Abstract
本发明涉及一种包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液及其制备方法,压井液命名为CHYZ复合压井液,包括100份水,20‑60份复合盐,1.4‑2.2份改性壳聚糖,1‑1.7份植物性烷基多糖苷,3‑5份功能聚合物,0.02‑0.04份氟钛酸钠;所述改性壳聚糖是壳聚糖在碱性条件下和氯乙酸反应得到;所述复合盐是无机盐和有机盐的复配;所述功能聚合物是以下单体共聚得到:不饱和羧酸、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷,2‑丙烯酰胺基‑2‑苯基乙磺酸、磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯。本发明提供的压井液具有优异的综合性能,对金属腐蚀率极低,具有低滤失、耐高温、高粘度的优点,能够满足储气库作业要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于油井工作液领域,特别涉及一种包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液及其制备方法。
背景技术
压井液,是油井作业中的重要工作液。在修井过程中,对生产层进行压井、洗井、侧钻射孔等控制油层压力操作所使用的工作液,成为压井液。主要目的是为了防止井喷、井漏,密度根据油藏压力和深度选择。在起下管柱、射孔及封隔器坐封前,通过循环压井液,以达到保证作业施工安全、井筒清洁和储层保护的目的。目前常规完井液在应用中主要存在以下问题:高含 CO2、H2S气藏的强腐蚀性;针对储层埋藏深、抗高温能力差;失水大、漏失严重,污染储层;固相污染引入二次伤害;常规含Cl-、Ca2+的完井液,存在盐腐蚀、储层污染;失水高、粘度低。
理想的压井液密度可调,方便平衡地层压力;井下温度和压力条件下各项参数保持稳定,粘度高,滤失量低。为了增加压井液粘度,一般常用羟乙基纤维素类(HEC)的增黏剂,因为HEC对油井储层地质基本没有损害,但是其抗滤失和耐高温性能不好。现有技术还有使用多糖类物质作为增粘剂的,比如黄原胶、褐藻胶、海藻糖、壳聚糖、半乳甘露聚糖等。但是此类多糖抗温性/抗盐性比较差,在较高温度或者较高盐度条件无法保持良好的性能。
目前大部分压井液中密度调节剂采用无机盐,比如卤盐(NaCl、KCl、CaCl2等)或者甲酸盐(甲酸钠、甲酸钾、甲酸铯等)。但是卤盐的使用会明显加剧对油管和设备的腐蚀,而甲酸盐类密度调节剂价格昂贵。
CN110846014A公开了一种压井液,其中携带液中含有牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚和牛脂基二释乙基甜菜碱,两种表面活性剂的配合作用是的具有很好的稳定性和增粘作用。但是表面活性剂价格昂贵,导致该专利压井液成本高。
因此,提出一种原料价廉易得,制备工艺简单,综合性能优异的压井液对于目前油井开采具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了解决目前压井液还不能满足实际油井工作的要求,特别是耐高温性、低腐蚀性和抗滤失性能的要求,本发明提出了一种采用改性壳聚糖和复合盐复配的压井液体系,命名为CHYZ复合压井液。通过复合盐含量调控,本发明压井液密度在1.27-1.61 g/cm3范围内可调,并且具有极低的腐蚀性。在150℃以上的高温下,性能保持稳定,具有优异的耐高温性,同时还具有很好的抗滤失性。
本发明第一个目的是提供一种包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液,包括以下质量份的原料:100份水,20-60份复合盐,1.4-2.2份改性壳聚糖,1-1.7份植物性烷基多糖苷,3-5份功能聚合物,0.02-0.04份氟钛酸钠;
所述改性壳聚糖是壳聚糖在碱性条件下和氯乙酸反应得到;
所述复合盐是无机盐和有机盐的复配;所述无机盐不包括卤盐(氯盐、溴盐、碘盐);所述有机盐选自腐殖酸钠、双1,6-亚己基三胺五亚甲基膦酸钠中的至少一种;
所述功能聚合物是以下单体共聚得到:不饱和羧酸、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷,2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸、磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯。
进一步地,所述无机盐不包括卤盐(NaCl、NaBr、KCl、KBr、CaCl2、CaBr2等),具体选自六偏磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钾、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钠、硫酸钾中的至少一种;所述有机盐为腐殖酸钠和双1,6-亚己基三胺五亚甲基膦酸钠按照质量比3-5:1的复配。无机盐和有机盐的质量比为1-1.5:1。选择上述复配的有机酸盐,能够在不加入缓蚀剂的情况下就具有很好的防腐效果,并且具有极为优异的热稳定性。
更进一步地,所述无机盐为六偏磷酸钾、磷酸二氢钠、硫酸钠按照质量比1-2:1-2:2-4的混合物。
本发明的无固相压井液密度为1.27-1.61 g/cm3,压井液密度通过复合盐用量调整,复合盐用量越多,压井液密度越大。可以根据不同的油井需求,通过控制复合盐用量调节压井液密度。
进一步地,所述改性壳聚糖通过包括以下步骤的制备方法得到:壳聚糖溶解于热的有机溶剂中,加入碱,反应0.5-1h,之后加入氯乙酸,升温搅拌条件下继续反应3-5h,反应结束后倾倒入甲苯中,析出固体,固体用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥得到改性壳聚糖。
壳聚糖广泛存在于自然界,是一种含有丰富基团(羟基、氨基)的多糖类物质,但是水溶性很差,限制了其应用。本发明对壳聚糖进行羧基改性,进一步形成羧酸盐,而且在壳聚糖表面修饰有大量的羧酸盐基团,显著提高了壳聚糖的水溶性。
更进一步地,所述壳聚糖重均分子量为2万至5万,脱乙酰度75-85%;有机溶剂选自异丙醇,四氢呋喃中的至少一种,热的有机溶剂温度是30-40℃,所述碱性条件是加入氢氧化钠和/或氢氧化钾,氢氧化钠和/或氢氧化钾的加入量是壳聚糖质量的20-30%,氯乙酸加入量是壳聚糖质量的100-130%,升温搅拌条件下反应是升温至40-60℃;甲苯用量是壳聚糖质量的3-5倍。真空干燥没有特别的限定,在本发明一个具体实施方式中,是在0.01Mpa,60℃真空干燥。
进一步地,所述植物性烷基多糖苷选自己基葡萄糖苷、庚基葡萄糖苷、辛基葡萄糖苷、椰油基葡萄糖苷、月桂基葡萄糖苷中的至少一种;优选为己基葡萄糖苷和月桂基葡萄糖苷按照质量比3-4:1的复配。长短链配合的烷基葡萄糖苷更能提高压井液性能。
烷基葡萄糖苷已经在洗涤剂、化妆品、食品等日用化工领域中得到了广泛的应用。其具有很好的乳化能力和稳定性。
进一步地,所述功能聚合物是以下质量份的单体共聚得到:10-15份不饱和羧酸,4-6份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸,1-1.6份乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷、0.3-0.5份磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯;功能聚合物的重均分子量为1万至2万。
磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯其交联作用,进一步增加聚合物的耐盐性和耐高温稳定性,但是注意,磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯不能替换为2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯。2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯具有三个碳碳不饱和双键,虽然交联度会更高,但是没有P-OH基团。功能聚合物制备后,需将和碱反应,羧酸转化为羧酸盐,P-OH会转化为P-OM(M为Na或K),以增加功能聚合物的水溶性。本发明在压井液液中创造性加入功能聚合物,含有丰富的官能团,比如羧基、磷酸基、磺酸基、硅氧烷基。发挥多种作用,降滤失、润滑、抑制、流变性调整等多功能于一身的功能聚合物。
进一步地,制备功能聚合物所用到的单体中,所述不饱和羧酸选自丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸、马来酸中的至少一种;所述乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷选自乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三丙氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
进一步地,功能聚合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:将单体不饱和羧酸,乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷,2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸,磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯,引发剂,链转移剂加入到醇水混合溶液中,升温至60-80℃反应5-8h,反应结束后,用碱液中和,得到功能聚合物的溶液。配制压井液时,可以直接使用功能聚合物溶液,也可以将功能聚合物溶液干燥至粉末状使用。如果以功能聚合物的溶液使用,稀释或者浓缩至固含量30-40%。
更进一步地,所述醇水混合溶液是乙醇和水按照体积1.5-2.2:1的混合溶液;所述引发剂为水溶性自由基引发剂,比如过硫酸盐和亚硫酸氢盐按照质量比1-2:1-2的复配,所述过硫酸盐选自过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾中的至少一种,所述亚硫酸氢盐选自亚硫酸氢钠,亚硫酸氢钾中的至少一种。引发剂用量是单体总和质量的1-2%;所述链转移剂选自巯基丙酸、巯基乙酸中的至少一种,链转移剂用量是单体总和质量的0.5-0.8%;所述碱液是5-10wt%的氢氧化钠和/或氢氧化钾,碱液中和至pH为7-7.5。加入链转移剂是为了使功能聚合物分子量分散较窄。如果不加入链转移剂,所得功能聚合物分子量分散较宽,高分子链有长有短,不利于提功能聚合物发挥作用。
本发明第二个目的是提供上述包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
根据需要的压井液密度,在水中加入复合盐,搅拌溶解为均相溶液后,加入改性壳聚糖,植物性烷基多糖苷,功能聚合物和氟钛酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液。
相对于现有技术的压井液,本发明的优异效果在于:
一、本发明压井液使用了多糖和复合盐的复配体系环保无毒,封堵性好,低滤失,配方简单,主剂具有一剂多能的特点,粘度高,能够获得较高粘切,避免漏失对储层的损害。
二、本发明复合盐为有机盐,密度在1.27-1.61 g/cm3之内可以自由调控,并且在高剂量下也基本没有腐蚀性,避免了无机盐的高腐蚀性,可以安全长久应用于油井而不会对设备和油管产生腐蚀。
三、本发明压井液抗温可达180℃,在180℃高温老化后,密度和表观粘度基本无变化;并且抗盐性也好,在饱和钙溶液中保持良好的流变性。
四、本发明压井液具有很好的可生物降解率,对油层地质没有损害和污染。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
壳聚糖采购自山西晨明生物科技有限公司,平均分子量约26000,脱乙酰度80%。
制备例1
将单体10质量份丙烯酸,6质量份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸,1质量份乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷,0.5质量份磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯,0.2质量份引发剂(过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠按照质量比2:1的复配),0.1质量份链转移剂巯基丙酸加入到乙醇和水按照体积比2:1的混合溶液中,升温至60℃反应8h,反应结束后,用5wt% NaOH溶液中和至pH为7.5,浓缩至固含量30%,得到功能聚合物的溶液备用。
制备例2
将单体15质量份甲基丙烯酸,4质量份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸,1.6质量份乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷,0.3质量份磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯,0.2质量份引发剂(过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠按照质量比2:1的复配),0.1质量份链转移剂巯基丙酸加入到乙醇和水按照体积比2:1的混合溶液中,升温至60℃反应8h,反应结束后,用5wt% NaOH溶液中和至pH为7.5,浓缩至固含量30%,得到功能聚合物的溶液备用。
制备例3
100质量份壳聚糖溶解于500质量份40℃异丙醇中,加入 6mol/L的NaOH水溶液(NaOH质量为20份),搅拌条件下保温反应1h,之后加入120质量份氯乙酸,升温至60℃,搅拌条件下继续反应3h,反应结束后倾倒入500质量份甲苯中,析出固体,固体用无水乙醇洗涤,0.01MPa,60℃真空干燥得到改性壳聚糖。
对比制备例1
其他条件和制备例1相同,区别在于不加入乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷。
对比制备例2
其他条件和制备例1相同,区别在于不加入磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯。
对比制备例3
其他条件和制备例1相同,区别在于磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯替换为等质量的N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺。
实施例1
复合盐为无机盐(六偏磷酸钾、磷酸二氢钠、硫酸钠按照质量比1:1:3的混合物)和有机盐(腐殖酸钠和双1,6-亚己基三胺五亚甲基膦酸钠按照质量比3:1的混合物)按照质量比1.5:1的复配。实施例1的复合盐,能够抑制粘土成分水化,环保无毒,不含有卤盐,腐蚀性极低,对金属材料和橡胶密封件具有兼容性,可抗约8000ppm的硫化氢。
在100质量份水中,加入不同质量份的复合盐,测试其密度,结果如下表1所示,由于其他组分对压井液密度影响较小,因为把实施例1中水和复合盐构成的体系近似看做是压井液的密度。
实施例2
在100质量份水中加入50质量份复合盐(与实施例1相同),搅拌溶解为均相溶液后,加入2.2质量份制备例3制得的改性壳聚糖,1质量份烷基葡萄糖苷(己基葡萄糖苷和月桂基葡萄糖苷按照质量比3:1的复配),5质量份制备例1制得的功能聚合物和0.02质量份氟钛酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液。
实施例3
在100质量份水中加入50质量份复合盐(与实施例1相同),搅拌溶解为均相溶液后,加入1.4质量份制备例3制得的改性壳聚糖,1.7质量份烷基葡萄糖苷(己基葡萄糖苷和月桂基葡萄糖苷按照质量比4:1的复配),3质量份制备例1制得的功能聚合物和0.04质量份氟钛酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液。
实施例4
在100质量份水中加入50质量份复合盐(与实施例1相同),搅拌溶解为均相溶液后,加入1.8质量份制备例3制得的改性壳聚糖,1.3质量份烷基葡萄糖苷(己基葡萄糖苷和月桂基葡萄糖苷按照质量比4:1的复配),4质量份制备例1制得的功能聚合物和0.04质量份氟钛酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液。
实施例5
其他条件和实施例2相同,区别在于烷基葡萄糖苷为单一的己基葡萄糖苷。
实施例6
其他条件和实施例2相同,区别在于烷基葡萄糖苷为单一的月桂基葡萄糖苷。
对比例1
其他条件和实施例2相同,区别在于改性壳聚糖直接替换为水溶性壳聚糖。
对比例2
其他条件和实施例2相同,区别在于功能聚合物为对比制备例1制得。
对比例3
其他条件和实施例2相同,区别在于功能聚合物为对比制备例2制得。
对比例4
其他条件和实施例2相同,区别在于功能聚合物为对比制备例3制得。
对比例5
其他条件和实施例2相同,区别在于不加入氟钛酸钠。
效果例1 耐高温测试
实验是温度达到180℃后滚动16h热老化后,测试密度,表观粘度的变化,结果如下表2所示。
实施例2的压井液经过180℃老化后,密度、表观粘度、塑性粘度、切力保持稳定,说明本发明包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液系抗高温性能好,储气库井底温度在150℃左右,能够满足储气库作业要求。
实施例3-6,对比例1、2在耐高温测试中,和实施例1接近,都表现出优异的耐高温性能。而对比例3-5,耐高温性能出现不同程度的下降。说明功能聚合物中交联剂磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯的存在对于压井液耐高温性能有显著影响,此外,氟钛酸钠的存在对粘度的耐高温稳定性也有一定程度影响。
效果例2 防腐蚀性能
以实施例和对比例的压井液进行性能测试,结果如下表3所示。
腐蚀率测试参照SY/T 0026-1999方法进行。
粘土膨胀率测试参照SY/T 5971-1994方法进行。
HTHP滤失量是在180℃,顶部压力600psi,回压100psi时,30分钟测得滤液体积。
生物可降解性按照BOD5/CODCr进行测试,比值在30%以上为可生物降解,本发明全部压井液都满足可生物降解。
通过表3数据,可以看出,本发明提供的压井液具有优异的综合性能,对金属腐蚀率极低,同时和橡胶密封件具有兼容性;具有低滤失,封堵性好,水锁效应低,在高温高压的滤失量低,并且耐高温稳定性好,经过180℃老化,密度、粘度、切动力、抗滤失性能都基本没有变化,能够满足储气库作业要求。
Claims (7)
1.一种包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液,其特征在于,包括以下质量份的原料:100份水,20-60份复合盐,1.4-2.2份改性壳聚糖,1-1.7份植物性烷基多糖苷,3-5份功能聚合物,0.02-0.04份氟钛酸钠;所述植物性烷基多糖苷选自己基葡萄糖苷、庚基葡萄糖苷、辛基葡萄糖苷、椰油基葡萄糖苷、月桂基葡萄糖苷中的至少一种;
所述改性壳聚糖是壳聚糖在碱性条件下和氯乙酸反应得到;
所述复合盐是无机盐和有机盐的复配;所述无机盐选自六偏磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钾、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钠、硫酸钾中的至少一种;所述有机盐选自腐殖酸钠、双1,6-亚己基三胺五亚甲基膦酸钠中的至少一种;
所述功能聚合物是以下质量份的单体共聚得到:10-15份不饱和羧酸,4-6份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸,1-1.6份乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷、0.3-0.5份磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯;功能聚合物的重均分子量为1万至2万;所述不饱和羧酸选自丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸、马来酸中的至少一种;所述乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷选自乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三丙氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液,其特征在于,所述有机盐为腐殖酸钠和双1,6-亚己基三胺五亚甲基膦酸钠按照质量比3-5:1的复配;无机盐和有机盐的质量比为1-1.5:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液,其特征在于,所述无机盐为六偏磷酸钾、磷酸二氢钠、硫酸钠按照质量比1-2:1-2:2-4的混合物;
所述压井液密度为1.27-1.61 g/cm3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液,其特征在于,所述改性壳聚糖通过包括以下步骤的制备方法得到:壳聚糖溶解于热的有机溶剂中,加入碱,反应0.5-1h,之后加入氯乙酸,升温搅拌条件下继续反应3-5h,反应结束后倾倒入甲苯中,析出固体,固体用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥得到改性壳聚糖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液,其特征在于,述植物性烷基多糖苷为己基葡萄糖苷和月桂基葡萄糖苷按照质量比3-4:1的复配。
6.根据权利要求1所述的包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液,其特征在于,功能聚合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:将单体不饱和羧酸,乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷,2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸,磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯,引发剂,链转移剂加入到醇水混合溶液中,升温至60-80℃反应5-8h,反应结束后,用碱液中和,得到功能聚合物的溶液;
所述引发剂为水溶性自由基引发剂,引发剂用量是单体总和质量的1-2%;所述链转移剂选自巯基丙酸、巯基乙酸中的至少一种,链转移剂用量是单体总和质量的0.5-0.8%。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:在水中加入复合盐,搅拌溶解为均相溶液后,加入改性壳聚糖,植物性烷基多糖苷,功能聚合物和氟钛酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到包含多糖和复合盐的无固相压井液。
