s6: the clamp falling from the screen 122 falls on the magnetic conveyor belt 133 of the transmission component 13, and the output shaft 1252 drives the driving roller 131 to rotate through the transmission component 134 when rotating, so that the transmission component 13 outputs the clamp upwards, the clamp is washed for the second time through the washing component 126 in the output process, and the washed clamp is drained in the rising process;

Claims (10)

1. A clamp cleaning machine, characterized in that: comprising the steps of (a) a step of,

The band washer of claim 4, wherein: the driving component (125) comprises a waterproof motor (1251) arranged in the shell (11), an output shaft (1252) arranged at the output end of the waterproof motor (1251), and a special-shaped driving wheel (1253) arranged on the shaft wall of the output shaft (1252), the roller (1236) is connected on the wheel wall of the special-shaped driving wheel (1253) in a rolling way,
the wheel wall of the special-shaped driving wheel (1253) is provided with an A section (1254), a B section (1255), a C section (1256) and a D section (1257).

The band washer of claim 5, wherein: the transmission component (13) comprises a driving roller (131) and a driven roller (132) which are arranged in the shell (11), a magnetic conveying belt (133) which is arranged on the driving roller (131) and the driven roller (132), a discharging end of the screen plate (122) which is arranged above the magnetic conveying belt (133), and a transmission assembly (134) which is arranged on the driving roller (131) and the output shaft (1252).

The band washer of claim 6, wherein: the transmission assembly (134) comprises a driving wheel (1341) and a driven wheel (1342) which are arranged outside the shell (11), the driving roller (131) and the output shaft (1252) are all arranged through the shell wall of the shell (11), the driving roller (131) and the output shaft (1252) are in sealed rotating connection with the shell wall of the shell (11) through sealing bearings, the driving wheel (1341) is connected with the end part of the output shaft (1252), the driven wheel (1342) is connected with the end part of the driving roller (131), and the driving wheel (1341) and the driven wheel (1342) are in transmission connection through a belt (1343).

The band washer of claim 7, wherein: the cleaning unit (1) further comprises a discharging part (14) arranged on the machine shell (11), the discharging part (14) comprises a discharging plate (141) arranged at a discharging hole of the machine shell (11), one end of the discharging plate (141) is arranged on the outer side of the magnetic conveying belt (133), a fixed table (142) arranged at the lower end of the discharging plate (141) and a pushing component (143) arranged at the lower end of the fixed table (142).

The band washer of claim 8, wherein: the pushing component (143) comprises a supporting rod (1431) symmetrically arranged at a discharge hole of the shell (11), a supporting disc (1432) arranged on the supporting rod (1431), a snake-shaped metal sheet (1433) arranged on the supporting disc (1432), the snake-shaped metal sheet (1433) is made of elastic metal, and a pushing block (1434) arranged at the other end of the snake-shaped metal sheet (1433), the pushing block (1434) is arranged at the lower end of the fixed table (142), and the supporting rod (1431) movably penetrates through the snake-shaped metal sheet (1433) and the pushing block (1434).
10. A method of cleaning a clamp according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that: comprises the following steps of the method,
firstly, cleaning liquid is added into a shell (11), and then a clamp to be cleaned is put into a net frame (121) so that the clamp is soaked by the cleaning liquid;
starting the waterproof motor (1251), wherein the waterproof motor (1251) drives the special-shaped driving wheel (1253) to rotate through the output shaft (1252), and pushing the jack post (1235) to reciprocate up and down after the idler wheel (1236) is pushed by the special-shaped driving wheel (1253) along with the rotation of the special-shaped driving wheel (1253);
the jacking column (1235) moves upwards to compress the spring (1233) and simultaneously pushes the supporting plate (1231) to move upwards synchronously, so that cleaning fluid near the supporting plate (1231) is driven to move, and clamps on the supporting plate (1231) are jacked up to collide and rub with each other in the cleaning fluid, and the cleaning effect is improved;
when the top column (1235) moves downwards, the supporting plate (1231) is driven to reset, the net plate (122) falls off from the bottom of the net frame (121) under the action of gravity along with the loss of support of the top column (1235) by the special-shaped driving wheel (1253), and the clamp on the supporting plate (1231) slides outwards along the exposed opening between the net plate (122) and the net frame (121);
along with the upward movement of the jacking column (1235), the jacking column (1235) drives the screen plate (122) and the supporting plate (1231) to synchronously move upward until the screen plate (122) is propped against the lower end of the screen frame (121) or the screen plate (122) is blocked by the clamp, the jacking column (1235) continuously compresses the spring (1233) and drives the supporting plate (1231) to move upward, the clamp is cleaned, and the process is repeated;
the clamp falling from the screen plate (122) falls on a magnetic conveyor belt (133) of the transmission component (13), and when the output shaft (1252) rotates, the drive roller (131) is driven to rotate by the transmission component (134), so that the transmission component (13) outputs the clamp upwards;
the clamp output from the discharge port of the shell (11) is separated from the magnetic conveyor belt (133) through the discharge part (14), and the separated clamp is collected.
