With the development of computer technology, more and more instant messaging applications are emerging. In one embodiment, one or more accounts are randomly selected from the contact list as contact accounts. In another embodiment, an online account is determined from the contact list as the contact account. In other embodiments, the contact account number may be determined in other ways, which are not limited herein.
Step S204, configuring the contact account to obtain configuration information; the configuration information includes a binding relationship of the contact account and the media account.
The configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account number and the media, and can further comprise one or more of configuration parameters, contact account number information, a current login account number of the first instant messaging application and the like.
The binding relationship may be a contact person adding relationship or a media display relationship, or a contact person information display relationship, etc., which is not limited thereto. The contact information display relationship is used for displaying the contact information in a disclosure range in the second instant messaging application.
Specifically, a configuration page is displayed in the first instant messaging application, the configuration page comprises an externally disclosed configuration item aiming at the contact account, and the externally disclosed configuration item of the contact account is configured to obtain configuration information. The external disclosure configuration item is used for triggering the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account, and is disclosed and displayed in the disclosure range in the second instant messaging application.
In one embodiment, the external disclosure configuration item may specifically be a contact addition item, which is used for generating a contact addition relationship, and triggering to publicly display the contact addition entry in a disclosure range in the second instant messaging application, so as to establish a session with a contact account when the contact addition entry is accessed.
In another embodiment, the external disclosure configuration item may specifically be a media display item, configured to generate a media display relationship, and trigger to display media information disclosed by the media account in an external disclosure information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
In other embodiments, the external disclosure configuration item may also be a contact information display item, configured to generate a contact information display relationship, and trigger to display information of the contact account in an external disclosure information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account. The information of the contact account may include one or more of a name, a journey, a name of a unit, a job of the unit, a phone call, and a remark of the contact account.
It should be noted that, the first instant messaging application is associated with the second instant messaging application, so that the first instant messaging application account number and the second instant messaging application account number belonging to the same user, that is, the first instant messaging application account number and the second instant messaging application account number of the same user, can be queried to correspond to each other.
Step S206, the configuration information is sent to the second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to display the binding relationship in a public range.
The disclosure scope of the second instant messaging application may include an external disclosure information page, a published media information page, or a media account homepage of the second instant messaging application, etc.
The first instant messaging application sends the configuration information to the second instant messaging application. The second instant messaging application receives the configuration information sent by the first instant messaging application, acquires the binding relation between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information, and publicly displays the binding relation in the public range.
According to the interaction method, in the first instant messaging application, the contact account related to the media account of the second instant messaging application is obtained, and the contact account belongs to the first instant messaging application. And configuring the contact account in the first instant messaging application to obtain configuration information, wherein the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account. Then, after the first instant messaging application sends the configuration information to the second instant messaging application, the second instant messaging application can acquire the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information, so that the binding relationship is exposed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, and interaction between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application is realized. Further, according to the interaction method, the binding relation between the contact account and the media account is disclosed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, so that the information of the contact account of the first instant messaging application can be obtained more rapidly, and interaction with the contact account of the first instant messaging application in the second instant messaging application is performed more rapidly.
It can be understood that the contact account of the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account can both provide private domain traffic. The private domain flow refers to an own flow pool of an organization to which the account belongs. The media account can provide public domain flow, namely, the media information of the media account is pushed to each public area, and the media information of the media account can be acquired by logging in the second instant messaging application account and entering the public area. In this embodiment, the second instant messaging application publicly displays the binding relationship in the public scope, and after logging in the second instant messaging application account, the binding relationship can be obtained from the public scope, and then the information of the contact account is obtained from the binding relationship, so that interaction with the contact account is realized, public domain flow and private domain flow in the public scope can be interacted, the first instant messaging application can touch more second instant messaging application accounts, and the conversion efficiency of converting the public domain flow to the private domain flow of the contact account is improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: in a first instant messaging application, acquiring an unbinding request and creating a relation unbinding transaction; the unbinding request comprises a media account and unbinding accounts, wherein the unbinding accounts are one or more of the contact person accounts; in the relation unbinding transaction, the binding relation between the media account and the unbinding account is released until the unbinding is successful, and then the relation unbinding transaction is released.
Transaction (Transaction) refers to what is to be done or what is done. The relationship unbinding transaction refers to a transaction for unbinding the media account and the contact account which are already bound.
It is understood that a transaction has 4 attributes: atomicity (atom), consistency (consistency), isolation (isolation), durability (durability). Wherein, atomicity: a transaction is an indivisible unit of work, and the operations included in the transaction are either all done or none done. Consistency: a transaction must be to change the database from one coherency state to another. Consistency is closely related to atomicity. Isolation: execution of one transaction cannot be interfered with by other transactions. I.e., the operations and data used within one transaction are isolated from other concurrent transactions and the various concurrently executing transactions cannot interfere with each other. Durability: meaning that a transaction should be permanent in its changes to the data in the database once it is committed. Subsequent other operations or malfunctions should not have any impact thereon.
Specifically, in a first instant messaging application, an unbinding request is obtained, the unbinding request is sent to a second instant messaging application, and a relation unbinding transaction is created; the unbinding request comprises a media account and unbinding accounts, wherein the unbinding accounts are one or more of the contact person accounts; in the relation unbinding transaction, the binding relation between the media account and the unbinding account in the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application is unbinding until the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application are unbinding successfully, and then the relation unbinding transaction is canceled.
Further, if the first instant messaging application or the second instant messaging application fails to unbind, the first instant messaging application or the second instant messaging application is controlled to repeat unbinding operation in the relation unbinding transaction until unbinding is successful. The unbinding relation is a master transaction in the first instant messaging application, and the unbinding relation is a slave transaction in the second instant messaging application.
In this embodiment, in the first instant messaging application, the unbinding request is obtained, and the relationship unbinding transaction is created, so that the binding relationship between the media account and the unbinding account is unbinding in the relationship unbinding transaction, and the unbinding success of the media account and the unbinding account can be ensured based on the attribute such as the atomicity of the relationship unbinding transaction, and then the relationship unbinding transaction is canceled, thereby improving the accuracy of interaction.
In another embodiment, in a first instant messaging application, acquiring an unbinding request, and sending the unbinding request to a first instant messaging server to instruct the first instant messaging server to create a relationship unbinding transaction; in the relation unbinding transaction, the binding relation between the media account and the unbinding account is released; and if the unbinding fails, continuing to execute the step of unbinding the binding relation between the media account and the unbinding account until the unbinding is successful, and then canceling the relation unbinding transaction.
In one embodiment, in the relationship unbinding transaction, the binding relationship between the media account and the unbinding account is unbinding until unbinding is successful, and the unbinding transaction is canceled, including: in the relation unbinding transaction, unbinding the binding relation between the media account and the contact account based on the unbinding request, obtaining the latest binding relation between the media account and the contact account, and sending unbinding notification to the second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to ask the first instant messaging application for the latest binding relation between the media account and the contact account to update when the unbinding notification is received; and canceling the relation unbinding transaction in response to the updating success result returned by the second instant messaging application.
It can be understood that the binding relationship between the media account and the contact account is stored in the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application, and if the first instant messaging application initiates the unbinding request, the binding relationship between the media account and the unbinding account needs to be unbinding in the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application, so that the binding relationship between the media account and the contact account stored in the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application is consistent.
Specifically, in a relation unbinding transaction, a first instant messaging application acquires a media account and an unbinding account in an unbinding request, unbinding the binding relation between the media account and the unbinding account, obtaining the latest binding relation between the media account and a contact account, generating an unbinding notification, and sending the unbinding notification to a second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to ask the first instant messaging application for the latest binding relation for updating when receiving the unbinding notification; if the updating success result returned by the second instant messaging application is received, the latest binding relation between the updated media account number and the unbinding account number of the first instant messaging application is represented to be successful, and the relation unbinding transaction is canceled in response to the updating success result.
In this embodiment, in the relation unbinding transaction, the binding relation between the media account and the unbinding account is unbinding based on the unbinding request, so as to obtain the latest binding relation between the media account and the contact account, and the unbinding notification is sent to the second instant messaging application, so that the second instant messaging application can be notified to update the binding relation in time, and the second instant messaging application is instructed to ask for the latest binding relation for updating from the first instant messaging application when receiving the unbinding notification; therefore, the relation unbinding transaction is canceled in response to the successful updating result returned by the second instant messaging application, the latest binding relation stored in the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application can be ensured to be consistent, and the accuracy of subsequent interaction is realized.
In another embodiment, the first instant messaging server receives an unbinding request initiated by the first instant messaging application, and establishes a relationship unbinding transaction; in the relation unbinding transaction, an unbinding account number and a media account number are obtained from an unbinding request, the binding relation between the unbinding account number and the media account number is unbinding, the latest binding relation between the media account number and a contact account number is obtained, an unbinding notification is generated at the same time, and the unbinding notification is sent to a second instant messaging server, so that the second instant messaging server is instructed to ask for the latest binding relation from a first instant messaging server for updating when receiving the unbinding notification; and canceling the relation unbinding transaction in response to the successful updating result returned by the second instant messaging server.
In one embodiment, configuring the contact account to obtain configuration information includes: configuring a contact account through a current login account of a first instant messaging application to obtain configuration parameters; detecting whether the contact account number and the current login account number meet preset configuration conditions or not; and if the contact account number and the current login account number both accord with preset configuration conditions, generating configuration information based on the configuration parameters.
The configuration parameters are parameters generated by configuring the contact account numbers. For example, the contact account is configured as a servicer, and the configuration parameters that can be obtained are a servicer label, a service period, a daily service duration, a servicer identifier, and the like of the contact account.
The preset configuration conditions can be set as required. For example, the preset configuration condition may be one or more of the contact account having a right to bind with the media account, the current login account being an administrator account, and an account in a contact list set by the contact account for the administrator account.
Specifically, the computer equipment configures a contact account through a current login account of a first instant messaging application to obtain configuration parameters; acquiring preset configuration conditions, matching the contact account number and the current login account number with the preset configuration conditions, and generating configuration information based on configuration parameters if the contact account number and the current login account number meet the preset configuration conditions; if at least one of the contact account number and the current login account number does not meet the preset configuration conditions, the contact account number and the current login account number are not processed or prompt information is displayed in a page of the first instant messaging application.
In the embodiment, a contact account is configured through a current login account of a first instant messaging application to obtain configuration parameters; detecting whether the contact account number and the current login account number meet preset configuration conditions or not; if the contact account and the current login account meet the preset configuration conditions, the contact account and the current login account can be bound, configuration information is generated based on the configuration parameters, and the contact account and the current login account can be bound more accurately.
In another embodiment, the first instant messaging application configures the contact account through the current login account to obtain configuration parameters; detecting whether the contact person account meets the preset contact person condition, if yes, sending the current login account to a first instant messaging server to instruct the first instant messaging server to detect whether the current login account meets the preset management condition, and returning a meeting condition result when the current login account meets the preset management condition; responding to the conforming result, and transmitting the contact account number and the configuration parameters to the first instant messaging server so as to instruct the first instant messaging server to generate configuration information based on the configuration parameters; the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account.
The preset contact person conditions and the preset management conditions belong to preset configuration conditions. The preset contact person condition is a condition for detecting whether the contact person account has the contact right in the media account; the preset management condition is a condition for detecting whether the current login account has management authority. The preset contact account number and the preset management condition can be set according to the needs. For example, the preset contact condition may specifically be that the contact account has a service right, the contact account has a media information display right, and the like. The preset management condition may specifically be that the current login account is an administrator account, the current login account is a media account preset management account, and the like.
If the contact account number does not accord with the preset contact condition, the prompt information is not processed or displayed. If the first instant messaging server detects that the current login account does not meet the preset management condition, returning a result of the condition which is not met.
It can be understood that the first instant messaging application may determine whether the contact account meets the preset contact condition, then detect, by using the first instant messaging server, whether the current login account meets the preset management condition when the contact account meets the preset contact condition, and send the configuration parameter and the contact account to the first instant messaging server when the first instant messaging server detects that the current login account meets the preset management condition, so as to generate configuration information, and bind the contact account and the media account. Each processing node independently processes, and if the previous processing node does not meet the condition, the subsequent nodes do not need to be processed again, so that the computer resource can be saved.
In one embodiment, the configuration parameters are obtained by configuring the contact account through the current login account of the first instant messaging application, including: the contact account is configured as a service person through the current login account of the first instant messaging application, so that configuration parameters of the service person are obtained; if the contact account number and the current login account number both accord with preset configuration conditions, generating configuration information based on configuration parameters, including: if the contact account has the service authority and the current login account is the administrator account, generating configuration information based on the configuration parameters of the service personnel.
The configuration parameters of the service personnel can specifically include one or more of identification of the service personnel, service period of the service personnel, daily service time of the service personnel, number of the service personnel and the like.
Specifically, the first instant messaging application displays a contact configuration page, and a preset service personnel list is obtained from the contact configuration page; the service personnel list comprises one or more account numbers of a first instant messaging application with service rights; matching each contact account with each account in the service personnel list; if the contact account is matched with the account in the service personnel list, the contact account has service authority, and a contact adding inlet can be displayed in the public range of the media account and used for carrying out a session with the contact account when the contact adding inlet is accessed; if the contact account number is not matched with the account number in the service personnel list, the contact account number does not have the service permission. Wherein the contact configuration page is shown in fig. 5.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, if the contact account has service rights, a contact addition entry is shown in the home page of the media account; and if the second instant messaging application logs in the target account, performing access operation on the contact person adding entry, and establishing a session between the target account and the contact person account.
In this embodiment, the contact account is configured as a service person through the current login account of the first instant messaging application, so as to obtain configuration parameters of the service person; if the contact account has the service right, and the current login account is the administrator account, the administrator account has the configuration right, and the contact account has the service right, then the configuration information can be accurately generated based on the configuration parameters of the service personnel.
In another embodiment, the first instant messaging application configures the contact account as a service person through the current login account to obtain configuration parameters of the service person; detecting whether the contact person account has service permission or not, if so, sending the current login account to a first instant messaging server to instruct the first instant messaging server to detect whether the current login account meets preset management conditions or not, and returning a meeting condition result when the current login account meets the preset management conditions; responding to the conforming result, and sending the contact account number and the configuration parameters of the service personnel to the first instant messaging server to instruct the first instant messaging server to generate configuration information based on the configuration parameters of the service personnel; the configuration information comprises a contact account number and a service personnel adding entry of a media account number. The service person adding portal is used for responding to the access operation of the target account belonging to the second instant messaging application to the service person adding portal so as to trigger the establishment of a session between the target account and the contact account of the service person.
In one embodiment, sending the configuration information to the second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to publicly expose the binding relationship within a scope of disclosure includes: creating a relationship binding transaction; in the relation binding transaction, sending configuration information to a second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to display the binding relation in a public range, and returning a binding result to the first instant messaging application; and when the binding result is received as successful binding, canceling the relation binding transaction.
The relationship binding transaction refers to a transaction that binds a media account and a contact account.
Specifically, the first instant messaging application sends configuration information to a first instant messaging server; the first instant messaging server responds to the configuration information to create a relation binding transaction, and the configuration information is sent to the second instant messaging server in the relation binding transaction; the second instant messaging server binds the media account number and the contact account number in the configuration information, and after successful binding, the binding relationship is exposed and displayed in a public range, and a binding result is returned to the first instant messaging server; and when the first instant messaging server receives the binding result as successful binding, canceling the relation binding transaction.
In this embodiment, the first instant messaging application creates the relationship binding transaction, which can ensure that the second instant messaging application binds the media account and the contact account successfully in the relationship binding transaction based on the atomicity and other attributes of the relationship binding transaction, thereby improving the accuracy of interaction.
In one embodiment, an interaction method is provided, taking as an example a first instant messaging application of the method applied to the first computer device 102 in fig. 1, including the following steps:
step 1: acquiring a contact account associated with a media account of a second instant messaging application through a current login account of the first instant messaging application; the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application.
Step 2: and configuring the contact account as a service person to obtain configuration parameters of the service person.
Step 3: detecting whether the contact account number and the current login account number meet preset configuration conditions or not; if the contact account has the service authority and the current login account is an administrator account, generating configuration information based on configuration parameters of service personnel; the configuration information includes a binding relationship of the contact account and the media account.
Step 4: creating a relationship binding transaction; in the relation binding transaction, the configuration information is sent to the second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to display the binding relation in a public range, and a binding result is returned to the first instant messaging application.
Step 5: and when the binding result is received as successful binding, canceling the relation binding transaction.
Step 6: in a first instant messaging application, acquiring an unbinding request and creating a relation unbinding transaction; the unbind request includes a media account and an unbind account, the unbind account being one or more of the contact accounts.
Step 7: in the relation unbinding transaction, unbinding the binding relation between the media account and the contact account based on the unbinding request, obtaining the latest binding relation between the media account and the contact account, and sending unbinding notification to the second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to ask the first instant messaging application for the latest binding relation between the media account and the contact account to update when the unbinding notification is received; and canceling the relation unbinding transaction in response to the updating success result returned by the second instant messaging application.
In one embodiment, another interaction method is provided, comprising the steps of:
step 1: acquiring a contact account associated with a media account of a second instant messaging application through a current login account of the first instant messaging application; the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application.
Step 2: and configuring the contact account number as a service person through the first instant messaging application to obtain configuration parameters of the service person.
Step 3: detecting whether the contact account has management authority through a first instant messaging application; and if the contact account has the service authority, the current login account is sent to the first instant messaging server.
Step 4: the first instant messaging server detects whether the current login account is a preset management account; if the current login account is a preset management account, returning a detection result, receiving configuration parameters of a service person sent by a first instant messaging application, and generating configuration information based on the configuration parameters of the service person; the configuration information includes a binding relationship of the contact account and the media account.
Step 5: the method comprises the steps that a first instant messaging server creates a relation binding transaction; in the relation binding transaction, the configuration information is sent to the second instant messaging server to instruct the second instant messaging server to control the second instant messaging application to display the binding relation in a public range, and a binding result is returned to the first instant messaging server.
Step 6: and when the first instant messaging server receives the binding result as successful binding, canceling the relation binding transaction.
Step 7: in a first instant messaging application, acquiring an unbinding request and sending the unbinding request to a first instant messaging server; the unbind request includes a media account and an unbind account, the unbind account being one or more of the contact accounts.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, an interaction method is provided, taking as an example a second instant messaging application of the method applied to the second computer device 104 in fig. 1, including the following steps:
step S702, in a second instant messaging application, receiving configuration information sent by a first instant messaging application; the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account, wherein the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application, and the media account belongs to a second instant messaging application.
Step S704, binding the contact account and the media account based on the configuration information.
Step S706, after the binding is successful, the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account is exposed and displayed in the disclosure range.
The method comprises the steps that a computer device obtains a contact account and a media account in configuration information, and the contact account and the media account are bound; if the binding is successful, the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account is exposed and displayed in the disclosure range; if the binding fails, displaying a binding failure result and sending the binding failure result to the first instant messaging application, or re-executing the step of binding the contact account and the media account.
In the interaction method, in the second instant messaging application, the configuration information sent by the first instant messaging application is received, the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account, the contact account belongs to the first instant messaging application, and the media account belongs to the second instant messaging application. And then, binding the contact account and the media account based on the configuration information, and after successful binding, displaying the binding relationship between the contact account of the first instant messaging application and the media account of the second instant messaging application in a public range, thereby realizing interaction between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application. Further, according to the interaction method, the binding relation between the contact account and the media account is disclosed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, and the information of the contact account of the first instant messaging application can be obtained more rapidly from the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, so that interaction with the contact account of the first instant messaging application in the second instant messaging application is performed more rapidly.
In another embodiment, the second instant messaging server receives the configuration information sent by the first instant messaging server; the configuration information comprises the binding relation between a contact account and a media account, wherein the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application, and the media account belongs to a second instant messaging application; binding the contact account with the media account based on the configuration information; after successful binding, the binding relationship is sent to a second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to display the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in a public range.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, an interaction method is provided, taking as an example a second instant messaging application of the method applied to the second computer device 104 in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
step S802, in a second instant messaging application, receiving configuration information sent by a first instant messaging application; the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account and the current login account of the first instant messaging application; the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application and the media account belongs to a second instant messaging application.
The configuration information can be sent, received or displayed in the form of identification. The identification mark may be a two-dimensional code, a one-dimensional code, an image, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
Step S804, if the current login account is a preset management account of the media account, binding the contact account and the media account based on the configuration information under the condition that the consent to bind is detected.
The preset management account refers to an account having management authority for the media account. The preset management account number may be a second instant messaging application account number corresponding to the media account number, or may be another second instant messaging application account number preset in the media account number and having management authority.
Specifically, the second instant messaging application matches the current login account with a preset management account, and if so, the current login account is the preset management account of the media account; if the media account number is not matched with the current login account number, the current login account number is not a preset management account number of the media account number. If the current login account is a preset management account of the media account, showing that the current login account has the authority to manage the media account, displaying a binding page, wherein the binding page comprises a binding relationship between the media account and the contact account, a binding agreement button and a binding refusal button; and in response to triggering operation of the binding agreement button, binding the contact account and the media account based on the configuration information.
Step S806, after the binding is successful, the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account is displayed in a public range.
In this embodiment, the configuration information further includes a current login account of the first instant messaging application, if the current login account is a preset management account of the media account, which indicates that the current login account has a right to manage the media account, and if binding agreement is detected, the contact account and the media account are bound based on the configuration information, so that the contact account and the media account can be bound after the operation of the preset management account is determined, other operation of the non-permission account is avoided, and accuracy of binding the contact account and the media account can be improved.
In another embodiment, the second instant messaging server detects that the current login account is a preset management account of the media account, sends a binding inquiry notification to the second instant application, and binds the contact account and the media account based on the configuration information when receiving the binding agreement returned by the second instant messaging application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the first instant messaging side includes a first instant messaging application and a first instant messaging server, and the second instant messaging side includes a second instant messaging application and a second instant messaging server.
The first instant messaging application inputs a media account through the current login account to instruct the first instant messaging server to generate a two-dimensional code based on the media account and the contact account and display the two-dimensional code in a binding request initiating page; the two-dimensional code comprises information such as a media account, a current login account, a contact account and the like.
In the binding request initiating page, if the first instant messaging application detects that the binding request is initiated, the two-dimension code is sent to the first instant messaging server, and the two-dimension code is sent to the second instant messaging server through the first instant messaging server.
The second instant messaging server forwards the two-dimension code to a second instant messaging application to which the media account belongs; the second instant messaging application initiates a scanning request for the two-dimensional code and sends the scanning request to the second instant messaging server.
The second instant messaging server analyzes the two-dimension code, judges whether the current login account is a preset management account, if yes, displays a binding page in the second instant messaging application, and if not, fails to bind; if the binding agreement is detected, the binding is successful, and if the binding rejection is detected, the binding fails.
Wherein the binding request initiating page is shown in fig. 10, and the binding page is shown in fig. 11.
Further, after the second instant messaging server successfully binds, the binding result is sent to the first instant messaging server so as to instruct the first instant messaging server to synchronize binding information.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: sending the agreeing binding result to the first instant messaging application under the condition that the agreeing binding is detected, so as to instruct the first instant messaging application to update the binding information of the media account and the contact account; and under the condition that the binding rejection is detected, sending the binding rejection result to the first instant messaging application to instruct the first instant messaging application to display the binding rejection result.
The second instant messaging application sends the detection result to the first instant messaging application so as to instruct the first instant messaging application to perform corresponding processing based on the detection result; the detection result comprises a consent binding result and a rejection binding result.
If the detection result is the agreeing binding result, the first instant messaging application binds the media account and the contact account in response to the agreeing binding result, so that the binding relationship between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application is consistent, and the interaction accuracy of the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application is improved. Further, after the first instant messaging application binds the media account and the contact account, a binding result can be displayed.
And if the detection result is a binding rejection result, the first instant messaging application responds to the binding rejection result and displays the binding rejection result. Further, after receiving the binding rejection result, the first instant messaging application may further initiate a binding request again.
In this embodiment, when the binding agreement is detected, the binding agreement result is sent to the first instant messaging application to instruct the first instant messaging application to update the binding information of the media account and the contact account, so as to ensure that the binding relationship stored in the first instant messaging application and the binding relationship stored in the second instant messaging application are consistent, thereby enabling the subsequent interaction to be performed more accurately. And under the condition that the binding rejection is detected, sending the binding rejection result to the first instant messaging application to instruct the first instant messaging application to display the binding rejection result.
In another embodiment, the second instant messaging server sends the consent binding result to the first instant messaging server to instruct the first instant messaging server to bind the media account and the contact account when the consent binding is detected; and the second instant messaging server sends the binding rejection result to the first instant messaging server under the condition that the binding rejection is detected, so as to instruct the first instant messaging server to forward the binding rejection result to the first instant messaging application, and instruct the first instant messaging application to display the binding rejection result.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: if the unbinding notification sent by the first instant messaging application is received, the latest binding relation is requested to the first instant messaging application; receiving the latest binding relation sent by a first instant messaging application; and updating the binding relation between the contact account and the media account based on the latest binding relation.
The second instant messaging application replaces the stored binding relationship with the latest binding relationship to update the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account, and can release the binding relationship between the unbinding account and the media account, so that the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the second instant messaging application is consistent with the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the first instant messaging application.
Specifically, updating the binding relationship of the contact account and the media account based on the latest binding relationship includes: acquiring an unbinding account number based on the latest binding relation; the unbinding account numbers are one or more of the contact person account numbers; and removing the binding relation between the unbound account and the media account, and deleting the binding relation displayed in the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the unbound account.
And if the latest binding relationship comprises the unbinding account, the second instant messaging application acquires the unbinding account from the latest binding relationship, and unbinding the binding relationship between the unbinding account and the media account, so that the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account is updated. And the second instant messaging application acquires a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the unbinding account, and deletes the binding relationship displayed in the second instant messaging application account.
In this embodiment, the unbinding account is obtained based on the latest binding relationship, the binding relationship between the unbinding account and the media account is released, processing of all contact accounts is avoided, computer resources can be saved, and updating efficiency of the latest binding relationship is improved. Meanwhile, the binding relation displayed in the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the unbinding account is deleted, so that the content displayed by the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the unbinding account can be synchronously updated, and the accuracy of the displayed content is improved.
In another embodiment, the first instant messaging server obtains an unbinding request initiated by the first instant messaging application; the unbinding request comprises a media account and unbinding accounts, wherein the unbinding accounts are one or more of the contact person accounts; based on the binding relation between the unbinding request media account and the unbinding account, the latest binding relation between the media account and the contact account is obtained, and an unbinding notification is sent to the second instant messaging server. The second instant messaging server responds to the unbinding notification and requests the latest binding relation from the first instant messaging server; receiving the latest binding relation sent by a first instant messaging server; acquiring an unbinding account number based on the latest binding relation; the unbinding account numbers are one or more of the contact person account numbers; and removing the binding relation between the unbound account and the media account, and deleting the binding relation displayed in the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the unbound account.
In one embodiment, the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account is publicly displayed within the scope of disclosure, including: if the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a contact adding relationship, a contact adding inlet of the contact account is displayed in the public range of the media account; and if the binding relation between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a media display relation, displaying the media information disclosed by the media account in an external disclosure information page of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
The contact addition relationship is used to add a contact account in the second instant messaging application. The contact addition portal may be a control, a tag, a link, an identification, or the like. The media presentation relationship is for presenting media information within the scope of the disclosure of the second instant messaging application. The external public information page is a page of external public information in the second instant messaging application. The external disclosure information page may be a personal data page of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account, or may be a homepage of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account, which is not limited thereto.
And if the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is the contact adding relationship, displaying a contact adding inlet of the contact account in the public range of the media account. In one embodiment, the second instant messaging application presents a contact add-in portal of the contact account in a home page of the media account. In another embodiment, the second instant messaging application presents a contact add entry for the contact account in the media information disclosed by the media account. In other embodiments, the second instant messaging application presents a contact add-in entry for the contact account in a public settings page of the media account.
The disclosure range of the media account is not limited to the homepage, the media information, and the disclosure setting page, but may be other ranges of the media account that can obtain information for the public.
It can be understood that, when the contact person adding inlet of the contact person account is displayed in the disclosure range of the media account, the public can enter the disclosure range of the media account, and the contact person adding inlet is added to the contact person account of the first instant messaging application, so that a scene that the contact person account of the first instant messaging application and the account number of the second instant messaging application establish a session to interact is realized.
And if the binding relation between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a media display relation, displaying the media information disclosed by the media account in an external disclosure information page of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account. The second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account may include a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the media account, and may also include second instant messaging application accounts corresponding to other contact accounts.
It can be understood that, in the page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account, the media information disclosed by the media account is displayed, and in the page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account in the first instant messaging application, the media information disclosed by the media account is displayed, and the media information of the media account can be displayed in the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account through the contact account.
In one embodiment, in the media configuration page of the first instant messaging application, a media display relationship is configured, and then media information disclosed by the media account is displayed in an external disclosure information page of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account. Wherein the media configuration page is shown in fig. 12.
Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of an external public information page of a second instant messaging application account in one embodiment. Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of an external public information page of a second instant messaging application account in another embodiment.
In this embodiment, if the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a contact addition relationship, a contact addition entry of the contact account is displayed in the disclosure range of the media account, so that a scene that a session is established between the contact account of the first instant messaging application and the account of the second instant messaging application for interaction can be implemented. If the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a media display relationship, the media information can be displayed in a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account, so that the exposure of the media information is improved.
In another embodiment, the second instant messaging server detects the binding relationship, and if the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a contact adding relationship, a contact adding inlet of the contact account is displayed in the disclosure range of the media account; and if the binding relation between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a media display relation, displaying the media information disclosed by the media account in an external disclosure information page of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, an interaction method is provided, taking as an example a second instant messaging application of the method applied to the second computer device 104 in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
step S1502, in the second instant messaging application, receiving configuration information sent by the first instant messaging application; the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account, wherein the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application, and the media account belongs to a second instant messaging application.
Step S1504, binding the contact account and the media account based on the configuration information.
In step S1506, after the binding is successful, after the second instant messaging application logs in the target account, when the media information page of the media account is opened, it is detected whether the media account has a bound contact account.
A media information page is a page that presents media information. For example, the media information page may be a page showing a specific information, may be a page containing a plurality of media information thumbnails, or may be a page showing media information in other forms.
Step S1508, if the media account has a bound contact account, displaying a contact adding entry in the media information page.
In step S1510, when an access operation to add an entry to the contact is detected, a session between the target account number and the contact account number is established.
The access operation may specifically be a single click, a double click, a slide, a long press, or the like. When an access operation of adding an entry to a contact is detected, a session window between a target account number and a contact account number is generated, and a session between the target account number and the contact account number is established.
If the media account does not have the bound contact account, only the media information is displayed in the media information page.
In this embodiment, after the second instant messaging application logs in the target account, when the media information page of the media account is opened, detecting whether the media account has a bound contact account; if the media account has the bound contact account, a contact adding inlet is displayed in the media information page, so that the situation that the contact adding inlet is still displayed when the media account has no bound contact account and a conversation with a contact cannot be carried out is avoided, and communication between the target account of the second instant messaging application and the contact account of the first instant messaging application can be more accurately carried out.
In one embodiment, when an access operation to add an entry to a contact is detected, establishing a session between a target account number and a contact account number includes: when an access operation of adding an entry to a contact is detected, a session account is randomly selected from all contact accounts; and pushing the session account to the target account, and establishing a session between the target account and the contact account.
The session account is an account for a session with a target account. The target account number is the account number currently logged in by the second instant messaging application.
In another embodiment, when an access operation to add an entry to a contact is detected, establishing a session between a target account number and a contact account number includes: when an access operation of adding an entry to a contact is detected, acquiring current online data of each contact account; selecting a session account from the contact accounts based on the current online data of each contact account; and pushing the session account to the target account, and establishing a session between the target account and the contact account.
The current online data refers to current online related data of the contact account. The current online data may specifically include one or more of whether the contact account is online, whether the contact account is idle, an account currently queued for contact by the contact account, and a predicted time of day for the contact account.
In one embodiment, the contact account number in the idle state is obtained from the current online data of each contact account number, and the session account number is determined from the contact account numbers in the idle state. Optionally, one of the contact accounts in the idle state may be selected randomly as the session account, or the contact account in the idle state may be selected as the session account from the contact accounts in the idle state first, or the session account may be determined from the contact accounts in the idle state in other manners, which is not limited herein.
In another embodiment, the number of accounts currently queued for contact is obtained from respective current online data for each contact account, and the session account is determined from the respective contact accounts based on the number of accounts currently queued for contact for each contact account. Optionally, the contact account with the smallest number of accounts currently queued for contact may be used as the session account; one contact account number which is smaller than the threshold number threshold value in the number of currently queued contact accounts can be randomly selected as a session account number; other ways of determining the session account number from the contact account numbers may also be used, and are not limited in this regard.
In this embodiment, when an access operation of adding an entry to a contact is detected, current online data of each contact account is obtained, and then a session account may be selected from the contact accounts based on the current online data of each contact account. And then, the second instant messaging application pushes the session account to the target account, so that the session between the target account and the contact account can be established, and the communication between the contact account of the first instant messaging application and the target account of the second instant messaging application is realized.
In one embodiment, an interaction method is provided, taking a second instant messaging application of the method applied to the second computer device 104 in fig. 1 as an example, and the interaction method includes the following steps:
step 1: in a second instant messaging application, receiving configuration information sent by a first instant messaging application; the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account and the current login account of the first instant messaging application; the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application and the media account belongs to a second instant messaging application.
Step 2: if the current login account is a preset management account of the media account, binding the contact account with the media account based on configuration information under the condition that the consent binding is detected, and sending a consent binding result to the first instant messaging application to instruct the first instant messaging application to update the binding information of the media account and the contact account; and under the condition that the binding rejection is detected, sending the binding rejection result to the first instant messaging application to instruct the first instant messaging application to display the binding rejection result.
Step 3: after successful binding, if the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a contact adding relationship, displaying a contact adding inlet of the contact account in the public range of the media account; and if the binding relation between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a media display relation, displaying the media information disclosed by the media account in an external disclosure information page of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
Step 4: if the unbinding notification sent by the first instant messaging application is received, the latest binding relation between the media account and the contact account is solicited from the first instant messaging application; receiving the latest binding relation sent by a first instant messaging application; acquiring an unbinding account number based on the latest binding relation; the unbinding account numbers are one or more of the contact person account numbers; and removing the binding relation between the unbound account and the media account, and deleting the binding relation displayed in the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the unbound account.
Step 5: after the second instant messaging application logs in the target account, when a media information page of the media account is opened, detecting whether the media account has a bound contact account or not; and if the media account has the bound contact account, displaying a contact adding inlet in the media information page.
Step 6: when an access operation of adding an entry to a contact is detected, acquiring current online data of each contact account; selecting a session account from the contact accounts based on the current online data of each contact account; and pushing the session account to the target account, and establishing a session between the target account and the contact account.
In one embodiment, an interaction method is provided, comprising the steps of:
step 1: in the second instant messaging server, receiving the configuration information sent by the first instant messaging server and sending the configuration information to the second instant messaging application; the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account and the current login account of the first instant messaging application; the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application and the media account belongs to a second instant messaging application.
Step 2: if the second instant messaging application detects that the current login account is a preset management account of the media account, sending binding agreement information to the second instant messaging server under the condition that binding agreement is detected.
Step 3: under the condition that the second instant messaging server detects that binding is agreed, binding the contact account and the media account based on configuration information, and sending an agreed binding result to the first instant messaging server to instruct the first instant messaging server to update binding information of the media account and the contact account; and under the condition that the binding rejection is detected, sending the binding rejection result to the first instant messaging server so as to instruct the first instant messaging server to display the binding rejection result in the first instant messaging application.
Step 4: in the second instant messaging application, after the binding is successful, if the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a contact adding relationship, a contact adding inlet of the contact account is displayed in the disclosure range of the media account; and if the binding relation between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a media display relation, displaying the media information disclosed by the media account in an external disclosure information page of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
Step 5: if the second instant messaging server receives the unbinding notification sent by the first instant messaging server, the second instant messaging server asks for the latest binding relation from the first instant messaging server; receiving the latest binding relation sent by a first instant messaging server; acquiring an unbinding account number based on the latest binding relation; the unbinding account numbers are one or more of the contact person account numbers; and removing the binding relation between the unbound account and the media account, and deleting the binding relation displayed in the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the unbound account.
Step 6: after the second instant messaging application logs in the target account, when a media information page of the media account is opened, detecting whether the media account has a bound contact account or not; and if the media account has the bound contact account, displaying a contact adding inlet in the media information page.
Step 7: when the second instant messaging server detects access operation of adding an entry to the contact, acquiring current online data of each contact account; selecting a session account from the contact accounts based on the current online data of each contact account; and pushing the session account to the target account, and establishing a session between the target account and the contact account.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 16, the first instant messaging application configures the contact account as a service person through the current login account, obtains configuration parameters of the service person, and checks the parameters of the service person through the protocol access layer to determine whether each contact account has service permission. If all the service personnel have the service authority, the current login account is sent to the first instant messaging server, whether the current login account is a preset management account or not is detected through the first instant messaging server, and a detection result is returned to the first instant messaging application. After the first instant messaging application determines that the current login account is a preset management account, the service personnel list is sent to the first instant messaging server. The first instant messaging server generates and writes and stores an active code according to each service person, and binds the contact account and the media account to obtain configuration information; creating a relation binding transaction, sending configuration information to the second instant messaging server in the relation binding transaction to instruct the second instant messaging server to synchronously bind the contact account and the media account, and returning a binding result to the first instant messaging server. If the binding result is that the binding is successful, an instruction for notifying the service personnel by the asynchronous card sending is sent to a queue of the first instant messaging server so as to instruct the queue to asynchronously send the service personnel setting notification to the first instant messaging server, and the service personnel setting notification is sent to a protocol access layer through the first instant messaging server so as to be pushed to a first instant messaging application account of each service personnel. If the binding fails, the transaction is resubmitted and the current step is performed again.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, an interaction method is provided, which is illustrated by taking a first instant messaging application of the method applied to the first computer device 102 in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
step S1702, in a first instant messaging application, displaying a contact identifier corresponding to a contact account associated with a media account of a second instant messaging application; the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application.
Step S1704, in response to the configuration operation for the contact identification, configuring an external disclosure configuration item corresponding to the contact identification; the external disclosure configuration item is used for triggering the binding relation between the contact account and the media account, and is disclosed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application.
The configuration operation is an operation of configuring the contact identifier. The external disclosure configuration item is an item for configuring external disclosure information corresponding to the contact identifier. The external disclosure information may specifically be media information disclosed by a media account, information of a contact account, or information of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
The media information may include, in particular, one or more of video, voice, text, and pictures. The information of the contact account number can specifically include one or more of a contact identification, a contact account number, a unit to which the contact belongs, a contact phone, and a contact name. The information of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account may specifically include one or more of a second instant messaging application account identifier and media information disclosed by each second instant messaging application account of the second instant messaging application account.
The external disclosure configuration item can be specifically a configuration item of media information disclosed by a media account, a configuration item of a contact person adding entry, or a configuration item of information of a contact person account, and is not limited to the above.
Specifically, the computer device responds to configuration operation aiming at the contact person identification, configures an externally disclosed configuration item corresponding to the contact person identification, responds to triggering operation of the externally disclosed configuration item, and sends the binding relation between the contact person account number and the media account number to the second instant messaging application so as to instruct the second instant messaging application to display the binding relation in a public range.
Further, the external disclosure configuration item is further used for triggering the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account to be exposed and displayed in the disclosure range of the first instant messaging application.
In the interaction method, in the first instant messaging application, the contact person identification corresponding to the contact person account number of the media account number associated to the second instant messaging application is displayed, and the contact person account number belongs to the first instant messaging application. In response to a configuration operation for a contact identifier in a first instant messaging application, an external disclosure configuration item corresponding to the contact identifier can be configured, and the external disclosure configuration item is used for triggering a binding relationship between a contact account and the media account and is exposed and displayed in a disclosure range in a second instant messaging application, so that interaction between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application is realized. Further, according to the interaction method, the binding relation between the contact account and the media account is disclosed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, and the information of the contact account of the first instant messaging application can be obtained more rapidly from the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, so that interaction with the contact account of the first instant messaging application in the second instant messaging application is performed more rapidly.
In one embodiment, the external disclosure configuration items comprise a first external disclosure configuration item for triggering a media information page presentation contact addition entry of a media account in a second instant messaging application; and the contact person adding inlet is used for responding to the access operation of the target account number belonging to the second instant messaging application to the contact person adding inlet so as to trigger the establishment of the session between the target account number and the contact person account number.
The first pair of externally disclosed configuration items is an item for configuring a contact add-on portal. The contact addition portal is a portal for adding a contact account. The contact add-in portal may be presented in the form of a control, link, logo, window, or the like.
Specifically, the computer device responds to the triggering operation of the first pair of external disclosure configuration items, and sends a contact adding relation between the media account and the contact account to the second instant messaging application so as to instruct the second instant messaging application to display a contact adding inlet on a media information page of the media account.
The second instant messaging application performs access operation on the contact person adding entry through the logged-in target account, responds to the access operation, selects a session account from among the contact person accounts, and pushes the session account to the target account so as to establish a session between the target account and the session account.
In this embodiment, the first external disclosure configuration item in the first instant messaging application is used to trigger a media information page of a media account in the second instant messaging application to display a contact adding entry, and in response to an access operation of the contact adding entry, trigger to establish a session between a target account and a contact account, so that a scenario that the contact account of the first instant messaging application and the target account of the second instant messaging application establish a session to interact can be implemented.
In one embodiment, the external disclosure configuration items include a second external disclosure configuration item, which is used for triggering the media information disclosed by the media account to be displayed on the external disclosure information page when the external disclosure information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account is displayed.
The second externally disclosed configuration item is an item for configuring media information disclosed by the media account.
Specifically, the computer device responds to the triggering operation of the second pair of external disclosure configuration items, and sends the media display relation between the media account and the contact account to the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account, so that when the external disclosure information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account is displayed, media information disclosed by the media account is displayed.
In this embodiment, the second public configuration item in the first instant messaging application is used to trigger to display media information disclosed by the media account on the public information page when displaying the public information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account, so that the media information can be displayed in the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account, and the exposure of the media information is improved.
In one embodiment, after configuring the external disclosure configuration item corresponding to the contact identifier, the method further includes: displaying media information disclosed by a media account in the disclosure range of the first instant messaging application; after the authorization information of the media account is obtained, responding to the editing operation of the media information, and displaying the updated media information.
The disclosure range of the first instant messaging application may include an external disclosure information page of the first instant messaging application, a head portrait display content of the first instant messaging application, an external disclosure setting page of the first instant messaging application, or the like.
The authorization information is information about the authorization granted by the media account. The authorization information may include an identification of the authorized party, rights acquired by the authorized party, a rights duration of the authorized party, and the like. In this embodiment, the authority acquired by the authorized party in the authorization information is the authority for editing the media information of the media account. The editing operation may specifically include a new operation, a delete operation, a share operation, or a set-top operation of the media information, etc.
Specifically, after obtaining the authorization information of the media account, the first instant messaging application responds to the editing operation of the media information, carries out corresponding editing processing on the media information of the media account, obtains updated media information, and displays the updated media information.
Further, the first instant messaging application is responsive to the new adding operation to the media information to display the new added media information.
In this embodiment, media information disclosed by the media account is displayed within the disclosure range of the first instant messaging application, and after the authorization information of the media account is obtained, updated media information can be displayed in response to the editing operation of the media information, that is, the editing operation of the media information of the media account of the second instant messaging application can be completed in the first instant messaging application, so that the second instant messaging application is prevented from logging in again to edit, and the efficiency of editing the media information is improved.
In one embodiment, the editing operation is used for triggering the display of the updated media information disclosed by the media account in the external disclosure information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
Further, if the editing operation is a new operation of the media information, the new operation is used for triggering the display of the newly added media information disclosed by the media account in the external disclosure information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
In this embodiment, the editing operation is used to trigger displaying the updated media information disclosed by the media account in the external public information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account, that is, the editing processing of the media information of the media account of the second instant messaging application can be implemented in the first instant messaging application, so that the high efficiency of interaction between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application can be improved.
In one embodiment, an interaction method is provided, taking as an example a first instant messaging application of the method applied to the first computer device 102 in fig. 1, including the following steps:
step 1: in a first instant messaging application, displaying a contact identifier corresponding to a contact account of a media account associated with a second instant messaging application; the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application.
Step 2: responding to configuration operation aiming at the contact person identification, and configuring an externally disclosed configuration item corresponding to the contact person identification; the external disclosure configuration items comprise a first external disclosure configuration item and a second external disclosure configuration item;
the first external disclosure configuration item is used for triggering a media information page display contact person adding inlet of a media account in the second instant messaging application; the contact person adding inlet is used for responding to the access operation of the target account number belonging to the second instant messaging application to the contact person adding inlet so as to trigger the establishment of a session between the target account number and the contact person account number;

It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.

A configuration module 1804, configured to configure the contact account to obtain configuration information; the configuration information includes a binding relationship of the contact account and the media account.
And the sending module 1806 is configured to send the configuration information to the second instant messaging application, so as to instruct the second instant messaging application to display the binding relationship in a public scope.
In the interaction device, in the first instant messaging application, a contact account associated with a media account of the second instant messaging application is acquired, and the contact account belongs to the first instant messaging application. And configuring the contact account in the first instant messaging application to obtain configuration information, wherein the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account. Then, after the first instant messaging application sends the configuration information to the second instant messaging application, the second instant messaging application can acquire the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information, so that the binding relationship is exposed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, and interaction between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application is realized. Further, according to the interaction method, the binding relation between the contact account and the media account is disclosed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, and the information of the contact account of the first instant messaging application can be obtained more rapidly from the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, so that interaction with the contact account of the first instant messaging application in the second instant messaging application is performed more rapidly.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further includes a unbinding module; the unbinding module is used for acquiring unbinding requests and creating relation unbinding transactions in the first instant messaging application; the unbinding request comprises a media account and unbinding accounts, wherein the unbinding accounts are one or more of the contact person accounts; in the relation unbinding transaction, the binding relation between the media account and the unbinding account is released until the unbinding is successful, and then the relation unbinding transaction is released.
In one embodiment, the unbinding module is further configured to unbind the binding relationship between the media account and the contact account based on the unbinding request in the relationship unbinding transaction, obtain the latest binding relationship between the media account and the contact account, and send an unbinding notification to the second instant messaging application, so as to instruct the second instant messaging application to ask the first instant messaging application for the latest binding relationship between the media account and the contact account to update when receiving the unbinding notification; and canceling the relation unbinding transaction in response to the updating success result returned by the second instant messaging application.
In one embodiment, the configuration module 1804 is further configured to configure the contact account through the current login account of the first instant messaging application to obtain configuration parameters; detecting whether the contact account number and the current login account number meet preset configuration conditions or not; and if the contact account number and the current login account number both accord with preset configuration conditions, generating configuration information based on the configuration parameters.
In one embodiment, the configuration module 1804 is further configured to configure the contact account as a service person through the current login account of the first instant messaging application, to obtain configuration parameters of the service person; if the contact account has the service authority and the current login account is the administrator account, generating configuration information based on the configuration parameters of the service personnel.
In one embodiment, the sending module 1806 is further configured to create a relationship binding transaction; in the relation binding transaction, sending configuration information to a second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to display the binding relation in a public range, and returning a binding result to the first instant messaging application; and when the binding result is received as successful binding, canceling the relation binding transaction.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 19, another interaction device is provided, comprising: a receiving module 1902, a binding module 1904, and a presentation module 1906, wherein:
a receiving module 1902, configured to receive, in a second instant messaging application, configuration information sent by a first instant messaging application; the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account, wherein the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application, and the media account belongs to a second instant messaging application.
A binding module 1904, configured to bind the contact account and the media account based on the configuration information.
And the display module 1906 is used for displaying the binding relation between the contact account and the media account in the disclosure range after the binding is successful.
In the interaction device, in the second instant messaging application, configuration information sent by the first instant messaging application is received, the configuration information comprises a binding relation between a contact account and a media account, the contact account belongs to the first instant messaging application, and the media account belongs to the second instant messaging application. And then, binding the contact account and the media account based on the configuration information, and after successful binding, displaying the binding relationship between the contact account of the first instant messaging application and the media account of the second instant messaging application in a public range, thereby realizing interaction between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application. Further, according to the interaction method, the binding relation between the contact account and the media account is disclosed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, and the information of the contact account of the first instant messaging application can be obtained more rapidly from the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, so that interaction with the contact account of the first instant messaging application in the second instant messaging application is performed more rapidly.
In one embodiment, the configuration information further includes a current login account of the first instant messaging application; the binding module 1904 is further configured to, if the current login account is a preset management account of the media account, perform a step of binding the contact account and the media account based on the configuration information if the binding agreement is detected.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a transmitting module; the sending module is further configured to send a binding agreement result to the first instant messaging application when the binding agreement is detected, so as to instruct the first instant messaging application to update binding information of the media account and the contact account; and under the condition that the binding rejection is detected, sending the binding rejection result to the first instant messaging application to instruct the first instant messaging application to display the binding rejection result.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a unbinding module; the unbinding module is used for requesting the latest binding relation from the first instant messaging application if the unbinding notification sent by the first instant messaging application is received; receiving the latest binding relation sent by a first instant messaging application; and updating the binding relation between the contact account and the media account based on the latest binding relation.
In one embodiment, the unbinding module is further configured to obtain an unbinding account based on the latest binding relationship; the unbinding account numbers are one or more of the contact person account numbers; and removing the binding relation between the unbound account and the media account, and deleting the binding relation displayed in the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the unbound account.
In one embodiment, the display module 1906 is further configured to display a contact adding entry of the contact account within the disclosure range of the media account if the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a contact adding relationship; and if the binding relation between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a media display relation, displaying the media information disclosed by the media account in an external disclosure information page of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a session module; the session module is used for detecting whether a bound contact account exists in the media account or not when a media information page of the media account is opened after the second instant messaging application logs in the target account; if the media account has the bound contact account, a contact adding inlet is displayed in the media information page; when an access operation of adding an entry to the contact is detected, a session between the target account number and the contact account number is established.
In one embodiment, the session module is further configured to obtain current online data of each contact account when an access operation of adding an entry to the contact is detected; selecting a session account from the contact accounts based on the current online data of each contact account; and pushing the session account to the target account, and establishing a session between the target account and the contact account.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 20, another interaction device is provided, comprising: a display module 2002 and a configuration module 2004, wherein:
the display module 2002 is configured to display, in the first instant messaging application, a contact identifier corresponding to a contact account associated with a media account of the second instant messaging application; the contact account belongs to a first instant messaging application.
A configuration module 2004 for configuring an externally disclosed configuration item corresponding to the contact identifier in response to a configuration operation for the contact identifier; the external disclosure configuration item is used for triggering the binding relation between the contact account and the media account, and is disclosed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application.
In the interaction device, in the first instant messaging application, the contact person identification corresponding to the contact person account number of the media account number associated to the second instant messaging application is displayed, and the contact person account number belongs to the first instant messaging application. In response to the configuration operation for the contact person identifier in the first instant messaging application, an external disclosure configuration item corresponding to the contact person identifier can be configured, and the external disclosure configuration item is used for triggering the binding relationship between the contact person account number and the media account number, and is exposed and displayed in the disclosure range in the second instant messaging application, so that interaction between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application is realized. Further, according to the interaction method, the binding relation between the contact account and the media account is disclosed and displayed in the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, and the information of the contact account of the first instant messaging application can be obtained more rapidly from the disclosure range of the second instant messaging application, so that interaction with the contact account of the first instant messaging application in the second instant messaging application is performed more rapidly.
In one embodiment, the external disclosure configuration items include a first external disclosure configuration item for triggering a media information page presentation contact addition entry of a media account in a second instant messaging application; and the contact person adding inlet is used for responding to the access operation of the target account number belonging to the second instant messaging application to the contact person adding inlet so as to trigger the establishment of the session between the target account number and the contact person account number.
In one embodiment, the external disclosure configuration items include a second external disclosure configuration item, which is used for triggering the media information disclosed by the media account to be displayed on the external disclosure information page when the external disclosure information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account is displayed.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises an update module; the updating module is used for displaying media information disclosed by the media account in the disclosure range of the first instant messaging application; after the authorization information of the media account is obtained, responding to the editing operation of the media information, and displaying the updated media information.
In one embodiment, the editing operation is used for triggering the display of the updated media information disclosed by the media account in the external disclosure information page of the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
The various modules in the interaction means described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and an internal structure diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 21. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input means. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an interaction method. The display unit of the computer equipment is used for forming a visual picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device, wherein the display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on a shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the architecture shown in fig. 21 is merely a block diagram of some of the architecture relevant to the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting as to the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements are applicable, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, there is also provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method embodiments described above.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related country and region.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (25)

1. A method of interaction, the method comprising:
in a first instant messaging application, acquiring a contact account associated with a media account of a second instant messaging application; the contact account belongs to the first instant messaging application;
configuring the contact account to obtain configuration information; the configuration information comprises the binding relation between the contact account and the media account;
And sending the configuration information to the second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to display the binding relation in a public range.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
in a first instant messaging application, acquiring an unbinding request and creating a relation unbinding transaction; the unbinding request comprises the media account and unbinding accounts, wherein the unbinding accounts are one or more of the contact accounts;
and in the relation unbinding transaction, the binding relation between the media account and the unbinding account is released until the unbinding is successful, and the relation unbinding transaction is canceled.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein in the relationship unbinding transaction, unbinding the media account and the unbinding account until unbinding is successful, the unbinding transaction is canceled, including:
in the relation unbinding transaction, unbinding the binding relation between the media account and the unbinding account based on the unbinding request, and sending unbinding notification to the second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to ask the first instant messaging application for the latest binding relation between the media account and the contact account for updating when receiving the unbinding notification;
And canceling the relation unbinding transaction in response to an updating success result returned by the second instant messaging application.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein configuring the contact account number to obtain configuration information includes:

5. The method of claim 4, wherein configuring the contact account through the current login account of the first instant messaging application to obtain configuration parameters comprises:
the contact account is configured as a service person through the current login account of the first instant messaging application, so that configuration parameters of the service person are obtained;
and if the contact account number and the current login account number both meet the preset configuration condition, generating configuration information based on the configuration parameters, including:
And if the contact account has the service authority and the current login account is an administrator account, generating configuration information based on the configuration parameters of the service personnel.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the configuration information to the second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to publicly expose the binding within a scope of disclosure comprises:
creating a relationship binding transaction;
in the relation binding transaction, the configuration information is sent to the second instant messaging application to instruct the second instant messaging application to display the binding relation in a public range, and a binding result is returned to the first instant messaging application;
and canceling the relation binding transaction when the binding result is received as successful binding.
7. A method of interaction, the method comprising:
in a second instant messaging application, receiving configuration information sent by a first instant messaging application; the configuration information comprises a binding relation between a contact account and a media account, wherein the contact account belongs to the first instant messaging application, and the media account belongs to the second instant messaging application;
Binding the contact account with the media account based on the configuration information;
and after successful binding, the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account is exposed and displayed in the disclosure range.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the configuration information further comprises a current login account number of the first instant messaging application;

and under the condition that the binding rejection is detected, sending a binding rejection result to a first instant messaging application to instruct the first instant messaging application to display the binding rejection result.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
if the unbinding notification sent by the first instant messaging application is received, the latest binding relation is requested to the first instant messaging application;
receiving the latest binding relation sent by the first instant messaging application;
and updating the binding relation between the contact account and the media account based on the latest binding relation.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the updating the binding of the contact account and the media account based on the latest binding comprises:
acquiring an unbinding account number based on the latest binding relation; the unbinding account numbers are one or more of the contact person account numbers;
and removing the binding relation between the unbinding account and the media account, and deleting the binding relation displayed in the second instant messaging application account corresponding to the unbinding account.
12. The method of claim 7, wherein exposing the binding of the contact account and the media account in public scope comprises:
if the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a contact adding relationship, displaying a contact adding inlet of the contact account in the public range of the media account;
And if the binding relationship between the contact account and the media account in the configuration information is a media display relationship, displaying the media information disclosed by the media account in an external disclosure information page of a second instant messaging application account corresponding to the contact account.
