Detailed Description
The following description is presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are by way of example only and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the invention defined in the following description may be applied to other embodiments, variations, modifications, equivalents, and other technical solutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it should be noted by those skilled in the art that shelves and the like to which the invention relates may be regarded as prior art.
Preferred embodiments.
The invention discloses an electronic tag with a goods shelf monitoring function, which comprises a control module, a scanning module, a display module (used for displaying information of corresponding goods), a transmission module and a power supply module (used for supplying power), wherein:
each electronic tag is mounted on a tag placement area of a shelf and a specified direction (for example, right above or right below) of the tag placement area is a goods placement area (for placing goods);
when in shipment, before the corresponding goods placement area is placed, the identification features (such as bar codes) of the goods are placed in the scanning area of the scanning module of the matched electronic tag, so that the current shipment of single goods is completed, and the scanning module transmits the shipment record data of all the cargoes already loaded in the electronic tag to the control module, so that the control module uploads the shipment record data to a base station through the transmission module (through a transmission gateway);
after the goods are loaded, the scanning modules of the electronic tags scan and identify the acquisition of the appointed direction according to the preset scanning period so as to transmit the scanning identification data to the control module, and the control module processes and analyzes the scanning identification data so as to obtain the goods data comprising the goods remaining amount information and the goods placing information and upload the goods data to the base station through the transmission module (through the transmission gateway).
Specifically, the cargo data is specifically implemented as follows:
the control module acquires whether the identification characteristic of each current cargo is the identification characteristic matched with the electronic tag through scanning the identification data, if so, the control module judges that the current cargo is placed in a correct cargo placement area so as to output correct cargo placement information of the cargo, otherwise, the control module judges that the current cargo is not placed in the correct cargo placement area so as to output incorrect cargo placement information of the cargo (namely misplaced cargo);
the control module compares the quantity of the cargoes placed in the correct cargo placement area with a preset value to judge whether the residual quantity of the current cargoes is sufficient, if the quantity is larger than the preset value, the information of the residual quantity of the cargoes which are sufficient is output, and otherwise, the information of the residual quantity of the cargoes which are out of stock is output.
More specifically, the base station links the super backstage management system of merchant, and the base station will include goods surplus information and goods and place the goods data transmission of information to backstage management system, wherein:
for the information of the residual quantity of the goods, the background management system acquires the backorder record of each goods in the current preset scanning period, judges whether the goods in the backorder exist in the warehouse or not, if so, issues the goods-delivery-rack goods-supplementing information (such as issuing information to a mobile phone of a worker, etc.), otherwise issues the warehouse goods-supplementing information;
for the goods placement information, the background management system acquires the misplacement record of each goods in the current preset scanning period and calculates whether the misplacement number reaches a misplacement threshold, if so, the goods delivery frame misplacement information is delivered (for example, the information is delivered to a mobile phone of a worker, etc.), otherwise, the goods delivery frame misplacement information waits for reaching the misplacement threshold (if only misplacement is carried out, the influence is not great, and the worker is not required to be directly informed to adjust) or the preset adjustment period (preferably cleaning once a day) is reached.
Further, the background management system compares the shipment record data, the information of the remaining amount of the cargoes and the sold information, so as to calculate whether the sales amount and the remaining amount of each cargoes are the total amount of the shipments (thereby judging whether the cargoes are lost or not).
Specifically, the method comprises the steps that the method is divided according to areas (such as living goods areas and fruit areas) within the signal coverage area of a base station, at least one transmission gateway is arranged in each area, the base station transmits price update instructions to each transmission gateway according to requirements, so that each transmission gateway transmits the price update instructions to the transmission modules of each electronic tag according to transmission model logic (the transmission pressure is distributed to each transmission gateway in a transmission mode that the base station is matched with a plurality of transmission gateways, and then the transmission gateways transmit price update instructions to each covered electronic tag, and the update speed of each electronic tag and the stability of signal transmission are guaranteed in a total transmission mode);
the transmission module receives display data corresponding to the price tag updating instruction and transmits the display data to the display module through the control module, so that the display module displays the updated display data.
Specifically, for the transmission model logic, an electronic tag covered by a range of only one transmission gateway is set as a first tag, an electronic tag covered by a range of two transmission gateways is set as a second tag, and an electronic tag covered by a range of at least three transmission gateways is set as a third tag, where:
the transmission gateway is positioned in the center of the coverage area, the distance of the electronic price tag in the coverage area of each transmission gateway to the transmission gateway is calculated, and the distance data of all the electronic price tags are transmitted to the base station;
before issuing a price tag update instruction each time, the base station calculates the number of first tags, second tags and third tags in the coverage area of each transmission gateway, wherein:
for the first tag, only a transmission gateway covering the first tag is used for issuing a price tag update instruction;
for the second label, firstly calculating the number of first labels required to be transmitted by two transmission gateways covering the second label, and sequencing the two transmission gateways in sequence according to the number, if the number of the first labels required to be transmitted by the two transmission gateways is within a preset difference range, issuing a price update instruction by the transmission gateway with a smaller distance, otherwise, issuing a price update instruction by the transmission gateway with a smaller number of the first labels required to be transmitted, and if the total number of the transmission gateways with a smaller number of the first labels required to be transmitted (the number of the first labels plus the second labels) and the number of the transmission gateways with a larger number of the first labels required to be transmitted at the beginning exceed a preset difference value, then issuing price update instructions by the fewer total number of the transmission gateways required to be transmitted (ensuring that the number of the electronic labels are balanced) by the two transmission gateways) (as a proportion, assuming that the first transmission gateway is required to transmit 100 first labels, then the second transmission gateway is required to transmit 102 first labels, and if the number of the first labels required to be transmitted by the two transmission gateways is within the preset range, and updating the data of the two transmission gateways is carried out by the second gateway with a smaller distance; if it is assumed that the first transmission gateway needs to transmit 100 first tags, the second transmission gateway needs to transmit 500 first tags, and the difference value of the first tags exceeds a preset range, although some second tags are closer to the second transmission gateway among the second tags which are commonly covered by the first transmission gateway, the second transmission gateway needs to issue 500 first tags at the same time, thereby causing a certain data congestion, the second label covered together is issued with a reinforced updating instruction by a first transmission gateway which is far away from but needs to transmit the first label in a smaller quantity, so that the updating speed of the second label is ensured, and the transmission pressure of the second transmission gateway is relieved at the same time, thereby ensuring the updating speed of the first label in the second transmission gateway;
for the third label, firstly, the number of the first labels and the second labels which are required to be transmitted by all the transmission gateways covering the third label is calculated, so that the total transmission number of the first labels and the second labels of the transmission gateways is obtained, the first labels and the second labels are sequentially ordered according to the number, the third label firstly issues a price label update instruction according to the order by the transmission gateway with the least total transmission number, and if the total transmission number of the transmission gateway with the least total transmission number in transmission reaches the second transmission gateway with the least total transmission number, the rest third labels are distributed evenly again, so that the transmission balance of all the current transmission gateways is ensured.
More specifically, the electronic tag detection device further comprises an induction module, the induction module judges whether human body induction detection is needed according to preset requirements (when the business is in business, because some electronic tags need to be displayed in real time no matter whether people exist around, and some electronic tags can not be displayed when no people exist, namely blank tags so as to save power consumption), when the human body induction detection result is that the human body is detected (when the induction judgment is needed), the power module is changed from a low-power-consumption state to a formal working state (when the power module is in the low-power-consumption state, the induction module is working (or the working time is set to business hours of the business, etc.), whether a human body exists in a preset distance can be detected, if the human body exists, the driving power module is changed to the formal working state, and then power is supplied for the control module, the display module, etc.), and accordingly the control module displays the display data stored in the storage unit through the display module.
Further, when the power module is in a low power consumption state and the human body is detected for the first time within a preset (sensing) range of the sensing module, the display module displays the display data, and if the human body exists within the preset range of the sensing module, the power module is always in a formal working state, wherein:
when no human body exists in the preset range of the induction module, the power supply module is switched from the formal work state to the low-power state after a first preset time period when the last human body leaves the preset range until the next human body enters the preset range of the induction module, and if the human body enters the preset range again in the first preset time period, the first preset time period is not counted any more until the last human body leaves in the preset range, and the first preset time period is counted again.
Further, when the human body is detected to enter the boundary of the preset range of the sensing module, the human body detection record is marked as one human body detection record, and the human body detection record is transmitted to the control module after a second preset time period, so that the control module transmits the human body detection record to the base station (through the transmission gateway) through the transmission module, the base station obtains the human body detection records of all the electronic tags within the coverage range, and then the base station transmits the human body detection record of each electronic tag to the background management system for data processing analysis, so that the passenger flow data corresponding to each electronic tag is obtained (further, reasons of good sales of which commodities, low passenger flow of which commodities, and the like can be analyzed).
Preferably, a face detection module is further provided, when the power supply module is in a formal working state, the face detection module detects that a human body is corresponding to the electronic tag (the human body detection record passing through the preset range is not accurate enough and has a certain error, some customers may just pass through and do not browse, but can be calculated as a record, but the product corresponding to the current electronic tag can be determined with high probability through the positive detection of the face, so that the accuracy of the human body detection record of each electronic tag is improved), the human body detection record is marked as one human body detection record, and the human body detection record is transmitted to the control module after a second preset time period passes, so that the control module transmits the human body detection record to the base station through the transmission module, and thus the base station obtains the human body detection record of all electronic tags within the coverage range, and then the human body detection record of each electronic tag is transmitted to the background management system to perform data processing analysis, so as to obtain the passenger flow data corresponding to each electronic tag (further analyze reasons such as good and low commodity sales).
Preferably, each electronic tag is managed through a blockchain system, a price tag update instruction issued by a base station is transmitted to each electronic tag in a corresponding area through a transmission gateway (if all electronic tags within the coverage area of the base station gateway issue update instructions through the base station gateway, the output is enabled to be carried out more at one time, so that data congestion is caused, each electronic tag cannot be updated in time, and the data congestion of the base station gateway is reduced and the update speed of the electronic tag is improved through the form of the transmission gateway), wherein:
each transmission gateway is set as a main node, each electronic tag is set as a sub-node, and each main node is used as a propagation node to transmit a price tag update instruction issued by a base station gateway (a single electronic tag cannot be tampered by a blockchain technology, so that the security of the electronic tag is improved).
It should be noted that technical features such as a shelf and the like related to the present application should be considered as the prior art, and specific structures, working principles, and control modes and spatial arrangements possibly related to the technical features should be selected conventionally in the art, and should not be considered as the point of the present application, where the present application is not further specifically developed.
Modifications of the embodiments described above, or equivalents of some of the features may be made by those skilled in the art, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements or etc. within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
