As shown in fig. 2, the carrier bracket 7 at the paper feeding end is provided with a glue removing part, the glue removing part comprises a scraper 10, the head part of the scraper 10 is abutted against the lower conveying surface of the conveying belt 4 positioned on the liquid level, and when the lower conveying surface of the conveying belt 4 is converted to the upper conveying surface, the glue removing part can scrape off glue adhered on the lower conveying surface, so that the glue amount of the bottom surface of the decorative paper is reduced as much as possible.
As shown in fig. 2, two groups of pressing roller shafts 11 are further arranged on the conveyor belt 4 in the gum dipping tank, the rotation directions of the two groups of pressing roller shafts 11 are in the same direction as the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 4, the two groups of pressing roller shafts 11 are respectively positioned at the junction of the horizontal section and the inclined section of the conveyor belt 4, a visual camera is further arranged on the bearing bracket 7, as shown in fig. 6, a controller is arranged on the chassis, and the controller comprises an acquisition module 101, an analysis module 102 and a control module 103;
the acquisition module 101 acquires a side image of the decorative paper attached to the conveyor belt 4, which is shot by a visual camera, as an image to be analyzed;
the analysis module 102 is used for acquiring an image to be analyzed in the acquisition module 101, analyzing the image to be analyzed to obtain a gap between the decorative paper and the conveyor belt 4 as a glue leakage gap, sending a compaction instruction to the control module 103 if the glue leakage gap is larger than zero, and sending a normal instruction to the control module 103 if the glue leakage gap is equal to zero;
a control module 103 for controlling the movement of the top pressing roller shaft 11 according to the pressing command to tighten the decorative paper and the conveyor belt 4;
the analysis module 102 further comprises an analysis sub-module 104, wherein a thickness reference value is preset in the analysis sub-module 104, the thickness of the adhesive layer on the bottom surface of the decorative paper is analyzed according to the image to be analyzed to be used as a thickness actual value, the thickness actual value is compared with the thickness reference value, if the thickness actual value is larger than the thickness reference value, an adjustment instruction is sent to the control module 103, and if the thickness actual value is smaller than or equal to the thickness reference value, a static instruction is sent to the control module 103;
a control module 103 for controlling the movement of the lower roller shaft 62 according to the adjustment command to adjust the width of the lower gap;

The traditional corresponding matched decorative paper gum dipping equipment is in an assembly line type, each gum dipping needs to correspond to a gum dipping pool 1 and a drying device, namely, the corresponding gum dipping pools are in independent states, the occupied factory building area is large, the integration requirement of the current novel factory building for the equipment is difficult to realize, as shown in fig. 1, a group of gum dipping transmission pieces 12 are further arranged below a conveyor belt 4, a gum control piece 14 for adjusting a decorative paper gum layer is further arranged on a bearing support 7 at a paper outlet end, the gum control piece 14 is the same as a gum scraping piece 6, the gum dipping transmission pieces 12 are used for secondarily passing the decorative paper in a drying assembly 3 to the drying assembly 3 for drying, the secondary gum passing only needs to control the bottom surface gum amount of the decorative paper through the gum control piece 14, partial gum of the bottom surface of the decorative paper is reserved, and subsequent direct hot pressing is convenient.
