upper-level power supply system is a power distribution cabinet, the power distribution cabinet is responsible for supplying power to a plurality of power distribution boxes, and after one of the power distribution boxes is in fire, the circuit is conducted and possibly affects other power distribution boxes through the power distribution cabinet or affects the upper-level power supply system of the power distribution cabinet, so that more serious accidents are easily caused; for example, the power utilization system is a certain electrical equipment, the corresponding upper-level power supply system is a power distribution box, the power distribution box is responsible for supplying power to a plurality of electrical equipment, and after one electrical equipment is in fire, other electrical equipment can be affected by the power distribution box due to the fact that the circuit is in conduction.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the control module is further configured to push, when the electrical data characterizes that the electrical system has a fire hazard, second-level maintenance information to the target terminal according to the main body information and the electrical data of the electrical system;
the fire hazard is lighter than the fire event in the above embodiment, which means that there is no fire event, but the fire event is easy to generate with development; the above embodiment has mentioned that, when the electrical data characterizes that the electrical system has a fire disaster event, the control module needs to push the primary maintenance information to the target terminal according to the electrical data and the main body information of the electrical system;
in the embodiment, when the electrical data represents that the electrical system has fire hidden danger, the control module also needs to push the second-level maintenance information to the target terminal according to the electrical data and the main body information of the electrical system; the fire disaster is characterized in that the fire disaster event corresponds to primary maintenance information, the fire disaster hidden danger corresponds to secondary maintenance information, the primary maintenance information is heavier, the maintenance time requirement is more urgent, the secondary maintenance information is lighter, the maintenance time requirement is more moderate, the primary maintenance information and the secondary maintenance information can be added with marks for distinguishing except the specific numerical values of the contained electrical data, for example, words such as fire disaster event can be added in the primary maintenance information, and words such as fire disaster hidden danger can be added in the secondary maintenance information; of course, in other embodiments, any form of identification may be added, as long as the distinguishing function is achieved.
Different primary maintenance information and secondary maintenance information are sent to the target terminal according to fire events and fire hidden dangers, so that the two conditions can be maintained, maintenance strategies can be indicated to be adopted by maintenance personnel corresponding to the target terminal, for example, the target terminal can simultaneously receive the primary maintenance information corresponding to the first electric system and the secondary maintenance information corresponding to the second electric system, the maintenance personnel can immediately know that the accident of the first electric system is more serious and the maintenance needs to be carried out preferentially, and the maintenance capability is improved to the maximum degree and the accident loss is reduced to the maximum degree under the condition that the maintenance personnel are limited.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the data acquisition module comprises a conventional current acquisition module and/or a residual current acquisition module, and the electrical data comprises conventional current data and/or residual current data;
if the current value of the conventional current data is larger than a preset current value and/or the current amount of the residual current data is larger than a preset current amount, the fact that the power utilization system has fire hidden danger is represented;
the conventional current data is used for judging whether the electricity consumption system has overcurrent or not, and the residual current data is used for judging whether the electricity consumption system has electric leakage (the electric leakage refers to electric leakage of a phase line to the ground directly or to a zero line, but not refers to electric leakage of a live wire to the ground, and only electric leakage of the phase line to a PE line can lead to unequal numerical values of zero line current and three-phase unbalanced current), and fire disaster can be caused no matter overcurrent or electric leakage, so that when the current value of the collected conventional current data is larger than a preset current value and/or the current amount of the residual current data is larger than a preset current amount, the fire disaster of the electricity consumption system can be determined.
In one embodiment, the electrical safety monitoring system further comprises an arc acquisition module;
the electric arc acquisition module is used for acquiring electric arc data of the power utilization system;
the control module is also used for determining target electric equipment causing the electric arc in each electric equipment in the electric system according to the acquisition time of the electric arc data and the starting time of each electric equipment in the electric system when the electric arc data represents that the electric arc exists in the electric system;
the electric arc acquisition module can realize detection of electric arcs through modes such as current, frequency domain signals or wavelet change;
taking an electricity utilization system as an example of a distribution box, the distribution box is electrically connected with a plurality of electrical equipment to supply power for the electrical equipment, when an arc appears in the distribution box (such as a condition of being scratched by nails, etc.), an arc acquisition module can acquire arc data representing the existence of the arc, but cannot further determine which line has the arc, namely cannot further determine which electrical equipment causes the arc; therefore, for this case, the control module in this embodiment is further configured to determine, according to the acquisition time of the arc data and the start time of each electric device in the power consumption system, a target electric device that causes an arc; specifically, for example, when arc data representing that an arc exists is collected, determining which electric equipment is started before the current time, and if only one electric kettle is started and the other electric equipment is in a shutdown state, indicating that the arc is caused by the electric kettle, wherein the electric kettle is the target electric equipment.
In one embodiment, the control module is further configured to receive maintenance completion information sent by the target terminal after pushing the first-level maintenance information to the target terminal according to the main body information and the electrical data of the electrical system, generate a confirmation request corresponding to the maintenance completion information, receive reply information corresponding to the confirmation request, and generate a closed loop work order corresponding to the maintenance completion information if the reply information characterizes that the maintenance is completed;
the above embodiment has mentioned that, the maintainer may maintain the power system with fire event according to the received first-level maintenance information, after the maintainer completes maintenance, the target terminal may send corresponding maintenance completion information to the control module, because the maintenance completion information is sent by the maintainer through the target terminal, the authenticity of the maintenance is required to be confirmed, the control module further generates a confirmation request corresponding to the maintenance completion information, and confirms whether the maintenance is truly and effectively completed through the confirmation request, in general, the maintenance completion is confirmed by the corresponding background manager, after receiving the confirmation request, the background manager may check the maintenance of the power system by himself, and if the maintenance is completed, feedback the reply information representing the maintenance completion to the control module, so that the control module establishes a closed loop work order corresponding to the maintenance completion information according to the reply information, so as to record the work of the maintainer and be convenient for tracing;
The method comprises the steps that a background manager is adopted for manual confirmation, the problems of low efficiency and high cost exist, and therefore in other embodiments, the control module can also be used for automatic confirmation, namely, the data acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding electric data again, analyzing the electric data, determining whether a fire disaster event exists in the power utilization system, and if the fire disaster event does not exist, determining that maintenance is completed; in addition, whether the power utilization system works normally can be further determined according to the electrical data, and if so, maintenance is determined to be completed.
The electricity consumption safety monitoring method in the embodiment of the invention is applied to an electricity consumption safety monitoring device which is arranged on computer equipment; the computer device may be a terminal, for example, a mobile phone or a tablet computer, and the computer device may also be a server, or a service cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
