As a possible implementation manner, taking the above table 1 as an example, if the target network health information of a certain preset area is poor in network coverage and good in network quality, the information determining apparatus searches for the benefit improving measure information corresponding to the poor network coverage and good in network quality in the table 1, and takes the construction network action as the main, for example, site planning and construction deployment are performed on a part of the area with weak coverage and insufficient deep coverage, and user experience expected management and value experience feasibility early warning is performed on the part of the area with coverage in the area to push the market, so that the duration propaganda range is ensured to keep the network coverage sufficient and the reduced interference is determined as the target benefit improving measure information of the preset area.
Based on the scheme, the value of each preset area is determined based on the area information of each preset area by acquiring the area information and the target network health information of each preset area in a preset time period, and the target benefit improvement measure information of the target preset area after the preset time period is determined according to the first mapping relation and the target network health information of the target preset area with the value larger than a first threshold value in the preset areas. Compared with the existing scheme of determining corresponding measure information based on the coverage capacity aspect, the capacity aspect and the use scene aspect of the communication network in the preset area, the scheme of the application can comprehensively consider the value and the network health of the preset area because the area information comprises the user quantity set, the ARPU set and the area, and the target benefit improving measure information of the target preset area with the value larger than the first threshold value is determined on the basis, so that the corresponding target benefit improving measure information can be executed for the target preset area, the benefit of the communication network in the preset area can be effectively improved, and the output input ratio is as large as possible.
The information determining method provided by the present application is generally described above, and the information determining method provided by the present application will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The information determining device compares each of a plurality of RSRPs of a preset area with a third threshold value, if one RSRP is larger than the third threshold value, the information determining device determines the RSRP as a target RSRP to obtain the number of target RSRPs, and further, the information determining device determines the ratio of the number of target RSRPs to the number of the plurality of RSRPs as a second ratio.
And S603, the information determining device determines the target network health information of each preset area according to the first ratio, the second ratio, the fourth threshold, the fifth threshold and the fourth mapping relation.

Based on the scheme, the target network health information of each preset area in the preset time period can be obtained by determining the first ratio and the second ratio of the preset areas and then determining the network health information of the preset areas based on the first ratio, the second ratio, the fourth threshold, the fifth threshold and the fourth mapping relation.
The above description has been made of the scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application mainly from the viewpoint of performing the information determining method by the information determining apparatus. In order to realize the above functions, the information determining device includes a hardware structure and/or a software module for executing the respective functions. In the case where the functions of the above-described functional modules are implemented in the form of hardware, fig. 8 shows a schematic configuration of an information determination apparatus. As shown in fig. 8, the information determining apparatus 80 includes a processor 801, a memory 802, and a bus 803. The processor 801 and the memory 802 may be connected by a bus 803.
The processor 801 is a control center of the information determination device 80, and may be one processor or a collective term of a plurality of processing elements. For example, the processor 801 may be a general-purpose central processing unit (central processing unit, CPU), or may be another general-purpose processor. As a possible implementation, the memory 802 may exist separately from the processor 801, and the memory 802 may be connected to the processor 801 through the bus 803 for storing instructions or program code. The processor 801, when calling and executing instructions or program code stored in the memory 802, can implement the information determination method provided by the embodiment of the present application.
In another possible implementation, the memory 802 may also be integrated with the processor 801.
Bus 803 may be an industry standard architecture (Industry Standard Architecture, ISA) bus, a peripheral component interconnect (Peripheral Component Interconnect, PCI) bus, or an extended industry standard architecture (Extended Industry Standard Architecture, EISA) bus, among others. The information determining apparatus 80 may include more or less components than shown in fig. 8, or may combine certain components, or may be a different arrangement of components.
As an example, in connection with fig. 7, the acquisition module 701 and the processing module 702 in the information determination apparatus 70 realize the same functions as those of the processor 801 in fig. 8.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, the information determining apparatus 80 provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include a communication interface 804.
A communication interface 804 for connecting with other devices via a communication network. The communication network may be an ethernet, a radio access network, a wireless local area network (wireless local area networks, WLAN), etc. The communication interface 804 may include a receiving unit for receiving data and a transmitting unit for transmitting data.
In a possible implementation manner, in the information determining apparatus 80 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the communication interface 804 may also be integrated in the processor 801, which is not limited in particular by the embodiment of the present application.

Claims (12)

1. An information determining method, the method comprising:
acquiring area information and target network health information of each preset area in a plurality of preset areas in a preset time period; the area information comprises a user quantity set, an average income ARPU set and an area, wherein the user quantity set comprises the user quantity of a first user and the user quantity of a second user, the ARPU set comprises the ARPU of the first user and the ARPU of the second user, the first user is a fifth generation mobile communication network 5G user in a plurality of resident users, the second user is a user except the first user in the plurality of resident users, and the target network health information is used for representing network coverage conditions and network quality conditions;
determining the value of each preset area according to the area information of each preset area;
determining target revenue improvement measure information of a target preset area after the preset time period according to a first mapping relation and the target network health information of the target preset area in the preset areas; the first mapping relation comprises a one-to-one correspondence relation between a plurality of network health information and a plurality of benefit improvement measure information, and the value of the target preset area is larger than a first threshold value.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the value of each preset area according to the area information of each preset area comprises:
determining a target first value of each preset area according to the user quantity set and the area of the area in the area information of each preset area;
determining a target second value of each preset area according to the ARPU set and the area of the area in the area information of each preset area;
and taking the weighted sum of the target first value and the target second value of each preset area as the value of each preset area.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the target first value of each preset area according to the set of the number of users and the area of the area in the area information of each preset area includes:
determining a third value index and a fourth value index of each preset area; the third value index is the ratio of the number of users of the first user of each preset area to the area of each preset area, and the fourth value index is the ratio of the number of users of the second user of each preset area to the area of each preset area;
Determining an average third value index and an average fourth value index of the plurality of preset areas; the average third value index is the ratio of the sum of the third value indexes of the plurality of preset areas to the number of the plurality of preset areas, and the average fourth value index is the ratio of the sum of the third value indexes of the plurality of preset areas to the number of the plurality of preset areas;
determining a target first valence of each preset area according to the average third valence index, the average fourth valence index, the third valence index of each preset area, the fourth valence index of each preset area and a second mapping relation; the second mapping relation comprises a plurality of first magnitude relation groups and a plurality of first magnitude relations, the first magnitude relation groups comprise a first magnitude relation and a second magnitude relation, the first magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the third magnitude index and the average third magnitude index, and the second magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the fourth magnitude index and the average fourth magnitude index.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the target second value of each preset area according to the ARPU set and the area of the area in the area information of each preset area includes:
Determining a fifth value index and a hexavalent value index of each preset area; the fifth value index is the ratio of the ARPU of the first user of each preset area to the area of each preset area, and the hexavalent value index is the ratio of the ARPU of the second user of each preset area to the area of each preset area;
determining an average fifth value index and an average hexavalent value index of the plurality of preset areas; the average fifth value index is the ratio of the sum of the fifth value indexes of the preset areas to the number of the preset areas, and the average hexavalent value index is the ratio of the sum of the hexavalent value indexes of the preset areas to the number of the preset areas;
determining a target second valence of each preset area according to the average fifth valence index, the average sixth valence index, the fifth valence index of each preset area, the sixth valence index of each preset area and a third mapping relation; the third mapping relation comprises a one-to-one correspondence relation between a plurality of second magnitude relation groups and a plurality of second valence values, the second magnitude relation groups comprise a third magnitude relation and a fourth magnitude relation, the third magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the fifth valence value index and the average fifth valence value index, and the fourth magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the hexavalent value index and the average hexavalent value index.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein obtaining the target network health information for each of a plurality of preset areas within the preset time period comprises:
acquiring a plurality of network information sets of each preset area in the preset areas in the preset time period; the network information set comprises a signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio SINR and a reference signal received power RSRP;
determining a first ratio and a second ratio of each preset area; the first ratio is a ratio of a number of target SINR to a number of a plurality of SINR, the target SINR is an SINR greater than a second threshold value in the plurality of SINR, the second ratio is a ratio of a number of target RSRP to a number of a plurality of RSRP, and the target RSRP is an RSRP greater than a third threshold value in the plurality of RSRP;
determining the target network health information of each preset area according to the first ratio, the second ratio, the fourth threshold, the fifth threshold and the fourth mapping relation; the fourth mapping relationship comprises a one-to-one correspondence relationship between a plurality of third magnitude relation groups and a plurality of network health information, the third magnitude relation groups comprise a fifth magnitude relation and a sixth magnitude relation, the fifth magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the first ratio and the fourth threshold, and the sixth magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the second ratio and the fifth threshold.
6. An information determining apparatus, characterized in that the information determining apparatus includes: the device comprises an acquisition module and a processing module;

determining a target first value of each preset area according to the user quantity set and the area of the area in the area information of each preset area;
determining a target second value of each preset area according to the ARPU set and the area of the area in the area information of each preset area;
and taking the weighted sum of the target first value and the target second value of each preset area as the value of each preset area.
8. The information determining apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the processing module further configured to determine the target first value for each preset area based on the set of the number of users and the area of the area in the area information of each preset area, includes:
determining a third value index and a fourth value index of each preset area; the third value index is the ratio of the number of users of the first user of each preset area to the area of each preset area, and the fourth value index is the ratio of the number of users of the second user of each preset area to the area of each preset area;
Determining an average third value index and an average fourth value index of the plurality of preset areas; the average third value index is the ratio of the sum of the third value indexes of the plurality of preset areas to the number of the plurality of preset areas, and the average fourth value index is the ratio of the sum of the third value indexes of the plurality of preset areas to the number of the plurality of preset areas;

determining a target second valence of each preset area according to the average fifth valence index, the average sixth valence index, the fifth valence index of each preset area, the sixth valence index of each preset area and a third mapping relation; the third mapping relation comprises a one-to-one correspondence relation between a plurality of second magnitude relation groups and a plurality of second valence values, the second magnitude relation groups comprise a third magnitude relation and a fourth magnitude relation, the third magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the fifth valence value index and the average fifth valence value index, and the fourth magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the hexavalent value index and the average hexavalent value index.

acquiring a plurality of network information sets of each preset area in the preset areas in the preset time period; the network information set comprises a signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio SINR and a reference signal received power RSRP;
determining a first ratio and a second ratio of each preset area; the first ratio is a ratio of a number of target SINR to a number of a plurality of SINR, the target SINR is an SINR greater than a second threshold value in the plurality of SINR, the second ratio is a ratio of a number of target RSRP to a number of a plurality of RSRP, and the target RSRP is an RSRP greater than a third threshold value in the plurality of RSRP;
determining the target network health information of each preset area according to the first ratio, the second ratio, the fourth threshold, the fifth threshold and the fourth mapping relation; the fourth mapping relationship comprises a one-to-one correspondence relationship between a plurality of third magnitude relation groups and a plurality of network health information, the third magnitude relation groups comprise a fifth magnitude relation and a sixth magnitude relation, the fifth magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the first ratio and the fourth threshold, and the sixth magnitude relation is a magnitude relation between the second ratio and the fifth threshold.
