Claims (9)

1. A method of sorting items adapted to be carried out in a sorting apparatus, the sorting apparatus comprising at least a sorting vehicle, a code scanning apparatus, a control system, a plurality of bins, the method comprising:
acquiring a plurality of goods belonging to the same collection list from a carrier, wherein the carrier is provided with a carrying bar code, the carrying bar code comprises collection list information, the collection list comprises a plurality of orders with the same attribute, each order comprises one or a plurality of goods, and each goods is provided with a corresponding goods code;
identifying the carrying bar codes through the code scanning equipment so as to acquire the collection list information corresponding to the plurality of goods;
distributing corresponding grid openings for each order according to the aggregate order information through the control system;
scanning the goods code on any goods by the code scanning equipment to acquire the goods code information;
and binding the distribution truck with the plurality of goods through the control system according to the goods code information so as to convey the plurality of goods to corresponding grids through the distribution truck.
2. The sorting method of claim 1, wherein the sorting apparatus further comprises a loading port that binds the distribution cart with the plurality of items, comprising:
triggering a first depth sensor in front of a loading port to acquire first height data before the distribution vehicle enters the loading port;
triggering a second depth sensor behind the loading port to acquire second height data after the distribution vehicle leaves the loading port;
judging whether the goods are loaded on the distribution truck or not based on the first height data and the second height data;
if the fact that the distribution vehicle is empty before entering the loading port is determined, and the goods are loaded after leaving the loading port, the distribution vehicle is bound with the goods.
3. The sorting method of claim 2, wherein the determining whether the item is loaded on the cart based on the first and second height data comprises:
comparing the first height data and the second height data with preset heights respectively;
if the first height data is consistent with the preset height, determining that the split sowing vehicle is empty before entering the loading port;
and if the second height data is larger than the preset height, determining that the distribution truck is loaded with goods after leaving the goods loading port.
4. The sorting method of claim 2, wherein scanning the article code on any one article by the code scanning apparatus comprises:
and scanning the goods codes on any goods through the code scanning equipment, and then scanning the goods codes on the next goods again at least through minimum interval time, wherein the minimum interval time is the time from entering the goods loading port to leaving the goods loading port of the distribution truck.
5. The sorting method of claim 1, wherein each of the sets corresponds to a standard.
6. The sorting method of claim 1, wherein the sorting apparatus further comprises a code reading apparatus, the carrier being a shelf, the method further comprising:
when the goods shelf moves to a designated position, reading the carrying bar code information on the goods shelf through a code reading device;
and the control system binds the carrying bar code information with the ground label of the appointed position.
7. The sorting method of claim 1, wherein the carrier is a container or a carrier cart.
8. The sorting method of claim 1, wherein the carrying bar code and/or the goods code is a one-dimensional bar code, a two-dimensional code, or an RFID.
9. A sorting apparatus adapted to acquire a plurality of items belonging to the same aggregate order from a carrier, the carrier having thereon a carrier bar code containing aggregate order information, the aggregate order containing a plurality of orders having the same attribute, each order containing one or more items, each item having thereon a corresponding item code, the sorting apparatus comprising:
a plurality of compartment adapted to hold the goods;
the code scanning device is suitable for identifying the carrying bar codes to acquire the collection list information corresponding to the plurality of goods and scanning the goods codes on any one of the goods to acquire the goods code information;
the control system is suitable for distributing corresponding grids for each order according to the aggregate order information and binding the distribution vehicle with the plurality of goods according to the goods code information;
and the distribution truck is suitable for conveying the goods to the corresponding grid.
