The invention belongs to the technical field of heating cigarettes, and particularly relates to a heating cigarette and application thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, people pay more attention to health problems of themselves, and in recent years, the attention to smoking health problems is high. Various low-harm heating cigarettes are developed in great numbers for various enterprises at home and abroad to meet the changing consumption demands.
The heated cigarettes are novel tobacco products which generate smoke by heating smoke substances, and are favored by consumers due to low harm and better taste, so that the market scale is rapidly expanded. A particulate heated cigarette is a heated cigarette that releases an inhalable nicotine-containing aerosol by heating a particulate core substrate. At present, most of particle type heating cigarettes sold in the market adopt four-section structural designs of a filtering section, a hollow cooling section, a blocking limiting section and a smoke generating section, the hollow cooling section is a section of cavity, and the structure has the following problems: when sucking, the smoke amount is smaller; the filter rod in the filter section is unsupported, and in the use process, the filter rod can move towards the hollow cooling section under the action of external force; the hollow cooling section can be irreversibly deformed when being extruded by external force.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a heating cigarette 1 comprises an empty tube 15, wherein the empty tube 15 is provided with a filter element 11, a hollow cooling support element 12, a blocking limiting element 13 and a fuming substance 14 which are in contact in sequence from a proximal lip end to a distal lip end or from downstream to upstream. A closure 16 is bonded to the distal lip of the hollow tube 15 to seal off the smoking material 14.
The diameter of the heated cigarette 1 was 7.2mm and the length was 45mm. The axial lengths of the filter element 11, the hollow cooling support element 12 and the blocking limiting element 13 are respectively 10mm, 16mm and 7mm. The axial length of the hollow tube 15 occupied by the smoking material 14 is 12mm.
The hollow tube 15 is a paper hollow tube, and the filter element 11 is a polyethylene terephthalate tow filter rod.
The hollow cooling support 12 is a corrugated tube comprising a peripheral hollow tube 121, an inner hollow tube 122, and a corrugated layer 123 between the peripheral hollow tube 121 and the inner hollow tube 122. The outer hollow tube 121, the inner hollow tube 122 and the corrugated layer 123 are all coaxially arranged. An outer circumferential air flow channel 124 is formed between the outer circumferential air tube 121 and the inner air tube 122, an intermediate air flow channel 125 is formed between the inner air tube 122, the through hole 132 is communicated with the intermediate air flow channel 125, and the air channel 131 is communicated with the outer circumferential air flow channel 124. The outer hollow tube 121 and the inner hollow tube 122 of the hollow cooling support 12 are made of paper, and the corrugated layer 123 is made of non-woven fabric. The hollow cooling support 13 is shown in cross section in fig. 2. The peripheral hollow tube 121 is made of molded paper.
The corrugated layer 123 may be separately prepared: firstly, rolling a sheet material through a die to form a sheet material with concave parts and convex parts; the corrugated layer 123 is then obtained by crimping the sheet having the concave and convex portions to form a tubular structure.
The corrugated layer 123 may also be formed during the preparation of the hollow cooling support 12: the sheet material is rolled to form a sheet material with concave parts and convex parts, then the sheet material with concave parts and convex parts is glued and bonded on forming paper to form a composite sheet material, the composite sheet material is wrapped on an inner hollow pipe, glue is applied and sealed, and the hollow cooling support piece 12 with three layers of materials is obtained after cutting.
The corrugated layer 123 has a thickness of 1mm, i.e., the maximum dimension B of the peripheral air flow channel 124 in the radial direction of the heated cigarette is 1mm. In this embodiment, the corrugated layer 123 has a V-shape. The cross-sectional shape of the peripheral airflow channel 124 is triangular-like, with the base of the triangle being an arc. B is the distance from the middle point of the circular arc to the apex of the triangle-like shape, and is also the distance between the outer hollow tube 121 and the inner hollow tube 122.
The blocking limiting member 13 is a gear-shaped structure with an axial through hole 132, and an air passage 131 through which air flows can pass is formed between the outer wall of the gear-shaped structure and the inner wall of the hollow tube 15. Specifically, the hollow cylindrical gear of the blocking limiting piece 13 is provided with a disc-shaped diaphragm plate 133 at the center. The diaphragm plate 133 is provided with 4 axial through holes 132 at its outer periphery. The through holes 132 are arcuate slot-type voids. The specific shape and size of the four axial through holes 132 may be the same or different. The shape of circumferentially distributed teeth on the gear of the blocking limiting part 13 is axe-shaped, so that the cross section of the formed air passage 131 is semi-elliptical, the bottom edge of the semi-elliptical is a section of circular arc where the hollow pipe 15 is located, and the other side of the semi-elliptical is U-shaped. The maximum dimension a of the air passage 131 is 0.5mm in the radial direction of the heated cigarette. A is the distance between the midpoint of the arc of the bottom side of the semi-ellipse and the vertex of the semi-ellipse. The blocking limiting piece 13 is made of polycarbonate.
The smoking material 14 is a loose-fill particulate smoking material. The sealing member 16 is made of a paper having a ventilation degree of 6000 CU. The size of the through holes 132 and the air passages 131 is smaller than the size of the particulate smoking material to prevent escape of the particles.
Example 2
The filter element 11 of example 1 was modified to be a acetate filter rod, the remainder being unchanged.
Comparative example 1
In comparison with example 1, the heating cigarette 1 of comparative example 1 has no hollow cooling support 13, and the other contents remain unchanged.
Comparative example 2
In comparison with example 2, the heated cigarette of comparative example 2 has no hollow cooling support 13, and the other contents remain unchanged.
Application example 1
The heated cigarettes prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were drawn using an electronic cigarette integrated test platform. The cigarette suction parameters are as follows: suction curve: a bell shape; suction volume: 35mL; duration of suction: 2s; suction interval: 30s. Each heating cigarette smoked 12 mouths, and aerosol particle phase matters are collected sequentially by adopting filter discs with the diameter of 44mm, each filter disc collects particle phase matters of 12 heating cigarette samples, and the measurement results are shown in table 1.
From the results in table 1, it can be seen that:
1. the total particulate matter of the example 1 sample was unexpectedly increased by 23.4% compared to comparative example 1;
2. the total particle phase of the sample of example 2 was also increased by 33.1% compared to comparative example 2.
Table 1 illustrates that the heated cigarette with the hollow cooling support 12 of the present invention can increase the total particulate matter of the sample, indirectly illustrating that the heated cigarette structure of the present invention is beneficial to increasing the amount of smoke in the heated cigarette.
In addition, as shown in table 1, the problem of movement of the filter 11 for heating the cigarette sample was solved by adding the hollow cooling support 12. In addition, the corrugated layer 123 of the hollow cooling support 12 is easy to recover after being extruded, which can reduce the risk of irreversible deformation of the hollow section of the heated cigarette when being extruded by external force.
TABLE 1 statistics of total particulate matter and filter movement for heated cigarette samples
The reasons why the hollow cooling support 12 described above has the unexpected technical effect of increasing the total particulate matter of the flue gas may be as follows:
in the present invention, the flow direction of the smoke generated by the smoke generating section 14 is divided into two parts:
the first part of the flue gas directly flows into the middle airflow channel 125 from the through hole 132 in the middle of the blocking limiting piece 13, and then flows out of the heated cigarette through the filtering piece 11;
a second portion of the smoke flows from the air duct 131 directly into the peripheral airflow channel 124 and out of the heated cigarette through the filter 11.
Since the cross-sectional area of the through-hole 132 is much smaller than the cross-sectional area of the intermediate gas flow channel 125, the flow area will suddenly increase during the flow of the first portion of flue gas from the through-hole 132 into the intermediate gas flow channel 125.
Because the smoke is in an aerosol state, if solid or liquid particles in the aerosol collide, agglomerate and polymerize in the circulation process, the content of large particles is increased, so that the large particles can be trapped by a filter disc in the test process, and the total particle phase substance quantity in the aerosol is increased. The probability of collision, agglomeration and polymerization of solid or liquid particles is reduced after the flow area suddenly increases, and even large particles are dispersed into small particles, so that the small particles are not trapped by the filter disc in the test process, the total particle phase matter quality in the first part of smoke is reduced, and the smoke quantity is reduced as seen by naked eyes. In other words, the presence of the through hole 132 in the middle of the blocking stopper 13 may actually lose the original total particulate matter mass and smoke mass of the first portion of the smoke.
The second part of the flue gas directly flows into the peripheral airflow channel 124 from the air channel 131, and the radial dimension of the air channel is not greatly changed in the process, so that the solid or liquid particles are not influenced to collide, agglomerate and polymerize in the circulation process, the total particulate matter content in the aerosol is not reduced, and the original smoke content of the second part of the flue gas is not lost.
In summary, the presence of hollow cooling support 12 increases the total particulate matter volume as compared to when hollow cooling support 12 is not in use.
