In the embodiment of the present invention, the solicitation request may include an identifier of the first user, and determining the target solicitation order corresponding to the solicitation request may include: and determining the target to-be-dispatched order according to the identification of the first user. For example, the identifier of the first user may indicate location information of the first user, where the location information may be sending location information of the first user's to-be-dispatched order, so that a target to-be-dispatched order may be determined according to the identifier of the first user, where the target to-be-dispatched order may be a to-be-dispatched order of other users on the same floor or on adjacent floors, if the identifier of the first user indicates a certain floor. The method also can obtain a plurality of optional to-be-dispatched orders according to the identification of the first user, and display the plurality of optional to-be-dispatched orders to the first user so that the first user can select a target to-be-dispatched order from the plurality of optional to-be-dispatched orders. The distance between the position indicated by the sending position information of the plurality of optional to-be-sent orders and the position indicated by the identification of the first user is smaller than a preset distance threshold, for example, the positions can be located in different areas of the same floor or adjacent floors of the same unit.
In the embodiment of the invention, before acquiring a second to-be-dispatched order selected by a first user for a to-be-dispatched order list, receiving a to-be-dispatched request of a third user for the second to-be-dispatched order, wherein the to-be-dispatched request indicates a to-be-dispatched mode for helping me to pick up and dispatch me, and then receiving a selection instruction of the first user for the second to-be-dispatched order to obtain the second to-be-dispatched order selected by the first user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes: receiving a solicitation request sent by a third user in a solicitation social group, wherein the solicitation request indicates an order to be solicited by the third user; and responding to receiving an acceptance instruction of the first user for the to-be-dispatched order of the third user, and taking the to-be-dispatched order of the third user as a target to-be-dispatched order. The third user may be any user except the first user in the solicited social group, the third user may send a solicited request in the solicited social group, where the solicited request indicates a to-be-solicited order of the third user, that is, a solicited mode indicated by the solicited request is a help me get me posting mode, and the first user may choose to accept the to-be-solicited order of the third user, so that the to-be-solicited order of the third user is taken as a target to-be-solicited order. In the embodiment of the present invention, updating the to-be-dispatched order list according to the target to-be-dispatched order may include: binding the target to-be-dispatched order with the first user, or deleting the target to-be-dispatched order from the to-be-dispatched order list to update the to-be-dispatched order list. The target to-be-dispatched order is processed by the first user, and when the to-be-dispatched mode indicated by the to-be-dispatched request is a face-to-face to-be-dispatched mode, namely, when the target to-be-dispatched order is the first to-be-dispatched order of the first user, the target to-be-dispatched order can be deleted from the to-be-dispatched order list, so that the to-be-dispatched order list is updated; and binding the target to-be-sent order with the first user to obtain an updated to-be-sent order list under the condition that the to-be-sent mode indicated by the to-be-sent request is a group taking and sending mode, namely, the target to-be-sent order is a first to-be-sent order of the first user and a second to-be-sent order selected by the first user, namely, in the updated to-be-sent order list, the target to-be-sent order is sent by the first user, and the target to-be-sent order is in a to-be-sent state, namely, the target to-be-sent order is locked, and other users cannot send the to-be-sent request aiming at the target to-be-sent order.
In the embodiment of the invention, updating the to-be-dispatched order list according to the target to-be-dispatched order comprises the following steps: updating the state of the target to-be-dispatched order in the to-be-dispatched order list to be the state indicating to-be-fetched. The to-be-fetched state is a person taking the order to be taken, wherein the person taking the order to be taken is determined, for example, after the target to-be-taken order is bound with the first user, the state of the target to-be-taken order is updated to be the to-be-fetched state, updating of a to-be-taken order list is achieved, and the updated to-be-taken order is sent to the to-be-taken social group.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include: and in response to receiving a completion instruction of the target to-be-dispatched order, updating the state of the target to-be-dispatched order to a completed state. And when the state of all the to-be-dispatched orders in the to-be-dispatched order list is monitored to be completed, the completion of the to-be-dispatched task is indicated.
In the embodiment of the invention, the processing method of the order package further comprises the following steps: after the updated to-be-dispatched order list is sent to the to-be-dispatched social group, the rest to-be-dispatched orders except the target to-be-dispatched order in the updated to-be-dispatched order list are sent to the client of the courier, so that the courier can dispatch the rest to-be-dispatched orders. After the updated to-be-dispatched order list is sent to the to-be-dispatched social group, if a to-be-dispatched request for the updated to-be-dispatched order list is not received within preset time, that is, to-be-dispatched orders which are not selected by a user capable of taking a help exist in the updated to-be-dispatched order list, the remaining to-be-dispatched orders except for the target to-be-dispatched order in the to-be-dispatched order list are sent to the client of the courier, that is, the to-be-dispatched mode of the remaining to-be-dispatched orders is reset to a face-to-face to be-dispatched mode, and communication processing is carried out between the courier and the user of the remaining to-be-dispatched orders.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the target to-be-dispatched orders corresponding to the to-be-dispatched requests are passed, the to-be-dispatched personnel corresponding to the target to-be-dispatched orders conduct the to-be-dispatched tasks of the express mail according to the position information of the to-be-dispatched orders. The method can enable the user to contact the user of the same unit building or the same office building to take the express mail with help when the user does not have time to take the express mail, and also enable the user with time and hope to take the express mail with help or nearby users to select the express mail with help, so that the high-efficiency taking of the express mail is realized, the user experience is improved, and the task pressure of taking the express mail is reduced.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for processing an order package according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution body of the method for processing an order package may include a package background system and a user background system. The method comprises the following steps: the courier initiates a request for distributing tasks by selecting to-be-distributed orders in batches through a distributing client; the cable dispatching background system receives a cable dispatching task allocation request, and analyzes a cable dispatching order list, wherein the cable dispatching order list comprises a plurality of cable dispatching orders and users for each cable dispatching order; creating a group social group according to each user; the courier enters the college social group through the college client and can conduct real-time interactive communication with the user; the solicited background system sends a request for the user to join the solicited social group to the user background system; after receiving the request, the user background system distributes group information to user clients of all users; the user client receives the group message and joins the group-attached social group; selecting a receiving and dispatching mode by a user in a receiving and dispatching social group through a user client;
Judging whether the package mode is a side picking and sending mode, if not, judging whether the package mode is a self-picking and sending mode (namely a face-to-face package mode), if so, enabling the user to go to a resident point of an express delivery person to receive and send the express (namely an order to be packaged and sent), and updating the state of the express to be finished after the receiving and sending of the express is finished; if the self-picking mode is not adopted, judging whether the self-picking mode is adopted by the courier, if the self-picking mode is adopted by the courier, the courier finishes the receiving and sending, and then the state of the express is updated to be finished; if the express delivery person does not receive the express delivery person, waiting for other user side picking and sending, and updating the state of the express delivery to be finished after the other user side picking and sending is finished;
if the upper picking and sending mode is adopted, the user selects an upper picking and sending order to be picked and sent from an upper picking and sending order list, and an upper picking and sending request is sent to a user background system; the user can go to the help to send the user destination to fetch the express mail, go to the express delivery personnel resident point to receive the express mail, and go to the help to send the user destination to send the express mail; the user background system sends the help-taking and sending requests of a plurality of users to the back-collecting system; after receiving the upper picking and sending requests of a plurality of users, the upper picking and sending background system pushes an upper sending task of an order to be dispatched of each user upper picking and sending to an upper sending client; the courier sorts the order to be sent according to the sending task received by the sending client; when the user finishes receiving and sending the order to be sent, updating the state of the order to be sent to be finished, synchronizing the state to the back-stage system to synchronize the state of the order to be sent to the back-stage system, and the user background system distributes the completion state of the to-be-dispatched orders to the corresponding user client until the to-be-dispatched orders in all the to-be-dispatched orders are completed.
According to the processing method of the order taking and dispatching, after a taking and dispatching task allocation request is received, an order list to be taken and dispatching is analyzed, and then the order list to be taken and dispatching is sent to a taking and dispatching social group; after receiving a solicitation request for a solicitation order list sent by a first user, determining a corresponding target solicitation order, updating the solicitation order list according to the target solicitation order, and sending the solicitation order list to a solicitation social group. According to the method, the package social group is created between the courier client and the user client, real-time interaction processing between the courier and the user group is achieved, distribution of package tasks of the package orders is achieved through all users in the package social group, the courier does not need to shuttle among floors to conduct package of the express, pressure of the package tasks of the courier is released, package efficiency of the express is improved, and user experience is improved.
In another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided an order package processing apparatus 400, including:
the acquisition module 401 is used for responding to the received request for distributing the task, and analyzing a list of to-be-distributed orders at the first moment from the request for distributing the task; the to-be-dispatched order list comprises a plurality of to-be-dispatched orders, and each to-be-dispatched order in the plurality of to-be-dispatched orders is provided with a corresponding user;
The sending module 402 sends the to-be-sent order list to the to-be-sent social group; the users in the solicited social group comprise corresponding users in a plurality of orders to be solicited;
a determining module 403, configured to determine, in response to receiving a solicitation request for a solicitation order list sent by a first user in a solicitation social group, a target solicitation order corresponding to the solicitation request; the target to-be-dispatched orders are processed by a first user;
the updating module 404 updates the to-be-sent order list according to the target to-be-sent order, and sends the updated to-be-sent order list to the to-be-sent social group.
In the embodiment of the invention, the to-be-dispatched order list comprises first pickup position information of each to-be-dispatched order; the determining module 403 is further configured to: before determining a target to-be-sent order corresponding to the request for sending, receiving second sending position information of any to-be-sent order in the plurality of to-be-sent orders at a second moment; updating the first mailing position information by using the second mailing position information; binding the to-be-dispatched order of any user and the second mailing position information to update a to-be-dispatched order list; and sending the updated to-be-sent order list to the to-be-sent social group.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sending module 402 is further configured to: after a to-be-collected order list is analyzed from a collection task allocation request, receiving a first order placing request sent by any user corresponding to a plurality of to-be-collected orders, wherein the first order placing request indicates a first order to be collected of any user, and the to-be-collected order list does not contain the first order; adding the first order into the to-be-dispatched order list to update the to-be-dispatched order list; and sending the updated to-be-sent order list to the to-be-sent social group.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sending module 402 is further configured to: after a to-be-sent order list is analyzed from the to-be-sent task allocation request, a second order placing request sent by a second user in the to-be-sent social group is received, the second order placing request indicates a second order to be received of the second user, and the second user is not included in the users corresponding to the to-be-sent order list; adding the second order to the to-be-dispatched order list to update the to-be-dispatched order list; and sending the updated to-be-sent order list to the to-be-sent social group.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 403 is further configured to: acquiring a first to-be-dispatched order of a first user in a to-be-dispatched order list; acquiring a second to-be-sent order selected by a first user aiming at the to-be-sent order list; and taking the first to-be-dispatched order or the first to-be-dispatched order and the second to-be-dispatched order as target to-be-dispatched orders.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 403 is further configured to: receiving a solicitation request sent by a third user in a solicitation social group, wherein the solicitation request indicates an order to be solicited by the third user; and responding to receiving an acceptance instruction of the first user for the to-be-dispatched order of the third user, and taking the to-be-dispatched order of the third user as a target to-be-dispatched order.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the update module 404 is further configured to: binding the target to-be-dispatched order with the first user or deleting the target to-be-dispatched order from the to-be-dispatched order list to update the to-be-dispatched order list.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the update module 404 is further configured to: updating the state of the target to-be-dispatched order in the to-be-dispatched order list to be the state indicating to-be-fetched.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the update module 404 is further configured to: after the updated to-be-dispatched order list is sent to the to-be-dispatched social group, the rest to-be-dispatched orders except the target to-be-dispatched order in the updated to-be-dispatched order list are sent to the client of the courier, so that the courier can dispatch the rest to-be-dispatched orders.
According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an electronic apparatus including: one or more processors; and the storage device is used for storing one or more programs, and when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors realize the order dispatch processing method in the embodiment of the invention.
According to still another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a computer-readable medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of order solicitation of the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 5 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 500 of a processing method of order solicitation or a processing apparatus of order solicitation to which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 5, the system architecture 500 may include terminal devices 501, 502, 503, a network 504, and a server 505. The network 504 is used as a medium to provide communication links between the terminal devices 501, 502, 503 and the server 505. The network 504 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
A user may interact with the server 505 via the network 504 using the terminal devices 501, 502, 503 to receive or send messages or the like. Various communication client applications may be installed on the terminal devices 501, 502, 503, such as shopping class applications, web browser applications, search class applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, etc. (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 501, 502, 503 may be a variety of electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptop and desktop computers, and the like.
The server 505 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (by way of example only) providing support for shopping-type websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 501, 502, 503. The background management server may analyze and process the received data such as the product information query request, and feedback the processing result (e.g., the target push information, the product information—only an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that, the processing method of the order package provided in the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 505, and accordingly, the processing device of the order package is generally disposed in the server 505.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks and servers in fig. 5 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 6, there is illustrated a schematic diagram of a computer system 600 suitable for use in implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not impose any limitation on the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the computer system 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data required for the operation of the system 600 are also stored. The CPU 601, ROM 602, and RAM 603 are connected to each other through a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, mouse, etc.; an output portion 607 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, a speaker, and the like; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. Removable media 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is installed as needed on drive 610 so that a computer program read therefrom is installed as needed into storage section 608.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method shown in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication portion 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are performed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601.
The computer readable medium shown in the present invention may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, the computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with the computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). The names of these modules do not constitute a limitation on the module itself in some cases, for example, the acquisition module may also be described as "in response to receiving the request for job assignment, parse the list of orders to be assigned from the request for job assignment.
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be present alone without being fitted into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to include: responding to the received request for distributing the task, and analyzing a list of to-be-distributed orders from the request for distributing the task; the to-be-dispatched order list comprises a plurality of to-be-dispatched orders and users of each to-be-dispatched order; creating a consignment social group according to each user, and sending an order list to be consigned to the consignment social group; responding to a receiving request for a to-be-sent order list sent by a first user, and determining a target to-be-sent order corresponding to the request; updating the to-be-sent order list according to the target to-be-sent order, and sending the updated to-be-sent order list to the to-be-sent social group.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the request for distributing the task, the processing method of the order package analyzes the list of the order to be package, and then sends the list of the order to be package to the package social group; after receiving a solicitation request for a solicitation order list sent by a first user, determining a corresponding target solicitation order, updating the solicitation order list according to the target solicitation order, and sending the solicitation order list to a solicitation social group. According to the method, the package social group is created between the courier client and the user client, real-time interaction processing between the courier and the user group is achieved, distribution of package tasks of the package orders is achieved through all users in the package social group, the courier does not need to shuttle among floors to conduct package of the express, pressure of the package tasks of the courier is released, package efficiency of the express is improved, and user experience is improved.

Claims (12)

1. A method for processing an order package, comprising:
responding to a received request for distributing a task, and analyzing a list of to-be-distributed orders at a first moment from the request for distributing the task; the to-be-dispatched order list comprises a plurality of to-be-dispatched orders, and each to-be-dispatched order in the plurality of to-be-dispatched orders is provided with a corresponding user;
the to-be-sent order list is sent to a to-be-sent social group, wherein the users in the to-be-sent social group comprise users corresponding to the plurality of to-be-sent orders;
determining a target to-be-sent order corresponding to the to-be-sent request in response to receiving the to-be-sent order list sent by a first user in the to-be-sent social group, wherein the target to-be-sent order is processed by the first user;
Updating the to-be-sent order list according to the target to-be-sent order, and sending the updated to-be-sent order list to the to-be-sent social group.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the list of to-be-dispatched orders includes first pickup location information for each of the to-be-dispatched orders; before determining the target to-be-dispatched order corresponding to the dispatch request, the method further comprises:
receiving second sending position information of any one of the plurality of to-be-sent orders at a second moment;
updating the first mailing position information by utilizing the second mailing position information;
binding the to-be-dispatched orders of any user and the second mailing position information so as to update the to-be-dispatched order list;
and sending the updated to-be-sent order list to the sending social group.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the parsing of the list of to-be-dispatched orders from the dispatch task allocation request, the method further comprises:
receiving a first order placing request sent by any user corresponding to the plurality of to-be-sent orders, wherein the first order placing request indicates a first order to be received by the any user, and the to-be-sent order list does not include the first order;
Adding the first order to the to-be-dispatched order list to update the to-be-dispatched order list;
and sending the updated to-be-sent order list to the sending social group.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the parsing of the list of to-be-dispatched orders from the dispatch task allocation request, the method further comprises:
receiving a second order placing request sent by a second user in the solicited social group, wherein the second order placing request indicates a second order to be received by the second user, and the second user is not included in the users corresponding to the order list to be solicited;
adding the second order to the to-be-dispatched order list to update the to-be-dispatched order list;
and sending the updated to-be-sent order list to the sending social group.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target to-be-posted order corresponding to the posted request comprises:
acquiring a first to-be-dispatched order of the first user in the to-be-dispatched order list;
acquiring a second to-be-dispatched order selected by the first user for the to-be-dispatched order list;
And taking the first to-be-dispatched order or the first to-be-dispatched order and the second to-be-dispatched order as the target to-be-dispatched order.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a solicitation request sent by a third user in the solicitation social group, wherein the solicitation request indicates an order to be solicited by the third user;
and responding to receiving an acceptance instruction of the first user for the to-be-dispatched order of the third user, and taking the to-be-dispatched order of the third user as the target to-be-dispatched order.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein updating the to-be-served order list based on the target to-be-served order comprises:
binding the target to-be-dispatched order with the first user or deleting the target to-be-dispatched order from the to-be-dispatched order list so as to update the to-be-dispatched order list.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein updating the to-be-served order list based on the target to-be-served order comprises:
updating the state of the target to-be-dispatched order in the to-be-dispatched order list to be a state indicating to-be-fetched.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: after the updated to-be-sent order list is sent to the to-be-sent social group,
and sending the rest of the to-be-dispatched orders except the target to-be-dispatched orders in the updated to-be-dispatched order list to the client of the courier, so that the courier can dispatch the rest of the to-be-dispatched orders.
10. A processing apparatus for order solicitation, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for responding to the received request for distributing the task and analyzing a to-be-distributed order list at a first moment from the request for distributing the task; the to-be-dispatched order list comprises a plurality of to-be-dispatched orders, and each to-be-dispatched order in the plurality of to-be-dispatched orders is provided with a corresponding user;
the sending module is used for sending the to-be-sent order list to a to-be-sent social group, wherein the users in the to-be-sent social group comprise the corresponding users in the to-be-sent orders;
