When the medical workflow is an in vitro fertilization workflow, for example, an egg taking operation workflow, before an operation of an operator, voice instructions are broadcasted or relevant information of instructions is reminded to guide the operator, and the information comprises a name of the operator, a name of a current patient, a medical record number (generally, the doctor is informed of the operation and patient information to be performed by the doctor in advance) and the like, voice recognition is performed according to the relevant information of the instructions uttered by the operator, and voice recognition information and voiceprint recognition information are determined.
In this embodiment, when executing step S3, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s301, determining first identity information matched with voice recognition information according to the voice recognition information;
s302, comparing and matching with voiceprint characteristic information according to voiceprint identification information, and determining second identity information;
s303, when the medical workflow is the patient registration flow, and the first identity information is the same as the second identity information and corresponds to the patient identity information of the patient registration flow, the identity matching result is successful, otherwise, the identity matching result is failed;
s304, when the medical work flow is an in-vitro fertilization flow, the identity matching result is successful when the second identity information corresponds to the identity information of medical personnel executing the in-vitro fertilization flow and the first identity information corresponds to the patient identity information of the in-vitro fertilization flow, otherwise, the result is failed.
When executing the steps S301-S304, in the patient reporting process, first identity information corresponding to the voice recognition information is searched in information systems such as a medical records management system, a plurality of pieces of information in the voice recognition information are matched, if the number of pieces of information which are successfully matched exceeds a preset number threshold, the voice recognition information is judged to be successfully searched, the first identity information is determined, then voice print matching is started, the voice print recognition information is compared and matched with voice print characteristic information which is input in advance, if the voice print matching is successful, second identity information is determined, the second identity information is identical with the first identity information, the identity matching result is successful, reporting is successful, otherwise, the report is failed, and at the moment, medical staff is reminded to manually confirm and report the mode after face recognition, fingerprint recognition and the like are carried out.

(1) before a doctor performs an egg taking operation, a system automatic checking program is formally started, a patient is searched for through patient identity information reported by the doctor, after the patient identity information is searched for, pre-arranged operation information on the same day is matched, whether the patient exists in the arranged operation information or not is checked, if so, the doctor identity information is associated and written into a background record, and then the doctor identity information is simultaneously displayed in a display module of an operating room and a plurality of display modules of an embryo laboratory to be checked and confirmed in a time axis mode for related process operation or responsible personnel, and meanwhile, the related process operation personnel should perform voiceprint identification identity information and standby at the moment;
(2) after the doctor performs an egg taking operation, the follicular fluid is flushed out and sucked outside the body through ultrasonic guidance and puncture (a special tube is used for collecting flushing fluid, and oocytes are also in the body), the follicular fluid is delivered to a person responsible for transmission, such as a nurse responsible for transmission, the nurse speaks relevant patient identity information according to the information of a display module, voiceprint recognition is performed, after the nurse successfully recognizes the identity, the process is started to be matched with the patient, and the current medical workflow name and the patient identity information matched with the recognition are displayed in a time axis mode at each display terminal;
(3) if no error exists, the embryo room receiving personnel performs voiceprint recognition, receives after recognizing the identity information, the terminal continuously displays the current flow and the receiving personnel, confirms whether the patient identity information for executing the flow is consistent with the patient identity information of the previous flow, automatically generates and prints a unique label by the system after confirming that the patient identity information for executing the flow is consistent with the patient identity information of the previous flow, the receiving personnel attaches the label on the pipe body of the special pipe, and simultaneously transmits the label to the embryo room operating personnel to start egg picking (oocyte collecting) operation, and if the patient identity information for executing the flow is not matched with the patient identity information of the previous flow, alarm information is sent and displayed on the display module;
(4) before the egg picking personnel operates, voiceprint recognition is still carried out, operation is started after the identity information of medical personnel is recognized, a terminal time axis continues to display the current flow and personnel identities, at the moment, when the patient identity information of the execution flow is matched with the patient identity information of the previous flow, the system automatically generates a second label, inherits the patient identity information of the special tube, reminds the egg picking personnel to attach the egg picking personnel to a proper position of a culture dish for oocyte collection, formally starts to pick eggs under a microscope, and if the patient identity information of the execution flow is not matched with the patient identity information of the flow before the execution flow, alarm information is sent out and displayed on a display module.
(5) After the egg picking is completed, the following processes (a series of processes such as insemination drip, in vitro fertilization, culture and the like) are similar, voiceprint recognition is carried out, the identity information of medical staff is recognized, when the identity information of a patient executing the process is matched and consistent with the identity information of a patient of the previous process, a label is generated, the label is attached to a proper position of an operation vessel of the corresponding next process and then operation is continued, and if the identity information of the patient executing the process is not matched with the identity information of the patient of the process before the process, alarm information is sent out and displayed on a display module.
In this embodiment, when executing step S4, the method specifically includes:
s401, when the medical workflow is a patient arrival flow, reporting success by the patient when the identity matching result is successful, otherwise reporting by the patient in other modes;
