For example, the default content types include image, audio, and video types, and the actual content types of the target shared document include text, image, and audio types; the downloadable content type is determined to be an image and audio type and an image type selection control and an audio type selection control are displayed.
For example, referring to fig. 2a, in fig. 2a, the shared document page is a document editing page 201 of the target shared document, the document editing page 201 includes document content 2011 of the target shared document, and in the document editing page 201, a user may operate on the target shared document 2011, for example, modify the document content in the target shared document, and the like. When a content batch download operation is detected for the target shared document 2011, a content type selection control list is displayed, which includes: the content type selection controls of the default settings are an image type selection control named "original picture", an audio type selection control named "audio file" and a video type selection control named "video file" in fig. 2 a. Of course, it will be understood that the default content type selection controls may also include other content type selection controls, such as text type selection controls, and the like.
Of course, in the example shown in fig. 2a, when a content batch download operation is detected, the actual content type of the document content in the target shared document may be determined first; and displaying the content type selection control based on the actual content type.
For another example, referring to fig. 2b, in fig. 2b, the shared document page is a user operation page 203 provided by the shared document platform, and the user operation page 203 includes description information of a shared document (refer to the shared document indicated by 2031) operated by the user in a historical time period, where the description information may include a thumbnail of the shared document, and/or a title of the shared document such as XX department travel record. In this user operation page 203, when a content batch download operation for the target shared document 2031 is detected, the actual content type of the document content in the target shared document 2031, such as the image type and the video type, may be determined, and based on the actual content type, a content type selection control list is displayed, the content type selection control list including: the content type selection control corresponding to the actual content type, namely, the image type selection control named as "original picture" in fig. 2b, and the video type selection control named as "video file".
In consideration of the fact that a user may have a downloading requirement for document contents of multiple content types, the present embodiment also provides a content batch downloading scheme of multiple content types for the user.
The triggering mode of the content batch downloading operation in this embodiment may be triggering through a control, or triggering through a shortcut key operation, or triggering through a voice-form instruction or triggering through a gesture, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In one example, the step of displaying at least one content type selection control when a content batch download operation for the target shared document is detected may include:
when detecting a document management operation aiming at a target shared document, displaying a first management control list, wherein the first management control list comprises a batch downloading control; and when the triggering operation for the batch downloading control is detected, displaying at least one content type selection control.
The first management control list in this embodiment may further include a function control for the user to implement other document management functions, for example, an export function control for the user to export the target shared document to the target storage area, and the like.
For example, referring to FIG. 2a, at the document editing page 201 of the target shared document, when a document management operation for the target shared document is detected, a first management control list 2012 is displayed, the first management control list 2012 including a batch download control such as a control named "batch download". When a triggering operation for the batch download control is detected, at least one content type selection control 2013 is displayed.
In an example, the first management control list may be triggered and displayed through a control operation or a shortcut key operation or a voice instruction, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, in an example, the shared document page includes a document management control, and the step "when a document management operation for the target shared document is detected, displaying a first management control list, the first management control list including a batch download control", may include: when the triggering operation aiming at the document management control is detected, a first management control list is displayed, wherein the first management control list comprises a batch downloading control.
For example, still referring to FIG. 2a, the shared document page includes a document management control, such as control 2014 named "File", which when a triggering operation, such as a clicking operation, is detected with respect to the "File" control, a first management control list 2012 is displayed.
Optionally, in another example, the step of triggering display of a first management control list by way of a shortcut key operation, "when a document management operation for a target shared document is detected, displaying the first management control list, the first management control list including a batch download control", may include: when the preset shortcut key operation is detected, displaying a first management control list, wherein the first management control list comprises batch downloading controls, and the preset shortcut key operation is the shortcut key operation corresponding to the document management operation of the shared document.
Wherein, the shortcut key operation may be triggered by an input device of the terminal, such as a keyboard, a mouse, etc. For example, the shortcut key operation is a right-mouse double-click operation, a right-mouse single-click operation, or a simultaneous click operation of a plurality of specific keys in the keyboard, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, in an example, the shared document page is a document editing page, assuming that a shortcut key operation corresponding to a document management operation is a mouse right double click operation performed in a display area (e.g., a blank area) of the target shared document, referring to fig. 2d, document contents of the target shared document 2071 are displayed in the document editing page 207, and when the mouse right double click operation at the blank area of the target shared document is detected, a first management control list 2073 is displayed, wherein a display position of the first management control list 2073 may be determined according to a display position of a cursor 2072.
For example, in another example, the shared document page is a user operation page, and assuming that a shortcut key operation corresponding to a document management operation is a mouse right-click operation performed in a display area of the description information of the target shared document, referring to fig. 2b, the description information of the target shared document 2031 is displayed in the user operation page 203, and when a mouse right-click operation of a gray rectangular display area indicated at 2031 is detected, the first management control list 2032 is displayed, wherein a display position of the first management control list 2032 may be determined according to a display position of a cursor.
103. Determining a target content type corresponding to the target content type selection control based on the selection operation aiming at the target content type selection control;
in this embodiment, the content type selection control may be a single selection control, and the selection operation for the target content type selection control may be a selection operation for the target content type selection control, such as a click operation, a double click operation, and the like.
In another example, the target content type selection control may also be a checkable control, and optionally, the step of displaying at least one content type selection control when a content batch download operation for the target shared document is detected may include: and when the content batch downloading operation aiming at the target shared document is detected, displaying a selection confirmation control and at least one content type selection control.

The content type selection control can comprise a name and a check box of the content type, and the user can select the content type selection control or cancel the selection of the content type selection control through triggering operation on the content type selection control, such as clicking, long pressing, double clicking and the like.
Optionally, the method of this embodiment further includes: when a cancel operation for the tentative content type selection control is detected, the tentative content type selection control is determined as a non-tentative content type selection control.
The cancel operation may be a trigger operation for selecting a control for a tentative content type, such as a touch operation of clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, or the like, or various gesture operations.

In this embodiment, a proxy server may be provided between the terminal and the shared document server. The terminal can request the shared document from the shared document server through the proxy server, the shared document can be cached in the proxy server after the request, and when the terminal requests the shared document again, the proxy server can acquire the shared document from the own storage area and transmit the shared document to the terminal after receiving the document request, so that the pressure of the shared document server is reduced.
In this embodiment, the document contents of the target content type may be downloaded from a shared document server, and in consideration of the pressure of all downloads on bandwidth resources and computing resources of the shared document server and the fact that the terminal or the proxy server itself has a cache function on the document contents, in this embodiment, the stored document contents may be obtained from the terminal and/or the proxy server first, and then the document contents that are not stored may be obtained from the shared document server.
In this embodiment, after downloading the document contents of the target document type, the downloaded document contents may be stored, and the storage manner of the document contents may be various.
In one example, after the step of "downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document", the method may further include:
packaging the downloaded document content into a target file of a default file type;
and storing the target file to a default storage position.
The default storage location may be a default storage location of the terminal, or may be a preset cloud storage location, such as a preset cloud network disk, a preset cloud album, and the like.
The storage may be non-sensible to the user, after the storage is successful, a storage success prompt message may be displayed, and if the storage fails, a storage failure prompt message may be displayed, where the message may include a reason of the storage failure, for example, a download failure, or a default storage location is not found, and the like.
In another example, after the step of "downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document", the method may further include:
displaying a storage setting page of the document content, wherein the storage setting page comprises a storage configuration information editing area of the document content and a storage control, the storage configuration information editing area comprises preset storage configuration information, and the storage configuration information comprises file type information and storage position information;
when an information modification operation for the storage configuration information editing area is detected, updating the storage configuration information based on the information modification operation;
when the trigger operation aiming at the saving control is detected, packaging the downloaded document content to obtain a target file based on the file type information in the storage configuration information of the storage configuration information editing area, and storing the target file to the storage position indicated by the storage position information in the storage configuration information.
It can be understood that, if the user does not perform the information modification operation on the storage configuration information editing area, the downloaded document content is packaged and stored by using the preset storage configuration information.
The storage setting page in this embodiment may be presented in the form of a window, a sub-page, a floating layer, or the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The file type information in the preset storage configuration information in this embodiment may be a general zip file type, an object file belonging to the file type is generated based on the downloaded document content, and the downloaded document content may be packaged into a zip file.
In this embodiment, the shared document page may be displayed by a browser or a client, such as a shared document client, and the downloading of the document content may be implemented by the browser or the client, which is not limited in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the running system of the browser or the client is not limited, and may be, for example, a windows system, an android system, an ios (iphone Operation system) system, and the like.
In this embodiment, after downloading the document content, the downloaded document content may be packaged based on the preset storage configuration information, after the file is packaged, a file storage request may be generated, and the open url function of the browser is used to trigger the browser to open the storage prompt window, that is, the storage setting page in this embodiment. In the storage setting page, preset storage configuration information is displayed, and if the user does not modify the file type information, the user can directly save the packed target file to the storage position indicated by the storage position information after clicking the saving control. If the user modifies the file type information, the file type of the packed target file can be converted into the file type indicated by the file type information modified by the user, and after the user clicks the saving control, the converted target file is saved to the storage position indicated by the storage position information, namely, the file batch downloading is completed.
In another example, the downloaded document content may not be packaged first, but rather, upon detecting that the user clicked on the save control, packaging of the document content may begin.
It can be understood that, if the document content is downloaded through other clients, such as a shared document client, after the document content is downloaded, the shared document client may invoke the file storage service of the terminal system itself to display the saving prompt window, that is, the storage setting page, and then store the document content according to the operation of the user in the storage setting page.
In this embodiment, the storage configuration information editing area may be used for a user to modify preset storage configuration information so as to update the storage configuration information, such as updating file type information and storage location information. The storage configuration information may further include other information of the target file, such as file name information, file size information, and the like.
The storage configuration information editing area of this embodiment may include a plurality of sub-controls, the sub-controls may be used to edit the storage configuration information, and the specific number and functions of the sub-controls may be set as needed.
For example, referring to fig. 2a again, when a trigger operation for an "original picture" control in the shared document page 201 is detected, such as a left click operation of a mouse, the document content of the picture type in the target shared document 2011 is downloaded, and after the download is completed, the storage setup page 202 is displayed, and the storage setup page 202 includes a storage configuration information editing region and a save control, where the storage configuration information editing region may include a storage location setting sub-control 2021, a file name setting sub-control 2022, and a file type setting sub-control 2023, which are respectively used for a user to set a storage location, a file name, and a file type. The storage location setting sub-control 2021 may include a plurality of storage location selection sub-controls, and when a selection operation of the storage location selection sub-control by a user is detected, a display storage location may be updated in a storage location display area shown in 2024. The file name setting sub-control 2022 and the file type setting sub-control 2023 respectively display file name information and file type information in preset storage configuration information, a user can modify the file name of a target file by editing operation for the file name setting sub-control 2022 and modify the file type of the target file by type selection operation for the file type setting sub-control 2023, when trigger operation for the "save" control is detected, the downloaded document content is packaged according to the file type indicated by the file type setting sub-control 2023 to obtain the target file, the file name of the target file is the file name corresponding to the file name setting sub-control 2022, and the target file is stored to the storage position indicated by the storage position setting sub-control 2021.
In another example, the downloaded document content may also be dumped into a new shared document. The difference in the storage manner may be set in step 102. Optionally, the step of displaying at least one content type selection control when the content batch download operation for the target shared document is detected may include: when the document management operation aiming at the target shared document is detected, displaying a second management control list, wherein the second management control list comprises a content unloading document control; and when the triggering operation for the content unloading document control is detected, displaying at least one content type selection control. In this example, correspondingly, after the step of "downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document", the method may further include: creating a new shared document, and adding the downloaded document content into the new shared document; the new shared document is saved.
The content dump document control in this example is used to instruct that document content of the target content type in the target shared document be dumped into the new shared document. The determination method of the target content type is the same as that described in the foregoing example, and is implemented by a selection operation on a content type selection control, in this example, the content type selection control may be set by default, or may be set based on an actual content type of the target shared document, and the content type selection control may be a single-selection control, or may be a checkable control, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this example, saving the new shared document may be saving the new shared document in a shared document platform. In this embodiment, after a new shared document is created and the downloaded document content is added to the new shared document, a document editing page of the new shared document may also be displayed, so that the user may view or edit the new shared document.
In this example, the triggering display manner of the second management control list may refer to the triggering display manner of the first management control list in the foregoing example, and further, the second management control list may be the same as the first management control list, that is, the first management control list and the second management control list are the same management control list, that is, when a document management operation for a target shared document is detected, the management control list is displayed, and the management control list includes a batch download control and a content dump document control. The user can select a batch downloading control or a content unloading document control according to the requirement on the storage mode.
For example, referring to fig. 2e, the shared document page 209 includes the document content of a target shared document 2091, when a document management operation for the target shared document is detected, a second management control list 2092 is displayed, which includes a content dump document control, such as a control named "content dump into new document", when a trigger operation for the content dump into new document "control is detected, at least one content type selection control 2093 is displayed, when the content type selection control for" original picture "is detected, the document content of the picture type in the target shared document is downloaded, after downloading, a new shared document is created, and the downloaded document content is added to the new shared document; thereafter, a document editing page 210 corresponding to the new shared document may be displayed, where the document editing page 210 includes the document content of the new shared document 2101, such as picture 1, picture 2, and so on in the target shared document.
In this embodiment, the document type of the new shared document may be a default document type, for example, a teletext document type.
In another example, a document type selection function of newly creating a shared document may be further provided for the user, and optionally, the step of creating a new shared document and adding the downloaded document content to the new shared document may include:
displaying at least one document type selection control;
when the selected operation aiming at the target document type selection control is detected, determining the target document type corresponding to the target document type selection control;
creating a new shared document belonging to the target document type;
the downloaded document content is added to the new shared document.
In this embodiment, one document type selection control corresponds to one document type, and document types corresponding to different document type selection controls are different.
For example, referring to fig. 2f, after downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document, a document type selection control 2111 is displayed on the shared document page 211, when a selection operation for the target document type selection control, such as "online document", is detected, it is determined that the newly created shared document type is a teletext document, a new teletext document is created, and the downloaded document content, such as a picture in the target shared document, is added to the new teletext document. A document editing page 210 of the new teletext document is displayed.
In one example, only the first management control list may be displayed through the document management operation, the content unloading document control may not be included in the first management control list, and the selection of the storage manner may be performed after step 103.
For example, after the step "downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document", the method may further include:
displaying a storage mode selection control, wherein the storage mode selection control comprises a local storage control and a dump document control;
when the trigger operation aiming at the local storage control is detected, displaying a storage setting page of the document content, wherein the storage setting page comprises a storage configuration information editing area of the document content and a storage control, the storage configuration information editing area comprises preset storage configuration information, and the storage configuration information comprises file type information and storage position information; when an information modification operation for the storage configuration information editing area is detected, updating the storage configuration information based on the information modification operation; when the trigger operation aiming at the saving control is detected, packaging the downloaded document content to obtain a target file based on the file type information in the storage configuration information of the storage configuration information editing area, and storing the target file to the storage position indicated by the storage position information in the storage configuration information;
when the trigger operation aiming at the unloading document control is detected, a new shared document is created, and the downloaded document content is added into the new shared document; the new shared document is saved.
When the triggering operation for the unloading document control is detected, at least one document type selection control can be displayed firstly; the document type of the new shared document is determined by a selection operation of the document type selection control.
In this embodiment, for a scheme in which a proxy server is provided for a shared document server and a proxy server is not provided, the manner of downloading document contents in batches is different.
In this embodiment, the step of "downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document" may include:
step A, determining identification information of document contents of a target content type in a target shared document;
b, determining whether document content is stored in a target storage area or not based on the identification information, wherein the target storage area comprises a storage area in a terminal and/or a proxy server;
step C, if yes, acquiring document contents from the target storage area;
and D, if not, downloading the corresponding document content from the shared document server based on the identification information.
In this embodiment, if a proxy server is provided, the target storage area in step B may include storage areas of the terminal and the proxy server, and if the proxy server is not provided, the target storage area in step B is a storage area of the terminal.
In this embodiment, the type of the identification information may be determined according to the type of the target content, for example, for the document content of the picture type, the identification information may be URL (Uniform Resource Locator) information, and for the document content of the audio or video type, the identification information may be URL information or ID (Identity document identification number) information specified by a private protocol of the audio or video.
Optionally, the step of "determining the identification information of the document content of the target content type in the target shared document" may include: determining document contents belonging to the target content type in the target shared document and nodes in a node tree corresponding to the target shared document; and acquiring the identification information of the document content based on the node information of the node where the document content is located.
After downloading the target shared document, a DOM node tree of the document generally exists in the terminal, and each content in the document has a corresponding tree node in the tree.
For example, in an example, the identification information of the document content may be directly obtained from the node information, or the identification information may be obtained from a source code file based on an src (source) corresponding to the node information obtaining node of the node, or in this embodiment, if the identification information of the document content exists in other existing data structures, such as a URL field, the identification information of the document content may be obtained from these data structures.
After obtaining the document content identification information, a list of identification information of the document content may be generated. It is determined whether the document content is stored in the target storage area based on the identification information list.
The shared document page in this embodiment may be displayed by a browser. The batch download of document content may also be browser-implemented.
In one example, the shared document server is not provided with a proxy server, the target storage area is a storage area of the terminal, and the step "determining whether the document content is stored in the target storage area based on the identification information" may include:
running a batch downloading program; and calling a downloading service component of the browser through a batch downloading program, and triggering the downloading service component to determine whether the document content corresponding to the identification information is stored in the terminal.
Correspondingly, the step "acquiring document content from the target storage area" may include: and acquiring the document content corresponding to the identification information from the local terminal through the downloading service component.
The step of downloading the corresponding document contents from the shared document server based on the identification information may include: and downloading the document content which is not stored locally in the terminal from the shared document server based on the identification information of the document content.
The downloading service component can be an ajax request component of the browser, and after receiving the identification information, the request component can firstly inquire whether the content corresponding to the identification information exists in the local terminal and then download the content.
For example, taking the identification information as URL information as an example, after the batch downloading program acquires the URL list, the batch downloading program traverses URLs in the URL list, and invokes ajax of the browser to request downloading of file data corresponding to each URL, during the downloading of each file data, the browser will determine whether a file corresponding to the URL already exists in the local terminal, and if so, will not request the shared document server, and will directly return the file data, so as to achieve the purposes of saving the bandwidth of the shared document server and improving the efficiency.
The batch downloading program of the embodiment can be sent to the terminal by the shared document server after the batch downloading function is on line, and can be used as a plug-in of the browser. Alternatively, the bulk download program may be integrated in the browser or in the shared document client.
In another example, the target storage area comprises a storage area of a proxy server.
The step "determining whether the document content is stored in the target storage area based on the identification information" may include: sending a first content downloading request to a proxy server, and triggering a batch downloading program in the proxy server to determine whether document content corresponding to identification information is stored in the proxy server or not based on the identification information in the first content downloading request.
Correspondingly, the step of downloading the corresponding document content from the shared document server based on the identification information includes: and sending a second content downloading request to a shared document server by the proxy server, wherein the second content downloading request comprises identification information of document contents which are not stored in the proxy server, and receiving the document contents sent by the proxy server.
The proxy server may send the document content stored by the proxy server and the received document content to the terminal as the document content responding to the first content download request after receiving the document content sent by the shared document server responding to the second content download request.
In this embodiment, the terminal, or a browser in the terminal, or a shared document client of the terminal may send a content download request to the proxy server in a post manner, where the content download request includes identification information of document content. Wherein the identification information may be integrated in the content download request in a list form.
For example, taking the identification information as URL information as an example, after the batch downloading program in the proxy server acquires the URL list, the batch downloading program may traverse the URLs in the URL list to download the file data corresponding to each URL, and during the downloading process of each file data, the batch downloading program may first determine whether the file data corresponding to the URL already exists in the proxy server, and if so, the batch downloading program will not request the shared document server, and will return the file data to the terminal, and if not, the batch downloading program will request the shared document server for the file data corresponding to the URL.
By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the user can only carry out a few operation steps at the web end, batch downloading of the same type of document contents in the target shared document can be realized, the downloading operation of the user is simplified, and the time required by the downloading operation is reduced. And when downloading the document, the stored document content can be obtained from the local or proxy server based on the browser, and then the document content which is not stored in the local or proxy server of the terminal is obtained from the shared document server, so that the data volume of secondary downloading can be reduced, the flow can be saved for the user, the downloading speed can be improved, and the consumption of computing resources, bandwidth resources and network flow required by the shared document server for determining and transmitting the document content can be reduced.
In an example, with reference to fig. 3, a document content downloading method of the present embodiment is described in detail by taking batch downloading of pictures as an example.
Referring to fig. 3, the document content downloading method may include:

By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the user can download the same type of document contents in the target shared document in batch only by carrying out a few operation steps on the web end, thereby simplifying the downloading operation of the user and reducing the time required by the downloading operation.
In order to better implement the method, correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides a document content downloading device, and the document content downloading device is specifically integrated in the document content downloading terminal.

an actual type determining subunit, configured to determine an actual content type of the document content in the target shared document when a content batch download operation for the target shared document is detected;
and the first type selection control display subunit is used for displaying the content type selection controls based on the actual content types, wherein one actual content type corresponds to one content type selection control.
In one example, the batch downloading triggering unit is configured to display a selection confirmation control and at least one content type selection control when a content batch downloading operation for the target shared document is detected, where the content type selection control is a checkable control;
a content type determination unit comprising:
the check control subunit is used for determining that the content type selection control corresponding to the selection operation is a tentative content type selection control when the selection operation for the content type selection control is detected;
and the content type determining subunit is used for determining that the tentative content type selection control is the target content type selection control and determining the target content type corresponding to the target content type selection control when the triggering operation for the selection confirmation control is detected.
In one example, a batch download trigger unit includes:
a first control list display subunit, configured to display a first management control list when a document management operation for the target shared document is detected, where the first management control list includes a batch download control;
and the second type selection control display subunit is used for displaying at least one content type selection control when the triggering operation aiming at the batch downloading control is detected.
In one example, the shared document page includes a document management control, and the first control list display subunit is configured to display a first management control list when a trigger operation for the document management control is detected, where the first management control list includes a batch download control.
In one example, the apparatus further comprises:
the storage setting page display unit is used for displaying a storage setting page of the document content after the content download unit downloads the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document, wherein the storage setting page comprises a storage configuration information editing area of the document content and a storage control, the storage configuration information editing area comprises preset storage configuration information, and the storage configuration information comprises file type information and storage position information;
an information updating unit configured to update the storage configuration information based on an information modification operation when the information modification operation for the storage configuration information editing region is detected;

the content unloading unit is used for creating a new shared document after the content downloading unit downloads the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document, and adding the downloaded document content into the new shared document;
and the document storage unit is used for storing the new shared document.
In one example, a content dump unit includes:
the document type selection page display subunit is used for displaying at least one document type selection control;
the document type selection subunit is used for determining a target document type corresponding to the target document type selection control when the selected operation aiming at the target document type selection control is detected;
a document creation subunit configured to create a new shared document belonging to the target document type;
and the content adding subunit is used for adding the downloaded document content to the new shared document.
In one example, a content download unit includes:
the identification information determining subunit is configured to determine document content in the target shared document, where the document content belongs to the target content type, and obtain identification information of the document content;
a content query subunit, configured to determine, based on the identification information, whether the document content is stored in a target storage area, where the target storage area includes a storage area in a terminal and/or a proxy server;
the content downloading subunit is used for acquiring the document content from the target storage area if the determination result of the content querying subunit is positive; and if the determination result is negative, downloading the corresponding document content from the shared document server based on the identification information.
In one example, the content query subunit is configured to determine a node in a node tree corresponding to the target shared document where the document content in the target shared document belongs to the target content type; and acquiring the identification information of the document content based on the node information of the node where the document content is located.
In one example, a document page display unit for displaying a shared document page through a browser;
when the target storage area is a storage area of the terminal, the content query subunit is configured to:
running a batch downloading program;
calling a downloading service component of the browser through the batch downloading program, and triggering the downloading service component to determine whether the document content corresponding to the identification information is stored in the terminal;
and the content downloading subunit is configured to, if the determination result of the content querying subunit is yes, obtain, by the download service component, the document content corresponding to the identification information from the terminal locally.
In an example, when the target storage area includes a storage area of a proxy server, the content querying subunit is configured to send a first content download request to the proxy server, and trigger a batch downloading program in the proxy server to determine, based on identification information in the first content download request, whether document content corresponding to the identification information is stored in the proxy server.
And the content downloading subunit is configured to, if the determination result of the content querying subunit is negative, send, by the proxy server, a second content downloading request to the shared document server, where the second content downloading request includes identification information of document content that is not stored in the proxy server, and receive the document content sent by the proxy server.
By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the user can realize the batch downloading of the same type of document contents in the target shared document only through simple operation, thereby simplifying the downloading operation of the user and reducing the time required by the downloading operation.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device, where the computer device may be a terminal or a server, as shown in fig. 5, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the computer device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and specifically:
the computer device may include components such as a processor 501 of one or more processing cores, memory 502 of one or more computer-readable storage media, a power supply 503, and an input unit 504. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer device configuration illustrated in FIG. 5 does not constitute a limitation of computer devices, and may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the processor 501 is a control center of the computer device, connects various parts of the entire computer device by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the computer device and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 502 and calling data stored in the memory 502, thereby monitoring the computer device as a whole. Optionally, processor 501 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 501 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 501.
The memory 502 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 501 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 502. The memory 502 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the computer device, and the like. Further, the memory 502 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 502 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 501 with access to the memory 502.
The computer device further comprises a power supply 503 for supplying power to the various components, and preferably, the power supply 503 may be logically connected to the processor 501 through a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, power consumption, and the like are realized through the power management system. The power supply 503 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
The computer device may also include an input unit 504, and the input unit 504 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.
Although not shown, the computer device may further include a display unit and the like, which are not described in detail herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 501 in the computer device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 502 according to the following instructions, and the processor 501 runs the application programs stored in the memory 502, so as to implement various functions as follows:
displaying a shared document page, wherein the shared document page comprises description information of a target shared document, and the target shared document can be operated by at least two users with permission at the same time or non-simultaneously;
when the content batch downloading operation aiming at the target shared document is detected, displaying at least one content type selection control;
determining a target content type corresponding to a target content type selection control based on the selection operation aiming at the target content type selection control;
and downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions or by associated hardware controlled by the instructions, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where a plurality of instructions are stored, where the instructions can be loaded by a processor to execute the method for downloading document content according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
Wherein the storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
Since the instructions stored in the storage medium can execute the steps in the document content downloading method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the beneficial effects that can be achieved by the document content downloading method provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be achieved, which are detailed in the foregoing embodiments and will not be described herein again.
The document content downloading method, apparatus, computer device and storage medium provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above, and a specific example is applied in the present document to explain the principle and the implementation of the present invention, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understanding the method and the core idea of the present invention; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. A method for downloading document content, comprising:
displaying a shared document page, wherein the shared document page comprises description information of a target shared document, and the target shared document can be operated by at least two users with permission at the same time or non-simultaneously;
when the content batch downloading operation aiming at the target shared document is detected, displaying a content type selection control corresponding to at least one content type based on the document content of the target shared document, wherein the content type is the type of the document content recorded in the target shared document;
determining a target content type corresponding to a target content type selection control based on the selection operation aiming at the target content type selection control;
and downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document.
2. The document content downloading method of claim 1, wherein when the content batch downloading operation for the target shared document is detected, displaying at least one content type selection control based on the document content of the target shared document comprises:
when the content batch downloading operation aiming at the target shared document is detected, determining the actual content type of the document content in the target shared document based on the document content of the target shared document;
and displaying content type selection controls based on the actual content types, wherein one actual content type corresponds to one content type selection control.
3. The document content downloading method of claim 1, wherein when the content batch downloading operation for the target shared document is detected, displaying at least one content type selection control based on the document content of the target shared document comprises:
when the content batch downloading operation aiming at the target shared document is detected, displaying a selection confirmation control and at least one content type selection control based on the document content of the target shared document, wherein the content type selection control is a checkable control;
the determining the target content type corresponding to the target content type selection control based on the selected operation for the target content type selection control includes:
when the selection operation aiming at the content type selection control is detected, determining the content type selection control corresponding to the selection operation as a tentative content type selection control;
when the trigger operation aiming at the selection confirmation control is detected, determining that the tentative content type selection control is the target content type selection control, and determining the target content type corresponding to the target content type selection control.
4. The document content downloading method of claim 1, wherein when the content batch downloading operation for the target shared document is detected, displaying at least one content type selection control based on the document content of the target shared document comprises:
when detecting a document management operation aiming at the target shared document, displaying a first management control list, wherein the first management control list comprises a batch downloading control;
and when the triggering operation aiming at the batch downloading control is detected, displaying at least one content type selection control based on the document content of the target shared document.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the shared document page includes a document management control, and wherein when a document management operation is detected for the target shared document, a first list of management controls is displayed, the first list of management controls including a batch download control, including:
and when the triggering operation aiming at the document management control is detected, displaying a first management control list, wherein the first management control list comprises a batch downloading control.
6. The method for downloading document content according to claim 4, wherein after downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document, the method further comprises:
displaying a storage setting page of the document content, wherein the storage setting page comprises a storage configuration information editing area of the document content and a storage control, the storage configuration information editing area comprises preset storage configuration information, and the storage configuration information comprises file type information and storage position information;
when an information modification operation for the storage configuration information editing area is detected, updating the storage configuration information based on the information modification operation;
when the trigger operation aiming at the saving control is detected, packaging the downloaded document content to obtain a target file based on the file type information in the storage configuration information of the storage configuration information editing area, and storing the target file to the storage position indicated by the storage position information in the storage configuration information.
7. The document content downloading method of claim 1, wherein when the content batch downloading operation for the target shared document is detected, displaying at least one content type selection control based on the document content of the target shared document comprises:
when detecting a document management operation aiming at the target shared document, displaying a second management control list, wherein the second management control list comprises a content unloading document control;
when the triggering operation aiming at the content unloading document control is detected, displaying at least one content type selection control based on the document content of the target shared document;
after downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document, the method further includes:
creating a new shared document, and adding the downloaded document content to the new shared document;
and saving the new shared document.
8. The document content downloading method of claim 7, wherein the creating a new shared document and adding the downloaded document content to the new shared document comprises:
displaying at least one document type selection control;
when the selected operation aiming at the target document type selection control is detected, determining the target document type corresponding to the target document type selection control;
creating a new shared document belonging to the target document type;
and adding the downloaded document content to the new shared document.
9. The document content downloading method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document includes:
determining identification information of the document content of the target content type in the target shared document;
determining whether the document content is stored in a target storage area based on the identification information, wherein the target storage area comprises a storage area in a terminal and/or a proxy server;
if yes, acquiring corresponding document content from the target storage area;
and if not, downloading corresponding document content from the shared document server based on the identification information.
10. The method for downloading document content according to claim 9, wherein said determining the identification information of the document content of the target content type in the target shared document comprises:
determining document content of the target content type in the target shared document, and nodes located in a node tree corresponding to the target shared document;
and acquiring the identification information of the document content based on the node information of the node where the document content is located.
11. The document content downloading method of claim 9, wherein the displaying the shared document page comprises: displaying a shared document page through a browser;
when the target storage area comprises a storage area of a terminal, the determining whether the document content is stored in the target storage area based on the identification information comprises:
running a batch downloading program;
calling a downloading service component of the browser through the batch downloading program, and triggering the downloading service component to determine whether the document content corresponding to the identification information is stored in the terminal;
the acquiring of the corresponding document content from the target storage area includes:
and acquiring the document content corresponding to the identification information from the terminal through the downloading service component.
12. The document content downloading method according to claim 9, wherein when the target storage area includes a storage area of a proxy server, the determining whether the document content is stored in the target storage area based on the identification information includes:
sending a first content downloading request to the proxy server, triggering a batch downloading program in the proxy server to determine whether document content corresponding to identification information is stored in the proxy server or not based on the identification information in the first content downloading request;
the downloading of the corresponding document content from the shared document server based on the identification information includes:
sending a second content downloading request to a shared document server by the proxy server, wherein the second content downloading request comprises identification information of document contents which are not stored in the proxy server;
and receiving the document content sent by the proxy server.
13. A document content download apparatus, comprising:
the document page display unit is used for displaying a shared document page, the shared document page comprises description information of a target shared document, and the target shared document can be used for simultaneous or non-simultaneous operation of at least two users with permission;
the batch downloading trigger unit is used for displaying a content type selection control corresponding to at least one content type based on the document content of the target shared document when the batch downloading operation of the content aiming at the target shared document is detected, wherein the content type is the type of the document content recorded in the target shared document;
the content type determining unit is used for determining a target content type corresponding to the target content type selection control based on the selection operation aiming at the target content type selection control;
and the content downloading unit is used for downloading the document content belonging to the target content type in the target shared document.
14. A computer arrangement comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method according to any of claims 1-12 when executing the computer program.
15. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, for causing a computer to perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 12, when the computer program runs on the computer.
