In one embodiment, the one or more storage units may be used to store one or more instructions (e.g., machine-readable instructions and/or computer programs) readable and/or executable by the one or more processing units, and/or data or information from a control unit. The one or more instructions may also be stored on a non-transitory machine-readable storage medium. The one or more instructions, in response to being executed, cause the one or more processing units to implement operations as described above with reference to fig. 1-3 and below with reference to 4-6.
Fig. 4 shows an example of an on-demand play flow according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, a cinema on-demand play flow is taken as an example as follows, but the present invention is also applicable to on-demand play of other contents.
As shown in fig. 4, the cinema user can browse the content through the content presentation interactive system of the PAD, the mobile phone and/or the PC end and other terminals. For example, in content browsing, the content presentation interactive system may request the content retrieval center to synchronize a currently online content list or the like from the integrated management platform (flow 411), and layout display the content/list or the like acquired by the content retrieval center from the integrated management platform according to a specified policy (flow 412). The synchronization may be periodic or real-time, or at other times.
As shown in fig. 4, a theatre user may select one or more content to play through a content presentation interactive system. For example, when content on demand is performed, the content presentation interaction system may notify the play-out control center of the corresponding control terminal, play-out content, and other information (step 421). The playout control center may obtain authentication information, authorization information, and/or playout information for the corresponding content, or other playout information for the control terminal from the integrated management platform (flow 422). The play-out control center may perform play-out control adaptation (e.g., adaptation of a play-out control protocol) according to the player type, and send a play-out instruction to the player to control play-out, and the player may perform a corresponding play-out operation according to the instruction from the play-out control center (flow 423).
As shown in fig. 4, the playout control center may also perform playout logging, such as synchronizing the playout logging to an integrated management platform or the like (flow 424). The synchronization may be in real time, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Fig. 5 shows an example of a method according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in FIG. 5, the method may include receiving a content browsing request from a content presentation interactive system (flow 511), where the content browsing request may include a list of content requesting synchronization to be online, and so on. The method may further include, in response to the received content browsing request, retrieving relevant content listings and/or layout policies, etc., for transmission to the content presentation interactive system for displaying the content listings, etc. information in accordance with the specified policy layout (flow 512). For example, referring to fig. 1-3, a content retrieval center may synchronize content listings/layouts from an integrated management platform and transmit to a content presentation interaction system, and/or provide other data services, in response to the content browsing request.
Fig. 6 shows an example of a method according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in FIG. 6, the method may include receiving a content on demand request from a content presentation interactive system (flow 621). For example, the content on-demand request may include information such as a control terminal and playing content corresponding to the content presentation interactive system.
The method may also include performing identity authentication, playout authentication, and/or play information acquisition (flow 622). For example, referring to fig. 1-3, the broadcast control center may obtain authentication information of the control terminal from the integrated management platform for identity authentication, obtain authorization information for broadcast authentication, and/or obtain broadcast information of the corresponding content in response to the content on-demand request.
The method may also include performing a play control adaptation to perform play control (flow 623). For example, referring to fig. 1-3, the play control center may perform play control adaptation (e.g., adaptation of a play control protocol, etc.) through a universal adapter and/or a custom adapter according to a player type, etc., and send a play instruction to the player, so that the player performs a corresponding play operation according to the play instruction.
The method may also include recording the play log (flow 624), e.g., referring to fig. 1-3, the play control center may make the play log recording and/or synchronize the play recording to the integrated management platform. The synchronization may be real-time, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 6, in response to the content on demand request, the broadcasting control center may acquire authentication information of a control terminal of the content presentation interactive system for identity authentication; acquiring authorization information to perform broadcasting authentication; acquiring broadcasting information of the content, and sending a broadcasting instruction to a player so that the player performs broadcasting operation according to the broadcasting instruction; recording the play situation, etc.
Although not shown in fig. 4-6, the method shown in fig. 4-6 may also include operations as described above with reference to fig. 1-3, and the method is not limited to the order shown in fig. 4-6.
As described above with reference to fig. 1-6, the system and method according to the present invention may be used to provide centralized presentation and play control of content, and in particular, may be used to provide centralized presentation and play control based on cinema end, so as to implement unified management and device management and controllability of copyrighted content at the cinema end, and on the premise of ensuring confidentiality of content and security of interaction of each system, and further, may enable fast, efficient and low-cost seamless interfacing of different integrators and suppliers, thereby providing possibility for personalized terminal presentation and multi-terminal access play for the on-demand cinema line. The system and method may provide a content retrieval center and a playout control center for an integrator. The content retrieval center can provide uniform basic content data support for presentation interaction systems of different types of terminals of different integrators; the broadcasting control center can provide instruction adaptation and forwarding for players and interactive systems of different integrators and the integrated management platform. The system and the method provide possibility for different integrators and different types of terminals to be quickly accessed into a license plate qualified content integrated management platform for presentation and play on the basis of meeting the necessary security and confidentiality of the video-on-demand cinema.
The foregoing has shown and described the basic principles and main features of the present invention and the advantages of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and that the above embodiments and descriptions are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention, and various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which is defined in the appended claims. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
