Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
In order to solve the problem that the recognition of paper money takes a long time or the delivery speed is slow to delay the time of a user and affects the consumption experience of the user in the related art, a first embodiment of the present application provides a commodity settlement method, such as fig. 1 is a basic flowchart of the commodity settlement method provided in the present embodiment, and the commodity settlement method includes the following steps:
step 110, based on the door opening request of the user, the credit information of the user is obtained, and when the credit information meets the preset credit threshold, the door of the cabinet is controlled to be opened.
Specifically, the user can realize the operation flow of firstly opening the door to take goods and then paying and settling accounts through the credit mortgage of the WeChat/payment bank, and the operation flow is convenient and smooth. In this embodiment, when the user uses the dynamic cabinet (an intelligent vending machine), the user can consume the dynamic cabinet by way of scanning a code by WeChat or payment bank, scanning a silver-colored or campus card, and paying cash, wherein when the user uses the WeChat or payment bank to consume the dynamic cabinet, the dynamic cabinet can verify the credit information of the user, and the two-dimensional code scanning way is used to obtain the WeChat credit of the user or the sesame credit of the payment bank. For example, the preset door opening condition is that the micro-credit score is higher than 550 score or the sesame credit score is higher than 550 score, and when the displayed micro-credit score or sesame credit score is higher than 550 score after the user scans the code through the mobile phone, the door of the dynamic cabinet can be opened through the door opening button displayed on the mobile phone interface.
Step 120, identifying the fetched commodity information;
and 130, when the cabinet door is sensed to be closed, calculating the amount to be paid of the fetched commodity according to commodity information.
In particular, the dynamic cabinet is a novel unmanned vending machine. The method realizes the identification of commodities taken by a user through gravity or a dynamic video visual algorithm, thereby determining the amount of the order. In practical application, compare in traditional vending machine, the dynamic cabinet can open the door and let the user select commodity by oneself, and commodity in the dynamic cabinet can be more intensive put, need not to closely contrast the virtual show of backstage and put, can effectively improve the capacity of the cabinet body in the unit volume, but also because the dynamic cabinet is not independently release the commodity of customer's choosing, can't discern the price of commodity. In this embodiment, the dynamic cabinet is additionally provided with a gravity or dynamic video visual algorithm, when the user takes out the commodity, the dynamic cabinet determines the commodity selected by the user according to the reduced weight on the shelf and the video or image recorded by the camera when the user takes out the commodity from the dynamic cabinet, and calculates the price of the commodity.
Optionally, because the weight and appearance packages of many puffed food and canned beverage are very similar, the condition of identifying multiple commodity appears easily in the identification process, and this time, the dynamic cabinet can set this time order as suspected order, can send the video of suspected order to the backstage to remind the operator to carry out manual identification, ensure the accuracy of order. In the process, the user can take the payment terminal and walk the payment amount, and the payment amount is sent to the payment terminal of the user in a delayed manner, so that the purchase experience of the user is not affected.
And 140, generating a payment order based on the amount to be paid of the commodity, and sending the payment order to the corresponding user.
Specifically, the payment amount which can be accurately identified by the dynamic cabinet is sent to a payment system corresponding to a consumption mode selected by a user for payment, for example, when the user uses the dynamic cabinet opened by the WeChat credit to make consumption shopping, the dynamic cabinet only sends a payment order to the WeChat of the user for waiting for the user to pay, and meanwhile, the payment order is generated at an operator terminal, and the selling record of the dynamic cabinet is stored.
Optionally, after the payment amount is sent to the payment terminal of the user, the user may choose to pay manually, or the dynamic cabinet may be set as a trusted device on the payment system before paying, and after the payment amount is sent to the payment terminal of the user, the payment is automatically performed.
And 150, receiving a payment result of the corresponding user, and settling the payment order according to the payment result.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the settlement manners generated by different payment results are different, for example, after the dynamic cabinet sends the payment amount to the payment terminal of the user, the user does not pay at a later time, and then the dynamic cabinet sends the payment order to the abnormal order module of the operator terminal to generate a piece of corresponding abnormal order information. If the user selects automatic payment but the balance is insufficient, generating abnormal order information; or if the payment order is successful, the payment order is directly settled, and only one piece of order information which is successful in payment is reserved for subsequent commodity selling and bill verification.
Based on the embodiment scheme of the application, based on a door opening request of a user, acquiring credit information of the user, and controlling the door to be opened when the credit information meets a preset credit threshold; identifying the extracted commodity information; when the cabinet door is sensed to be closed, calculating the amount to be paid of the fetched commodity according to commodity information; generating a payment order based on the amount to be paid of the commodity, and sending the payment order to a corresponding user; and receiving a payment result of the corresponding user, and settling the payment order according to the payment result. Through implementation of the scheme, the user can directly select commodities in the dynamic cabinet after meeting the door opening condition of the dynamic cabinet, and settle orders after closing the door, so that time for identifying paper money and slowly delivering the commodity is saved, the whole purchasing process is natural and smooth, and purchasing experience of the user is improved.
In an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in a process of identifying a commodity selected by a user after opening a door, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step 121, obtaining image information of a commodity taken out by a user;
step 122, scanning commodities selected by a user in the image information;
and 123, identifying the scanned commodity through a preset training model.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the cabinet door of the dynamic cabinet is provided with the camera, where the installation position and the number of the cameras can be determined according to the actual shape and the size of the dynamic cabinet, the camera is fixed on the cabinet door, when a user takes out a commodity and passes through a shooting area of the camera, the camera shoots the whole process of taking out the commodity by the user, the shooting mode includes but is not limited to video, image and other modes, and obtains the image information of taking out the commodity by the user, when the user takes out the commodity from the dynamic cabinet, the dynamic cabinet automatically uploads the video shot by the camera to the cloud server, and scans the commodity in the hand of the user at the cloud server, or the dynamic cabinet can directly scan the image information locally, and the scanned commodity is identified through a preset training model.
Optionally, in the scanning process, because the hands of the user are shielded, all outlines of the commodities cannot be directly scanned, a manually-audited training set needs to be added in a training set of the training model, the training set simulates the shape of the commodity shielded by the hands, the shape of the commodity is determined to be a special training set after the manual audit, and a standard training set is added in the training set required by the training model. The training set for a commodity at least comprises a complete six-view of the commodity and a visible view which is blocked by the hand of the user, for example, in a normal case, the user can hold the middle part of the commodity after selecting the commodity, so that the visible view which is blocked by the hand of the user and is used as a special training set for training. Through training the training model of training set, even the name and logo of commodity have all been covered by user's hand, also can discern through the partial characteristic that leaks, for example, canned beverage such as cola, cola and snow bi, appearance size dimension and weight are nearly the same, but the three has apparent difference in the pattern and the colour of jar body, even the user's hand covers the eyes such as cola, cola and snow bi, the training model can directly discern according to the training of special training set that the user holds in the hand and is cola, cola or snow bi, can provide the accuracy of dynamic cabinet to commodity discernment.
Optionally, the step of calculating a payment amount of the commodity includes: when a first action of taking out the commodity exists in the video, calculating the commodity taking-out amount of the commodity identified by the training model; when the second action of replacing the commodity exists in the video, calculating the commodity replacement amount of the commodity identified by the training model; when the cabinet door is sensed to be closed, the commodity amount to be paid of the fetched commodity is calculated by subtracting the commodity amount to be returned of all the second actions from the commodity amount to be fetched of all the first actions.
Specifically, the dynamic cabinet also needs to identify the type and quantity of the goods that the user finally selects. In one embodiment, the default user takes the first action of the merchandise as a free hand extending into the dynamic cabinet and taking the merchandise, and the corresponding second action is to return the merchandise to the dynamic cabinet and leave the dynamic cabinet. When a first action of a user appears in the video recorded by the camera, identifying the commodity taken out by the user and calculating the payment amount corresponding to the commodity; when the user in the video has a second action, after identifying the commodity in the second action, calculating the price of the commodity and subtracting the payment amount of the commodity from the previous original payment amount, thereby calculating the final payment amount of the user.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the user may further have a third action to replace the selected commodity, that is, the user replaces the commodity with the dynamic cabinet and reselects the commodity to be taken out of the dynamic cabinet, at this time, whether the commodity enters the dynamic cabinet or leaves the dynamic cabinet, the commodity is present in the hand of the user, so the dynamic cabinet needs to identify the commodity and the amount of the commodity when the user replaces the commodity, the commodity and the corresponding amount are also identified when the commodity is taken out, then the difference between the commodity replaced in the third action and the commodity taken out is calculated, and the final payment amount can be calculated by subtracting the difference between the amount replaced in the third action from the original payment amount before the third action, for example, the user takes out the commodity with 15 yuan in total before replacing the commodity, takes out the commodity with 5 yuan to be replaced in the dynamic cabinet, and takes out the commodity with 2 yuan, the difference = replaced commodity-taken out (5-2) =3 yuan, and then the final payment amount = original payment amount-difference (15-3) =12 yuan. It will be appreciated that the above calculation applies equally if the item being removed is more expensive than the item being replaced, i.e. the difference in amount is negative. Through calculating the payment amount under different circumstances, the accuracy of calculating the payment amount can be improved, and good consumption experience of a user is ensured.
In an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in a process of settling a payment order according to a payment result, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
step 141, if the payment order is successfully paid, directly settling the payment order;
step 142, if the payment of the payment order fails, the payment order is modified to an abnormal order.
Optionally, if the payment order is successful, the step of directly settling the payment order further includes: carrying out payment order information verification on the settled payment order; when the paid amount is smaller than the actual amount due to the error of the paid order information, generating a new paid order based on the difference between the paid amount and the actual amount; or, when the paid amount is greater than the actual amount due to the error of the payment order information, the difference is refunded to the user's payment terminal.
Specifically, in practical applications, due to the similarity between different commodities, or different prices of the same commodity (for example, different prices of different tastes of some commodities), the camera recognizes the wrong commodity and the price. Therefore, in this embodiment, after each generation of a payment order, payment order information of the payment order is stored, and in the inventory process of the commodity inventory in a preset period, the payment order information is verified by means of manual auditing, and the quantity change of the commodity in the dynamic cabinet before and after the payment order is compared, so that commodity information really purchased by a user when the order is generated is determined. When the manual checking finds that the payment order information has errors, the payment order is immediately modified into an abnormal order, if the payment amount is smaller than the actual amount due to the errors of the payment order information, the abnormal order can be supplemented through an abnormal order entry even after the payment order is settled, namely, a to-be-paid order is regenerated according to the difference between the payment amount and the actual amount, the correct order information and the regenerated to-be-paid order are sent to a payment terminal of a user, and the user is prompted to pay again; if the payment order information is wrong, the payment amount is larger than the actual amount, and the refund checking entrance is used for refund the multi-payment amount to the payment terminal of the user. The payment order information errors include, but are not limited to, errors in identification algorithm identification of the dynamic cabinet caused by high similarity of commodities, failure in identification of the commodities caused by the fact that the user thinks that the commodities are blocked or the cameras are blocked, and the like.
Optionally, after the step of modifying the payment order to an abnormal order, the method further includes: the order information of the abnormal order is sent to the user terminal through the after-sale service module, and the user is prompted to pay for the abnormal order; if the user does not pay the abnormal order within the preset time, the identity information of the user is listed in a blacklist.
Specifically, after the dynamic cabinet sends the payment amount to the payment terminal of the user, the user does not pay later, then the dynamic cabinet sends the payment order to an abnormal order module of the operator terminal to generate corresponding abnormal order information, the operator can select to send the abnormal order information to the user terminal (such as a mobile phone, a smart watch and other intelligent terminals) in a mode of after-sale service (such as manual call, short message sending and other modes), the user is prompted to pay on the abnormal order within a specified time range, the operator sets the specific time, and when the specific time is exceeded, if the user does not pay on the abnormal order, the identity information of the user is directly listed in a blacklist, and the user is forbidden to scan the two-dimension code on the dynamic cabinet to make shopping, so that the operator loss caused by excessive conditions of escaping orders is prevented.
It can be understood that after the user is blacklisted, the corresponding credit score of the user is deducted according to the credit information of the user provided during code scanning, and the deducted specific value can reduce the credit score of the user below a preset threshold value of any equipment requiring the credit score for authorization, so that the user cannot perform any consumption action through the credit score, such as code scanning, unlocking, sharing, code scanning, borrowing, and the like. If the user wants to recover the reputation score, the user must pay for the abnormal order and apply for blacklist removal, thereby tracking back the operator's loss.
Optionally, after the step of modifying the payment order to an abnormal order, the method further includes: and when the user terminal has a preset number of outstanding orders in the preset time, limiting the user terminal to continue to purchase the commodity on the dynamic cabinet.
Specifically, when a user has an order that is not paid, consumption can still be performed on the dynamic cabinet by scanning the code within a specified time, but if the user has a second unpaid order within the specified time, the management system of the dynamic cabinet will limit the user to continue to consume.
Alternatively, if the user consumes the first outstanding order for a prescribed period of time and generates a second outstanding order, but the user pays the first outstanding order at this time, the dynamic cabinet management system will again calculate for the prescribed period of time for the second outstanding order, during which the user can consume again.
