A polishing operation method for furniture production, which is suitable for the polishing device for furniture production, and comprises the following steps of;
s1, placing and clamping furniture boards: placing the furniture board on the bottom board 1, and then driving the first T-block 43 to clamp the board by starting the first motor 14;
s2, moving and polishing: the second rotating shaft 6 is driven to rotate by starting the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12, so that the polishing roller 21 is driven to perform polishing work, then the first rotating shaft 5 is driven to rotate by a transmission piece, the first gear 7 moves in the V-shaped groove 3 on the upper layer of the side plate 2, and the movement and polishing of the wood plate are completed by the positive and negative installation of the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12;
s3, dust removal of the wood board: the dust collector 25 is started to collect grinding dust, and the sealing block ring 29 is pushed to the other end communication groove 27 of the arc cover 23 through the electric push rod 28, so that the corrugated pipe 30 can absorb dust on two sides of the grinding roller 21;
s4, dust sealing and wood dust breaking: the arc angle of contact between the rubber pad 33 and the wood board is changed through the movement of the arc cover 23, the scraper 32 is driven to contact with the surface hairbrush of the grinding roller 21 through the connecting rod 34, then the driven wheel is driven to rotate through the driving wheel 39, and the blade 40 is driven to break up wood chips;
s5, clamping and moving the wood board: the first motor 14 is started to release the clamping of the clamping block 46 to the wood board, and meanwhile, the first T-shaped block 43 moves to drive the connecting block 51 to move, so that the pair of buffer plates 52 are driven to clamp and move to the two sides of the wood board.
Working principle: by pushing the wood board to be polished onto the bottom plate 1 from one end of the bottom plate 1, then starting the first motor 14, clamping one end of the wood board by the clamping piece, then starting the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12, driving the polishing piece to polish the wood board by the transmission piece and simultaneously moving the wood board, realizing the moving and reciprocating polishing of the wood board, setting up the V-shaped groove 3, avoiding polishing the edge of the wood board, reversing the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12 when the single-pass polishing is finished, driving the polishing roller 21 to reverse, simultaneously releasing the clamping of the wood board, simultaneously clamping and moving two sides of the wood board by the moving piece, enabling the edge part which is not polished to be separated from the short side position of the V-shaped groove 3, reversing the polishing roller 21 when the polishing piece moves in a returning way, completing polishing the edge which is not polished on the wood board, polishing the edge of the wood board by the polishing roller 21 is inwards polished when the wood board is polished in a single pass, the situation that the edge of the wood board is ground outwards to cause the edge of the wood board to be ground by the grinding roller 21 is avoided, the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12 rotates, the first chain 17 drives the pair of first chain wheels 15 to rotate and further drives the first rotating shaft 5 to rotate, because the first gear 7 is meshed with the tooth block 4 of the V-shaped groove 3 on the upper layer of the side plate 2, the grinding piece is driven to integrally move by taking the first gear 7 as a moving power source, the effect of moving and grinding linkage is realized, the diameters of the pair of gears are different, the reduction end of the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12 is further reduced, the aim that one end of the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12 drives the grinding piece to rotate quickly for grinding, the other end drives the first rotating shaft 5 to move slowly is achieved, the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12 is in the prior art, namely one end of the double-shaft motor is provided with a speed reducing component, the rotating speeds of the two ends are asynchronous, the second rotating shaft 6 and the grinding roller 21 are driven to rotate by the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12, meanwhile, because the first rotating shaft 5 drives the first gear 7 to move in the V groove 3, the second gear 8 of the V groove 3 at the lower layer of the side plate 2 moves in the V groove 3, the second gear 8 in the V groove 3 at the lower layer of the side plate 2 is not used as a power source, and is dragged and moved by the first rotating shaft 5 through the arc-shaped ring 9 and the square ring 20, the movement of the second rotating shaft 6 can provide rotational stability for the grinding roller 21, by starting the dust collector 25, when the grinding roller 21 rotates positively, the grinding roller 21 moves towards the sensor, the sealing block ring 29 is at one side close to the first T block 43, when single-pass grinding is completed, the sensor is triggered, the double-shaft speed reducing motor 12 is reversely rotated, the grinding roller 21 is further driven to reversely rotate, and the electric push rod 28 is driven to push the sealing block ring 29 to the connecting position interface at the other side, the sealing block ring 29 drives the corrugated pipe 30 to collect dust on different sides according to different rotation directions of the grinding roller 21, so that dust is accurately collected, the inner arc groove 26 is formed in an isosceles trapezoid shape, the top end of the inner arc groove 26 is similar to the shape of an interface of the corrugated pipe 30, dust generated in the wood board grinding process is comprehensively collected at the lower end, dust generated in grinding is sealed by the arrangement of the rubber pad 33, dust is prevented from scattering, the dust is difficult to collect and is easy to inhale by a human body, the rubber pad 33 can be different along with different movement directions of the arc cover 23, the angle of the rubber pad 33 when the arc cover 23 contacts with a wood board is changed, when the arc cover 23 moves towards the sensor, the rubber pads 33 on two sides are arranged in an arc-shaped inward bending way towards the first motor 14, at the moment, the scraper 32 is driven to collide with wood dust on the surface of the grinding roller 21, the rubber pad 33 on the other side is not contacted with the grinding roller 21 due to the contact angle of the wood board, when the grinding roller 21 moves towards the first motor 14, the situation of the pair of rubber pads 33 and the scraping plates 32 is opposite, so that the contact and the knocking down of the wood chips are realized, the grinding efficiency is not influenced, the efficiency of collecting dust in a sealing way is increased, through the arrangement of the guide grooves 35, the moving guide can be provided for the wood chips, compared with the weight of the dust, the wood chips with heavy weight can move along with the arc surfaces of the rubber pads 33 and the inner arc grooves 26, meanwhile, the guide grooves 35 provide the guide for the falling wood chips, the effect that the wood chips enter the corrugated pipe 30 through the communicating grooves 27 is higher, the driving wheel 39 is driven to rotate through the second rotating shaft 6, the pair of driving wheels 38 are driven to rotate, the driving wheels 38 crush the wood chips passing through the guide grooves 35, the rotating direction of the blades 40 and the lifting force required by the wood chips are not in conflict, the knocking down of the wood chips is avoided, the excessively blocking of the corrugated pipe 30 and the inlet end of the dust collector 25, through the inclined arrangement of the second T groove 44, when the wood board is pushed to the stop block 41, the second T block 45 is extruded to the plane of the bottom plate 1 through the arc surface, so that the wood board is not clamped by the clamping block 46 during pushing, then the first motor 14 is started to drive the first T block 43 and the clamping block 46 to clamp the wood board, the stop block 41 is arranged at the short side of the V groove 3, when the wood board is fixed between the stop block 41 and the clamping block 46, the polishing roller 21 can not polish the edge of the wood board at the near end of the stop block 41, when the wood board is pushed to the bottom plate 1, the pair of extrusion blocks 50 are positioned at one end far away from the first T block 43, the clamping condition caused by the extrusion blocks 50 in the wood board pushing process is avoided, when the polishing roller 21 is moved to the first motor 14 after one pass is completed, the first motor 14 is triggered by a sensor to drive the first T block 43 to be far away from the first motor 14, meanwhile, through the arrangement of the chute 47, in the moving process of the first T block 43, the connecting blocks 51 drive the pair of extrusion blocks 50 to be close to each other, clamp two sides of a wood board, move along with the continuous movement of the first T block 43, and clamp the wood board by the clamping blocks 46, so that the round column 49 enters the V-shaped other side of the chute 47, one end of the wood board is driven to be far away from the blocking block 41, the unground edge part of the wood board is polished, and the buffer plate 52 can clamp the wood boards with slightly different widths and realize the moving function; the third T-slot 54, the third T-block 53, and the telescopic rod 55 can prevent the extrusion block 50 and the buffer plate 52 from rotating along with the movement of the circular column 49, so that the buffer plate 52 is not parallel to the side edge of the wood board, and thus, the clamping cannot be performed well.
