Saliva is a complex mixture containing not only various proteins but also DNA, RNA, fatty acids, various microorganisms, and the like. Detailed Description
For the purpose of making apparent the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, it being understood that the specific examples described herein are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a saliva collector comprising a collecting nozzle 1 and a receptacle 2 connected thereto; the collecting nozzle 1 is connected with the inner space of the container 2 through a pipeline; wherein the collecting nozzle 1 is used for collecting saliva in the mouth of a patient and flowing the collected saliva into the container 2 for storage.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the collecting nozzle 1 has a flat nozzle structure, which is convenient for a patient to hold the mouth of the collecting nozzle 1, realizes complete fitting of the mouth of the patient and the collecting nozzle 1, and is convenient for collecting saliva (avoiding saliva from flowing out from the corners of the mouth), and the inner space of the collecting nozzle 1 is divided into a stimulating bin 41 for placing the tongue of the patient and a circulating bin 42 for collecting saliva by the partition plate 3 inside the collecting nozzle 1; the side wall (upper side wall) of the stimulation bin 41, which is attached to the tongue taste sensitive part, is provided with a stimulation layer 5, and the stimulation layer 5 can be provided with a block structure for promoting saliva secretion according to the sensitivity of the individual tongue, such as sugar blocks formed by condensing edible acidic liquid (e.g. citric acid). During the collection of saliva, the mouth of the patient holds the mouth of the collection nozzle 1 and extends the tongue into the stimulation chamber 41, after which the tongue taste sensitive portion (typically the upper part of the tongue or the tip position) is brought into contact with the stimulation layer 5. The tongue and brain are stimulated by the stimulation layer 5 and salivary secretion is promoted. The secreted saliva lies from the lower edge of the tongue (the sublingual mons, sublingual gland site) into the circulation bin 42 and further into the receptacle 2.
Preferably, the stimulating layer 5 of the present application is disposed on an insert 51, and the side wall of the stimulating bin 41 is provided with a slot 52 for installing the insert 51. The upper end of the bottle bin 61 is provided with a saliva temporary storage bin 7 (shown in fig. 7 and 8) which moves up and down along the axis of the bottle bin 61; the upper end of the saliva temporary storage bin 7 is communicated with the circulation bin 42 through a pipeline; during saliva collection, saliva flowing from the circulation bin 42 flows through the tubing to the saliva temporary storage bin 7 for temporary storage.
The lower end of the saliva temporary storage bin 7 is provided with a needle head 71 which is inserted into the negative pressure collecting bottle 6 to realize the communication between the saliva temporary storage bin 7 and the space in the negative pressure collecting bottle 6; after a predetermined amount of saliva is stored in the saliva temporary storage bin 7, the needle 71 is driven to introduce the saliva in the saliva temporary storage bin 7 into the negative pressure collecting bottle 6 for sealed storage.
The saliva temporary storage bin 7 is driven by a driving piece to move;
when the liquid is not taken, the saliva temporary storage bin 7 is at the upper position, and the needle 71 is not contacted with the negative pressure collecting bottle 6; in this state, the negative pressure collecting bottle 6 is conveniently placed in the bottle bin 61, and the needle 71 does not interfere with the placement of the negative pressure collecting bottle 6 (shown in the state of fig. 10).
During the liquid taking process, the saliva temporary storage bin 7 is positioned at the middle position, and the needle 71 is inserted into the bottle stopper 62 of the negative pressure collecting bottle 6; the bottle stopper 62 is used for blocking the internal passage of the needle 71, so that saliva is prevented from flowing out of the end of the needle 71 by the air flow exhaled from the mouth, and the saliva cannot enter the negative pressure collecting bottle 6. To explain further, the temporary saliva storage chamber 7 is provided at its upper end with a pressure release port 72 (shown in fig. 12) connected to the outside atmospheric pressure.
After the liquid is taken, the saliva temporary storage bin 7 is at the lowest end position, the needle 71 completely penetrates through the bottle stopper 62 (shown in fig. 7) of the negative pressure collecting bottle 6 and stretches into the negative pressure collecting bottle, in this state, the air pressure in the negative pressure collecting bottle 6 is released, and saliva stored in the saliva temporary storage bin 7 is instantly sucked into the negative pressure collecting bottle 6 by utilizing the negative pressure.
In order to increase the integration level of the equipment and reduce the arrangement of parts, the application sets the collecting nozzle 1 as a driving piece; the collecting nozzle 1 is hinged at the upper part of the container 2; the collector nozzle 1 can be rotated around the hinge by a predetermined angle. Further, the upper end of the saliva temporary storage chamber 7 is in communication with the circulation chamber 42 via a hose.
The hinged end of the collecting nozzle 1 is a rotary round convex structure 11 (shown in fig. 1 and 3); the side end of the rotary round convex structure 11 is connected with a connecting rod 8 which moves up and down along the axis of the bottle bin 61, and the other end of the connecting rod 8 is connected with the saliva temporary storage bin 7; the connecting rod 8 is slidably mounted in the container 2 (the side wall of the container 2 is provided with a sliding groove for sliding the connecting rod 8) and moves in the same direction with the saliva temporary storage bin 7. The side end of the rotary round convex structure 11 is provided with a V-shaped groove 100 which is transversely arranged; both sides of the V-shaped groove 100 are arc-shaped grooves; one end of the connecting rod 8 connected with the V-shaped groove 100 is provided with a positioning block 81, and the positioning block 81 extends into the V-shaped groove 100. When the saliva temporary storage bin 7 is driven to move from the upper end position to the middle position, the collecting nozzle 1 is put into the working state (the included angle state, shown in fig. 2) from the initial position (in the vertical state, shown in fig. 1), at the moment, the end part of the connecting rod 8 moves from the position A to the position B in the V-shaped groove 100 (shown in fig. 9), and the connecting rod 8 drives the saliva temporary storage bin 7 to enter from the upper position to the middle position.
When the saliva temporary storage bin 7 is driven to the lower position from the middle end position, the collecting nozzle 1 is moved to the initial position (in the vertical state, shown in fig. 1) from the working state (included angle state), at this time, the end part of the connecting rod 8 is moved to the C position from the B position of the V-shaped groove 100, and the connecting rod 8 drives the saliva temporary storage bin 7 to enter the lower position from the middle position.
