Description

Device convenient to experiment rat anesthesia, fixed and take photograph
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a device convenient for anesthesia, fixation and shooting of experimental rats.
Background
Rats are commonly used laboratory animals. In the rat experiment, the rats are first grabbed and fixed beforeCan be used forThe rats are injected with anesthetic drugs intraperitoneally, and the operation is performed after the anesthesia takes effect. However, the purpose isThe space size of the rat catching cylinder which is commonly used before can not be adjusted and reduced at will, and the rat has larger activity space in the rat catching cylinder, so that the rat can not be fixed reliably and is not moved, and inconvenience is brought to intraperitoneal injection of gunpowder, which is one of defects. Secondly, the femur of the rat is the most commonly used model of fracture and bone defect, and the bone growth condition is known by taking X-ray pictures or checking with Micro-CT periodically after the fracture and bone defect are repaired. Standard limb radiographs include orthotopic and lateral radiographs to facilitate understanding of bone growth around the bone. The lower limb (femur) of the rat is easier to achieve when taking the X-ray correction film, however, the X-ray side film is difficult to take because the standard X-ray side film requires a special body position in which the limb is rotated by 90 degrees or the body is fixed in an upright position, and the upper limb and the lower limb cannot be overlapped. If the upper limb and the lower limb overlap when taking the X-ray side position slice, the bone growth condition of the lower limb (femur) is affected, unless the experimental rat is controlled manually and the trunk and the upper limb are buckled, the upper limb and the lower limb can be prevented from overlapping when taking the X-ray side position slice, but an operator needs to suffer from X-ray radiation.
The patent publication No. CN210903076U, a veterinary animal film shooting fixing bracket, has the advantages that only a single limb position shooting performance of an animal is fixed by the fixing bracket, the lower limb of the animal is not rotated by 90 degrees or placed in a body upright position, and the overlapping of the lower limb and the upper limb is not avoided. Therefore, the special body position requirements of standing bodies and not overlapping upper limbs and lower limbs when the rat difficultly takes X-ray standard lateral position tablets by walking lower limbs are another defect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the space of the existing rat experiment rat catching cylinder is fixed unchanged and unreliable, so that anesthesia is inconvenient, and the special position requirement that the upper limb and the lower limb are not overlapped is difficult to achieve when the lower limb moves to the X-ray side position to take a picture.

Specifically, when the first fixing plate 12a and the second fixing plate 12b form a flat plate, the first transverse hole 18a and the second transverse hole 18b penetrate through each first protrusion 122a and each second protrusion 122b in the transverse direction, the first shaft 11a is connected with the first transverse hole 18a in a matching manner, the second shaft 11b is connected with the second transverse hole 18b in a matching manner, the diameter of the first transverse hole 18a and the second transverse hole 18b is 2-4mm, and the distance between the two transverse holes is slightly more than half the thickness of the fixing plate (3-5 mm).
By the above arrangement, the first and second fixing plates 12a and 12b can be connected to form a flat plate by the first and second shafts 11a and 11b being inserted into the first and second lateral holes 18a and 18b, respectively; and then one of the first shaft 11a and the second shaft 11b is pulled out, the joint of the first fixing plate 12a and the second fixing plate 12b is bent and buckled by approximately 90 degrees, and the pulled out first shaft 11a or second shaft 11b is inserted again, so that the bent fixing plate can be prevented from being straightened. The trunk of the rat on the first fixing plate 12a and the second fixing plate 12b is driven to flex during bending, so that the upper limbs and the lower limbs of the rat cannot overlap during taking a picture at the side position of the X-ray; by the push plate 32 of the mouse catching cylinder 2, the device can serve as a base for maintaining the standing position of the fixed plate and the body of the rat after standing.

As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the size of the distance between the two transverse holes determines the bending angle of the first fixing plate 12a and the second fixing plate, and when the distance between the two transverse holes is half the thickness of the fixing plate, the bending of the joint of the first fixing plate 12a and the second fixing plate 12b is approximately 90 degrees at maximum. When the X-ray film on the positive side of the lower limb of the rat is required to be shot, one of the first shaft 11a and the second shaft 11b is pulled out, the joint of the first fixing plate 12a and the second fixing plate 12b is bent and buckled by approximately 90 degrees, the pulled out first shaft 11a or second shaft 11b is inserted again, the bent fixing plate can be prevented from being straightened, the bending and buckling state of the fixing plate is maintained, the trunk of the rat is driven to buckle, and the upper limb and the lower limb of the rat cannot be overlapped when shooting the film on the positive side of the X-ray. At the same time of line X-ray side position shooting, a splice body 21 with a U-shaped structure at the lowest part of the fixed plate is reinstalled or reserved, the rat is continuously fastened to the fixed plate through a push plate 32 on the splice body 21, the fixed plate is reliably maintained to be vertical after being vertical, and the body vertical position requirement of the lower limb side position shooting X-ray is met.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalents may be made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention, and all such modifications and equivalents are intended to be encompassed in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
