Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are for illustration and explanation of the present invention only, and are not intended to limit the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-18, a pre-filling needle nest removing machine comprises a nest plate conveying device 1, wherein the nest plate conveying device 1 comprises a nest box conveying line 101, a nest plate conveying line 102 and a nest plate conveying device 103, the nest plate conveying line 102 comprises two parallel opposite limiting plates 104, a nest plate conveying belt 105 is arranged on the inner side surface of each limiting plate 104, and the two limiting plates 104 are connected through a width adjusting device; the nest plate carrying device 103 comprises fixed columns 106, a horizontal transfer device is arranged on the side surfaces of the fixed columns 106, the horizontal transfer device is connected with a vertical lifting device, and the vertical lifting device is connected with a nest plate taking and placing device through a horizontal rotating device; the nest box conveying line 101 and the conveying end of the nest plate conveying line 102 are provided with nest box nest plate collecting devices 2, nest plate conveying lines 102 are provided with nest removing working areas, and nest removing working areas are provided with nest removing devices 3 and slide way devices 4.
The width adjusting device comprises a fixed bottom plate 107 and an adjusting screw rod 108, two linear guide rails 109 are arranged on the upper end surface of the fixed bottom plate 107 at intervals in parallel, each linear guide rail 109 is perpendicular to two limiting plates 104 at the same time, the lower end of each limiting plate 104 is connected with a linear sliding block 110, and the linear sliding blocks 110 are in sliding connection with the linear guide rails 109; the lower end of each limiting plate 104 is connected with a limiting block 111, the adjusting screw 108 is vertical to the two limiting plates 104 and penetrates through the two limiting blocks 111 at the same time, and the adjusting screw 108 is in threaded connection with the two limiting blocks 111 respectively and has opposite threaded directions; two fixing seats 112 are oppositely arranged on the fixing bottom plate 107, two ends of the adjusting screw 108 are respectively connected with the two fixing seats 112 in a rotating way through oil-free bushings, and the end part of any adjusting screw 108 penetrates out to the outer side of the fixing seat 112 and is connected with a width adjusting hand wheel 113.
The horizontal transfer device is a sliding table cylinder 114, the vertical lifting device is a lifting cylinder 115, and the horizontal rotation device is a rotation cylinder 116; the nest plate taking and placing device comprises a connecting plate 117, the upper end of the connecting plate 117 is connected with a rotary cylinder 116, and the lower end face of the connecting plate 117 is provided with a plurality of vacuum suckers 118.
The lower terminal surface of connecting plate 117 still is provided with locating pin 119, is provided with the location breach that corresponds with locating pin 119 on the nest board, if the two mismatch, vacuum chuck 118 just can't carry out effective absorption to the nest board to avoid invalid absorption to make the nest board drop, prefill needle impaired.
The working principle of the nest plate carrying and conveying device 1 is as follows:
the arrangement direction of the nest box on the nest box conveying line 101 is long side vertical to the conveying direction, the arrangement direction of the pre-filling needles required by nest removing operation is vertical to the conveying direction of the nest plate conveying line 102, two kinds of nest plates corresponding to pre-filling needles with different sizes in AB in FIG. 3 are arranged in a line along the long side direction, the pre-filling needles on the A nest plate are directly conveyed to the nest plate conveying line 102 by the nest box conveying line 101, the pre-filling needles on the B nest plate are arranged in a line along the short side direction, and at this time, the nest plate conveying line 102 is required to be narrowed and the steering of the nest plate is required to be completed in the conveying process.
Through rotating the width adjusting hand wheel 113, the two limiting plates 104 are driven to horizontally move by utilizing the rotation of the screw rod, so that the distance between the two limiting plates 104 is changed to adapt to nest plates with different placement angles.
The sliding table cylinder 114 moves to the upper part of the nest box conveying line 101, the lifting cylinder 115 controls the connecting plate 117 to descend, the nest plate is sucked by the vacuum chuck 118, then the lifting cylinder 115 controls the connecting plate 117 to ascend, the sliding table cylinder 114 moves to the upper part of the nest plate conveying line 102, the lifting cylinder 115 controls the connecting plate 117 to descend, and the vacuum chuck 118 releases the nest plate, so that one round of conveying work is completed. Before the lifting cylinder 115 descends above the nest plate conveyor line 102, the rotating cylinder 116 may be rotated or not rotated according to the actual placement angle of the nest plates.
Each nest plate conveying belt 105 comprises a head pulley and a tail pulley, a first telescopic connecting shaft is arranged between a pair of pulleys corresponding to the positions of the two nest plate conveying belts 105, each first telescopic connecting shaft comprises a first sleeve shaft 120 and a first mandrel 121, one end of each first mandrel 121 is inserted into each first sleeve shaft 120 and can freely slide, the other end of each first mandrel 121 is connected with one side pulley, and the end of each first sleeve shaft 120, which is not inserted into each first mandrel 121, is connected with the other side pulley; one of the two nest plate conveying belts 105 is connected with a first driving motor 122 through a synchronous belt transmission. The first telescopic connecting shaft can adapt to the distance adjustment between the two limiting plates 104, the belt pulleys at corresponding positions are connected by using the same connecting shaft, the synchronous rate of the two nest plate conveying belts 105 can be ensured, and the cost can be saved by sharing one first driving motor 122.
A limiting groove is axially formed in the side wall of the first sleeve shaft 120, a limiting slide block 123 is fixedly arranged on the outer side face of the first mandrel 121, and the limiting slide block 123 is located in the limiting groove and is in sliding contact with the limiting groove. The first sleeve shaft 120 and the first mandrel 121 are not radially offset while ensuring that the first telescopic connection shaft is adjustable in length.
The first driving motor 122 is in transmission connection with the corresponding belt pulley through a gear set, so that the driving motor can be arranged in a longitudinal space between the two limiting plates, and the occupation of the transverse space is avoided.
A second telescopic connecting shaft is arranged between the two limiting plates, each second telescopic connecting shaft comprises a second sleeve shaft 124 and a second mandrel 125, one end of each second mandrel 125 is inserted into each second sleeve shaft 124 and can slide freely, the other end of each second mandrel 125 is connected with one side limiting plate 104, and the end part of each second sleeve shaft 124, which is not inserted into each second mandrel 125, is connected with the other side limiting plate 104. The second telescopic connecting shaft can adapt to the distance adjustment between the two limiting plates 104, and stability during the distance adjustment is guaranteed.
The nest box and nest plate collecting device 2 comprises a rack 201, wherein the left side and the right side of the interior of the rack 201 are respectively a nest box area and a nest plate area; the upper part of the nest box area is provided with a nest box horizontal transfer device, and the lower part of the nest box area is provided with a nest box collecting and storing device; the upper part of the nest plate area is provided with a nest plate horizontal transfer device, and the lower part of the nest plate area is provided with a nest plate collecting and storing device.
The nest box horizontal transfer device comprises a first air cylinder fixing plate 202, the upper end of the first air cylinder fixing plate 202 is connected with a rack 201, the lower end of the first air cylinder fixing plate 202 is connected with a cylinder body of a first horizontal air cylinder 203, the cylinder body of the first horizontal air cylinder 203 is located outside the rack 201, the telescopic direction of a telescopic rod of the first horizontal air cylinder 203 points to the inside of the rack 201, the end part of the telescopic rod of the first horizontal air cylinder 203 is connected with a vertical air cylinder 204, the movement track of the vertical air cylinder 204 traverses the space above the nest box collecting and storing device, and the telescopic rod of the vertical air cylinder 204 faces downwards and is connected with a pushing block 205.
The nest box collecting and storing device comprises two symmetrically-spaced first upper fixing plate groups, each first upper fixing plate group comprises two parallel and opposite first upper fixing plates 206, the upper end of each first upper fixing plate 206 is fixedly connected with a rack 201, a first upper rotating shaft 207 is arranged between the two first upper fixing plates 206 in the same group, a first lower fixing plate group is arranged right below each first upper fixing plate group, each first lower fixing plate group comprises two first lower fixing plates 208 which are vertically aligned with the upper first upper fixing plates 206, the lower end of each first lower fixing plate 208 is fixedly connected with the rack 201, a first lower rotating shaft 209 is arranged between the two first lower fixing plates 208 in the same group, a first belt accessory synchronous belt group is arranged between the upper and lower corresponding first upper rotating shafts 207 and the first lower rotating shafts 209, and each first belt accessory synchronous belt group comprises two parallel first belt accessory synchronous belts 210; one of them first lower pivot 209 is connected with second driving motor 211, and the tip that two first lower pivot 209 kept away from second driving motor 211 all is connected with same first synchronous bull stick 213 through first bevel gear group 212 transmission to guarantee the synchronous operation of two first belt annex synchro band groups.
A first supporting cylinder 214 is arranged between the two first upper fixing plates 206 in the same group, the positions of the two first supporting cylinders 214 correspond to each other, the telescopic directions of telescopic rods of the two first supporting cylinders 214 are opposite to each other, and the end part of each telescopic rod of each first supporting cylinder 214 is vertically connected with a first supporting rod 215.
Nest box collection working principle:
the nest box horizontal transfer device is located at the end of a nest box conveying line, the first horizontal air cylinder 203 and the vertical air cylinder 204 are in a retracted state, the first supporting air cylinder 214 is in an extended state, when the nest box reaches the lower part of the first horizontal air cylinder 203, the vertical air cylinder 204 operates to enable the pushing block 205 to descend into the nest box, then the first horizontal air cylinder 203 operates to push the nest box onto the two first supporting rods 215, then the first horizontal air cylinder 203 and the vertical air cylinder 204 are reset, the two first supporting air cylinders 214 operate to enable the two first supporting rods 215 to retract, the nest box falls between the two first synchronous belt accessory belt groups and is lapped on four uppermost soft teeth, the second driving motor 211 operates to control the first synchronous belt accessory belt groups to rotate, and the nest box is transported to a lower supporting plate, so that collection work is completed.
Because the teeth for supporting the nest box are soft teeth, the normal operation of the synchronous belt with the accessories is not hindered after the nest box is stacked on the supporting plate.
A first stop lever fixing plate 216 is arranged between the two first upper fixing plates 206 far away from the material feeding direction of the nest box, and two first stop levers 217 are connected to the lower end face of the first stop lever fixing plate 216. The first stop lever 217 serves to prevent the nest from moving too far, so that the nest does not fall into the nest collecting and storing device.
The nest plate horizontal transfer device comprises a second air cylinder fixing plate 218, the upper end of the second air cylinder fixing plate 218 is connected with the frame 201, the lower end of the second air cylinder fixing plate 218 is connected with a cylinder body of a second horizontal air cylinder 219, the cylinder body of the second horizontal air cylinder 219 is located inside the frame 201, the telescopic direction of a telescopic rod of the second horizontal air cylinder 219 points to the outside of the frame 201, the end part of the telescopic rod of the second horizontal air cylinder 219 is connected with a pulling block 220, the lower end of the pulling block 220 is hinged with a pulling plate 221 which rotates in one direction, and the rotating direction of the pulling plate 221 faces to the frame 201.
The nest plate collecting and storing device comprises two symmetrically spaced second upper fixed plate groups, each second upper fixed plate group comprises two second upper fixed plates 222 which are parallel and opposite, the upper end of each second upper fixed plate 222 is fixedly connected with the rack 201, a second upper rotating shaft is arranged between the two second upper fixed plates 222 in the same group, a second lower fixed plate group is arranged right below each second upper fixed plate group, each second lower fixed plate group comprises two second lower fixed plates 223 which are aligned up and down with the upper second upper fixed plates 222, the lower end of each second lower fixed plate 223 is fixedly connected with the rack 201, a second lower rotating shaft is arranged between the two second lower fixed plates 223 in the same group, a second belt accessory synchronous belt group is arranged between the second upper rotating shaft and the second lower rotating shaft which are corresponding up and down, and each second belt accessory synchronous belt group comprises two parallel second belt accessory synchronous belts 224; one of the second lower rotating shafts is connected with a third driving motor 225, and the end parts of the two second lower rotating shafts far away from the third driving motor 225 are connected with the same second synchronous rotating rod through a second bevel gear set in a transmission manner, so that synchronous operation of two second belt accessory synchronous belt groups is ensured.
A second supporting cylinder is arranged between the two second upper fixing plates 222 in the same group, the positions of the two second supporting cylinders correspond to each other, the telescopic directions of the telescopic rods of the two second supporting cylinders are opposite, and the end part of each telescopic rod of each second supporting cylinder is vertically connected with a second supporting rod; the two second upper fixing plates 222 close to the feeding direction of the nest plate are respectively provided with a guide plate 226, and the horizontal height of the guide plates 226 is consistent with that of the second supporting rods.
Nest plate collection working principle:
the nest plate horizontal transfer device is located at the end of the nest plate conveying line, and initially, the second horizontal air cylinder 219 and the second supporting air cylinder are in the extending state, when the nest plate jacks up the pulling plate 221 and arrives at the other side of the pulling plate 221, the second horizontal air cylinder 219 operates to pull the nest plate to the two second supporting rods, then the second horizontal air cylinder 219 resets, the two second supporting air cylinders operate to retract the two second supporting rods, the nest plate falls between the two second belt accessory synchronous belt groups and is lapped on the four uppermost soft teeth, the third driving motor 225 operates to control the second belt accessory synchronous belt groups to rotate, and the nest plate is transported to the lower supporting plate, so that collection work is completed.
Because the teeth for supporting the nest plates are soft teeth, the normal operation of the synchronous belt with the accessories is not hindered after the nest plates are stacked on the supporting plate.
A second stop lever fixing plate 227 is arranged between the two second upper fixing plates 222 far away from the material feeding direction of the nest plate, and the lower end face of the second stop lever fixing plate 227 is connected with two second stop levers 228. The second stop bar 228 is used to prevent the nest plate from moving too far, which would result in the nest plate not falling into the nest plate collection storage.
The lower parts of the cell collection and storage device and the cell plate collection and storage device are provided with first photoelectric sensors 229 (corresponding positions are drawn as analog light beams in the figure, and are not actual components). The first photoelectric sensor 229 is used for sensing the storage conditions of the nest box and the nest plate in the nest box collecting and storing device and the nest plate collecting and storing device, and timely reminding a worker to remove the stacked nest box and the stacked nest plate.
The nest removing device 3 comprises a needle supporting mechanism positioned below the nest plate conveying line 102, a needle clamping mechanism and a needle stirring mechanism positioned above the nest plate conveying line 102; the needle supporting mechanism comprises a fixed lower plate 302, two guide posts 303 are arranged on the upper end face of the fixed lower plate 302, a fixed upper plate 304 is connected to the upper end of each guide post 303, an air cylinder mounting seat 305 is sleeved on each guide post 303, the air cylinder mounting seat 305 can slide up and down along each guide post 303, a lifting screw rod 306 is arranged on each air cylinder mounting seat 305 in a penetrating manner, the lifting screw rod 306 is in threaded connection with the air cylinder mounting seat 305, the upper end of the lifting screw rod 306 is in rotary connection with the fixed upper plate 304, the lower end of the lifting screw rod 306 penetrates through the fixed lower plate 302 and is in rotary connection with the fixed lower plate 302, and the lower end of the lifting screw rod 306 is connected with a height adjusting hand wheel 307; the side of cylinder mount pad 305 is connected with the cylinder body of jacking cylinder 308, and the telescopic link of jacking cylinder 308 is vertical upwards and end connection have kicking block fixing base 309, and the parallel interval of kicking block fixing base 309 up end is provided with two kicking blocks 310. By rotating the height adjustment hand wheel 307, the height of the cylinder mount 305 can be adjusted to vary the starting height of the top block 310 to accommodate different lengths of prefilled needles.
Nest board transfer chain 102 includes fixed baseplate 311, and fixed baseplate 311 corresponds the position of needle supporting mechanism and is provided with the work through-hole, and needle supporting mechanism is located the work through-hole, and the up end of fixed hypoplastron 302 is provided with spliced pole 312, and spliced pole 312 is connected with fixed baseplate 311.
The needle clamping mechanism comprises a lifting electric cylinder, a cylinder body of the lifting electric cylinder is arranged on the side face of the nest plate conveying line 102, a telescopic rod 313 of the lifting electric cylinder is vertically upwards, an end portion of the telescopic rod is connected with a cylinder fixing plate 314, a sliding table 315 for clamping the cylinder is arranged on the cylinder fixing plate 314, the sliding table 315 is parallel to the conveying direction of the nest plate conveying line 102, two clamping groups are arranged on the sliding table 315, each clamping group comprises two clamping sliding blocks 316, each clamping sliding block 316 is in sliding connection with the sliding table 315, the sliding directions of the two clamping sliding blocks 316 in each clamping group are in mirror symmetry, and the upper end of each clamping sliding block 316 is connected with a clamping arm 317 which is perpendicular to the sliding table 315 and extends above the nest plate conveying line 102; each clamping group corresponds up and down to one top block 310.
The needle material stirring mechanism comprises a support column 318, the support column 318 is arranged on the side face of the nest plate conveying line 102, the upper end of the support column 318 is connected with a fixing plate 319, a sliding seat 320 of an electric cylinder is arranged on the fixing plate 319, the sliding seat 320 is parallel to the clamping arm 317, a material stirring slider 321 is connected to the sliding seat 320 in a sliding manner, a material stirring arm 322 perpendicular to the clamping arm 317 and extending to the upper side of the clamping arm 317 is connected to the material stirring slider 321, and a shifting fork 323 extending downwards is arranged on the material stirring arm 322 at a corresponding position above each clamping group.
The working principle of the nest removing device 3 is as follows:
after the nest plate with the pre-filling needles is sent to a nest removing working area on the nest plate conveying line 102, the nest plate reaches the upper side of the top block 310, the supporting cylinder 308 works, the top block 310 ascends to support two rows of pre-filling needles, the two rows of pre-filling needles respectively enter between the two corresponding clamping arms 317, after the handles of the pre-filling needles are higher than the clamping arms 317, the clamping cylinder works, the clamping sliding block 316 slides relatively to the middle to enable the distance to be smaller than the width of the handles of the pre-filling needles but larger than the width of the pre-filling needle tube body, then the electric cylinder works in a lifting mode, the clamping arms 317 ascend to the plane of the shifting fork 323, then the electric cylinder works, the shifting arm 322 drives the shifting fork 323 to move, the pre-filling needles between the clamping arms 317 are pulled out to a subsequent station, so as to finish the nest removing work of the two rows of pre-filling needles, after the nest removing work is finished, the nest plate conveying line 102 drives the nest plate to move, the pre-filling needles which are not removed to reach the upper side of the top block 310, and after the operation is repeatedly finished, the pre-filling needles on the whole plate are finished.
The efficiency of the nest removing work can be doubled by adopting the two top blocks 310, the two clamping groups and the two shifting forks 323.
The discharge end of each clamping group is provided with a transition track 324, the transition track 324 is connected with a fixed flat plate 319 through a fixed frame 325, and a high material level sensor 326 is arranged on the transition track 324. The shifting fork 323 shifts the pre-filling needles from the position between the clamping arms 317 to the transition track 324, and the high-level sensor 326 is used for detecting the number of the pre-filling needles on the transition track 324, namely, when the high-level sensor 326 detects that the pre-filling needles are in a large number, the feeding operation is suspended.
The nest board conveying line 102 is provided with a second photoelectric sensor 327 at a position corresponding to the nest removing working area, the second photoelectric sensor 327 is used for sensing the position of the pre-filling needle, and when the pre-filling needle reaches the upper side of the top block 310 and is detected, the top block 310 starts to rise.
The slide device 4 comprises a fixed support 401, a slide plate 402 is arranged on the fixed support 401, a Y-shaped slide is arranged on the slide plate 402, the Y-shaped slide comprises two feeding sections with parallel intervals, a discharging section and a converging section between the feeding section and the discharging section, and a stop mechanism is respectively arranged on the two feeding sections.
The slide plate 402 is provided with the fender material through-hole in the lateral surface of every feed section run through, and every stop mechanism includes fender material push rod 403, and the interior tip that keeps off material push rod 403 can pass the fender material through-hole and reach in the feed section, and the outer end connection that keeps off material push rod 403 has a fender material cylinder 404, keeps off the side of material cylinder 404 setting at slide plate 402.
The working principle of the slide way device 4 is as follows:
the front channel nest removing mechanism pushes two rows of pre-filling needles into two feeding sections, a material blocking push rod 403 in one feeding section is retracted, the pre-filling needles smoothly reach the subsequent process equipment through a converging section and a discharging section, the material blocking push rod 403 in the other feeding section extends out, the pre-filling needles are blocked in the corresponding feeding sections, after all the pre-filling needles in the non-blocked feeding sections are conveyed, the state of the material blocking push rod 403 in the two feeding sections is interchanged, the blocked pre-filling needles also reach the subsequent process equipment through the converging section and the discharging section, the conveying is completed once, and during the conveying of the pre-filling needles, the front channel nest removing mechanism completes a new round of nest removing operation and then conveys the two rows of pre-filling needles into the two feeding sections.
The feed side of the chute plate 402 is provided with a joining chute 405, the discharge end of the joining chute 405 being in communication with the feed section, the joining chute 405 being provided with a chute support 406. The connecting slideway 405 is installed on the feeding side of the slideway plate 402 through the slideway supporting frame 406, so that the prefilled needle can smoothly reach the slideway plate 402 from the nest removing equipment.
The converging section is provided with a baffle plate 407, the upper end of the baffle plate 407 is hinged on the slideway plate 402, and the lower part of the baffle plate 407 can cover any feeding section. When the pre-filling needle is released from the feeding section on one side, the pre-filling needle can squeeze the baffle 407 to the other side and separate the feeding section on the other side from the converging section, so that the phenomenon that the pre-filling needle enters the converging section on the other side to cause material clamping is prevented. The anti-seize material is mainly used for feeding one side, and the prefilled needle of the other side is released in advance due to the failure of the material blocking cylinder 404 or the program engagement error.
The upper end face interval of slide plate 402 is provided with two spacing posts 408, and separation blade 407 is connected with gag lever post 409, and gag lever post 409 is located between two spacing posts 408, and separation blade 407 is its space that does not shelter from the cover only supplies single prefilled needle to pass through under spacing effect. The rotation angle of the baffle 407 is ensured, so that the baffle 407 just keeps off at the joint of the feeding section and the converging section, and if the rotation angle of the baffle is too large, even if a prefill needle fed at one side is used, the joint of the discharging section and the converging section is blocked.
For the vertical slide plate or the slide plate sealed at the bottom of the Y-shaped slide, the baffle plate and the related limiting structure belong to optional configuration, however, for the inclined slide plate which is arranged and is not sealed at the bottom of the Y-shaped slide, the baffle plate and the related limiting structure belong to necessary configuration, and for the slide plate, if the baffle plate and the related limiting structure are not arranged, the prefill needle can be directly separated from the slide plate to fall out of the equipment when reaching the converging section. Although the inclined slide plate with unsealed bottom of the Y-shaped slide needs to be provided with the baffle plate and the related limiting structure, the cost is increased, but the Y-shaped slide plate can adapt to the prefilled needles with different lengths, and has stronger compatibility.
According to the pre-filling needle nest removing machine, the carrying device with the rotating function is adopted, and the nest plate conveying line with the adjustable width is matched, so that the pre-filling needle nest removing machine is suitable for nest removing work of pre-filling needles with different sizes, the occupied space is saved, and the production cost is reduced; the nest box and the nest plate are automatically collected, so that the nest box and the nest plate are accurately stacked in the collecting process, the stability is good, the efficiency is high, the damage to the nest box and the nest plate is effectively avoided, the labor is saved, and the production cost is reduced; the height of the needle supporting mechanism is adjustable, so that the needle supporting mechanism can be compatible with pre-filled needles with different lengths, and a top block, a clamping group and a shifting fork for nest removing work can be increased according to actual requirements, so that the working efficiency is improved; the double-slideway structure is matched with the nest removing incoming material, the pre-filling needles on the two slideways are sequentially conveyed to the subsequent process equipment during the nest removing operation, the idle stop period is eliminated, and the efficiency of feeding and subsequent processes is doubled.
Finally, it should be noted that: the foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, but it is to be understood that modifications and equivalents of some of the technical features described in the foregoing embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments.
