Abstract

However, when the enterprise license is in the validity period at the current time, the indication mark is in a 'stop' error, so that the enterprise license cannot be detected for the validity period, and the enterprise license is judged to exceed the validity period. The enterprise license is deemed to be missing.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all described as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are alternative embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required for the present application.
The foregoing description of the embodiments of the method further describes the embodiments of the present application through system embodiments.
FIG. 2 illustrates a block diagram of a customer camping management system, according to an embodiment of the present application;
the acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring customer basic data and enterprise license, wherein the basic data comprises basic data under the supervision of GSP and basic data not under the supervision of GSP;
the storage module 2 is used for storing the client basic data and the enterprise license to a preset data database based on a preset storage rule;
the processing module 3 is used for perfecting the client basic data based on a preset checking rule;
and the security module 4 is used for generating a pair of mutually related keys based on the client basic data, respectively keeping the keys by both transaction parties, and limiting the consulting and modifying of the client basic data according to the pair of mutually related keys.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working procedures of the described modules may refer to corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Claims (10)
1. A method for managing first camping of a customer, comprising:
acquiring customer base data and customer enterprise license, wherein the base data comprises base data under GSP supervision and base data not under GSP supervision;
storing the client basic data and the client enterprise license to a preset data database based on a preset storage rule;
perfecting the client basic data based on a preset checking rule and client enterprise license;
a pair of interrelated secret keys are generated based on the customer base material, and are respectively kept by both transaction parties, and the reference and modification of the customer base material are limited according to the pair of interrelated secret keys.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein storing the customer base and the enterprise license in the database based on the preset storage rule comprises:
acquiring a client name in the client basic data;
judging whether a client is recorded in a data database or not based on the client name and a plurality of stored client names stored in the data database, wherein the stored client names and client IDs associated with the stored client names are recorded in the data database;
if yes, calling the ID corresponding to the stored customer name in the data database;
if not, generating an ID associated with the customer name based on the customer name and storing the ID in a data database.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said perfecting said customer base based on preset inspection rules and customer enterprise licenses comprises:
perfecting the customer base material based on a preset perfecting rule;
and generating the credit limit and the credit days of the client based on the client basic data and the client enterprise license.
4. A method of customer camping management according to claim 3, wherein said refining said customer base based on preset refining rules comprises:
traversing the client basic data and judging whether the client basic data is completely filled or correctly filled;
if not, judging whether the basic data is the basic data under GSP supervision;
if not, the relevant staff performs filling;
if yes, the client performs filling.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after said perfecting said customer base based on preset perfecting rules:
acquiring a purchasing principal and a receiving principal;
verifying whether the purchase principal is consistent with the purchase principal in the enterprise license;
and verifying whether the receiving consignee is consistent with the receiving consignee in the enterprise license.
6. The method for managing camping of a client according to claim 3, wherein said generating the credit line and the number of days of credit for the client based on the client base material and the client corporation license comprises:
acquiring economic conditions, enterprise credit, enterprise scale and order requirements of clients;
determining a property of a customer based on a customer profile of the customer;
judging whether the client can open a credit limit or not based on the economic condition of the client and enterprise credit investigation;
if yes, generating a credit line based on the nature of the client, the enterprise scale and the economic condition;
the number of days of credit is generated based on the customer order needs.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating a pair of mutually associated keys based on the customer base, respectively kept by both parties of the transaction, and limiting review and modification of the customer base according to the pair of mutually associated keys comprises;
generating a pair of secret keys which are related to each other based on the client name, and respectively keeping the secret keys by two transaction parties;
when the client basic data is required to be referred, any one of the two transaction parties inputs a key to refer to the client basic data;
when the client basic data needs to be modified, the transaction parties input the pair of mutually related keys in a preset time period, and the modification initiator modifies the client basic data.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a first state of an enterprise license based on the obtained validity period and the operation range of the client enterprise license, wherein the first state comprises disabling and forbidden states;
and recording that the client enterprise license state is missing when the enterprise license state is disabled and the current time is within the validity period of the enterprise license.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining the status of the enterprise license based on the obtained validity period and the operating range of the client enterprise license comprises:
determining a time node based on the validity period of the enterprise license and a preset early warning time;
when the current time reaches a preset time node, sending out early warning and recording the state as about to expire;
when the current time is greater than the validity period of the enterprise license, recording the state of the enterprise license as inactive;
and when the business of the client exceeds the operating range of the enterprise license, recording that the state of the enterprise license is forbidden.
10. A customer first-camping management system, comprising:
the acquisition module (1) is used for acquiring customer basic data and enterprise license, wherein the basic data comprises basic data under the supervision of GSP and basic data not under the supervision of GSP;
the storage module (2) is used for storing the client basic data and the enterprise license to a preset data database based on a preset storage rule;
a processing module (3) for perfecting the customer base material based on a preset checking rule;
and the security module (4) is used for generating a pair of mutually related secret keys based on the client basic data, respectively keeping the secret keys by both transaction parties, and limiting the consulting and modifying of the client basic data according to the pair of mutually related secret keys.
