The seat 41 and the sieve cage 42 enclose a grinding space for containing solid medicine, and the grinding cutter 43 is positioned in the grinding space and is coaxially arranged with the motor 40; the motor 40 is arranged on the gland 3, and an output shaft of the motor passes through the seat 41 and is connected with the grinding cutter 43, so that the grinding cutter 43 is driven to rotate to grind the solid medicine into powder; or:
the seat 41 and the screen cage 42 enclose a grinding space for containing solid medicine, the grinding cutter 43 is positioned in the grinding space and is coaxially arranged with the motor 40, and one end of the grinding cutter is connected with the seat 41; the motor 40 is arranged on the gland 3, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with the seat body 41, drives the seat body 41 and drives the sieve cage 42 to rotate so as to grind the solid medicine into powder.
Fig. 7 shows a schematic view of the screen 42 partially cut away, and the grinding tool 43 may be in the form of a roll as shown in fig. 7, or may be in another form.
Further, the base 41 is provided with a medicine inlet 410 for solid medicine. In use, the gland 3 is moved from the first position to deliver a dose of solid medicament from the medicament inlet 410 into the grinding space. Then the gland 3 is covered at the first position, the motor 40 is started to drive the grinding cutter 43 to rotate, and the solid medicine is crushed by the grinding cutter 43 to form medicine powder to be mixed with liquid in the mixed medicine preparing cavity 7;
or after the motor 40 is started, the base 41 is driven to rotate, and the solid medicine is crushed by the grinding cutter 43 under the action of centrifugal force to form medicine powder, and the medicine powder is mixed with liquid in the mixing and dosing cavity 7.
The liquid level of the liquid in the medicine container 1 can at least cover the sieve cage 42 and the grinding cutter 43, so that the liquid is stirred together when the grinding cutter 43 or the sieve cage 42 rotates, and the liquid and the solid medicine which is gradually powdered can be uniformly mixed in the mixing and dosing cavity 7.
Further, in this embodiment, the sieve cage 42 is in a cylindrical shape with one end open and one end closed, the seat 41 is in a substantially flat cylindrical shape, the end surface area of the seat 41 is larger than the end surface area of the sieve cage 42, and the seat 41 is disposed at the open end of the sieve cage 42 and encloses a grinding space together with the sieve cage 42.
Wherein the central axis of the screen cage 42 is offset from the central axis of the grinding tool 43. That is, the screen cage 42 and the central axis of the grinding cutter 43 are eccentrically arranged; or the screen cage 42 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the output shaft of the motor 40. When the motor 40 drives the base 41 to integrally rotate, the centrifugal force applied to the solid medicine in the sieve cage 42 is larger, and the grinding and crushing effects are better.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the central axis of the screen cage 42 and the central axis of the grinding cutter 43 may be collinear. That is, the screen cage 42 and the grinding cutter 43 are coaxially disposed; or the screen cage 42 is coaxially disposed with the output shaft of the motor 40.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the heating element 92 may be disposed around the outer periphery of the medicine container 1, so as to heat the medicine container 1, and facilitate heating the oral medicine therein, so as to improve the efficiency of stirring and mixing the solid and liquid oral medicine.
As shown in fig. 1-4, a buzzer 90, an indicator light 91, an electronic display screen (not shown) and other elements may be further disposed on the housing 6, for transmitting the working status information of the oral medicine dispensing device to the user for knowing.
Specifically, the motor 40, the heating element 92, the micro switch 80, the buzzer 90, the indicator lamp 91, the electronic display screen, etc. may be connected to the host computer, so as to implement automatic control.
In use, sufficient water is ensured in the water tank 20, after the water tank 20 is installed, solid medicine is placed into the medicine inlet 410 on the base 5, and then the gland 3 is covered at the first position.
When the pressing cover 3 and the medicine container 1 are pressed in place, the micro switch 80 is triggered, the motor 40 and the water pump 22 are started along with the pressing cover, and liquid enters the mixed medicine preparing cavity 7 from the water outlet pipe 21; the motor 40 drives the screen or grinding cutter 43 to rotate, pulverize the solid medicine, and when the liquid level of the liquid reaches a certain height, the solid medicine and the liquid are fully stirred and mixed.
Meanwhile, after receiving the electric signal for starting the micro switch 80, the upper computer sends out the electric signal for controlling the heating element 92 to start, and the heating element 92 heats the medicine container 1 to a preset temperature. Or, the user can also interact with the upper computer directly, and the upper computer controls the heating element 92 to heat the medicine container 1 to a preset temperature in advance and keep the temperature, then the temperature value is displayed on the electronic display screen, and then the liquid and the solid medicine are added at a proper temperature.
After the oral medicine is prepared, the upper computer controls the buzzer 90, the indicator lamp 91, the electronic display screen and other elements to be turned on, and the information of the completion of the work is transmitted to the user for knowing in a mode that the buzzer 90 sounds, the indicator lamp 91 lights up, or the electronic display screen displays corresponding information and the like.
It is to be understood that the above examples only represent preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention; it should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, the above technical features can be freely combined, and several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention; therefore, all changes and modifications that come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are to be embraced within their scope.
Claims (10)
1. An oral medicine preparation device is characterized by comprising a medicine container (1), a liquid feeding unit, a gland (3) and a grinding unit (4) for placing and grinding solid medicines;
the liquid feeding unit is arranged at one side of the medicine container (1) and is used for injecting quantitative liquid into the medicine container (1);
the gland (3) can be opened and closed at the opening end of the medicine container (1), a mixed medicine distribution cavity (7) is formed with the medicine container (1), and the grinding unit (4) is positioned in the mixed medicine distribution cavity (7) and detachably connected with the gland (3).
2. The oral administration preparation device according to claim 1, wherein the liquid feeding unit comprises a water tank (20), a water outlet pipe (21), a water pump (22);
the water inlet end of the water outlet pipe (21) is communicated with the water tank (20), the water outlet end of the water outlet pipe (21) is arranged opposite to the medicine containing container (1), the water pump (22) is communicated with the water outlet pipe (21), and quantitative liquid is pumped into the medicine containing container (1) through the water outlet pipe (21).
3. The oral administration dispensing device according to claim 2, wherein the water outlet end of the water outlet tube (21) is arranged on the gland (3) and is in communication with the mixing dispensing chamber (7).
4. The oral administration dispensing set as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom of said water tank (20) is provided with a one-way valve (83); the water inlet end of the water outlet pipe (21) is communicated with the water tank (20) through the one-way valve (83).
5. The oral dosing device according to claim 1, wherein the grinding unit (4) comprises a base (41), a sieve cage (42), a grinding cutter (43), a motor (40); the seat body (41) is detachably connected with the gland (3);
the seat body (41) and the sieve cage (42) enclose a grinding space for containing solid medicine, and the grinding cutter (43) is positioned in the grinding space; the motor (40) is arranged on the gland (3), and an output shaft of the motor penetrates through the seat body (41) and is connected with the grinding cutter (43), so that the grinding cutter (43) is driven to rotate to grind the solid medicine into powder; or:
the seat body (41) and the sieve cage (42) enclose a grinding space for containing solid medicines, and the grinding cutter (43) is positioned in the grinding space and one end of the grinding cutter is connected with the seat body (41); the motor (40) is arranged on the gland (3), an output shaft of the motor is connected with the seat body (41), and the seat body (41) is driven to rotate and the sieve cage (42) is driven to grind the solid medicine into powder.
6. The oral dispensing device according to claim 5, wherein the sieve cage (42) is cylindrical with an axis offset from the central axis of the grinding cutter (43).
7. The oral dosing device according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the gland (3) is rotatable back and forth between a first position and a second position;
in the first position, the gland (3) and the opening end of the medicine container (1) are closed to form a mixed medicine dispensing cavity (7); the grinding unit (4) is positioned in the mixed dosing cavity (7) and is used for grinding quantitative solid medicines into powder and mixing the powder with quantitative liquid in the medicine container (1);
in the second position, the gland (3) is separated from the open end of the medicine container (1); the grinding unit (4) is positioned outside the mixed dosing cavity (7).
8. The oral administration preparation device according to claim 7, further comprising a bracket (9), wherein the bracket (9) is erected on one side of the medicine container (1) and one end of the bracket is hinged with one end of the gland (3); the gland (3) can rotate back and forth between the first position and the second position by taking the hinge point of the gland and the bracket (9) as an axis.

The oral medicine preparation device according to claim 7, further comprising a micro switch (80) connected with and controlling the start and stop of the liquid feeding unit and the grinding unit (4), and a driving rod (81) erected on one side of the medicine container (1); one end of the driving rod (81) is connected with the micro switch (80);
in the first position, the opposite end of the driving rod (81) is abutted against the gland (3), the micro switch (80) is connected, and the liquid feeding unit and the grinding unit (4) are started along with the micro switch;
in the second position, the opposite end of the driving rod (81) is separated from the gland (3), the micro switch (80) is disconnected, and the liquid feeding unit and the grinding unit (4) stop working along with the micro switch.
10. The oral administration dispensing set as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a heating element (92) is provided around the outer periphery of the container (1).
