The active ingredient is metamifop, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-30% of oxazoxamide, 1-20% of synergist, 1-15% of emulsifier and the balance of solvent. The synergistic agent consists of sodium diisooctyl succinate and heptamethyltrisiloxane, wherein the weight ratio of the sodium diisooctyl succinate to the heptamethyltrisiloxane is 1-10:1-10, wherein the emulsifier is styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, and the synergistic solvent is ethylene glycol diacetate. The oxadiazon emulsifiable concentrate prepared by the invention has strong permeability, can promote quick absorption of the liquid medicine, spreads uniformly on weed leaves, has large unit area of the liquid medicine contacted by weeds, is not easy to volatilize, has high Wen Yaoxiao, can solve the problem of poor preparation efficacy caused by high temperature when the prior oxadiazon emulsifiable concentrate is used in middle-late rice, and has good social and ecological benefits.
Description
The invention belongs to the field of pesticide preparations, and particularly relates to synergistic oxazoxamide synergistic emulsifiable concentrate, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The oxazoxamide is an aryloxy-phenoxy-propionate herbicide, can well prevent and remove most annual grassy weeds, and is safe to rice and can effectively prevent and remove main weeds in paddy fields, such as barnyard grass, semen Euphorbiae, crabgrass and goosegrass, and is mainly used for transplanting and direct seeding paddy field weeding, unlike most of such herbicides. Low toxicity, environmental safety, wide miscibility and is expected to be used for weeding other crops and lawns, thereby being a herbicide with development prospect.
The rice is in the middle rice period, and the temperature is higher, so that the weed weeding rate is high, the growth vigor is rapid, and the resistance is high. The oxazalofop-butyl belongs to a systemic herbicide, is absorbed by leaves and leaf sheaths of plants, is conducted by phloem, is accumulated in meristematic regions of the plants, resists acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase), stops fatty acid synthesis, causes the growth and division of cells to be unable to normally progress, and causes the destruction of lipid-containing structures such as membrane systems and the like, and finally leads to the death of the plants. 1. Under the high temperature condition, the transpiration of weeds can be weakened, air holes are closed, and sites of the weeds for absorbing the medicaments can be greatly reduced; 2. under the high temperature condition, the volatilization speed of the liquid medicine is high, the active ingredients can be quickly separated out for crystallization, and weeds can not absorb and conduct. This also results in the fact that commercial metamifop emulsifiable formulations have a poorer effect on controlling grassy weeds at high temperatures in late and medium rice.
According to the invention, the performance of the liquid medicine is improved by adding the synergist, and the permeability of the liquid medicine is improved by the sodium diisooctyl succinate sulfonate, so that the liquid medicine can be quickly absorbed; the heptamethyltrisiloxane enables the liquid medicine to spread evenly on the weed leaves, the unit medicine receiving area is larger, and the liquid medicine utilization rate is high; on the other hand, the stability of the effective oxazoxamide in the liquid medicine is improved and the action time of the liquid medicine is prolonged by adding the solvent ethylene glycol diacetate which is difficult to volatilize; greatly improves the efficacy and stability of the high-temperature weeding of the preparation and has high economic benefit.
Chinese patent application CN202011506268.4 discloses oxaden emulsifiable concentrate and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of pesticide preparations. The active ingredient is metamifop, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1-30% of oxazoxamide, 1-40% of composite emulsifier, 1-20% of cosolvent, 0.05-10% of safener and the balance of solvent. The composite emulsifier consists of dodecyl benzene sulfonate, styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and isomeric tridecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, wherein the weight ratio of the dodecyl benzene sulfonate to the styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether to the isomeric tridecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is 1:1-10:2-20, the cosolvent is acetophenone, and the safener is 2-methoxy-N- [ [4- [ [ (methylamino) carbonyl ] amino ] phenyl ] sulfonyl ] benzamide. The oxazachlor emulsifiable concentrate prepared by the invention has the advantages of stable property, simple processing technology, low toxicity, environmental protection, high safety and the like, and has good social and ecological benefits. However, the oxadiazon itself is a very safe selective herbicide for rice, and the unsafe problem of the rice can only occur when the early rice is at a low temperature of Miao Ruo, and the situation can be solved by guiding the medication in the field, so long as the dosage of the medicament and the paddy field are properly managed, the phenomenon that the oxadiazon is unsafe for the rice can be avoided as long as the rice seedlings are prevented from being submerged by water. The biggest problem of oxazoxamide in the using process is poor high-temperature drug effect.

field efficacy test
Test agent: the oxadiazon emulsifiable concentrates of examples one to eleven;
control object: barnyard grass and crabgrass;
the test method comprises the following steps: the test is carried out in the field during medium rice, each group is repeated three times, each treatment area is about 60 square meters, 3 leaves of the rice are centered during pesticide application, the growth vigor is good, and no plant diseases and insect pests exist;
and (3) medication: uniformly spraying by adopting a backpack electric sprayer, and ensuring that the spraying speed and the spraying quantity of each treatment are as consistent as possible;
the investigation method comprises the following steps: the toxicity rate of barnyard grass and crabgrass heart leaves with similar growth vigor is counted in the investigation 3 days after the medicine, the death rate of barnyard grass and crabgrass is counted in the investigation 7 days after the medicine, and the grass killing effect of each treatment is compared, and the detailed details are shown in the table
Table one: comparison of the control effects of different agent treatments on barnyard grass and crabgrass
From the table one, it can be seen that the control effect of the invention on barnyard grass and crabgrass is remarkable in the middle-sized rice under the high temperature condition in the first embodiment to the third embodiment, compared with the sixth embodiment, the control effect of the synergistic agent combination with different proportions on barnyard grass and crabgrass under the high temperature condition is poor, and compared with the eleventh embodiment, the control effect of the invention on barnyard grass and crabgrass under the high temperature condition without adding the anti-volatile solvent oxalic acid diacetate is not ideal. The first to third embodiments of the invention have better application and popularization values than the fourth to eleventh embodiments.
The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and modifications and color changes will occur to those skilled in the art upon the basis of this description, and are to be regarded as being within the scope of the invention.
