背景技术

手工皂是使用天然油脂与碱液,用人工制作而成的肥皂,基本上是油脂和碱液起皂化反应的结果,经固化、熟成程序后可用来洗涤、清洁。然而,手工皂的皂基添加了多种化学物质,通过热融成液体后,倒在模具中,冷却后成型,且还需加入防腐剂、增稠剂、表面美化剂等多种添加剂,对皮肤刺激性大,破坏皮脂层。目前,香皂中的盐含量普遍≤1%,无法发挥清洁和滋养肌肤的作用,且需要添加各类化学稳定剂,导致化学物质在皮肤表面残留,造成伤害,还会给环境造成污染负担。
河东大盐是国家地理标志保护产品,产自运城盐湖,为天然日晒矿盐,明代医圣李时珍在——《本草纲目·金石五·食盐》中记载:“大盐生河东池泽,有东海盐、南海盐、河东盐、胡中树盐、盐品甚多,色类不同,以河东者为胜。彼人谓之种盐,最为精好。”他认为:河东大盐是既能治病,又是“使人肌肤润泽、精力旺盛、不易衰老”的良药。

(1)将盐、甘油、精油进行搅拌融合,然后倒入植物皂基中,加入水,搅拌15-20min,得到混合物;

步骤(2)中所述四次研磨的具体步骤为:
1)将混合物研磨1分钟;
2)将混合物运回至料斗,研磨1分钟;
3)将混合物运回至料斗,研磨1分钟;
4)将混合物运回至料斗,研磨1分钟。
步骤(2)中所述出条的温度为44℃。
步骤(4)中所述晾干的时间为72h。
步骤(4)中所述包装的方法为:将皂体包塑封膜加纸膜,螺纹折叠收口。
在此情况下,出条完整率提高至95%,晾干后柔润度适中,使用时容易起泡,体验极佳。
对比例1
步骤(2)中所述出条的温度为42℃,其余操作同实施例1。
由于皂基中油脂配方中硬性油脂偏高,脂肪酸凝固点超过43℃,椰子油含量多时,成皂的可塑性差也易开裂。42℃无法达到凝固点,皂出条容易断裂,皂成型率低,脱模有毛边及粉末。
对比例2
水的重量份为1.2份,步骤(2)中所述出条的温度为43℃,其余操作同实施例1。
由于盐的电解性质,在温度接近凝固点的情况下,合格成型率在70%左右。在原水1份增加0.2份的情况下,出条完整率提高至78%,但水分过多,静置中容易凝于皂面上,且晾干后净重量降低。
对比例3
步骤(2)中所述出条的温度为45℃,其余操作同实施例1。
出条完整率100%,但熟化程度高,皂较透明,晾干后皂硬度过高,柔润度较低,使用过程中起泡少。使用体验不佳。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的方案而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (9)
1.一种高浓度盐机器皂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:盐5-8份、甘油5份、精油3-5份、植物皂基86份、水1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高浓度盐机器皂,其特征在于,所述盐为河东大盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高浓度盐机器皂,其特征在于,所述植物皂基为椰子油棕榈油组合皂基。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高浓度盐机器皂,其特征在于,所述精油为天然植物精油。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种高浓度盐机器皂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将盐、甘油、精油进行搅拌融合,然后倒入植物皂基中,加入水,搅拌15-20min,得到混合物;
(2)将混合物投入研磨机中,进行四次研磨,然后投入出条机中进行出条,得到皂条;
(3)将皂条在打印机上根据皂规格切割成方形小块,覆盖塑料膜,再置于打印模具机中,人工压模,形成皂体;
(4)将皂体晾干,然后进行包装,最后装入螺纹铝盒中密封,得到高浓度盐机器皂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高浓度盐机器皂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述四次研磨的具体步骤为:
1)将混合物研磨1分钟;
2)将混合物运回至料斗,研磨1分钟;
3)将混合物运回至料斗,研磨1分钟;
4)将混合物运回至料斗,研磨1分钟。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高浓度盐机器皂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述出条的温度为44℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种高浓度盐机器皂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述晾干的时间为72h。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种高浓度盐机器皂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述包装的方法为:将皂体包塑封膜加纸膜,螺纹折叠收口。
