The invention provides a strength testing device for repairing a chromium coating on a roller, which can test the bonding strength of the chromium coating on the roller surface after the roller is repaired and chromium coating is finished, can replace manual work to carry out homogenization automatic selection of a testing part on the roller surface, can carry out automatic grid distribution division on the chromium coating, and synchronously carry out dust cleaning on the testing part in the grid division process.

the press roller mechanism (5) comprises an elastic telescopic roller frame (51) which is fixed at the moving end of the transverse moving switching assembly (33) and stretches out and draws back along the vertical direction, a press roller (52) is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the elastic telescopic roller frame (51), and the axial direction of the press roller (52) is parallel to the transverse moving direction of the transverse moving mechanism (2);

after the strong adhesive tape is attached, the pressure reducing roller (52) is continuously lowered, the telescopic spring (514) is compressed, the compression roller (52) generates compression force on the strong adhesive tape, and the roller is driven by the servo motor to perform repeated reciprocating rotation under the condition that the compression roller (52) is kept to compress and the non-start rotation is achieved, so that the strong adhesive tape is compressed through the rolling of the compression roller (52).
