本发明属于永磁电机领域,具体涉及一种集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置。
背景技术
传统燃油汽车的燃油消耗和尾气污染是一直被关注的热点问题。随着社会对于节能环保意识、能源的高效利用等方面的不断推广和深入,人们对产品的性能要求越来越高,电动汽车和混动汽车均有能耗少和低排放的特点。另一方面,新能源汽车电池作为电动汽车“三电”之一,仍有许多问题有待解决,如:寿命短、能量密度低、价格高等问题。因此,现阶段融合燃油车和电动汽车优点的混合动力汽车具有较大的研究价值和发展前景。
混动汽车驱动装置连接方式有多种:其中,串联式驱动装置,发动机工作在最佳工作区,其能量转换为:发动机输出全部转换为电能,再转换为驱动汽车的机械能,该转换方式存在机电能量转换效率低和电池充放电效率低的问题,因此降低了燃油利用率;并联式驱动装置具有较高的能量利用率,但发动机会受到实际工况的影响,进而影响汽车效率,同时并联结构具有较为复杂的变速装置和传动机构等;混联式驱动装置采用两台电机实现发动机转矩和转速调节,提高了发动机效率,但是需要行星齿轮实现动力分配,结构复杂且成本较高。
针对上述驱动装置存在体积笨重,结构复杂,成本较高和效率偏低等问题。在空间紧凑的汽车驱动系统中,设计体积紧凑、结构简单和高效率等高性能的驱动装置具有研究价值和实际的工程意义。
发明内容
本发明目的:针对上述现有技术,提出一种集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,该驱动装置可实现电动模式、发动机模式、混动模式、能量回收模式和纯发电模式等多种运行工况。
技术方案:一种集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于:结构主要包括:盘式永磁型定子,复合调制环转子,环式定子,盘式转子,盘式定子。所述环式定子和盘式定子均由定子铁心和电枢绕组组成;所述盘式永磁型定子由定子铁心和电枢绕组及定子齿上NS极交替分布的永磁体组成;所述复合调制环转子为双凸极结构,由导磁材料制成的复合调制环,周向齿上NS极交替分布的永磁体及复合调制环转子轴组成;所述盘式转子由盘式转子支撑架、盘式转子轴和NS交替分布的扇形永磁体组成;所述盘式转子轴与发动机输出轴通过离合器相连;所述车轮驱动轴与复合调制环转子轴通过离合器相连,提供动力输出。

有益效果:本发明所提出的集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,将轴向磁通反向电机和轴向磁齿轮复合电机进行集成,结合两者优点,具有轴向尺寸小,转矩密度大,效率高和散热好等优点。同时该系统无机械摩擦损耗,复合调制环转子为双凸极结构,能够增加系统稳定性和可靠性。该混合动力驱动装置在电动模式、混动模式、发动机模式、能量回收模式和纯发电模式等五种工作状态运行时,均能通过环式定子实现发电,这种驱动和发电一体设计能够提高系统的工作效率、电池的续航和能量利用率。另外纯发电模式,可以在汽车电池无电量时等突发情况下依靠发动机对电池进行充电,能够增加该装置应对突发状况的能力。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面结合图1至图4对本发明做进一步说明,但不作为本发明的限定。
本实施方式所述一种集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,结构包括:盘式永磁型定子1,复合调制环转子2,环式定子3,盘式转子4,盘式定子5,盘式转子轴6,复合调制环转子轴11。环式定子和盘式定子均由定子铁心和电枢绕组组成;盘式永磁型定子由定子铁心和电枢绕组及定子齿上NS极交替分布的永磁体组成;复合调制环转子为双凸极结构,由导磁材料制成的复合调制环,周向齿上NS极交替分布的永磁体及复合调制环转子轴组成;盘式转子由盘式转子支撑架、盘式转子轴和NS交替分布的扇形永磁体组成;盘式转子轴与发动机输出轴通过离合器相连;复合调制环转子轴与车轮驱动轴通过离合器相连,提供动力输出。
盘式定子绕组有两套绕组,分别为励磁绕组和电枢绕组。励磁绕组通直流电,用以产生NS交替的恒定磁场,电枢绕组通三相交流电,用以产生旋转磁场。
盘式永磁型定子齿部交替分布的永磁体充磁方向为轴向,且NS极充磁方向相反。盘式转子交替分布的永磁体充磁方向为轴向,且NS极充磁方向相反。复合调制环转子周向齿上永磁体充磁方向为径向,且NS极充磁方向相反。
盘式转子轴与发动机输出轴通过离合器实现两轴的连接与分离。车轮驱动轴与复合调制环转子轴通过离合器实现两轴的连接与分离。
复合调制环转子、盘式转子和盘式定子恒定磁场极对数分别为Ns、p1和p2,且满足:Ns=p1+p2
工作原理:
纯电动模式:该模式下,发动机不工作,盘式永磁型定子和复合调制环转子组成轴向磁通反向电机,基于磁通反向电机工作原理,盘式永磁型定子电枢绕组中通三相交流电,复合调制环转子进行旋转,转矩为T1(该过程下文称为原理一);盘式定子电枢绕组通三相交流电和盘式转子及复合调制环转子组成磁齿轮传动,基于磁场调制原理,使复合调制环转子进行旋转,转矩为T2。复合调制环转子轴与车轮驱动轴连接,进行动力输出,转矩为T3(T3=T1+T2)。复合调制环转子周向永磁体切割环式定子中的电枢绕组(该过程下文称为原理二),产生电能Pe4。该模式功率流如图4(a)。该运行模式适合在城市道路拥堵时或低速场合等工况。
发动机模式:该模式下,发动机工作,发动机输出轴和盘式转子轴连接,盘式定子中励磁绕组通直流电产生恒定磁场,盘式定子、盘式转子和复合调制环转子形成磁齿轮传动,基于磁场调制原理,复合调制环转子旋转,转矩为Tm(该过程下文称为原理三),复合调制环转子轴与车轮驱动轴连接实现动力输出,转矩为T3(T3=Tm)。如原理二所述,环式定子中产生电能Pe4。该模式功率流如图4(b)。该运行模式适合高速运行工况。
混动模式:该模式下,发动机工作,如原理三所述,复合调制环转子产生转矩Tm;盘式永磁型定子电枢绕组中通三相交流电,如原理一所述,复合调制环转子产生转矩T1,复合调制环转子轴与车轮驱动轴连接实现动力输出,转矩为T3(T3=Tm+T1)。如原理二所述,环式定子中产生电能Pe4。其功率流如图4(c)。该运行模式适合高速或需要加速等工况。
能量回收模式:该模式下,发动机不工作,盘式永磁型定子和盘式定子均不通电。当刹车或车辆滑行时,复合调制环转子轴与车轮驱动轴连接,车轮带动复合调制环转子进行旋转,如原理二所述,环式定子中产生电能Pe4。其功率流如图4(d)。
纯发电模式:该模式下,发动机工作,发动机输出轴和盘式转子轴连接,复合调制环转子轴与车轮驱动轴断开,无动力输出。如原理三所述,复合调制环转子进行旋转。如原理二所述,环式定子中产生电能Pe4。其功率流如图4(e)。该模式适用于电池没电时或在城市道路中等红灯时发动机空转等路况。

Claims (8)

1.一种集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于:结构主要包括:盘式永磁型定子,复合调制环转子,环式定子,盘式转子,盘式定子。所述环式定子和盘式定子均由定子铁心和电枢绕组组成;所述盘式永磁型定子由定子铁心和电枢绕组及定子齿上NS极交替分布的永磁体组成;所述复合调制环转子为双凸极结构,由导磁材料制成的复合调制环,周向齿上NS极交替分布的永磁体及复合调制环转子轴组成;所述盘式转子由盘式转子支撑架、盘式转子轴和NS交替分布的扇形永磁体组成;所述盘式转子轴与发动机输出轴通过离合器相连;所述车轮驱动轴与复合调制环转子轴通过离合器相连,提供动力输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于:所述盘式定子绕组有两套绕组,分别为励磁绕组和电枢绕组。励磁绕组通直流电,用以产生NS交替的恒定磁场,电枢绕组通三相交流电,用以产生旋转磁场。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集成轴向磁通反向电机和的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于:所述盘式永磁型定子齿部交替分布的永磁体充磁方向为轴向,且NS极充磁方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于:所述盘式转子交替分布的永磁体充磁方向为轴向,且NS极充磁方向相反。
5.根据权利要求1所述的集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于:所述复合调制环转子周向齿上永磁体充磁方向为径向,且NS极充磁方向相反。
6.根据权利要求1所述的集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于:所述盘式转子轴与发动机输出轴通过离合器实现两轴的连接与分离。
7.根据权利要求1所述的集成轴向磁通反向电机的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于:所述车轮驱动轴与复合调制环转子轴通过离合器实现两轴的连接与分离。
