the spring 22 is sleeved on the sliding rod 19, and two ends of the spring 22 in the elastic direction elastically abut against the limiting ring 24 and the bracket 26 respectively, so that the spring 22 has downward elastic abutting force on the limiting ring 24, and further the pressing plate 9 can move downward, and a longitudinal distance is kept between the pressing plate 9 and the turnover plate 11.
As shown in fig. 8, the middle part of the turnover plate 11 is provided with a mounting groove 27, a transition conveying belt 23 is mounted in the mounting groove 27, the running direction of the transition conveying belt 23 corresponds to the running direction of the conveying belt 1, the transition conveying belt 23 is driven to rotate by a micro motor 25 mounted on the turnover plate 11, the micro motor 25 drives the transition conveying belt 23 to run, and the fresh-locking packaging bag can be driven to smoothly slide to the upper end from the inclined lower end of the turnover plate 11 due to the friction force between the surface of the transition conveying belt 23 and the surface of the fresh-locking packaging bag, so that the fresh-locking packaging bag can overcome the extrusion force of the pressing plate 9 on the fresh-locking packaging bag and enter between the pressing plate 9 and the turnover plate 11.
As shown in fig. 4, the detection unit includes:
an induction block 21 provided on the upper surface of the pressing plate 9;
the proximity switch 20 penetrates through the bracket 26, and the proximity switch 20 is arranged corresponding to the sensing block 21;
the pressure sensor 17 embedded in the top surface of the turnover plate 11 corresponding to one side of the discharging end of the conveying belt 1, the pressure sensor 17 and the proximity switch are connected with the PLC controller, when the proximity switch 20 generates induction signals, the amplitude of the jacking of the pressing plate reaches a qualified range, namely, the fresh-locking packaging bag is in a volume expansion state and is free of air leakage, otherwise, when the proximity switch 20 does not generate induction signals, the jacking amplitude of the pressing plate 9 is smaller, the upward moving stroke of the induction block is smaller, the induction range of the proximity switch 20 is not entered, further, the fresh-locking packaging bag is illustrated, when the PLC controller cannot acquire the induction signals of the proximity switch 20, an alarm module is controlled to alarm, and when the proximity switch 20 generates induction signals, the PLC controller cannot control the alarm module to alarm, and the fresh-locking packaging bag is propped against the pressure sensor 17 along with the conveying of the transition conveying belt, the pressure sensor 17 generates induction signals and feeds back to the PLC controller, and then controls the turn-over driving motor to start, and further drives the turnover plate 11 to turn over after the air leakage detection is performed.
As shown in fig. 4, the two opposite sides of the pressing plate 9 are provided with bending parts 18 bent upwards, and the edges of the end parts of the pressing plate 9 cannot scratch the fresh-locking packaging bag by arranging the bending parts 18, so that the surface of the fresh-locking packaging bag is damaged.

1. A belt conveyor for locking fresh food production, comprising a frame of the belt conveyor, a conveyor belt (1) and a driving roller, characterized in that it further comprises:
the vertical plates (13) are connected to two sides of the width direction of the frame, the upper ends of the two vertical plates (13) are connected with rotating rods (4) in a common rotating mode, and swinging rods (6) are arranged on the rotating rods (4);
a clapper (7) connected to one end of the swing rod (6) far away from the rotating rod (4);
and a swing driving part for driving the rotating rod (4) to rotate towards the feeding end of the conveyer belt (1) when the conveyer belt (1) runs, wherein the swing driving part comprises:
rubber toothed bar blocks (2) which are arranged on two opposite sides of the width direction of the conveying belt (1) in pairs, wherein the rubber toothed bar blocks (2) are discontinuously arranged along the movement direction of the conveying belt (1);
gears (14) sleeved at two ends of the rotating rod (4), and the two gears (14) are respectively meshed with the rubber toothed bar blocks (2) at two sides of the conveying belt (1) correspondingly;
the swinging arm (5) is arranged at one end of the rotating rod (4), and the length direction of the swinging arm (5) is perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotating rod (4);
two ends of the tension spring (12) are respectively connected with the swing arm (5) and the rack;
and the blowing cover (8) is arranged above the frame and corresponds to the discharge end of the conveying belt (1).
2. Belt conveyor for the production of locked fresh food according to claim 1, characterized in that the conveyor belt (1) surface is provided with a plurality of recessed discharge zone grooves (3) at equal intervals.
3. Belt conveyor for the production of locked fresh food products according to claim 1, characterized in that the discharge end of the frame is provided with a turn-over portion, which is located below the blowing hood (8), and which comprises:
the supports (10) are connected to the two sides of the frame;
the two ends of the turnover plate (11) are respectively provided with a pivot (16), the bottom surface of one end of the turnover plate (11) in the length direction is in sliding contact with the surface of the conveying belt (1), and the pivot (16) is correspondingly and rotatably connected to the support (10);
and a turn-over driving motor (15) which is arranged on one of the supports (10) and is connected with the pivot (16).
4. A belt conveyor for use in the production of locked fresh food products according to claim 3, wherein the turn-up portion further comprises a leak detection assembly comprising:
a bracket (26) arranged on the upward side of the turnover plate (11);
the sliding rod (19) vertically penetrates through the bracket (26), and the sliding rod (19) can freely slide on the bracket (26);
a pressing plate (9) connected to one end of the sliding rod (19) facing the turnover plate (11);
an elastic abutment unit for driving the pressing plate (9) to move toward the flipping plate (11);
and a detection unit for detecting the upward movement stroke of the pressing plate (9).
5. A belt conveyor for use in the production of locked fresh food products according to claim 4, wherein the elastic abutment unit comprises:
a limiting ring (24) sleeved on the sliding rod (19);
and the spring (22) is sleeved on the sliding rod (19), and two ends of the spring (22) in the elastic direction elastically abut against the limiting ring (24) and the bracket (26) respectively.

Belt conveyor for the production of fresh-locked foods according to claim 5, characterized in that the middle part of the turnover plate (11) is provided with a mounting groove (27), a transition conveyor belt (23) is arranged in the mounting groove (27), the running direction of the transition conveyor belt (23) corresponds to the running direction of the conveyor belt (1), and the transition conveyor belt (23) is driven to rotate by a micro motor (25) arranged on the turnover plate (11).
7. A belt conveyor for use in the production of locked fresh food products according to claim 6, wherein the detection unit comprises:
the induction block (21) is arranged on the upper surface of the pressing plate (9);
the proximity switch (20) is arranged on the bracket (26) in a penetrating way, and the proximity switch (20) is arranged corresponding to the sensing block (21);
and the pressure sensor (17) is embedded in the top surface of the turnover plate (11) corresponding to one side of the discharge end of the conveying belt (1).
8. Belt conveyor for the production of locked fresh food according to claim 7, characterized in that the opposite sides of the pressing plate (9) are provided with upwardly curved bends (18).
