Abstract
本发明涉及一种卫生间集成式清洁冲洗控制系统,设有洁厕剂存蓄箱、主控制电路板、电源模块、若干个洁厕液输送模块、若干个末端冲洗模块;所述洁厕剂存蓄箱为一大的存蓄箱,存蓄有大量洁厕液;所述洁厕液输送模块设有模块化电控泵组、泵组基座;所述模块化电控泵组由驱动电机、抽液泵组成,所述模块化电控泵组通过电线与主控制电路板相连接,所述末端冲洗模块上设有主进水管道,所述主进水管道上设置一主电磁控制阀。本发明适用于公共卫生间小便池,具有设计科学、结构合理、成本低廉、施放量可调、维护简单的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于一种洁具配件,具体的是一种自动释放洁厕剂的冲水清洁制系统。
背景技术
日常生活当中,小便池或者马桶使用时间长了,就会在内壁结一层碱,进而会造成小便池或者马桶的堵塞,过去通常有专人用稀盐酸定时清洗一次,这样一来又占用的大量的人力物力,同时大量使用稀盐酸也造成环境的污染,但是对家庭用稀盐酸又比较危险,后来人们发明的蓝色的洁厕块,放在马桶蓄水箱里,通过洁厕带慢慢溶解来控制用量,但是也存在洁厕液的浓度不好控制,浓了污染环境,稀了起不到清洁的作用,针对上述情况本专利发明一种能随时定量释放洁厕液的自动控制系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提出一种卫生间集成式清洁冲洗控制系统,该卫生间集成式清洁冲洗控制系统具有设计科学、结构合理、成本低廉、施放量可调、维护简单的特点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:卫生间集成式清洁冲洗控制系统,其特征在于:设有洁厕剂存蓄箱、主控制电路板、电源模块、若干个洁厕液输送模块、若干个末端冲洗模块;所述洁厕剂存蓄箱为一大的存蓄箱,存蓄有大量洁厕液;所述洁厕液输送模块设有模块化电控泵组、泵组基座;所述模块化电控泵组由驱动电机、抽液泵组成,所述模块化电控泵组通过电线与主控制电路板相连接,所述末端冲洗模块上设有主进水管道,所述主进水管道上设置一主电磁控制阀,所述洁厕剂存蓄箱通过管路与若干个洁厕液输送模块供液连接,所述泵组基座上设有洁厕液进液管口、洁厕液出液管口、控制电路对接插口,所述泵组基座上装有模块化电控泵组,所述主控制电路板设有微处理控制器、驱动电路模块、电源模块、检测电路模块、显示电路模块、输入电路模块,所述检测电路模块、显示电路模块、输入电路模块通过数据线与微处理控制器数据传输,所述微处理控制器通过驱动电路模块控制主电磁控制阀的开启,所述微处理控制器通过驱动电路模块将电源模块的电能传递给电动机做功,所述检测电路模块外接有红外传感器,所述输入电路模块与开关键、手动自动切换按钮控制连接。
所述洁厕剂存蓄箱内设有液位传感器。
所述电源模块采用低压直流电源,也可采用电池供电,所述显示电路模块外接有清洁剂液位显示。
本发明采用洁厕剂存蓄箱、主控制电路板、电源模块、若干个洁厕液输送模块、若干个末端冲洗模块;洁厕剂存蓄箱为一大的存蓄箱,存蓄有大量洁厕液;洁厕液输送模块设有模块化电控泵组、泵组基座;模块化电控泵组由驱动电机、抽液泵组成,模块化电控泵组通过电线与主控制电路板相连接,通过上述方案红外传感器实时检测人的有无,微处理控制器通过驱动电路模块控制主电磁控制阀的开启,通过从而实现精准定量,保证了清洁,避免更大范围环境的污染,模块化设计,有利于维护保养。
