Referring to FIG. 1A, FIG. 1A shows a schematic flow chart of a product demand quality assessment method according to one embodiment of the application. The product demand quality assessment method is used for solving the technical problems that the product demand quality lacks uniform assessment and the like in the related technology.
As shown in fig. 1A, the flow of the product demand quality assessment method according to one embodiment of the present application includes:
step S101, obtaining product demand change parameters of various departments in a target time period;
wherein the user may select the target time period according to personal needs, specifically, the target time period may include year, month, etc.
In one embodiment, optionally, the product requirement change parameters include a total number of product requirement issues, a number of product requirement active changes, and a number of product requirement document changes.
Product requirements include product positioning, target markets, target users, product structure, core business processes, functional and content descriptions, and the like. The main targets of the system are post personnel such as development, test, project manager, interaction designer, operation and the like. Therefore, the quality of the product requirement is particularly important, and the on-time online of the whole project is directly influenced. The application scenario of the product requirement can be various fields requiring project products, including but not limited to medical fields, insurance fields, financial fields and the like.
Active change of product demand refers to a larger change to the previously reviewed demand scope, for example: when the product demand belongs to the medical field, the original demand range is to support doctors to prescribe western medicines, and the western medicines and the traditional Chinese medicines are changed at present.
Product demand document changes primarily refer to small changes or additions to the range of demand that has been previously reviewed to pass, such as: the original requirement is that the system supports the function of newly added doctors, and the product manager supplements the requirement document and requires that the doctor name is controlled within 10 words. After the product demand review passes, every 10 product demand document changes can be counted as 1 product demand change.
Step S102, calculating the product demand change rate of each department according to the product demand change parameters;
in one embodiment, optionally, step S102 includes:
according to the product demand active change quantity and the product demand document change quantity, calculating the total number of product demand change of each department;
and calculating the product demand change rate of each department according to the total number of product demand change and the total number of product demand release.
In one embodiment, optionally, the following first calculation formula is used to calculate the total number of product demand changes for each department:
Totle2=A+B/N
wherein Totle2 represents the total number of product demand changes, A represents the active product demand change quantity, B represents the product demand document change quantity, and N represents the conversion value between the product demand document change quantity and the active product demand change quantity; for example, if n=10 is set, the conversion value between the number of product demand document changes and the number of product demand active changes is 10, that is, every 10 product demand document changes after the demand review is passed, 1 product demand active change is counted.
Calculating the product demand change rate of each department by adopting the following second calculation formula:
Rate=Totle2/Totle1
wherein Rate represents the product demand change Rate, totle2 represents the total number of product demand change, and Totle1 represents the total number of product demand release.
Step S103, dividing the quality grades of the product requirements of each department according to the product requirement change rate;
in one embodiment, optionally, step S103 includes:
when the product demand change rate is smaller than or equal to a first preset value, determining that the corresponding product demand quality grade is a first grade;
when the product demand change rate is larger than a first preset value and smaller than or equal to a second preset value, determining that the corresponding product demand quality grade is a second grade, wherein the second preset value is larger than the first preset value;
when the product demand change rate is larger than the second preset value and smaller than or equal to a third preset value, determining that the corresponding product demand quality grade is a third grade, wherein the third preset value is larger than the second preset value;
and when the product demand change rate is larger than a third preset value, determining that the corresponding product demand quality grade is a fourth grade.
In this embodiment, the first preset value, the second preset value, and the third preset value may be set according to specific requirements. For example, the first preset value is set to 3%, the second preset value is set to 5%, and the third preset value is set to 10%, then if the Rate of change of product demand Rate is less than or equal to 3%, the product demand quality level is the first level a, the Rate of change of product demand Rate is 3% < Rate less than or equal to 5%, the product demand quality level is the second level B, the Rate of change of product demand Rate is 5% < Rate less than or equal to 10%, the product demand quality level is the third level C, the Rate of change of product demand Rate is 10% < Rate, and the product demand quality level is the fourth level D.
Step S104, ranking the product demand quality of each department according to the product demand quality grade classification result and the product demand change rate to obtain a product demand quality ranking result;
in one embodiment, optionally, step S104 includes:
ranking the product demand quality of each department by adopting a bucket ordering method according to the product demand quality ranking result, wherein the ranking of the first level is prior to the ranking of the second level, the ranking of the second level is prior to the ranking of the third level, and the ranking of the third level is prior to the ranking of the fourth level;
and ranking the two departments with the same product demand quality grade classification result according to the product demand change rates of the two departments, wherein the ranking of the departments with the small demand change rate is prior to the ranking of the departments with the large demand change rate.
In this embodiment, department ranks may be calculated by the rank, and if the ranks are the same, then the ranks are ranked successively by comparing the demand change rates, with the rank having a smaller demand change rate being the higher.
The ranking of the product demand quality of each department by adopting a bucket ordering method according to the product demand quality grade classification result comprises the following steps:
determining the number of barrels and the value range of the product demand change rate corresponding to each barrel according to the product demand quality grade classification result;
as in the above embodiment, according to the already-classified grades, the method is mainly divided into 4 barrels, namely an a barrel, a B barrel, a C barrel and a D barrel, and the value range of each barrel is as follows:
and (3) barrel A: rate is less than or equal to 3 percent
And (3) barrel B: 3% < Rate < 5%
C barrel: 5% < Rate less than or equal to 10%
D barrel: 10% < Rate
As shown in fig. 1B, each product demand change rate is put into a corresponding bucket according to the value range of the product demand change rate corresponding to each bucket;
as shown in fig. 1C, the product demand change rates in each bucket are arranged in ascending order;
as shown in FIG. 1D, the product demand change rates in all buckets are sorted in full.
Thus, by the bucket ordering method, the ordering speed and efficiency can be improved.
And step 105, displaying the product demand quality ranking results of the departments.
In the embodiment, the demand change rate is calculated through the total number of product demand release times, the active change quantity of product demands, the change quantity of product demand documents and the like, so that the demand quality grade division is performed; and each item of data is visually displayed, so that the whole situation of the release quality can be conveniently known in the company.
Assuming that the product is a medical management product, aiming at the research, the test and the long line of the medical management product, five departments of a company are involved, a specific scheme can be initially drawn and reviewed aiming at the demand of the product, after the review is passed, if a certain department needs to change the demand of the product, the records of the active change of the demand of the product and the quantity of the change of the document of the demand of the product are carried out, when the demand range of the product is greatly changed, the active change record of the demand of the product is carried out, when the demand range of the product is slightly changed or supplemented, the change record of the document of the demand of the product is carried out, each department changes once, and 1 is added on the corresponding active change quantity of the demand of the product or the change quantity of the document of the demand of the product until the change of the product carried out by all departments is recorded. For example, for five departments, in 3 months of 2023, the number of actively changed product demands of the first department is 8, the number of actively changed product demand documents is 12, the total number of times of release of product demands is 50, and the conversion value between the number of actively changed product demand documents and the number of actively changed product demands is 10, then the corresponding product demand change rate is calculated to be (8+12/10)/50=18.4%; the product demand active change number of the second department is 8, the product demand document change number is 20, the total number of product demand release times is 100, the conversion value between the product demand document change number and the product demand active change number is 10, and the corresponding product demand change rate is calculated to be (8+20/10)/100=10%; the product demand active change number of the third department is 2, the product demand document change number is 20, the total number of product demand release times is 80, the conversion value between the product demand document change number and the product demand active change number is 10, and the corresponding product demand change rate is calculated to be (2+20/10)/80=5%; the product demand active change number of the fourth department is 5, the product demand document change number is 20, the total number of product demand release times is 100, the conversion value between the product demand document change number and the product demand active change number is 10, and the corresponding product demand change rate is calculated to be (5+20/10)/100=7%; the product demand active change number of the fifth department is 2, the product demand document change number is 5, the total number of product demand release times is 100, the conversion value between the product demand document change number and the product demand active change number is 10, and the corresponding product demand change rate is calculated to be (2+5/10)/100=2.5%; assuming that the first preset value is 3%, the second preset value is 5%, and the third preset value is 10%, if the Rate of change of product demand Rate is less than or equal to 3%, the quality level of product demand is the first level A, the Rate of change of product demand is 3% < Rate less than or equal to 5%, the quality level of product demand is the second level B, the Rate of change of product demand is 5% < Rate less than or equal to 10%, the quality level of product demand is the third level C, the Rate of change of product demand is 10% < Rate, and the quality level of product demand is the fourth level D. And correspondingly, the grade corresponding to the first department is a fourth grade D, the grade corresponding to the second department is a third grade C, the grade corresponding to the third department is a second grade B, the grade corresponding to the fourth department is a third grade C, the grade corresponding to the fifth department is a first grade A, the corresponding product demand quality ranking result is shown in fig. 2, the fifth department is a first name, the third department is a second name, the fourth department and the second department are both the third grade C, but the product demand change rate of the second department is smaller than the product demand change rate of the fourth department, so the second department is the third name, the fourth department is the fourth name, and the first department is the fifth name.
