Referring to fig. 1 and 9, a door cover assembly 1' includes a door cover 1 and a sub-cover 2.
The door cover assembly 1' opens or closes the laundry putting port 70a of the laundry treating machine through the door cover 1. Illustratively, the rear end of the door 1 is rotatably coupled with the table 70 to open or close the laundry putting opening 70a.
When the clothes need to be nursed, the sub-cover 2 is opened, a small amount of clothes is put into the nursing cavity 1a, and then the sub-cover 2 is closed. In addition, since the door 1 itself can function to close the laundry inlet 70a, the main process of washing, dehydrating, etc. of the laundry treating chamber 400a is not affected even if the sub-cover 2 does not close the opening 1b.
For example, referring to fig. 1, 4, 5, and 9 to 12, a partial region of the door 1 is depressed downward to form a nursing cavity 1a, a top side of the nursing cavity 1a is opened and an opening 1b is formed, and a sub-cover 2 is disposed on the door 1 to open or close the opening 1b.
In this embodiment, when the door cover assembly 1' is in the closed position for closing the laundry inlet 70a, the nursing cavity 1a is recessed into the laundry inlet 70a, so that the space of the laundry inlet 70a can be fully utilized, and the workbench assembly 100 is compact; in addition, the side wall around the nursing chamber 1a is prevented from protruding from the face frame 71 of the table 70, and the height of the laundry machine is prevented from being increased additionally on the basis of the existing laundry machine.
The specific structure of the door 1 is not limited.
For example, referring to fig. 4, 5, 11, 12 and 14, the door 1 includes a cover plate 11 and a first container 12 disposed below the cover plate 11, and a space within the first container 12 defines a care cavity 1a. When the door 1 is in a closed state closing the laundry putting opening 70a, the first container 12 is inserted into the laundry putting opening 70 a.
Since the space of the laundry inlet 70a is empty, the first container 12 is inserted into the laundry inlet 70a, so that the space of the laundry inlet 70a can be fully utilized, the workbench assembly 100 is compact, and the door cover assembly 1' does not increase the external dimension of the laundry machine, and therefore, the package size of the existing laundry machine is not changed.
The shape and size of the first container 12 can be adjusted according to actual use requirements, and the space of the first container 12 can be as large as possible, so that the nursing cavity 1a has the volume as large as possible, and the clothes capacity is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 4, 5, 11, 12 and 14, the door 1 includes a second container 13, and the first container 12 is disposed in the second container 13, that is, the second container 13 and the first container 12 are nested. The first container 12 and the second container 13 define a cavity 1c therebetween, and the cavity 1c and the care cavity 1a are isolated from each other, that is, no laundry care medium such as steam, hot air, etc. enters the cavity 1 c.
In this embodiment, the structural design of the second container 13 and the first container 12 facilitates the delivery of the hot gas flow and/or steam to the care lumen 1a by the care functional assembly while meeting the sealing performance requirements of the care lumen 1 a.
The shape of the second container 13 is not limited, but should be adapted to the shape and size of the laundry putting opening 70a, so that the second container 13 can be put into the laundry putting opening 70 a.
The connection relationship between the first container 12, the second container 13, and the cover plate 11 is not limited.
For example, in some embodiments, the first container 12 and the cover 11 are integrally formed, e.g., integrally injection molded, the second container 13 is sleeved outside the first container 12 from below the first container 12, and the top end of the second container 13 is connected to the cover 11, that is, the second container 13 is suspended below the cover 11.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 4, 5, 11, 12 and 14, the second container 13 includes a tub 131 with open upper and lower ends and a tub bottom 132 covering the bottom end of the tub 131, i.e., the tub 131 has open upper and lower ends, and the tub 131 has its lower open end closed by the tub bottom 132. The first container 12 can be placed into the tub 131 from the bottom side of the tub 131, and the tub bottom 132 pushes the first container 12 to abut the top end of the first container 12 on the cover plate 11.
In the assembly process, the first container 12 is assembled into the barrel 131 from the bottom side of the barrel 131, then the barrel bottom 132 is connected to the bottom end of the barrel 131, the barrel bottom 132 applies upward extrusion force to the first container 12, and the first container 12 is abutted to the bottom side of the cover plate 11, so that the first container 12 can be installed and positioned.
In this embodiment, the size of the opening in the cover plate 11 for avoiding the first container 12 can be reduced, and the first container 12 does not need to be mounted by screwing down from above the cover plate 11, so that no fastening member such as a screw is exposed on the upper surface of the cover plate 11, and the aesthetic appearance of the door cover assembly 1' is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 1, 9, 10, 11 and 12, the area of the cover plate 11 around the opening 1b of the nursing cavity 1a is recessed downward to form a sink deck 111, and when the sub-cover 2 is in a closed state to close the opening 1b, the sub-cover 2 abuts against the sink deck 111. In this embodiment, the sinking platform 111 can reduce the protruding degree of the sub-cover 2 protruding from the top surface of the cover plate 11, and in addition, can also play a better role in limiting the sub-cover 2.
For example, referring to fig. 11 and 15, a sealing ring 112 is disposed on the sinking platform 111, and when the sub-cover 2 is closed, the bottom surface of the sub-cover 2 is in sealing engagement with the sealing ring 112 to improve the sealing performance of the nursing cavity 1 a.
For example, referring to fig. 1, 8, 11, 12, and 15, the front end of the sub-cover 2 is provided with a door hook 21, and referring to fig. 15, the door cover assembly 1' includes a latch hook 41 and a first elastic member 42, and the latch hook 41 is rotatably disposed on the door cover 1, for example, below the counter-platform 111 on the front side.
