In this embodiment, a wire saw unit and a wire cutting machine will be described in detail using a silicon rod as an example (hereinafter, simply referred to as a silicon rod). The solution provided by the present embodiment can also be applied by those skilled in the art to cut other sticks of material.
The wire cutting machine may be a cutter, a squarer, a slicer, or the like. Claims (11)
1. A wire saw unit, comprising:
a cutting mechanism; the cutting mechanism comprises at least two cutting main rollers used for winding a cutting line;
the winding and unwinding mechanism is arranged on one side of the cutting mechanism; the winding and unwinding mechanism comprises a winding and unwinding roller for storing or releasing the cutting line and a winding and unwinding rotation driver for driving the winding and unwinding roller to rotate circumferentially; the cutting line moves back and forth between the winding and unwinding line roller and the cutting main roller to realize cutting;
the tension mechanism and the winding and unwinding mechanism are arranged on the same side of the cutting mechanism; the tension mechanism is provided with a tension wheel; the cutting line between the cutting mechanism and the winding and unwinding mechanism passes through the tension pulley, so that the cutting line released by the winding and unwinding roller is guided to the cutting main roller through the tension pulley, or the cutting line wound from the cutting main roller is guided to the winding and unwinding roller through the tension pulley for storage.
2. The wire saw unit of claim 1, wherein the wire take-up and payout mechanism further comprises: and the winding and unwinding line moving driver is used for driving the winding and unwinding line roller to move axially and reciprocally so as to uniformly wind and arrange the cutting line on the winding and unwinding line roller or uniformly release the cutting line in the circumferential rotation and axial reciprocating movement process of the winding and unwinding line roller.
3. The wire saw unit according to claim 1, wherein the tension pulley is movable in a plane perpendicular to the cutting main roller axis, closer to or further from the cutting mechanism to adjust the tension of the cutting wire.
4. The wire saw unit according to claim 3, wherein the axis of the cutting main roller extends in a horizontal direction; the tension wheel moves vertically closer to or farther from the cutting mechanism.
5. The wire saw unit according to claim 4, wherein the tension pulley is higher than the cutting mechanism and higher than the take-up and pay-off roller such that the cutting wire passes around from an upper half of the tension pulley.
6. The wire saw unit of claim 5, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises: the two main cutting rollers are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction; the cutting line is wound in or out from the bottom of the cutting main roller.
7. The wire saw unit according to claim 1, wherein the axis of the take-up and pay-off roller is parallel to the axis of the cutting main roller.
8. The wire saw unit according to claim 1, further comprising:
the winding and unwinding mechanism and the winding and unwinding mechanism are arranged on the same side of the cutting mechanism; the winding displacement mechanism comprises a winding displacement wheel capable of moving back and forth along the axial direction of the winding and unwinding roller and is used for enabling the cutting line to be uniformly stored in the winding and unwinding roller or enabling the cutting line to be uniformly released from the winding and unwinding roller.
9. A wire cutting machine, comprising: a cutting frame and the wiresaw unit of any of claims 1-8, the wiresaw unit being disposed on the cutting frame.
10. The wire cutting machine according to claim 9, wherein a cutting space is formed in the middle of the cutting frame, and an opening is provided at a side of the cutting space; the cutting mechanism is arranged in the cutting space, and the winding and unwinding mechanism is positioned at the outer side of the cutting space; the cutting line passes through the opening and is wound between the winding and unwinding roller and the cutting main roller.
11. The wire cutting machine of claim 10, wherein the wire cutting machine is a microtome.
