meanwhile, in the operation process, as the adjusting handle 46 rotates, the adjusting rotating shaft 49 drives the first driving gear 414 to rotate, the first driving gear 414 and the first driving gear 415 are meshed and driven, so that the valve rod of the three-way valve 413 rotates, at the moment, the output end of the asphalt pump 45 is communicated with the inside of the rotary sealing joint 47 through the three-way valve 413, at the moment, asphalt heated in the heating bin 41 is pumped into the rotary pipe 101 by starting the asphalt pump 45, and then enters the inside of the electrothermal constant temperature storage tank 3 through the discharge chute 108 at the tail end of the rotary pipe 101, so that asphalt circulation flow is realized;
