The purified air flow is introduced into the connecting pipe 85, then introduced into the ventilation supporting shaft 81 by the connecting pipe 85, and is input into the conical inner cylinder 82 by the ventilation supporting shaft 81, so that the air outlet 83 on the outer wall of the conical inner cylinder 82 is discharged, meanwhile, the ventilation supporting shaft 81 is also a supporting structure of the conical inner cylinder 82, during operation, the ventilation supporting shaft 81 is driven to rotate through belt transmission, so that the conical inner cylinder 82 and the spiral blades 84 on the conical inner cylinder 82 are driven to rotate, vertical upward spiral air flow is formed inside the air conveying cylinder 19, the purified air is driven to move towards the top of the tunnel space, impact is formed on the upper air flow, the in-situ air flow is pushed to move downwards, and the air flow of the whole tunnel space is in a flowing trend from top to bottom, so that nitrogen oxides in the tunnel space are comprehensively absorbed and purified.

Claims (3)

1. A tunnel air purification vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a vehicle frame erected on the vehicle body and a support frame arranged on the vehicle frame; it is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of,
the spraying device comprises a frame, a spraying barrel, a spraying device and a water storage tank, wherein the frame is internally rotated with the water storage tank;
the frame is also provided with a purifying box, the purifying box is externally connected with an air suction head, the air suction head is arranged below the spraying barrel, the output end of the purifying box is externally connected with an air delivery barrel, and the air delivery barrel is arranged at the top of the frame;
the bottom axis position of the spray barrel is respectively provided with a bottom fixed frame, a bearing sleeve arranged on the bottom fixed frame and an inner fixed ring arranged in the bearing sleeve, the inner fixed ring is communicated with the inner cavity of the water storage tank, and the infusion head is connected to the inner cavity of the spray barrel through the inner fixed ring;
the bottom fixing frame and the barrel body of the spraying barrel are of an integrated structure, a fan-shaped arc plate is externally connected to the bottom fixing frame, an outer arc tooth trace is arranged on the arc edge of the fan-shaped arc plate, and a driving gear is externally connected to the fan-shaped arc plate through the outer arc tooth trace;
the side edge of the spraying frame is provided with a driving frame, the driving frame comprises a supporting seat arranged on a spraying frame, a driving shaft arranged on the supporting seat and a driving motor for driving the driving shaft, the driving gear is arranged at the shaft end of the driving shaft, the driving end of the driving motor is provided with a half-tooth bevel gear, the driving shaft is provided with transmission bevel gears which are oppositely arranged, and the half-tooth bevel gears are in alternate engagement with the transmission bevel gears at the two sides;
the infusion head is led into the dispersion cavity and is provided with a central shaft branch pipe, the central shaft branch pipe is provided with a diffusion head, the periphery of the diffusion head is provided with a plurality of dispersion holes, the inner cavity wall of the dispersion cavity is provided with a plurality of inner branch bars, a spiral ring piece is arranged between the inner branch bars, and the spiral ring piece is distributed along the inner cavity wall of the dispersion cavity;
the frame is provided with a top support, the gas transmission cylinder is arranged on the top support, the top of the purifying box is externally connected with a gas transmission pipeline, and the output end of the gas transmission pipeline is in butt joint with the gas transmission cylinder through the loading frame;
the loading frame is internally provided with an air ventilation support shaft arranged at the bottom of the air transmission cylinder and a conical inner cylinder arranged on the air ventilation support shaft, the air ventilation support shaft is of an inner hollow structure, the bottom of the air ventilation support shaft is connected with the air transmission pipeline through a connecting pipe, the outer wall of the conical inner cylinder is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes, and the periphery of the conical inner cylinder is provided with spiral blades;
an exhaust motor is arranged on the top support, and the driving end of the exhaust motor is connected with the ventilation support shaft through a belt transmission piece.

The tunnel air purification vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the spray frame comprises an outer frame body, a positioning opening arranged on the outer frame body, and a positioning ring arranged in the positioning opening, the spray barrel is inserted and installed in an inner cavity of the outer frame body along the positioning opening, a limiting ring is further arranged in the inner cavity of the outer frame body, and the barrel body of the spray barrel is limited in the positioning ring and the limiting ring.
