The steam in the fresh water tank 31 is directly discharged into the inner container 12 through the steam outlet 311. The valve body 41 is formed with a valve cavity 40, a port at one end of the valve cavity 40 is an air inlet 312, and a port at the other end of the valve cavity 40 is a steam outlet 311, that is, steam in the clean water tank 31 enters the valve cavity 40 through the air inlet 312, and then enters the inner container 12 through the steam outlet 311. A mounting plate 44 is provided within the valve chamber 20, i.e. the mounting plate 44 is fixedly connected to a portion of the side wall of the valve chamber 40. Alternatively, referring to fig. 8, the mounting plate 44 divides the valve cavity 40 into a steam outlet cavity 402 and a mounting cavity 401 for mounting the valve core 42 and the elastic member 43, that is, the peripheral side surface of the mounting plate 44 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the valve cavity 40 without a gap, which is beneficial to improving the reliability and stability of mounting the mounting plate 44. At this time, the mounting plate 44 is provided with a steam passing hole 442 for communicating the steam outlet cavity 402 and the mounting cavity 401; one end of the steam outlet cavity 402 is provided with a steam outlet 311, and one end of the mounting cavity 401 is provided with a steam inlet 312. At this time, the steam enters the installation cavity 401 through the steam inlet 312, enters the steam outlet cavity 402 through the steam passing hole 442, and the steam in the steam outlet cavity 402 enters the inner container 12 through the steam outlet 311.
The steam passing hole 442 is a through hole penetrating the mounting plate 44 in the thickness direction, and may be a through hole of any shape. When the steam pressure in the clean water tank 31 is higher than the preset pressure value, the steam pressure in the clean water tank 31 is higher than the elastic force of the elastic member 43, the steam pressure pushes the valve core 42 to move towards the mounting hole 441, so that the steam inlet 312 is opened, and at the moment, the steam in the clean water tank 31 enters the valve cavity 40 through the steam inlet 312 and then enters the inner container 12 through the steam outlet 311.
Through the arrangement, the pressure valve 3 is opened or closed by utilizing the steam in the purified water tank 31, so that the device is simple and reliable; the electric control is not needed, the structure of the clothes nursing machine is simplified, and the cost is reduced.
With continued reference to fig. 8, the valve core 42 includes a mounting post 421 and a plug 422 disposed at one end of the mounting post 421, and the other end of the mounting post 421 penetrates through the mounting hole 441; one end of the plug 422 forms an abutting surface abutting against the elastic member 43, and the other end of the plug 422 abuts against the steam inlet 312.
Wherein, the mounting post 421 can be a cylinder, a prism, etc., and the mounting hole 441 is matched with the mounting post 421. When the mounting post 421 is a prism, the mounting post 421 can be prevented from rotating relative to the mounting hole 441. With continued reference to fig. 8, optionally, the valve body 41 includes a valve seat 411 and a valve housing 412 fixedly connected to the valve seat 411, a mounting cavity 401 is provided in the valve seat 411, a mounting plate 44 is provided at an end of the valve housing 412, and a steam outlet cavity 402 is provided in the valve housing 412.
Wherein the valve seat 411 is provided with a connecting groove in which the end of the valve housing 412 provided with the mounting plate 44 is received, for example, the valve housing 412 is snap-fitted, and for example, the valve housing 412 is interference-fitted. With reference to fig. 1 to 3, the laundry care machine of the embodiment of the present invention further includes a waste gas pipeline installed in the installation space 10, the waste gas inlet of the waste gas pipeline is disposed on the inner container 12, and the waste gas outlet 111 of the waste gas pipeline is disposed on the housing 11. In a drying mode of the laundry care machine, the damp-heat air is discharged to the outside of the casing 11 through the exhaust gas duct. An air supply port 123 is provided in the inner container 12 to supply external air into the inner container 12 to balance the air pressure in the inner container 12.
That is to say, the hot air assembly is used for heating the air in the inner container 12, the exhaust gas pipeline discharges the inside humid hot air, and the air supply opening 123 supplies the outside dry air, so that the circulation is performed to dry the clothes in the inner container 12, a condenser is not required, and the cost is reduced.
The air supply opening 123 can be arranged at the bottom of the inner container 12, so that cold air supplied by the air supply opening 123 can enter the hot air assembly through the air inlet 121 to be heated; the waste gas outlet 111 can be arranged at the top of the shell 11, the specific gravity of the hot air is high, the hot air is easy to rise to the top of the inner container 12, the waste gas is convenient to discharge, and the drying efficiency is further improved.
In addition, in order to increase the exhaust rate of the exhaust air, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a discharge fan 112 is installed in the exhaust duct to accelerate the exhaust efficiency of the exhaust air, further improving the drying efficiency of the laundry.
The hot air assembly of the above embodiment needs to discharge the damp heat and the odor inside the inner container 12 to the outside of the housing 11, that is, to enter the room, thereby polluting the indoor air. Therefore, the utility model provides a novel hot air assembly.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11 in particular, the hot wind module according to the present embodiment is installed in an installation space 10 formed between an inner container 12 and an outer case 11. As shown in fig. 10, the bottom of the installation space 10 is used for installing the steam generator 3, the waste water tank 9 and the like, and the side of the installation space 10 is provided with the hot air component, which is not restrictive, and the skilled person can arrange the pipes of the hot air component according to the actual situation.
The hot air assembly comprises a heat exchanger 61, a hot air duct 62 and a heat dissipation duct 63, and the heat exchanger 61, the hot air duct 62 and the heat dissipation duct 63 are all installed in the installation space 10; the air inlet 121 and the air outlet 122 of the hot air duct 62 are respectively arranged on the inner container 12, and the air inlet and the air outlet of the heat dissipation air duct 63 are respectively arranged on the shell 11; the heat exchanger 61 is communicated with the hot air duct 62 and the heat dissipation duct 63, respectively, so that the air in the hot air duct 62 and the heat dissipation duct 63 exchanges heat.
The air inlet 121 and the air outlet 122 of the hot air duct 62 are respectively arranged on the inner container 12, so that the air in the inner container 12 enters the hot air duct 62 through the air inlet 121, and after heat exchange by the heat exchanger 61, the air is still discharged into the inner container 12 through the air outlet 122, that is, the air in the inner container 12 is still in the inner container 12 and is not discharged outside the housing 11.
The air inlet and the air outlet of the heat dissipation air duct 63 are respectively arranged on the shell 11, so that the static air inlet of the outside air enters the heat dissipation air duct 63 and is still discharged to the outside of the shell 11 through the air outlet after heat exchange of the heat exchanger 61, that is, the outside air of the clothes care machine is still outside and does not enter the inside of the clothes care machine.
The air in the heat dissipation air duct 63 and the air in the hot air duct 62 both enter the heat exchanger 61, and the air in the heat dissipation air duct 63 and the air in the hot air duct 62 are in separate passages and do not mix. The heat exchange between the heat dissipation air duct 63 and the hot air duct 62 in the heat exchanger 61 is performed, that is, the moist heat gas in the hot air duct 62 meets the cold air in the heat dissipation air duct 63, the cold air reduces the moist heat gas, so that the temperature of the moist heat gas is reduced, and moisture is separated out by condensation, so that the gas moisture in the hot air duct 62 discharged back to the liner 12 is greatly reduced, and the clothes in the liner 12 are dried by circulating reciprocating. In order to improve the heat exchange between the air in the heat dissipation air duct 63 and the air in the hot air duct 62 entering the heat exchanger 61, a fan may be disposed in the heat exchanger 61.
The hot air assembly provided by the embodiment is provided with the hot air duct 62 communicated with the inner container 12, the heat dissipation air duct 63 communicated with the outside air, and the cold air in the heat dissipation air duct 63 is utilized to cool the damp and hot air in the hot air duct 62 and the cold air in the heat exchanger 61, so that the water vapor in the damp and hot air is cooled to separate out condensed water, and the purpose of drying clothes is achieved; moreover, the water is condensed and separated out by using external cold air, so that the energy is saved and the environment is protected; and a condenser is not required, so that the cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 11, in a specific implementation, the heat exchanger 61 includes a first inlet 611, a first outlet 612, a second inlet 613, and a second outlet 614, a first channel is formed between the first inlet 611 and the first outlet 612, a second channel is formed between the second inlet 613 and the second outlet 614, and the second channel can exchange heat with the gas of the first channel. Optionally, the heat exchanger 61 includes multiple layers of heat exchange plates, and a channel is formed between two adjacent heat exchange plates; the channels are divided into a first channel and a second channel, and the first channel and the second channel are arranged at intervals, which means that the first channel and the second channel are arranged in the sequence of 'one layer of first channel, one layer of second channel, one layer of first channel and one layer of second channel … …', so that the air in the hot air duct 62 and the air in the heat dissipation duct 63 can fully exchange heat. Of course, the heat exchanger 61 may have other structures, and is not limited herein.
Optionally, the first channel and the second channel intersect, that is, when the heat exchanger 61 has a rectangular structure, the first inlet 611 and the first outlet 612 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the rectangular heat exchanger 61, and the second inlet 613 and the second outlet 614 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the rectangular heat exchanger 61, so that the gas in the first channel and the gas in the second channel can perform sufficient heat exchange, and the drying efficiency of the laundry is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 10, the hot air duct 62 includes two sections of pipes, which are respectively disposed at both ends of the heat exchanger 61, to facilitate the pipe arrangement. Specifically, the hot air duct 62 includes a first hot air duct 621 and a second hot air duct 622, the first hot air duct 621 communicates with the air inlet 121 and the first inlet 611, and the second hot air duct 622 communicates with the first outlet 612 and the air outlet 122.
As shown in fig. 10, the heat-dissipating air duct 63 includes two sections of pipes, which are respectively disposed at two ends of the heat exchanger 61, so as to facilitate the pipe arrangement. Specifically, the heat dissipation air duct 63 includes a first heat dissipation duct 631 and a second heat dissipation duct 632, the first heat dissipation duct 631 communicates with the air inlet and the second inlet 613, and the second heat dissipation duct 632 communicates with the second outlet 614 and the air outlet.
It is understood that the connection manner of each segment of the pipeline and each port may be a flange connection, a threaded connection, etc., and a person skilled in the art may set the connection manner according to practical situations, which is not limited herein.
The working principle of the hot air assembly of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 9 and 10. First, in fig. 10, the dotted line represents the flow direction of the air in the heat dissipation air duct 63; the solid lines represent the flow of air in the hot air duct 62.
The damp and hot air in the inner container 12 enters the first hot air duct 621 through the air inlet 121, and then the damp and hot air enters the first channel in the heat exchanger 61 through the first inlet 611; and, the external cold air enters the first heat dissipating duct 631 through the air inlet, the cold air enters the second passage in the heat exchanger 61 through the second inlet 613, and the cold air in the second passage lowers the temperature of the hot humid air in the first passage, so that the hot humid air in the first passage is condensed to separate out condensed water, and at the same time, the air in the second passage is heated. Then, the gas in the second channel is discharged into the second heat dissipation pipe 632 through the second outlet 614, and finally passes through the gas outlet to the atmosphere; meanwhile, the humidity and temperature of the air in the first channel are reduced, and the air is discharged into the second hot air duct 622 through the first outlet 612, and then still discharged into the inner container 12 through the air outlet 122. The circulation is repeated, the water vapor in the inner container 12 is continuously condensed and separated in the heat exchanger 61, and the purpose of drying the clothes is achieved.
It should be understood that the clothes nursing machine of the present invention can also collect the condensed water condensed out from the heat exchanger 61 into the waste water tank 9 through the pipeline.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the intake opening 121 is disposed at the top of the inner container 12, and the exhaust opening 122 is disposed at the bottom of the inner container 12. The cold air has a large specific gravity, while the hot air has a small specific gravity, and the hot air easily rises to the top of the inner container 12. Therefore, the air inlet 121 is formed at the top of the inner container 12, so that the hot and humid air can easily enter the first hot air duct 621, and the air outlet 122 is formed at the bottom of the inner container 12, so that the cooled air can easily enter the inner container 12, which is beneficial to improving the flow rate of the air in the inner container 12 and improving the drying efficiency of the clothes.
Continuing to refer to fig. 10, in some examples, the air inlet is disposed at the bottom of the housing 11, the cold air in the room easily enters into the first heat dissipation pipe 631, and the air outlet is disposed at the top of the housing 11, so that the air after heat exchange is easily discharged to the room through the second heat dissipation pipe 632, which is beneficial to improving the air flow in the heat dissipation air duct 63, improving the heat exchange efficiency, and further improving the drying efficiency of the clothes.
In order to further improve the drying efficiency of the clothes, a hot air fan 65 is optionally installed in the hot air duct 62. The hot air fan 65 may be an existing exhaust fan for accelerating the flow rate of the air in the hot air duct 62, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency. The gas in the hot air duct 62 has a significantly reduced flow rate after passing through the heat exchanger 61, in the embodiment of the present invention, the hot air fan 65 is installed in the second hot air duct 622, so as to further improve the flow rate of the gas.
In order to further improve the drying efficiency of the laundry, a heat dissipating fan 66 is optionally installed in the heat dissipating air duct 63. The heat dissipation fan 66 may be an existing exhaust fan, and is used to accelerate the flow rate of the air in the heat dissipation air duct 63, so as to improve the heat exchange efficiency. After the gas in the heat dissipation air duct 63 passes through the heat exchanger 61, the flow rate of the gas is obviously reduced, in the embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation fan 66 is installed in the second heat dissipation pipe 632, so as to further increase the flow rate of the gas.
Alternatively, the hot air fan 65 and the heat dissipation fan 66 may both be electrically connected to the control board, and the opening and closing of the hot air fan 65 and the magnitude of the rotation speed are controlled by the control board.
In one specific implementation, the heater 64 is installed in the second hot air duct 622, and the heater 64 may be a PCT heating pipe or the like. The heater 64 is installed in the second hot air duct 622 to heat the air in the second hot air duct 622, and the air is heated and discharged back to the inner container 12 to obtain the air, so that the drying efficiency of the clothes is further improved.
In summary, the hot air assembly of the above embodiment has no moisture and no odor emission, and the air in the inner container 12 circulates in the inner container, so that the energy is saved, the environment is protected, the clothes drying efficiency is high, and the speed is high; the hot air assembly of the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, small occupied space and low cost.

2. A garment care machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat generating tray comprises a heating tube and a thermostat, the heating tube being electrically connected to the connection socket via the thermostat; the temperature controller is disconnected when the heating pipe is dried.
3. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the heat-generating tray further comprises a fuse, the fuse being in series with the heating tube.
4. A laundry care machine as set forth in claim 1 wherein said connection socket includes a socket housing and a first connector secured to said socket housing, said first connector being electrically connected to said heat generating plate;
the connecting plug comprises a plug shell and a second connector, the second connector is fixed on the plug shell, and when the plug shell is matched with the socket shell, the second connector is electrically connected with the first connector.

The laundry care machine of claim 4, wherein a side wall of the fresh water tank is recessed inward to form the socket case, one end of the first connector is located in the socket case, and the other end of the first connector passes through the socket case to be electrically connected to the heat generating plate;
the plug shell is of a convex block structure, jacks are arranged on the convex block structure, the second connector is arranged in the jacks, when the convex block structure is matched with the socket shell, one end of the first connector penetrates through the jacks, and the first connector is electrically connected with the second connector.
6. A garment care machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the socket housing is integrally formed in one piece with the fresh water tank;
and/or, the laundry care machine further comprises a fixing plate, and the plug shell is fixed on the fixing plate.
7. A laundry care machine as claimed in any one of claims 4-6, characterized in that the socket housing and the plug housing are provided with a fool-proof structure.

A laundry care machine according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the electric control board comprises a control board and a power board electrically connected with the control board, the power board being electrically connected with the connection plug; the control panel is used for controlling the power panel to supply power or cut off the power for the heating plate.
9. A laundry care machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a care cabinet, the care cabinet comprising an inner container and an outer shell with an installation space provided therebetween;
the electric control board and the water purification tank are all accommodated at the bottom of the installation space, the water purification tank is detachably arranged at the front side of the installation space, and the steam outlet is communicated with the inner container.
10. The laundry care machine of claim 9, wherein a pressure valve is installed in the steam outlet, and opens the steam outlet when the steam pressure in the fresh water tank is higher than a preset pressure value.
11. A laundry care machine according to claim 10, wherein the fresh water tank includes a tank body provided with the water storage space and a tank cover provided on the tank body with an openable cover; the pressure valve is mounted on the tank cover.

The clothes care machine of claim 11, wherein the pressure valve includes a valve body, a valve core and an elastic member, the valve body is provided with a valve cavity, two ports of the valve cavity are respectively a steam inlet and the steam outlet, a mounting plate is arranged in the valve cavity, the mounting plate is provided with a mounting hole, and a first end of the valve core is accommodated in the mounting hole;
the elastic piece is sleeved outside the valve core, the first end of the elastic piece is abutted against the mounting plate, and the second end of the elastic piece is abutted against the second end of the valve core, so that the second end of the valve core blocks the steam inlet; when the steam pressure in the water purification tank is higher than a preset pressure value, the valve core moves towards the mounting hole to open the steam inlet.
13. A garment care machine as claimed in claim 12, wherein the valve body comprises a valve seat and a valve housing, the end of the valve housing being provided with the mounting plate and the valve housing being fixedly connected to the valve seat to form the valve chamber.

A garment care machine as claimed in claim 13, wherein the cover includes spaced apart upper and lower inner and outer covers, the outer cover projecting downwardly to form the valve housing, the inner cover projecting upwardly to form the valve seat, the valve seat and valve housing being fixedly connected to form the valve body.
15. The clothes care machine of claim 9, further comprising a hot air assembly installed in the installation space, wherein an air outlet and an air inlet of the hot air assembly are respectively communicated with the inner container.
16. A laundry care machine according to claim 9, further comprising an exhaust duct mounted in the mounting space, an exhaust inlet of the exhaust duct being provided on the inner container, an exhaust outlet of the exhaust duct being provided on the outer casing; and an air supplementing opening is formed in the inner container.
17. A garment care machine as claimed in claim 16, wherein a fan is mounted in the exhaust duct.
18. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 9 further comprising a waste water tank and a waste water conduit, the waste water tank communicating with the inner bladder through the waste water conduit.
