Wherein, a valve cavity 40 is formed in the valve body 41, a port at one end of the valve cavity 40 is a steam inlet 312, a port at the other end of the valve cavity 40 is a steam outlet 311, that is, steam in the clean water tank 31 enters the valve cavity 40 through the steam inlet 312 and then enters the liner 12 through the steam outlet 311. Of course, a steam pipe may be disposed between the steam outlet 311 and the inner container 12.
A mounting plate 44 is provided within the valve chamber 20, i.e., the mounting plate 44 is fixedly connected to a portion of the side wall of the valve chamber 40. The mounting plate 44 is provided with a mounting hole 411 such that the first end of the spool 42 is pierced in the mounting hole 411, and the spool 42 is slidable in the axial direction of the mounting hole 411. In order for steam to pass from the steam inlet 312 to the steam outlet 311 through the valve chamber 40, the mounting plate 44 cannot seal off the valve chamber 40. That is, the mounting plate 44 is spaced from the side wall of the valve chamber 40, or a vapor passage 442 is provided in the mounting plate 44.
