As shown in fig. 7 and 8, magnets 23 are embedded in the supporting ring 20 and the turntable 16, and the magnets 23 on both sides attract each other; the magnetic force of the magnet 23 improves the power of the polishing ring belt 19 during resetting, so that the force of the polishing ring belt 19 during resetting and straightening is improved, and the efficiency of falling residual scraps is improved.

Working principle: according to the thickness and the requirements of the aluminum plate strip 3, selecting a chamfering cutter 8 with a proper inclined angle knife edge 804, inserting a fixing block 801 into the mounting groove 7, enabling a long bolt 9 to penetrate through the through hole 802 and be in threaded mounting with the inside of the mounting groove 7, and fixing the chamfering cutter 8 in the mounting groove 7; the aluminum plate strip 3 passes through a chamfering unit under the conveying of the chain conveyor belt 2, and according to the different widths of the aluminum plate strip 3, the hydraulic cylinder 26 pushes the mounting plate 5 to move, so that the edge 804 of the chamfering cutter 8 contacts the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3, and meanwhile, the middle part of the outer ring of the polishing ring belt 19 is pressed to contact the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3;
the chamfering cutter 8 of the chamfering unit scrapes and rubs two sides of the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3, so that burrs on the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3 are scraped, and sharp edges of the aluminum plate strip 3 are chamfered; after chamfering and deburring the aluminum plate strip 3 by the chamfering unit, the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3 passes through the outer wall of the polishing annular belt 19, when the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3 passes through the outer ring of the polishing annular belt 19, the middle part of the outer ring of the polishing annular belt 19 is pushed to be sunken towards the inner ring, so that the top and the bottom of the polishing annular belt 19 are close to each other towards the middle, the supporting ring 20 is driven to slide along the guide rod 21, and the spring 22 compresses the storage force; the motor 18 drives the turntable 16 at the top to rotate, drives the connecting column 17 to rotate, drives the turntable 16 at the bottom to synchronously rotate, so that the turntable 16 at the top and the turntable 16 at the bottom synchronously rotate, drives the polishing ring belt 19 at the outer ring of the turntable 16 to rotate, and the polishing ring belt 19 polishes the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3, thereby improving the roundness degree of the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3, improving the fitting degree of the film and the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3, and reducing the sharpness degree of the edge of the aluminum plate strip 3; when the concave area of the polishing ring belt 19 rotates to the surface far away from the aluminum plate belt 3, the polishing ring belt 19 is not extruded by the aluminum plate belt 3, so that the spring 22 is reset to push the polishing ring belt 19 to reset, the polishing ring belt 19 is straightened, and the polished scraps are shaken off, so that the cleaning degree of the polishing ring belt 19 is improved;
after the edges of the aluminum plate strip 3 are chamfered and polished, a small amount of scraps can remain on the surface of the aluminum plate strip 3; the high-pressure air pump guides high-pressure air into the diversion seat 31, and then the high-pressure air is sprayed out by the high-pressure air nozzle 32, and the high-speed sprayed air flow passes through the surface of the aluminum plate strip 3 to blow off scraps on the surface of the aluminum plate strip 3; when the aluminum plate strip 3 passes through the laminating unit, the adhesive is uniformly coated on the surface of the aluminum plate strip 3 by the adhesive coating roller 12, then the film is laminated on the surface of the aluminum plate strip 3 by the laminating roller 11, meanwhile, the film roller 10 rolls, the film roll on the outer ring of the film roller 10 releases the film to the outer side of the laminating roller 11, and the laminated aluminum plate strip 3 passes through the pressing of a plurality of laminating wheels 13 to complete the laminating work of the aluminum plate strip 3.
